Everyone was extremely professional and helpful and answered all of my questions. They were immediately responsive to any emails throughout the process, And on the day of helped calm my nerves. Every guest could not stop raving about how delicious the food was. And they did a great job with the decor as well! Highly recommend! Jennifer and Lauren are the best!

From the moment we walked in for our initial tour to the moment we left for our honeymoon everyone at the Atlantis ballroom made us feel special, heard, and cared for. The communication with all of the people who helped us was amazing, and they were always quick to get back to us with any questions we had! The day of our wedding went by flawlessly and we didn’t have to worry about a single thing. If you’re thinking of booking your wedding here, you 100% should!! We are so thankful to everyone that was a part of our wedding day and all of the days leading up to it! They took all of the pressure off and we had no worries about our wedding day being perfect!

If you’re thinking about booking The Atlantis Ballroom as your venue, DO IT!!!! I literally cannot recommend them enough. LONG story short, we were two days away from our wedding and got a call our venue could no longer accommodate us. Realizing we had no time to panic and had to figure something out, my (now) husband suggested that we check out the Atlantis Ballroom because he’s been to several events there and they had always been nice. Not only were they able to make an entire wedding happen in just TWO DAYS notice, but they went above and beyond! Everyone we dealt with was so friendly. The food was AMAZING. Our cake was so cute! Literally everything was better than perfection. They had a huge supply of decorations/colors/etc. that we were able to pick for them to use to decorate the ballroom and for the cocktail hour. They also used some of our own stuff at our request since I already worked so hard on it. They were able to accommodate every single person who had a dietary restriction (keto, GF, allergies). We got married 3 months ago and every time I see anyone that was at our wedding, they rave about how it was the best and most fun wedding they ever went to! We wouldn’t have been able to do it without Jen and everyone else at The Atlantis Ballroom. There’s no way you’ll be disappointed in your choice by going with The Atlantis Ballroom for any of your events! I know I’ll definitely host any of my events there and I recommend to everyone I know. Atlantis Ballroom is 10/10! From the start, they were so helpful and showed us so many options. After our initial viewing, we immediately knew we wanted to have our wedding there! The staff is awesome and the place is very clean! The food there is beyond delicious. I’m so glad we chose Atlantis Ballroom for our wedding!

I cannot say enough GREAT things about our wedding experience with Emily & Jenn at the Atlantis Ballroom. From the first initial sit down to find the best price and the most to offer- Emily was beyond helpful and so pleasant! Every wedding venue should have an Emily- as she was just so amazing and helpful! My wife insisted on making most of the decor herself, and they did an amazing job when we dropped it all off- seeing it all come to life! The staff serving my guests were so friendly and pleasant. The rooms were clean, and the breakfast we held for the guests the morning after was set up fabulous! Thank you again for giving us a stress-free wedding venue!

We booked Atlantis Ballroom for our October wedding and it was everything we hoped it would be! The staff were extremely professional, kind and looked after us the entire evening. They were very flexible if we needed to change appointments last minute and helped us out in any way they could. I would definitely recommend Atlantis, you will be treated like kings and queens!

We had our wedding in the smaller coral ballroom in the same facility and words can't even begin to describe how amazing , wonderful and perfect our experience was . From day 1 just looking and getting prices for our special day we were so impressed and attracted to the venue . The venue and hotel have definitely had recent updates with the ball rooms being especially beautiful , elegant and modern .pricing is more than fair , affordable and competitive all at the same time. All the staff for the wedding and hotel itself were wonderful and all so sweet. Our maître d' / catering manager was Lauren and she just absolutely blew us away with everything she and her team put together before and during the event . Lauren is a well trained , seasoned veteran at what she does and she does it well . She made us feel so secure and happy with all of our choices, she recommended so many things to enhance our wedding day even further to get the most out of it and was an absolutely amazing companion through this whole experience. Food was absolutely delicious and never came close to even getting low on anything during cocktail hour. Our dinners were amazing as well and the service with emphasis on attendance and professionalism could not have been better .Lauren and her team met our expectations and crushed them by going so far above and beyond for us we will forever remember this special day and the people and place that truly made it perfect . Not a complaint to be found from us or a single guest . A perfect 10/10 in every single category. This was the perfect place for my daughter's wedding! The bridal suite was beautiful, and it was so convenient to have the wedding at a hotel. Our guests had nothing but compliments about the food and everyone had a good time. They were very attentive, especially to our family members. We would hold another special event with them anytime.

