She is a Certified Meeting Professional (CMP), and she holds a certification in wedding and event design from the Event Leadership Institute. From the mom of the bride.
We started off thinking that we could do this all on our own, why do we need a wedding planner? Well then we started thinking about the 24 hours surrounding the wedding, and I, the mom, realized a lot was going to fall on me and was I really going to get to enjoy the wedding if I had to be the planner and executer and clean up crew?!?!?
We reached out to Stephanie to help us with the rehearsal/day of event coordination.
Stephanie was a gem and really went above and beyond! She met us at the venue to discuss the plan of events, and using her experience, she was able to bring to light stuff we hadn't considered. She helped us with seating, coordination of day event planning and also worked with all of the vendors to make sure they were where they needed to be when they needed to be.
She was present at the rehearsal and then arrived early on the day of the wedding to make sure that everything was coordinated, that the self-serve refreshments were ready, and that people were directed to where they needed to be for the service and reception.
Finally, she was there to make sure the bride and groom had a trouble free event. When the DJ decided to go rogue, she put him in his place, and she also helped to make sure that the guests were also taken care of.
I would definitely recommend Stephanie to help make your wedding run smoothly. As the mother of the bride, it was a relief to be able to play my part as the mother and get to enjoy the event.
Working with Stephanie to ensure our wedding would run smooth was nothing short of a dream. She is easy-going, organized, and has so many great ideas. She is very responsive and easy to get in touch with, no there was never a worry on my end on when I would hear from her. She helped up put our timeline together and took care of any bumps in the road during the big day. Stephanie came to our rehearsal and made us feel confident in everything we needed to do. She went above and beyond to help make sure everything was set up the morning of, and she stayed until the last guest left. I cannot say enough good things. I’d recommend Stephanie to anyone planning a wedding in a heartbeat!

I'm a rare bride who had an overall smooth and enjoyable wedding planning experience, and I owe so much of that to Stephanie Rehnberg. She kept my husband and I on track during the planning process, providing so many helpful online templates for tracking everything from vendor communication to budget and a day-of timeline. Stephanie coordinated communication between our vendors seamlessly and with a calm demeanor every step of the way. Additionally, her vendor recommendations were so valuable in saving us time and stress providing us people we could trust to do an amazing job. She was a valuable voice to us and answered every question we had no matter how specific. On our wedding day, the rental company did not send enough dining chairs and she coordinated with the caterer to contact another rental company in time for the reception, all with my husband and I having the time of our lives and no idea it was happening. She also shifted our day-of timeline slightly, making sure we cut the cake in time before the photographer ended his shift. Attention to those small details made sure everything was accounted for and made our wedding smooth for everyone who enjoyed it, especially us. Stephanie cares deeply about her clients and I could not recommend a better wedding planner.
When planning my DIY wedding I knew I wanted some help to make sure I wasn’t forgetting any little details. Stephanie was available when needed and helped the day run smoothly! I did not want to have to coordinate or micromanage the set up of the decorations, Stephanie was a huge help in making sure my small details came to life.
When planning my wedding, I knew for sure I wanted a day of coordinator and I was so thankful to have Stephanie by my side on my wedding day. Stephanie's calm, kind, and organized demeanor was exactly the type of energy I needed to be surrounded with leading up to and on on the big day. She was tremendously helpful in facilitating our rehearsal and making sure all the small details were taken care of. She also made sure my husband and I were happy, hydrated, and comfortable during our portrait sessions and throughout the night. I highly recommend her services.
Stephanie was truly the best decision I made during wedding planning. She is a delightful person to work with, and really put my (EXTREMELY) type A personality at ease during the last weeks leading up to our wedding. She was there to answer all of my random emails, coordinate with my MOH and bridal party, and even conference call with my sister the week before to ensure we were all on the same page about the logistics of the big day. Knowing that she was there to corral our vendors and guests allowed me and my bridesmaids to really enjoy the party and be in the moment, which is all I could ask for. She was cool as a cucumber, even when our venue and caterer were challenging to work with (and I didn't hear even a hint of what was happening until two weeks later!) She handled it effortlessly, and guests had no idea. Stephanie was always on time(or early!), answers emails promptly, and is the picture of professionalism. Do yourself a favor and give her a call, I PROMISE you won't regret it.
Stephanie was phenomenal throughout my entire experience with her. I was unsure about what I wanted, but she helped throughout the entire process. She was very easy to get in touch with, and quick to reply to texts, emails, etc. She conveniently made a Google doc with all of our information in it, as well as vendor options and contract pricing. I would highly recommend her to anyone planning their wedding!
Stephanie is amazing! She stepped in last minute when my last planner essentially ghosted us one month before our wedding. Stephanie stepped in seamlessly and helped tie up loose ends that we hadn't thought of and needed help with. We are from out of state, and her communication was quick and efficient. She also helped us make a layout for our outdoor tented wedding, and assisted in helping us get our ceremony together. We could not have pulled this off without her! We are forever grateful for you, Stephanie!
Stephanie was AMAZING and much needed for our wedding on October 24, 2020. We were scheduled to get married directly after I finished a nursing accelerated program, in the middle of a pandemic, and I am SO glad we picked Stephanie. She was everything we needed and more: very prompt with getting back to us, efficient and organized while being calm throughout any situation. We were able to meet with her twice prior to the wedding. The first meet was the basic info: what style wedding do we want, did we pick out a venue, what are the next tasks or a timeline we should follow at that specified time (8 months prior to the date). We would be in contact with her if we had any questions with the event or our vendors, and she would give quick and excellent advice. The last meet up was the week of the wedding to finalize the schedule of the event and our vendors. Stephanie was fantastic as she spent an hour with us going through every last detail to ensure our wedding day would be perfect. We invited her to our rehearsal dinner which was at the venue and she took any decorations we wanted to keep safe and verified we had everything needed for the wedding.
