We worked with Atlantic Caterers for our wedding at the Cloisters and they were incredible! Choosing a caterer was definitely one of the more daunting tasks during wedding planning, and some of the things that drew us to Atlantic Caterers were their calm and straightforward approach to providing quotes, their clear and fair pricing (everything was clear and itemized up front), their friendliness, and the amazing variety of food options. We worked primarily with Raoul and he was very friendly and professional. You can tell that they seek to excel in providing both amazing food and in keeping events running smoothly. Some of the ways they went above and beyond included - providing more appetizers than we expected for us to try at our tasting, offering to set up any decorations if desired, and checking in with both us and our guests to ensure that everything was delicious and going smoothly during the reception. We were blown away by the tasty food and generous portions and our guests were as well! (We loved the Chicken Oscar!) Another thing that was particularly kind was that Raoul brought my husband and I ice water partway through the reception - This was especially appreciated and thoughtful as it was very hot and we hadn't remembered/had time to drink very much. We would 100% recommend Atlantic Caterers!

Overall great experience with Atlantic Caterers. Prior to the wedding we worked with Meghan who immediately instilled in us a sense of confidence in her expertise. She helped us to create a plan within our budget and during every meeting she took the time to cover every question, concern, detail, etc.; Meghan was not only patient and skilled, she was fun. Meetings or decisions that I anticipated being potentially stressful she turned into a light-hearted atmosphere. She volunteered to serve in a coordinator role as well, which we were so thankful for and excited about. The one thing that was a downer was about 2 weeks before our wedding she told us she probably wouldn't be able to be there the day of... that really got to me at first because the whole time it was talked about/expected that she would be the one, and my fiance, mom and I had felt as if we had formed a relationship with her. Karl ended up being our coordinator day of. Him and Meghan both came to the rehearsal and we exchanged important details. Karl and his team did a great job. They set up everything, including my decorations (guest book table, cards & gift table, signs, random decor, etc.) and decorated my cake with extra eucalyptus from my flowers which turned out beautifully. The food was very good, large portions and beautifully displayed. The price was BELOW our budget which was also a major plus. Deeply appreciate the hard work and expertise from Atlantic Caterers!

Loved having Atlantic cater our wedding. Food was great, guest seemed happy. Staff was friendly and one woman who I wish I knew her name was a huge hit. I got many compliments from our guest about her. She catered to my mother giving her whatever she wanted during cocktail hour and even danced with me (the bride) which was a lot of fun. Only complaint is that I wish we could have gotten a doggy bag to go so we actually could have tasted our own wedding food haha. That's just how it goes though. Thank you for setting up everything beautifully to match our theme and serving our guest the best "Christmas" dinner.

I can't say enough good things about Raoul and the rest of the staff who catered our September 22, 2018 wedding! Raoul was constantly in contact with my husband and I to ensure that the food on our big day would be exactly what we wanted. The day of the wedding, Raoul and his staff were friendly, welcoming and professional. The food was not only delicious, but presented beautifully and we have heard so many great things about it from our guests.

The food was absolutely delicious! From the various tastings that we got to the actually wedding, our guest were thrilled with the variety and freshness of the food! The food is actually cooked onsite in a full size kitchen they bring to the venue!

Atlantic Caterers created an amazing meal for our wedding! We had a steamed crab feast along with prime rib and all the fixings! Ral was very accommodating with all of our personalizations and requests for the menu! He even organized all the venue extras, such as curtains, tables, linens, etc. so that we wouldn't have to go through yet another vendor. He also personally saved food for my husband and I and made sure we had at least something to eat our wedding night. And we were able to take home leftovers!! Our guests were very pleased with the flavors and variety of options, and all of it came at a great value! We would highly recommend Atlantic Caterers as they go above and beyond every step of the way to make your wedding day extraordinary!