We had an amazing experience everyone was so helpful from beginning to end food was amazing as well as the decor. I honestly can’t speak enough about everyone there.

While we did not host a wedding here, we did have my daughter’s Sweet 16 there. The venue was fabulous to work with. We had to reschedule due to Covid and work through any of the restrictions and they were on top of everything. Andrea and Erik were awesome to work with. Our event which was held July 10th was beyond what we could have asked for. The room was set up exactly has we had talked about. It was beautiful. My husband and I got married here this past weekend at the Coral Ballroom. The whole staff of Atlantis Ballroom, from the catering, front desk, and waiters were truly amazing! They truly made our day special and stress free even from when we were planning. They were flexible and accomodating with the changes on our menu and our concerns, executed our vision for our decor, and just made sure all of our guests were having a great time. We highly recommend this venue! We are so glad we were here to celebrate our special day. Thank you again!!

My husband and I got married on 11/8/2020. It was absolutely magical and flawless! The team, including Samantha Garibaldi and Angel Andrade, were incredible and so caring. We felt like they truly cared and helped with every concern we had about the wedding in general and with the COVID situation. Our guests felt safe and it was still a perfect night. We can't say enough great things!

Let me start by saying the Atlantis Ballroom was a dream venue to say I Do in! From the first meeting when we were greeted with food while we toured to every meeting up until the wedding - The Atlantis Ballroom is amazing. They recently remodeled their ballroom which is to die for. They provide gorgeous centerpieces which if you are on a budget or not, they are stunning. Samantha G. my wedding coordinator helped me pull together my dream wedding. Sam & Nicole answered my emails of questions within 5 minutes every time allowing me to make quick decisions while I was on the go. We did both our ceremony and reception here. Our guest RAVED about the food and how beautiful everything was. All of the staff were so friendly. Erik the Maitre D' was on his game - from decorating to being by our side all night he was amazing. Literally could not recommend this venue more. It was within our budget which was also super helpful since we paid for it ourselves. The venue is close to Island Heights and Seaside beaches for gorgeous pictures if you wish. We stayed the night in the hotel after the wedding, when we come up to the room after our wedding they laid out cake, champagne, glasses, and wedding cookies on our bed for us to enjoy together. If you don't know you are very busy with guests all night so being able to bond over our cake when it was all over was the icing on the cake. Book your wedding here!!! You won't be disappointed. Sam & Nicole will go out of their way to make your day a dream!!

We cannot put into words how AMAZING the team at Atlantis Ballroom is! We planned our wedding from out of state, which could have been extremely stressful, but they made it so easy! The wedding was everything we ever wanted and much more than we ever expected. Samantha, Nicole, and Erik were so accommodating and worked with us to make sure everything was perfect. The food is excellent and the wait staff are so kind! The Atlantis Ballroom is not only a beautiful venue, but gives you a high return on your investment. It is truly the diamond of the Jersey Shore! You would be doing yourself a great disservice if you didn’t consider them for your special day!

Our dream party! We have been married 40 years and never had a formal wedding! We met with Samantha and Nicole to discuss our perfect renewal ceremony and party! This was the best idea! They followed our vision and made our dreams come true! They made this 60 year old bride feel so special! If you want a memorable event, please see these two women, it would be the best decision you can make! The ballrooms are redone and are beautiful!