Our wedding day was perfect and so much fun, we were relaxed as Stephanie was there to check up on us if we needed anything, and broke down the event for us once we left so that we did not need to worry about clean up. I highly recommend having a wedding coordinator, especially Stephanie, your big day should be perfect with no stress, and she did just that! She was affordable and was familiar with our vendors as well as our venue March Farms.
I am a little late on our review as our wedding was October 5, 2019. Stephanie was amazing from the first time we met. Not only did she suggest local vendors for our big day but she traveled to meet us at multiple vendor locations. We had a lot of questions and she had all the answers! She made us feel comfortable that everything was going work out from the start. Also, excellent communication! Even if she was away physically, she was available via email, phone or text anytime. Stephanie helped with every aspect of planning, rehearsing and day of tasks. We can’t thank her enough for everything!
If you are reading this and debating on reaching out to her, do it! I would recommend her over and over again.
I need a 6th star for Stephanie!!! I cannot recommend her highly enough. I recently got married in October and took on the challenging task of having our reception in a non-traditional venue....a indoor horse riding ring. This was no simpe task but what made it easy was the wonderful people I had behind me and at the TOP of that list was Stephanie. Take my advice when I say, on the day of your wedding you want accountable and reliable professionals behind you and Stephanie is the BEST. Not only is she a wonderful person, she was extremely available and patient. She was readily available whether via phone or in person. She had great tools to keep up organized and unique ideas. After every meeting she eased any wedding planning anxiety I had. When the wedding day came I had peace knowing Stephanie was working in the background. She kept us on time and organized which was no easy task for our crew. I don’t know of any hiccups that occurred on the wedding day because of Stephanie’s amazing job and seamless execution. Ultimately Stephanie was instrumental in making my ideas a reality. From day one, she understood my vision and kept it at the forefront of the planning. She created a wedding that exceeded my every dream and that was the best day of my life. You will be so thankful to have Stephanie by your side. Your wedding day will be that much better because of it.
We cannot overstate the value of Stephanie. She went well above and beyond our expectations, and we realized that if we hadn't hired her our wedding wouldn't have been nearly as successful.
We hired Stephanie to be a "day of" coordinator. Before the wedding, she did a visit to our reception venue to go over plans and attended our ceremony rehearsal. On the day of the wedding, she set up everything at our reception site (perfectly), then oversaw the ceremony (programs, entrances etc), then went back to the reception site to ensure everything was still perfect. Her attention to detail is unreal. She anticipated things we never could have and got every single thing done precisely the way we needed it done.
When the reception ended, she stayed at the site well past midnight cleaning up (even though we hadn't asked her to). She boxed everything up and handed it all off to our parents to bring home. When our parents left the venue, Stephanie was still working. It was incredible. During the reception itself, she spoke to all the vendors, coordinated the announcements, entrances, cake cutting and everything else. Anything that anyone needed, she got it done. Stephanie is invaluable, and her rates are beyond reasonable. If you want your big day to run smoothly, you should hire Stephanie. She'll make sure your event is perfect. Highly, highly recommend.
Steph from Atlantic Events is wonderful, and you should definitely hire her! She's creative, has beautiful and brilliant ideas, flexible, organized, and very easy to work with. She worked with us for our wedding, and she was a lifesaver. She consulted on a million different wedding details and gave thoughtful suggestions all along the way. And the day of our wedding, she did an amazing job in setting everything up (no small feat, as we had a LOT of DIY stuff!) so that everything looked polished, beautiful, and welcoming. In addition, Steph is the most lovely person to work with - she is kind, attentive to detail, and very diplomatic - super useful in making complicated events with lots of people run smoothly and beautifully. Put your faith in Steph - you won't be disappointed!
Stephanie was the coordinator for my fall 2017 wedding and she was absolutely amazing. In advance of the day she graciously drove to our venue multiple times to meet with me to discuss different ideas. For details that I was unsure of, she listened to all my thoughts and then put together idea boards with visuals and pricing for me to consider. Stephanie researched everything from cake toppers and potential favors, to bakeries and florists for me. I can’t even imagine the number of phone calls, emails, and web searches she did on my behalf!
I loved that Stephanie was always present and available, but not overbearing. She was always prompt with her replies to me and provided timelines regarding when she would have information for me. If we hadn’t talked in awhile she gently checked in, but never made me feel like she was quizzing me or pressuring me. Stephanie exceeded my expectations every step of the way, but none more so than on the day of my wedding.
The day of, Stephanie was exceptional. At one point during set-up I realized that I didn’t have anything to do! Stephanie is so sweet but also firm in directing family, friends, and venue staff. I handed over every diagram and list I had created and she executed marvelously. I was so confident in Steph that I can honestly say I was not stressed for even one moment of my wedding day!
Stephanie is a true professional and she is so skilled at blending the supportive aspects of her job with the directive aspects. You can tell she is passionate about her work and her credentials prove that she is serious about continually learning about her industry.
Thank you a million times over to Stephanie for making my day perfect—one that I had time to take in and enjoy to the fullest. Five stars from this extremely happy client!!!
Stephanie is a wonderful event and wedding planner and provides a calming presence for a bride and groom who are nervous and overwhelmed. She listened to what my husband and I wanted and envisioned right from the start. We had a certain budget and Stephanie helped us meet that, from finding us a photographer within that budget to decorations. Stephanie was there to help the day of the wedding by ensuring that everything ran smoothly and was set up and ready to go! Stephanie’s guidance was invaluable and we are very lucky to have had her by our side on our wedding day!