Atlantic caterers did an awesome job at ky daughters wedding at the BMI. Thanks to Raoul and his staff for the great food and drinks. The guest were really impressed. Kristin with Atlantic Caterers was absolutely phenomenal. She was so extremely attentive and assured me everything would go according the plan even when I was freaking out as a bride. I currently live in Colorado but my home is Baltimore and of course, I had to get married there. Kristin made sure that the day of the wedding she took care of everything. She added finishing touches to some decorations with the food, ensured my cake looked stunning and all the while maintaining a calm cool and collected demeanor. I could not sing my praises any louder for the food as well. Absolutely delicious! I have received tons of compliments on it and continue to. I was just discussing with my sister the other day that we have to plan another event so that we can use Kristin and Atlantic Catering again :)

Atlantic Caterers did an amazing job for our wedding! We went with a picnic style buffet, not only was the food delicious, but also affordable. We heard our guests make positive comments about the food, especially the fried chicken and pit beef/ham/turkey. Kristin Olsson, was our contact person, and she made sure to give us great personal service. We were especially thankful the for the 236 cannoli's her and her staff stuffed on-site to help us keep costs low and the shells fresh. We'd recommend these caterers for any wedding!

Atlantic Caterers were amazing!!! The food was amazing!!! So many guests came up to us afterwards raving about the food. Raoul was great! He checked in with use several times in the night making sure everything was working out smoothly. Raoul was very detailed oriented and made sure if I had anything for the tables or little favors, it was taken care of! He even made sure we sat down and had time to eat, I'm a huge foodie, so I really appreciated that:) I'm recommending them to all my friends who are getting married!

All I can say is FABULOUS!!. My daughter opted for their heavy hors-d'oeuvres and couldn't be happier with her choice. The selection choices provided were awesome. Everyone who commented on the food couldn't say enough about how good the food was. And, the amount of food provided was phenomenal. I highly coconut shrimp, crab dip, bang bang shrimp and mashed potato bar. No one walked away hungry. Sylvia Willson was very easy to work with and made sure that all of our requests were fulfilled. I would definitely recommend Atlantic Caterers (in fact, already have) and would use them again.

Thank you to Atlantic Caterers for a wonderful buffet at my wedding. I worked with them to have everything set up the day before, the food was great and they coordinated with the other vendors to make it a great experience! Great value!!

Raoul was so helpful! We had a great tasting and he helped us understand what the food would be like. We also got to try all of the wines. On the wedding day, we got so many compliments on the food! Everyone at the wedding thought it was amazing, and for the prices they charge it was simply incredible. Raoul was there the whole night, and made sure that we had drinks during the reception and had time to eat our meal. We couldn't have asked for a better catering experience for our wedding.

I can not thank Kristin and the Atlantic Catering team enough for all that they did! They gave us the wedding of our dreams and then some. Kristin was always so helpful and always made sure that we were getting the best value for what we wanted. I would never go anywhere but here. I would highly recommend them for your wedding and any other catering needs!

Kristin is amazing! She and her staff went above and beyond with our wedding. She let us borrow lots of great decorations (an antique cake stand, pillars, mason jars, candles, a cool antique bicycle, etc.). One example of why she is fantastic: She hand-decorated mason jars with antique lace and baby's breath for the ceremony, and she hung them on shepherd's hooks - at no charge. The food was absolutely delicious, and she was basically my wedding planner. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her. Also, her prices were very reasonable.

Wow! Atlantic Caterers gained our respect from the start when we attended their food tastings, which gave us the opportunity to meet Kristin! Kristin Olsson, our Wedding Specialist, was truly remarkable as she put our minds at ease immediately from the moment we met to discuss our menu options! Her immediate responses to my emails was impressive, while knowing how busy she is throughout the year. Her expertise was evident as well as she gave us great suggestions for centerpieces and even offered to let us borrow some of her decorative items so we wouldn't have to spend money on them. She truly understood the style we were looking for and turned our wedding reception venue, The Baltimore Museum of Industry, into an elegant environment. Kristin and her staff made sure my husband and I were served first (which we are forever grateful) so that we could enjoy our delicious meals! Our guests were thrilled with their food choices as we offered Filet Atlantic with Lump Crab Meat, Chilean Sea Bass, Chicken Marsala and a vegetarian option of Penne with Mushrooms and Asparagus. They were very reasonably priced per entree as well! Kristin also found times throughout the evening to check on me and my husband to make sure we had everything we needed and had the time of our lives...which we certainly did! Thank you Kristin Olsson and Atlantic Caterers!

Our point of contact was Raul Frevel and he was amazing. He was very patient and understanding through the numerous changes that we made. He offered very helpful suggestions when we were unsure without being pushy. The day of the wedding he made us feel like royalty. He visited with every table and made sure that our guests were happy. The food was top notch and a good time was had by all.

