HIRE HER!!! Audrey was the month-of coordinator for our May wedding and hiring her was one of the best decisions we made. We had so much fun at our wedding - best day ever - and Audrey and her team worked so hard to make that happen for us. She has such a calm and controlled demeanor so every time we looked at her and her team, we felt a sense that everything was either going as planned or on track to be going as planned. In addition to being exceptionally professional and on top of things, they are also all so nice and friendly. It was a joy to be with them on our wedding day. We got a little tired of making so many trivial decisions throughout the wedding planning process, but Audrey and her team got so excited about some of the song choices and details that we knew our friends and family would notice and appreciate them too.
When our venue coordinator changed and the new one wanted to start the details planning sooner than 30 days out, Audrey was flexible with us. She ended up starting her support for us (and the venue coordinator) early without question. Even before we really started collaborating, her resources after signing the contract were beyond helpful! Especially the organization support discount codes she was able to provide.
We got a ton of feedback from family, our bridal party, and our guests about how well the day was run and Audrey and her team was such a huge part of that. They thought of all things and were prepared for everything.

Audrey is the absolute BEST!!! From the moment we interviewed, I could tell she is calm, cool, and collected, which is exactly what I wanted for my wedding day! Great energy, while also easing all of my stress. The month of our wedding, Audrey was very helpful in getting all of our vendors on the same page and she was very detail oriented, which I really really appreciated. Audrey and her team are very professional and helped make the seamless transitions throughout the wedding day. They helped bring my wedding vision to life, exactly how I pictured it in my head. They set up all of our decorations, signage, and table scapes perfectly. Audrey and her team checked with us throughout the day, getting us anything we needed whether that was a drink refill, holding my veil, or just to check in with me and how I was feeling. We had the absolute pleasure of working with Audrey to help plan our wedding on NYE! From the beginning, Audrey was absolutely amazing! She was incredibly organized, kept us on schedule, and always went above and beyond! She created a google drive and docs that streamlined communication and scheduled regular calls so that we were always on the same page. She recommended some amazing vendors, and worked seamlessly with some of our other outside vendors! During our wedding weekend, I had complete faith that Audrey and her team would make everything run smoothly! Her team was so easy to work with, and they were always one step ahead of us! On wedding day, they kept us on schedule and kept all the moving pieces running smoothly! Audrey and her team helped make our wedding weekend so magical, and our wedding day was absolutely perfect! We loved working with her so much that we keep recommending her to our newly engaged friends and family! In fact, she is helping plan my sister's wedding in a few months! From our first phone call to the day of our wedding Audrey was always there. Every phone call we had gave us relief and peace over all the planning. She always had an answer for everything and solved every problem we had. Very calm and determined to make everything work out and run so smoothly. Our day would not have been the same without Audrey and her team. Thank you so much Audrey! We couldn’t have done it with out you!
We hired Audrey for partial planning and she is incredible! Such a kind, genuine and warm person and also extremely professional. She helped us navigate numerous planning obstacles as we planned from out of state and always helped us think of things we weren't thinking of. When it came to the wedding weekend and day-of execution, her and her team absolutely knocked it out of the park. Whether it was always being two steps ahead so everything ran ahead of schedule or the small glasses of water throughout the day to make sure we are hydrated, she makes sure to take care of the big and little things. Audrey and her team will make sure your day runs smoothly and we really enjoyed working with her.
Audrey and her team are the DREAM TEAM. I could not have asked for a better day of coordinator. They are so attentive to all details and executed everything beautifully. Our wedding was large at 370 people and every single person was so impressed by how smoothly everything went. Communication with her was easy and we were able to orchestrate the event smoothly even with so much going on. She is calm under pressure and attentive to the couple throughout the entire process and day of the wedding. As a Filipino bride I wanted to find someone who understood the importance of culture and family and she understood me immediately without any explanation. I highly recommend her to any person looking for a day of coordinator or wedding planner in general.
I cannot even begin to say just how incredible a job Audrey did as our coordinator, but I'll start by saying this to any couples who are planning your wedding: the best gift you could possibly buy yourselves for your special day is hiring a coordinator, especially if it's Audrey!!
From the day we hired her, she was beyond communicative and open to all of our questions and concerns. She took over for us a month before the wedding and handled communication with our vendors, created a timeline, and helped us get everything together for the big day. Once it came, she and her amazing team went above and beyond to get everything set up, put out every fire, and make sure my wife and I were comfortable and relaxed. The day went so perfectly thanks to her - I really can't say enough just how happy I am that we hired her!
If you don't take my word for it - our venue manager has been there for hundreds of weddings over the years and said that Audrey was head and shoulders the best coordinator he has ever worked with. Do yourselves a favor and book her ASAP - you won't regret it!! Thank you so much for everything!!!
We cannot speak highly enough of Audrey and her team for the incredible work they did in planning our wedding. We booked Audrey for a Full Planning package and she went above and beyond in organizing not only our wedding ceremony, but also our Henna Ceremony and Chinese Tea Ceremony. Audrey was always available to answer any questions we had and provided invaluable feedback throughout the planning process. She helped us choose the perfect venue and vendors, and each one turned out amazing. On the wedding day, Audrey did an amazing job putting up all the decorations in a beautiful manner. She ensured everything ran smoothly and on time, allowing us to fully enjoy our special day. Her assistants Kristen and Elise were also fantastic and contributed greatly to the success of the day. Audrey also made sure that all the rented items were returned promptly. We highly recommend Audrey and her team to anyone who is looking for an experienced and professional wedding planner who will go above and beyond to make your day special.