Samantha and her team at the Days Hotel helped to make our wedding everything we hoped it would be. On the day of our wedding, Erik made sure everything was set up the way we wanted and even made us a plate of food during our cocktail hour to make sure we ate. Can not say more positive things about the Atlantis Ballroom. The wedding we attended was fabulous from beginning to end. The ceremony was beautiful, the reception was exceptional and the room we stayed in was clean and comfortable. The workers were all very accommodating!

My fiancé and I just book our venue with Samantha. She was amazing. She made our making an important decision much easier. She was knowledgeable, had many suggestions that we didn’t even think of. She was as happy about our wedding as we are. We are looking forward to having our wedding there and knowing that Samantha will be with us through it is such a relief. And of course the place is great just what we were looking for.

My friends got married in May 2019 and we had a wonderful time at their wedding. The layout was good and the dance floor was big enough to accommodate all of the guests. The food was very good too. Most of us reserved a room and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. Location was great, only minutes from the beach so we made it a memorable weekend

My husband and I were engaged for about two and half years and finding our venue was one of the first things we checked off our to-do list. Throughout the whole process communication was very quick, open and honest; not once did we ever feel "cheated" or "rushed." They made us feel confident and comfortable in our choice all the way through our wedding day! We communicated with Samantha for most of our planning, who we completely LOVED! And our maitre d, Eric, was absolutely a.m.a.z.i.n.g!! The day of couldn't have been more perfect. Every sign. Every decoration. Everything we asked for was there and just how we imagined it. It took so much stress out of the wedding day to know we felt confident in trusting them to help make our dream day come to life!

Came in yesterday w| my parents to look at the place and talk about prices for my wedding next year. And Samantha did such an amazing job explaining everything! I had 2 other places in mind where I wanted to get married. So I decided to come back the atlantis and check it once again. And the deal she is giving me is perfect. The Coral room I'll be in is all brand new and absolutly beautiful. I honestly can't wait to continues working with Samantha till I get married here next year! She was so very helpful!!! I'm so pleased with this place.

My husband and I can not thank the staff at Atlantis Ballroom enough for their hard work, patience, guidance, attention to detail, and overall positive disposition while planning our wedding reception. It was effortless working with Samantha and Nicole while planning our wedding. Every email ranging from a silly question to what I thought was going to be a giant issue was answered promptly and handled by these ladies with ease reducing my stress level tremendously and instantly! When it came time to our wedding day, Erik our Maitre d', was amazing! Anything we wanted or needed he made happen without question. He went above and beyond for us and we greatly appreciated it. The Days Hotel room coordinator, Pamela, was extremely helpful when it came to booking rooms for our out of town guests. Also, Barbara at the front desk was a pleasure to work with and tremendously accommodating. I once had to call Barbara three or four times in the spand of two hours and each time I called she was more than pleasant! The ballroom and hotel itself was fantastic. It was all up to date and perfect for the style reception we wanted. I would recommend Atlantis Ballroom to anyone looking for a venue for their special day!