Kristin is a rock star. Every guest we have seen since the wedding cannot stop talking about the food Atlantic Catering prepared. Kristin took care of the lienes, layout, menu and us. She answered every question with care, and was always so patient and professional. The pricing was some of the best I had seen, and the contract was straightforward and clear. Kristin was there on the day of our wedding making sure everything was like we had talked about, and adding extra touches to all the stations. The staff she had working with her, interacted with our guests and was happy to help. I would recommend Kristin to anyone, especially if you are hoping to have an amazing event.

I loved many things about Atlantic Caterers. First there is no one like Sylvia Willson from beginning to end she did a great job with organizing and running my wedding. She was always there to answer my questions and was very prompt. She also worked along side many of my other vendors to ensure the day ran without problem. On the day itself she worked along side the other staff to ensure the decor, food, and service was to our satisfaction. The food was great. My guest are still talking about it to this day.

I am a wedding photographer myself, so I've seen all manners of catering crews over the years, and let me tell you, Atlantic is top-notch! To me they are the best of all worlds... they have great food on all levels, can design your reception any way you want, and for icing on the cake they are super professional and friendly... all at some of the most reasonable prices you will find in town. As a wedding insider, and one confident enough to hire them for my own wedding, I 100% recommend Atlantic Catering. We had Kristin as our coordinator too and we loved her! Oh yeah, that's another thing, having Atlantic is like having a bonus wedding coordinator. They do so much to help you throughout planning and on the wedding day itself too. Here's some additional thoughts from my bride: · sooooo much food, no lack of food at cocktail hour like some weddings where people are starving and chasing the caterer down for food, people even said that they were surprised there was also going to be dinner since there was so much food · extremely friendly and nice staff, my grandma went to the kitchen to ask for extra cake for my granddad and they helped her, and Lisa saw the kids getting French fries and asked for some and they gave them to her (I don’t know how it all happened I just saw them bring her a plate of fries and she was smiling so big) · soooo much dinner food too everyone was able to have enough and then there was even still a ton leftover · room set up was perfect and they were accommodating with our various requests and flexible with our reception item drop-offs OK, I could go on and on... suffice it to say we love and appreciate everything Atlantic Catering did for our wedding!

Our guests were very impressed with dinner, they all said the food was wonderful. We chose to have a buffet and you get so much for your money, along with linen's, silverware, drinks, etc. They also served as the "wedding coordinator" our wedding night letting us know what we needed to do next.

Atlantic Caterers had been suggested to me by one of my bridesmaids who had used them for her wedding. Atlantic holds different tasting events throughout the year. I had gone with my mom and mother-in-law at the first event, met Kristin, and immediately asked her to pencil our wedding date down on her calendar. I do not even know where to begin with Kristin. Not only is the food delicious (we had crab cakes, raw bar, tenderloin carving station, premium bar, etc!), but Kristin is one of the most amazing coordinators to work with. I felt like I was her daughter throughout the planning process- that is how much love and dedication Kristin puts into her work. She was able to schedule different meetings with my mom and I, as well as catering to our schedules so my husband could also be involved. Kristin had everything covered and was able to answer all of our questions. It greatly helped that she has worked countless events at The Cloisters, as well as with our florist- Alison with Rutland Beard. Kristin took note of everything we asked and said. She was available at anytime and able to ease stress (if any was felt at all!). On our wedding day, I had tears in my eyes as we arrived at The Cloisters because she had transformed our vision into a reality. Long story short- Kristin is absolutely wonderful, organized, and wise- very easy to work with. The food is out of this world in taste and presentation.

My contact was Sylvia Wilson. She was absolutely wonderful! Atlantic Caterers was able to meet our budget while serving very high quality food with exceptional service! I was nothing but impressed with the entire evening. They even provided decorative flowers in our colors to enhance the atmosphere of our reception. The sweetheart table was especially beautiful! They are the best!

Our reception was wonderful. Everyone keeps saying how nice the room was setup and how good the food was. We worked with Kristin and she was very helpful in selecting the menu, reception layout, and linens. She helped us work through things we never even thought of. When we arrived at the reception everything was setup just as we had discussed. I would recommend Atlantic to any bride.

We loved working with Kristin at Atlantic Caterers. She was very accomadating and helpful. Everything at my wedding was how we discussed it. The level of presonal service from Karl the day of was outstanding. I would use this catering company again.