We worked with Audrey of Audrey Jean Events for our wedding this September. From our first phone call, I knew Audrey was the best fit. She had great energy and was very professional. The months leading up to our wedding, Audrey talked with us on the phone once and met in person once at the restaurant for the cocktail hour/dinner reception. She helped alleviate so much stress, patiently answering questions during the process and especially during the days prior to our wedding. From the vendor she recommended for designing table numbers/seating charts to the incredibly organized details in the day-of timeline, everything was amazing. Audrey made sure everyone was on track on our wedding day, which helped us be at ease and truly enjoy the day. Outside of working with our vendors, she always made it a point to check on us and make sure we were well fed and provided everything we needed during photos and wedding reception. We knew we wanted Audrey from the very first time we had our FT meeting. She not only gives such a welcoming yet professional vibe, but when you first meet her she definitely gives off such beautiful radiant energy.
Keep in mind, our wedding was pretty untraditional (we had a rave/festival inspired wedding)… but Audrey was all for it! She was there to bounce off ideas and was definitely our hype woman.
As our planner, she gave us reassurance texts throughout the months that everything was falling into place. She provided flexible meet ups which def helped with our crazy schedule. She provided excel sheets/documents to make sure we stayed on top of things. She was the perfect dose of sweet and assertive when it came to vendors, which helped keep my anxiety as low as possible.
On the actual day, I was very impressed with her and her staff. They were running around like crazy but made everything run smoothly. Our venue was huge, we random details, but they made our wedding beautiful.
She’s truly an amazing soul and definitely would hire her again for ANY type of event. Can’t believe the wedding is already over, we miss you!

We hired Audrey as our day-of coordinator, but she went above and beyond the entire month leading up to the wedding – managing our vendors, doing walk throughs with the venues when we couldn't make it up there, putting out any fires that came up. She made us feel so at ease and in control and she fit so seamlessly into our day; she is so helpful and warm, it felt like a working with a close friend/relative which was so wonderful. 10/10 would recommend :)

When I first met Audrey, we had a great connection and knew we would work well together. I was happy to know she was available to be our wedding coordinator. As soon as we hit the month of our wedding, she took on the role so well. She was attentive to all the details and on top of contacting the vendors. The day of, wow.. I can’t say it enough but she killed it along with her assistants, Laura and Ralph. They made the day go by so smoothly!! We didn’t feel an ounce of stress at all that day and it’s all thanks to Audrey and her team! We are beyond happy with their hard work and dedication to making our big day the best day of our lives!!!

For my wedding day I was sure I was going to be overwhelmed by so many things, so many questions but working with Audrey she took care of so many things behind the scenes that I enjoyed every minute of the wedding day!
Since the moment she showed up she was on go mode and I just felt so calm knowing she was there! Our venue was decorated beautifully with all the decorations we had she made my ideas come to life way better than I had imagined. Audrey would always have her eyes on us just to make sure if we needed something or had something to share with her, she was on full alert! we were so thankful for that! that alone kept us at ease!