We had a very pleasant experience having our wedding ceremony & reception at the Days Hotel! It wasn’t our first choice, but due to unexpected financial hardship while planning our wedding, we needed to change venues & decided on Days. Judging from the looks of it on the outside, you’d think it was just a regular hotel, but once you’re inside and see the ballrooms, you realize how beautiful it is. My husband and I are in a unique situation: we had lived in NJ when we booked, but about a month or two later we got sent on orders by the military to move to Northern California. We were told by them that we’d get a phone call from our maitre’d, Eric, about a week before our wedding to go over things for the day of & to set up a time to drop off all of our things with him. We flew back to NJ a week before our wedding and hadn’t heard anything from him, so when we went in on the Monday before to drop off our final payment, we let Blair know and she said she’d have him contact us within the next day or so. He called the next day and we worked out a time with him that worked best for us. He was really nice. We brought in a lot of our own things, including center pieces. The Days Hotel has a storage closet in the bar area where they keep your things safely locked inside. Eric made sure to go over everything we brought & we explained what it was for. Some things ended up out of place (possibly due to missed labels) but everything looked beautiful. When we checked into the hotel the night before the wedding, we received a wonderful surprise from Lauren, one of the front desk managers. I wasn’t supposed to receive the bridal suite because that’s reserved for the evening weddings, but it was available, so she assigned it to us! She was also incredibly sweet in general & definitely deserves a shout-out! We also got to speak with Blair & Samantha. We had a nice chat & they seemed genuinely happy for us. The day of the wedding went fairly smooth. I was worried about timelines, particularly when I was supposed to be in the lobby area with my bridal party to get ready to walk down the aisle. Eric has made it clear that he wanted to make sure no guests saw me before the ceremony. I had members of my bridal party go find out what the deal was & they were told he would call my room to let us know when to head down (would have been nice to know beforehand). It worked out, but I think that could have been communicated sooner and not last minute. We were required to make a floor plan & we took careful detail in considering placement & where we wanted our tables to be set up. In the end, it seemed like they ditched our floor plan. The ceremony is in the same room as the reception. We wanted to take our photos there & were told by Eric that it would be no problem. When planning our table placement, we took this into consideration & placed tables no where near that area where we’d be taking photos. Since our plan was ditched by staff, we heard Eric giving our photographer an attitude telling her he needed the space & she needed to hurry up. We thought that was very unprofessional & unnecessary considering the tables weren’t even supposed to go there. During the reception, Eric had approached us a few times but there was a sweet 16 happening in the bigger ballroom & we think he was between the two, so we didn’t see very much of him. We had a wonderful time & the negatives were few (no place is perfect!) definitely recommend having your wedding at the Days Hotel!

The girls were super easy to get a hold of with any questions and super responsive to any emails. They helped so much to keep us on schedule the day of and just made everything perfect. We had our reception at Coral ballroom at Atlantis ballroom on May 3rd! We went through a few ups and downs during our planning process, but we never went without an answer to our questions and concerns. Blair was on top of everything for us. When Samantha came on in the last two months and for our menu detailing, I was able to sigh with relief for a little because she went over everything exactly and even mentioned things to us that weren't previously mentioned. She really solved everything! Eric, our maitre d, was incredible as well. He was in the background and handled everything before any issues were even able to come about! He had everything set up and perfect with every transition. Our guests are still talking about how amazing the food was and how many choices they had (even with the lowest package and minimal extras)! James and I had everything we dreamed of and more. Thank you so much, we would recommend Atlantis Ballroom to everyone we know! I can't believe it's over and has been for 2 weeks already!

Was very pleased with the way my wedding went. Food was absolutely delicious, everyone raved about it. Few cons, thy were short staffed due to another wedding happening at the same time, my VIP table (family) never received their first course and none of my guests were served coffee or tea. They took way too long to take orders due to being understaffed which cut dancing short and rushed the cake cutting which happened before people could even finish their meals.

I love this team! They made my day exactly what I wanted. They were there for me 24/7 and I had complete faith that I could relax and they’d get the job done. Call them and you won’t be disappointed!