This is a large family run business that has been around for a long time. Heidi Green worked directly with us. She really did a great job. The food was great. If you are looking for quality food and service at a reasonable price then you need to go with Atlantic Caterers. One of the most creative things they offer is a salad bar where guests get to pick thier toppings and their sailad dressing. The salad is mixed together in a shaker and then served in a martini glass. We basically had an open bar with two specialty drinks...Strawberry Daquiri and Bailey's (mud slide). Heidi handled all the rentals for the extra tables we needed for the reception and ceremony. She handled the flowers for the food tables, sweetheart table, and cake table. She helped us with our wedding cake. We only needed to pick what we wanted. She handled all the napkins and table cloths. She made it so we didn't have to worry about anything. For appetizers, we had crab balls, shrimp, and little chicken cordon bleu. We had the salad bar. We also had a large table with a cheese and fruit display. Atlantic Caterers puts on a big event they call a tasting where you get to taste a majority of their food. It is all free. For our main food, we gave our guests a choice of Flounder stuffed with Crab Meat, 6 oz. new york strip, and linguine with meatballs in marinara sauce. There was so much food on everyone's plates that some couldn't finish. Some said they had no room left for cake. My groom was given the steak and the fish. The food was a big success. It was only around $70 a person plus all the extras you have to pay. When we arrived at our reception, Heidi was waiting for us with our specialty drinks, shrimp, and crab balls. We were able to take a break before going into the reception. That felt like heaven. During the reception, Heidi kept checking on us and refilling our drinks. She was very attentive and really wanted to make sure we were happy. When it was time for the cake cutting, she came and got us. She also supervised the cake cutting and did everything she could to make that perfect. She even handed me a napkin to wipe the frosting off of my fingers. There was nothing she could have done to make our day more special. If you want a quality caterer who cares about the food and the quality of the food as much as they care about you then you want to go with Atlantic Caterers.

Atlantic Catering was amazing! I mostly communicated with Raoul and he was incredibly responsive and helpful. He was very willing to accommodate any and all requests we had. They were extremely helpful on the day of the wedding, helping to set up things like my place card board, my candy buffet, etc. They also worked hard to make sure everything was going as scheduled. We got lots of compliments about the food. We were very pleased with Atlantic and would definitely recommend them!

Atlantic Caters and Kristin Olson truly made our day unique and special. Her attention to detail and superb customer service set her apart from all competitors. We got so many compliments on the food and decorations. She even made our centerpieces! She made our day so perfect!

The food was amazing for the headtable. The service was a little lacking for the day. I did not get to eat much of my own wedding cake because when I turned around to eat it it was gone. The headtable needed to get their own drinks. We had a sit down dinner where the last table did not get their choice meal. They started to clear the tables before the end of the reception. During all of our meeting it seemed it was going to be the perfect day. We also had our friends reception with them just this past weekend at the same location. It was amazing from start to end. Make sure who you plan ur event with who is really going to be there that day.

The staff were extremely helpful and sweet and the food was amazing!

Atlantic Caterers were wonderful! Raoul was incredibly responsive, answering emails immediately, even when he was on vacation. He always made us feel at ease. They do a beautiful job, but no one is pretentious Everyone at our wedding commented on how good the food was, especially the crab cakes. I am from Maryland and I've never seen so much lump crabmeat in a crab cake anywhere else. They were fantastic! They are also extremely affordable. I would use them again for a catered occasion.

I dont even know where to start on telling you how amazing this caterer was! Raoul was by far the best vendor I had and I honestly dont know what I would have done if I had chosen another caterer. A hurricane hit us on the day of my wedding...needless to say there was a lot that went wrong that day, and Raoul went above and beyond to make my day the best it could possibly be. From the beginning when we met Raoul and picked out the menu he was awesome, helping us choose the menu and linens and giving us advice, and the prices were great especially for the kind of/amount of food we were getting. A few days before the wedding when we realized the hurricane was going to hit he worked with me and kept me calm with what our plan B would be...On the wedding day Raoul and Atlantic's staff were more than I could of ever expected. The food was amazing and all our guests are still talking about it. Our reception room looked amazing and Raoul had set it up perfectly. During our pictures he was right there with us making sure everyone was ok and was checking to see if anyone needed anything. I could honestly go on for a long time telling you how great my experience was with Atlantic Caterers! I will use Atlantic for any function I have in the future and I recommend you do as well. Having a hurricane hit the day of our wedding caused A LOT of bumps in the road for our day and Raoul kept me calm through it all, Atlantic was the best vendor during this whole process, by far! I had been to weddings where Atlantic catered-so I knew they were great, but I had no idea they were THIS great...Use them- you will not be sorry!