I don't even know where to begin! When I first hired Audrey, I hired her to be a day of coordinator, which consists of having 1 introduction meetings 2 meetings before the wedding and meet her the day of the rehearsal/ on wedding day. Well, she exceeded all of my expectations for what I thought I was going to get when hiring a day of wedding coordinator. Audrey is so sweet, kind, down to earth and INCREDIBLE at what she does. She is so organized and detail oriented - the two most important things when looking for a wedding coordinator. Audrey not only helped us create a micro wedding (during covid), she also stuck with us through the mess of postponing our original larger wedding. During this entire process, Audrey was always by my side; so optimistic and patient while helping me through my indecisiveness. During the rehearsal and wedding day, Audrey's calm energy helped me get through the nerves and I did not have to worry one bit when it came to making sure everything flowed and happened on time, she was right on it! Audrey truly has become family, she shows the kindest gestures and till this day still checks in with my husband, our families and I. I cannot believe we got so lucky when hiring her. First off I’ll just start by saying, Audrey was the best wedding planner ever! She was referred to me by the hair and makeup team I had hired for my wedding and what a great referral that was. My husband and I met with Audrey via zoom for the first time and she immediately made us feel comfortable and more relaxed about the whole wedding process. We hired her as our day of wedding planner and we’re so thankful that we did. She took so much stress off of us and allowed us to just enjoy our wedding day by making sure everything ran smoothly and there were no hiccups. Audrey was so incredibly organized and made sure everything was perfect for us. My husband and I still talk often about how everything on our wedding day was so smooth and easy and we 100% attribute that to Audrey and her team. Audrey was smiling the whole day and was a refreshing person to see while I was getting ready for the day as I knew she was taking care of everything. She really makes you feel relaxed and I couldn’t have had such an amazing wedding without her! She is also so friendly and easy going and has even followed up with my husband and I just to check in and say hi. I cannot recommend her enough! She’s fantastic!
Is there any way to give Audrey TEN STARS? Audrey is AMAZING at what she does! My husband and I hired Audrey as our day of coordinator for our wedding, but this package also came with month of planning.
During the one month span of working with Audrey, she really took the time to get to know us as a couple and our vision for the wedding. It was easy to communicate with Audrey and she answered our many questions. She was literally a text away and responded to us right away.
The day of our wedding, Audrey did an amazing job with coordinating every aspect of the wedding. She communicated with our family, friends, venue staff and all of the vendors. Audrey’s professionalism and calm demeanor allowed my husband and I to really enjoy our special day. We loved her personality and had a great time working with her and having her around.
We hired Audrey not knowing what to expect in a wedding coordinator, but she went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations. Our wedding planning and wedding day would not have been what it was without Audrey. There was literally ZERO stress that came with this day because of Audrey’s help in planning.

Do not hesitate to hire Audrey Jean Events for your wedding! Audrey is incredible - she took so much stress away from me the weeks leading up to my wedding by providing unlimited correspondence. She really understood our vision and helped us make decisions in areas that were bogging us down. Audrey is professional, responsive, organized, detail oriented, and skilled at dealing with different types of personalities. On the day of my wedding, she checked in with me at my hotel, received deliveries from vendors and made sure everything was set up correctly, and made sure my husband and I were taken care of all night - I was truly amazed at how much she was successfully juggling at any given moment. I also had a Persian wedding and I didn’t have to explain anything to her because she has experience coordinating multicultural events. Audrey was Amazing! She assisted us as a day of coordinator for our Wedding and the day wouldn’t have run as smoothly without her. She is amazingly priced and did so much for us. I can honestly say from my point of view nothing went wrong the entire day, and if it did she took care of it without me ever even knowing about it. She made sure all my details were laid out exactly as I had imagined and even included her own personal touches to make everything that much better. I would hire her again in a heart beat and highly recommend her services.

If you haven’t chosen a day of Coordinator, look no further than Audrey. While looking for a coordinator, my wife and I read countless reviews and horror stories on how choosing the wrong one could end up ruining the big day. We did our due diligence and reached out to multiple coordinators over the Thumbtack app hoping to find a perfect match. A good friend of ours politely recommended we give Audrey a call to see if she was the right fit for us.
We had high expectations and a specific vision for our wedding. From our first initial call we felt the connection. Her excitement over details and her previous experience made us feel that we had found the one. Without her help our wedding would not have had that magic feeling. She gave everything life and more importantly gave us space to share our wants. Her advice and company was the absolute best support we needed. She handled everything with such professionalism. Having two brides is better than one and also double the emotions to handle. I cannot stress enough how PERFECT she was, rolled with all the punches and made it look effortless. She's also mom approved, book her right away!
