We had the pleasure of working with Erv and his staff from Atlantic Coast Entertainment for our wedding in September of 2018. ACE did our engagement pictures as well as photograph...
y, videography, and DJing for our wedding. Erv made it clear from the start that his goal was to make our vision come true. We met a handful of times and Erv would make sure he understood completely what we wanted, often running past his work hours to make sure we all left on the same page. From the start, we had his full dedication and we truly felt that he was making our wedding his highest priority.
We had the chance to meet his photographer, Ramile, at our engagement pictures. We were very impressed with the professionalism and care that Ramile took in perfecting every photo. We could tell that he had a deep passion for photography and he was really fun to work with! The pictures came out beautiful and we got them back in a very reasonable time.
Leading up to the wedding, Erv continued to keep in contact with us and was there to pick up the phone every time we reached out. Erv was our DJ and he did a fantastic job with the introductions, coordinating everything with the caterer, and most importantly, kept everyone on the dance floor. We have had several people reach out to us to find out who the DJ was because they had such a great time! Erv had also assigned several photographers to our wedding and once again, they did not disappoint. We received over 1,000 pictures that captured everything from Hope getting ready to the reception.
We sat down last night to watch our wedding video and we were so pleased! Erv had asked many of our guests to say some remarks to the camera for us to look back on and that was very special for us. We couldn’t believe how they managed to capture everything from so many different angles and how clear and audible everything was. Everything from opening pictures to the final credits was perfect! Between the photography and videography, we were able to completely relive our big day and from start to finish.
I would like to thank Erv, Ramile, and the rest of his staff at ACE for going above and beyond to deliver on our wedding day. I would (and have already) definitely recommend ACE for anyone who is looking for a DJ, photography, or videography, for a very reasonable price!
I would highly recommend ACE entertainment for DJing, photography, and videography. We contacted Erv about a year away from our wedding and he was there to pick up the phone every ...
time we called, and he dedicated a lot of his time to help make our vision come true. He was very approachable and we could tell that he loved his job. We were also very impressed with his photographer, Ramile, who did our engagement and wedding pictures with Erv. Ramile took his job very seriously and it was refreshing to see him take such great detail in getting the most out of every picture. They had 3 videographers running around filming the entire night and did their best to make sure every moment was captured. Their price for the entire package was very reasonable and we plan on telling all of our friends in the future to make sure they choose ACE!
We can not recommend Atlantic Coast Entertainment highly enough! We got married at the Branford House in Groton, and it was important to us to have a dj that had worked at the venu...
e before. Not only did their uplifting make the venue look stunning, but their music was amazing! And they were so easy to work with and flexible. We would recommend them to anyone.
I had my wedding this October and could not have been more happy with ACE! We used them for the DJ and the photography. Erv helped us throughout the whole planning process and guid...
ed us when we weren't too sure what to do! all the staff from ACE was professional and kind. The lighting was beautiful. I even asked for a song that I didn't think he would be able to get (it was an acoustic cover of a song) but he did and it was so nice to hear! Photographers did exactly what we wanted and kept a timely schedule. Everything was perfect! Thank you so much ACE!!
We used ACE for our wedding earlier this month - DJ service for our outdoor ceremony and indoor reception, as well as their photo booth. We were very happy with them. We were “that...
couple” who hand-picked practically the whole reception playlist, but Erv knew how to time the various songs perfectly to keep the dance floor packed throughout the night. Their prices are great, especially if you bundle services. Also, they traveled from Groton to Woodstock for us. Thanks, Erv!
BEST TIME EVER! We used Erv from Atlantic Coast Entertainment for our recent wedding reception and he exceeded our expectations! From our initial meeting to our last dance he made ...
sure that everything was perfect! We also used their Photo Booth and everyone had so much fun! He said they had more props than we could use and we were blown away by how much stuff they had. I would highly recommend Erv and Atlantic Coast to anyone looking to have a really fun and memorable time. Thank You A.C.E. So Very Much!
We hired Atlantic Coast Entertainment as our DJ and lighting for our May 19th wedding at Lake of Isles and we could not have been happier. They understood the music we wanted and ...
kept everyone out on the dance floor having a good time. We still have guests telling us how much fun they had. Erv was wonderful to work with and made picking the right songs and making sure everything was done right very easy. I highly recommend!!

e did our engagement shoot a few months prior to the wedding and really took his time and made us feel comfortable in front of the camera. We had a couple of notes for him following the engagement shoot which he took into account on the day of the wedding. We recently got our photos back and we are very happy with the quality and variety of shots he took.