Selecting Atlantic Caterers Inc was the best decision made for my son and daughter-in-law's wedding. The display of food was beautiful, the selection and quality was very high-end, our guests raved about how good the food was! All the staff were polite, professional, and extremely helpful. I can not say enough about their Sales Manager Kristin Olsson. My son and DIL said she was wonderful to interact with and addressed every item of concern, answered their questions, and was always there to help. I couldn't agree more. Her attention to detail is remarkable and I'm a detailed person! She worked very hard to make the wedding perfect. When we were looking at venues, I asked of one of the venue wedding coordinators if they had a preference of caterers, she said Atlantic Caterers because with Kristin you get a wedding coordinator too. I put that remark in the back of my mind. As we continued to review caterers, Atlantic Caterers came out on top every time. You can get an excellent idea about the quality they will bring to your wedding by attending one of their tastings. They are amazing too! I highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed. From the bottom of my heart I say thank you!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Kristin at Atlantic was so amazing and went above and beyond in so many ways. Hiring her is like getting a wedding planner. She helped me organize everything and I didn't have to worry about anything the day of. I went with an animal theme since it was the zoo and Kristin helped me pull off a classy beautiful wedding. The food was fabulous and everyone can't stop talking about how good it was. Atlantic went as far as to cut the cheese on the cheese trays into little hearts. Not one detail was overlooked. The staff of Atlantic was great and they made sure everyone was happy and satisfied.

They went over and beyond to make sure our day was the best they went to every table and ask how was eveything i love everything about this company!!!!!!

Atlantic Caterers made my wedding not only perfect, but completely worry-free. They are professional, creative and go above and beyond one's expectations. From their outstanding customer service to their experience and vision for events, they were a pleasure to work with every step of the way. Six months after our wedding, I am still receiving comments about how delicious the food was and how beautiful the space looked. I honestly don't think that my reception would have been the same without Atlantic Caterers. Between them and my wedding planner I idn't have to worry about anything. They took care of everything from the chairs and tables, to the bar, to making sure that I was not thristy all night. The food was beautiful. Yes it really was beautiful and delicious. Guests are still talking about the food and the servers. Very reasonably priced. They have a wide menu for you to chose from, however if what you want is not on that the menu already they will work with you to get you exactly want you want and need on your day. they set up, they break down and they are extremely friendly. If we had chosen anyone else it would not have been the same at all. I will more than likely use them for any future event that I may have.

Atlantic Caterers was by far the easiest and best choice I made for my wedding. Their prices are fair, and we recieved endless compliments from guests about the food and the presentation. Kristin is a wedding planner and catering manager in one! She was extremely knowlegeable on all aspects of the wedding industry and local vendors, and was never bothered by endless questions, requests or emails. The options are endless for food and linens, the catering staff friendly professional and expedient the day of. I credit my smooth, stress-free to day to Kristen and her impeccable planning and execution. Also, their tasting is informative, generous and delicious!

My wedding could not have been more perfect and Kristin was a HUGE part in making it such a success. She could not have done anything more for me. Everything I asked for or had an idea about she made happen. I think I emailed her a million times and she was so prompt in responding - even when she was on vacation!! The presentation was fabulous and the food was great! I do not have one complaint and would highly recommend Atlantic Caterers, esp. Kristin Olsson, for your wedding.

Choosing Atlantic Caterers and Kristin Olsson was the easiest decision we made for the wedding. They are extremely competent, and above all, confident that they can and will make your wedding memorable. Our chef, Chris, was amazing and was able to accurately recreate some of our favorite family recipes. Our guests continue to rave about the food and setup and three of our guests have subsequently chosen Atlantic for their own events. I loved that they were not pretentious and diligently worked to perfect our menu within our price range. You should stop searching for a caterer right now, call Kristin, and set up an appointment to meet with her. It will be one of the best decisions you make in planning your wedding!

Atlantic Caterers and Kristin Olsson did my wedding 2 years ago. I still have people tell me that it was the best wedding that they have ever been to. Kristin did absolutely everything for me. Everyone was sure that I would be so stressed out before the wedding, but I was not even a little bit. Kristin created the entire wedding scheme. The tables were elegant; the food was delicious. I could not have asked for any better.