They treated me like a princess and really worked with my budget. My guests raved about the food and are still talking about what a great time they had. The beautiful bridal suite was perfect for getting ready, and my besties had nothing but nice things to say about the hotel rooms and staff. Shout out to Jenn at the front desk! We just had our wedding there last night 9.9.18. It was the best night of our lives, everything was beautiful!! The staff did an excellent job with decorating and helping us out with having a beautiful wedding!! I am so happy we booked with the atlantis ballroom!! Amazing catering staff!!! Debbie, Jenn and Blair and I'm so sorry I cant remember the matre des name but she was amazing as well!! We are so sad it's over because everyone including the guests had an amazing time! From day one, we were very pleased with the professionalism and detail oriented planning that Atlantis Ballroom upheld. The whole process was easily laid out in front of us. Everything from choosing our colors, menus and drinks to details about cocktail hour and reception details was handled with the utmost care. We would be giving a flawless review if it hadn't been for the wedding cake. Overall everything was breathtaking. Every detail handled perfectly. Dotting Every "I" and crossing every "T". But our wedding cake, while still looking beautiful the day of our reception, was not in the same condition it was when it was dropped off the day before. While being unsure of how it was stored over night, it was damaged when we got to our reception. Extremely dried out, all the decorations on the cakes (wedding cake AND grooms cake) were damaged as if they had been either left out and got too hot and melted, or had been put in a fridge that was far too cold. Whether it was incorrect temperature maintenance or condensation in a refrigerator, it really upset my mother and me. My mother whom was the one who made our cakes and has done so professionally for the last 40 years. Even though it was still beautiful and no one other than her and myself was truly aware of what happened, she was heart broken because of the time and care she had put into making the cake for her last child's wedding was all for naught. My mother always brought extra decorations in case something ever goes wrong but even those decorations were destroyed over night. With a full service kitchen and staff, we assumed care for the cake for less than 24 hours wouldn't have been a problem. But unfortunately we were incorrect. We had a lot of other intricate details that were taken care of beautifully which included a family heirlooms. All in all, the reception was wonderful and we were very pleased with our time at Atlantis Ballroom and we would recommend them for your events.

My husband and I had our wedding ceremony and reception at the Atlantis Ballroom this past Friday, and it was absolutely perfect. Jennifer M and Debbie were there to help with every step of planning and to answer all my crazy questions. The room was set up beautifully, with all our decorations placed how we imagined along with a few extra ideas. The food was excellent and plentiful. Our guests gave many compliments on the food, including the children's chicken fingers and vegan options. A lot of our guests were also from out of town, and stayed at the Days Hotel. Jen S helped make sure our guests rooms were close to one another, and that we had enough space and time for the bridal party to get ready. I would highly recommend the Atlantis Ballroom to any couple looking for their venue, our wedding was perfect.

Jen and the ballroom staff were nothing but extraordinary! Any question that we had was answered right away and we could not be more grateful. Kayleigh was amazing on our wedding night making sure that we were both good with drinks and food, making sure we were both happy with the set up prior to our guests seeing the ballroom! We first toured the Atlantis Ballroom while they were still renovating and took a risk, which definitely paid off! It turned out great, all my guests had no complaints about the room blocks, everyone liked the food, the baker they work with is great, and Jennifer was always helpful and adjusted things for our needs.

From start to finish Jen in sales was so sweet and helpful. Such a down to earth person who was super responsive and always very laid-back. We unfortunately did not have Jen for our wedding day but we did had Debbie who was just as wonderful. She made me feel very comfortable and relaxed as you can be on your wedding day! Everyone at Atlantis made sure everything went smoothly. The room was absolutely gorgeous and the food was phenomenal. Although my groom and I were busy all night and did not get to eat much, they packed up plates for us to make sure we ate. If you are looking to have a wedding on a budget this is the place to go. Here I was able to get my dream wedding. From the moment I walked into the ballroom I fell in love with the giant dance floor that would eventually be under our feet as we shared our first dance as husband and wife. The food was immaculate. The service was above and beyond, from Jennifer putting up with my thousands of phone calls, to our Maitre D on the day of the wedding making sure we were happy and kept on schedule. Our day was like a fairy tale and I will be forever grateful for the Atlantis Ballroom and all of its staff for helping to make my dream wedding possible. Loved touring the Atlantis ballroom, with the personable workers, and the newly updated ballroom, it is hard to look elsewhere. Can't beat their overly reasonable pricing either. Definitely one of my top contenders for venue searching.

Jen Marvel has been an amazing and reliable catering manager and she is excellent with her communications throughout the planning process of the wedding. From the champaign and desserts being hand delivered to my Bridle Suite the morning of the wedding by Jen Marvel and Sam Natiello while we were getting ready to the attentiveness of Sam our Maitre D and the rest of the staff the entire cocktail hour and reception, I and all my wedding guests can not say enough great things about the place. I am so happy I had the privilege of having my wedding at the Atlantis Ballroom. If I could do the day all over again I would not have changed a single thing.