Erv is the owner of the business and he coordinated the event and acted as the DJ. He is very personable, but can sometimes result in some lengthy meetings. However, he is definitely thorough and cares about your event and giving you want you are looking for.
We were also very satisfied with the prices of each service. Because we went with ACE for multiple services Erv gave us a big discount. For the area, his prices are definitely the best we found and we did not have to sacrifice quality to get a good deal. Erv and his employees were very professional and exceeded our expectations. Our guests have been telling our parents that it was one of the best weddings they have ever been to. We received a lot of compliments on the photography and music selections. The photographers and videographers did a great job capturing the day without being intrusive. The lighting looked great with our venue and everyone had a great time with the photobooth, there was an overabundance of props to use and it was great. Our only complaint would be that it was sometimes difficult to get in touch with them due to some email server problems. So calling them over the phone worked best for us.
Overall, Atlantic Coast Entertainment did a fantastic job with our wedding.
We hired them because of the price & if I had to do it over again would not. DJ was mediocre at best. Messed up the order of dances & songs. Stuck way too closely too our must play...
list, even though we said it was more a of a guide & we wanted a good mix of music so everyone would dance & have a great time. He did nothing to get people out on the dance floor. Many guests mentioned this to us afterward. Photos were disappointing as well. With an army of photographers, I expected a better end result. Photographers did not zoom in on any shots of people walking down the aisle so you can't tell who is who. No photos of my husband watching me walk down the aisle. Photographers did not pose people so they actually looked good in the photos. We are actually considering getting dressed again & hiring another photographer to take some better shots. Business itself is not run very well. Owner was unprofessional to the point of being rude to me several times on the phone & is very difficult to work with.
The DJ did what we asked but did not go above and beyond and was not particularly personable.
Lighting was something we decided to add on pretty much last minute and I am so happy we did! The job Erv and his crew did was amazing! I was in tears when I first saw what our cer...
emony room looked like then when I walked in to our reception I was beyond amazed! They did such a great job and went above and beyond what I expected! I do not think I would have felt the way about my wedding if it wasnt for the lighting!
The Videographer did an excellent job recording the important wedding moments while remaining inconspicuous. We are very excited to see our end product! We got a great price too by...
using both the DJ and Videographer from ACE.
Becky rocks! She really knows how to throw a party. Mty wedding reception was so much fun adn a lot is thanks to her and Atlantic Coast!
ACE made planning our DJ services easy. They have so many different options they can tailor to any budget which made my husband feel better about that moth not slipping out of his ...
wallet. Our DJ was Bob he was very professional even though I kind of rushed him a tad instead of sticking to my time line but hey I was so excited to get to the next activity! Erv was who we met with at the beginning he helped give us a lot of ideas for the music that we used in our ceremony. Last but not least, Tessa the office manager was great at answering any questions I had and I could shoot her an e-mail whenever, she never made me feel like I was an inconvenience. They were great at giving us exactly what we wanted. They use these info packets for their clients which helps coming from a bride's perspective because I'm sure I would have forgotten something without it. They can be creative with it if you let them or they can play exactly how you want it if you're one of those bridezillas too! All of our guests kept telling us how great the selection of music was at our reception. It was such a blast! Thanks Bob, Erv, Tessa and all of the ACE crew!!
These guys were great! My first meeting with the owner was wonderful and they were always available to answer questions via email (and phone, I would guess, though I never tried t...
o call). The DJ the night of the wedding (Becky) was great, played all the music we wanted, and we got loads of compliments from our guests.
Guests had a great time dancing to the music but I feel that the company did not really listen to what we wanted. Overall, it was an ok experience.
We had selected ACE for our dj based on the fact that they were a preferred vendor for my venue (Lake of Isles) plus all the positive reviews received online. We met with Erv and h...
ad to use him! Perfect DJ voice and he played all the music we requested and always had the dance floor packed! He even went above and beyond to obtain a song that my FIL sang for the mother-son dance AND even custom-created our grand entrance song! We can't recommend Erv and ACC enough! Great prices and even better service! LOVED them!
Our DJ Erv kept the party going the entire night. Our friends were out on the dance floor from the minute the music started. He played all of our favorite songs and knew when to pl...
ay a new song at just the right moment. I would highly recommend Atlantic Coast to any bride and groom looking for a great DJ that will be the life of the party all night long!