Atlantic did a fantastic job at our wedding! They were recommended by a number of venues we visited, and were one of the preferred caterers for our venue, the Baltimore Museum of Industry. From the start, Atlantic calmed our nerves- even walking into their old-looking office, Kristin noted that they've not updated the decor in years because they put their money right back into the food and the service- and it shows. Working with Kristin was fantastic- she answered all questions, was very responsive, and we never had second thoughts about working with them. We did not "shop around" for our caterer, but Atlantic were recommended by just about everyone we talked to, for being a very professional caterer with great food at mid-level prices- in other words, a real value for the money! We met with Kristin several times in person, and discussed a lot via email- any changes we wanted to make were easily made. The tasting was wonderful- they did not have any problems with us including my brother, who happened to be with us, and gave us enormous amounts of delicious food- so much so that there were tons of left-overs which they happily packed up for us to take to our family for dinner that night! The wedding went off without a hitch- even with a sudden change in location for the cocktail hour due to the weather. The staff were kind and professional, and our guests were very impressed. My dad even mentioned that when cocktail hour began, he and his brothers swarmed the shrimp cocktail, practically eating right through it, but by the time they had blinked, the shrimp was refilled! My new husband continues to rave about the beef empanadas, and was thrilled that they had the pigs-in-a-blanket that were his only requirement for cocktail hour. The food was abundant and delicious. Dinner also went beautifully. My only requirement, being a native Marylander, was crab cakes for dinner- and they were great! People continue to rave about them, there were even notes in our guest book about how delicious the crab cakes were. We also had the stuffed chicken and ravioli, with asparagus and roasted potatoes. Our only tiny, minor, nit-picky problem was that some of the potatoes were cut larger, so didn't cook as well as the smaller potatoes. This was the only "problem" we had with our entire experience with Atlantic- they were fantastic. I myself had a nervous stomach during our wedding, and didn't really eat much, sadly- but our wonderful day-of-coordinator (Entertain Me De- Heidi Kern) and the staff at Atlantic made us a huge plate (really, a big foil pan's worth) of food, which I was able to eat later that night and the next day. Overall, great food, good prices (definitely worth the cost!), fantastic staff. We would absolutely recommend Atlantic and Kristin, and if we are able to throw a big party in the future in the Baltimore area, we will have no reservations about using them again!

Our experience working with them was nothing sort of brilliant: our wedding was beautifully decorated, our food was absolutely delicious, and all the services provided were professional and yet personal and friendly. Even my husband was involved in the planning and felt at ease working with Atlantic and we cannot stop thanking them for an awesome day. Beyond the services provided, all of the guest raved about the cocktail hour and seated dinner that was provided. We definitely recommended Atlantic to the several guests that requested Atlantic's vendor information. In my future events I will definitely use Atlantic Caterers and of course request to work with Kristin. She is amazing!

One word: AMAZING! Besides the best part of my wedding being marrying my husband, choosing Atlantic Caterers as our catering company was the other reason why our wedding was absolutely perfect. Kristin Olsson is extremely professional, flexible, knowledgeable, and affordable. Moreover, I always felt as if she truly cared about how our wedding turned out from start to finish. For example, I was having a hard time with my seating arrangement because I didn't want to do placecards, I wanted to do a board instead. All she said to me was "Send me the names and I'll do it." She took my stress away, and my wedding looked beautiful. I would recommend Atlantic Caterers, Inc. to anyone and everyone having an event they need catered...you won't regret your decision!

I truly cannot say enough positive things about Atlantic Caterers, and (especially!) about Kristin Olsson. First, the food: it was delicious! The guests raved about everything: the appetizers (and their very attractive presentation); the pastas; the beef and turkey courses; and the salads and side dishes, especially. The food was freshly prepared (on site in their mobile kitchen trucks, I am told), and was constantly replenished on our buffet lines. Atlantic was flexible in allowing us to provide our own liquor, and their staff of servers and bartenders were friendly, attentive, and unobtrusive. Again, however, what made the Atlantic experience the best for us was our go-to person, Kristin. She was a consummate professional throughout the entire process: she was prompt and efficient in responding to email requests and phone calls; she was flexible and resourceful when unexpected changes arose; and she came up with some terrific ideas and solutions to help make our reception space look beautiful and our day flow smoothly. She exhibited finesse and persuasion in managing and interacting with other vendors, which helped ease our minds so much, both before and on the day of the wedding. As a couple that did not hire a band or DJ, Kristin was even willing to announce us and our wedding party as we entered the reception hall--and she did so beautifully! Finally, I must mention that, as a gay male couple, we were somewhat anxious about how our vendors would relate to us, and we therefore selected very carefully who would be helping to make our special day happen. I cannot even begin to express how blessed we felt having Kristin (and Atlantic Caterers) providing our food and set-up. She was so affirming and positive, and she treated us in such a warm and accepting manner. It went such a long way toward making our wedding the affirming, positive experience that we wanted it to be. I would recommend to ANY couple (gay or straight) that they hire Atlantic Caterers (and if they can get her, Kristin Olsson). A+++

From day 1 of planning Kristen and Atlantic Caterers provided individual attention to all aspects of the wedding! I am still getting compliments of how wonderful the food was, set up, arrangment and personal! Kristen, thank you with all my heart for everything you for Kara and Nick's wedding!!

My daughter was married in October 2009. We knew we would use Altlantic Caterers as we had been to several venues they had catered and everything was delicious. Kristin was our consultant and she did everything possible to make our day a special one. She was always available during our planning and answered all of my calls from day one. She was there at the reception to be sure everything ran smoothly and it did! From the hors d'oeuvres to the crabcake and filet mignon dinner....the food was served hot and cooked to perfection. My guests raved about the quality and quantity of what they were served. The tables were beautifully set. I can't say enough about the service we received. I would recommend Atlantic Caterers to anyone and everyone.

I highly recommend the amazing staff of Atlantic Caterers. I worked with Kristin, and she was fabulous! From our first phone conversation Kristin really took care of me. She made me feel like my wedding was the ONLY one that she was planning. She never made me feel rushed or hurried to make a decision. She listened to what I wanted and made great suggestions. Not only did almost every vendor I hired come at the recommendation of Kristin via her preferred vendor list, but she also took care of organizing all of our vendors and rentals from the cake to the linens and the chavari chairs. I will be forever grateful to Kristin for introducing me to the delights of, Oh My Chocolate... (See Separate review) On the day of the wedding everything look gorgeous. It was even better then I imagined. The food was excellent. The service was amazing. I have gotten SO many compliments. A year later I still have people telling me how great the food was and that it was the best "wedding food" they have ever tasted. Since our wedding, 2 couples who were guests at our wedding have booked Atlantic for their own event, and there isn’t higher praise than that!

I got married at Swan Harbor 2009. I decided to you Atlantic Catering because my best friend used them in 2008 and said they were great. Oh course i had a wonderful experience at my wedding. Kristin didn't forget a thing. They really went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. So when our friend Kate got married this year she used Atlantic also. I would recommend Atlantic and Kristin to anyone who wants great service and wonderful food.

Atlantic Caterers was amazing! My friends are still talking about how good the food was and it will be 2 years ago in Feb. Kristin was truly the best I could have asked for! She was their for me whenever I needed her! She ever gave me her shoes to wear out the car in the snow after my wedding, because my dad had taken them... too many beers!

BRIDE: I cannot recommend Kristin highly enough. She thought of everything, she noticed and took care of little issues other vendors created, and she did it without my ever having to worry about it. I knew as soon as I met her and did a tasting of her wonderful food that we could trust her to do an amazing job. Pick her for your wedding! MOB: The service provided by Atlantic Caterers was incredible! We could not have picked a better caterer. Throughout the whole process, Kristin was pleasant, helpful, thorough and professional! The rest of the staff who served at the wedding were equally professional and lovely. The food was excellent and our guests were very impressed by its quality. I would highly recommend Atlantic Caterers, and especially Kristin, to anyone who wants a lovely wedding reception with plenty of helpful input from someone who really knows what she's doing!

Kristin's team helped make our wedding day fabulous! The service and food were equally great the night of our wedding. I would've preferred a little more communication from the staff leading up to the big day, but that is my personal preference.

Kristin & Atlantic were by far the best around. We had amazing food for hours that stayed hot & fresh, and was by far the biggest bang for your buck! Kristin also acts as a mini wedding planner and goes above and beyond her job to help with whatever small detail you may need!

From the first moment I contacted Kristin @ Atlantic Caterers, Inc she was on top of everything. Their whole staff was professional and extremely helpful from questions before the wedding until everyone left the reception. There was an abundance of food and drinks the whole night. We got so many compliments on how everything looked and tasted.
