as pretty untraditional (we had a rave/festival inspired wedding)… but Audrey was all for it! She was there to bounce off ideas and was definitely our hype woman. As our planner, she gave us reassurance texts throughout the months that everything was falling into place. She provided flexible meet ups which def helped with our crazy schedule. She provided excel sheets/documents to make sure we stayed on top of things. She was the perfect dose of sweet and assertive when it came to vendors, which helped keep my anxiety as low as possible. On the actual day, I was very impressed with her and her staff. They were running around like crazy but made everything run smoothly. Our venue was huge, we random details, but they made our wedding beautiful. She’s truly an amazing soul and definitely would hire her again for ANY type of event. Can’t believe the wedding is already over, we miss you!

Henna Ceremony and Chinese Tea Ceremony. Audrey was always available to answer any questions we had and provided invaluable feedback throughout the planning process. She helped us choose the perfect venue and vendors, and each one turned out amazing. On the wedding day, Audrey did an amazing job putting up all the decorations in a beautiful manner. She ensured everything ran smoothly and on time, allowing us to fully enjoy our special day. Her assistants Kristen and Elise were also fantastic and contributed greatly to the success of the day. Audrey also made sure that all the rented items were returned promptly. We highly recommend Audrey and her team to anyone who is looking for an experienced and professional wedding planner who will go above and beyond to make your day special. TL;DR: Audrey and her team did an incredible job planning our wedding, including our Henna Ceremony and Chinese Tea Ceremony. Highly recommend!

n the phone once and met in person once at the restaurant for the cocktail hour/dinner reception. She helped alleviate so much stress, patiently answering questions during the process and especially during the days prior to our wedding. From the vendor she recommended for designing table numbers/seating charts to the incredibly organized details in the day-of timeline, everything was amazing. Audrey made sure everyone was on track on our wedding day, which helped us be at ease and truly enjoy the day. Outside of working with our vendors, she always made it a point to check on us and make sure we were well fed and provided everything we needed during photos and wedding reception. Thank you so much for everything, Audrey!

ntive to all the details and on top of contacting the vendors. The day of, wow.. I can’t say it enough but she killed it along with her assistants, Laura and Ralph. They made the day go by so smoothly!! We didn’t feel an ounce of stress at all that day and it’s all thanks to Audrey and her team! We are beyond happy with their hard work and dedication to making our big day the best day of our lives!!!

exceeded all of my expectations for what I thought I was going to get when hiring a day of wedding coordinator. Audrey is so sweet, kind, down to earth and INCREDIBLE at what she does. She is so organized and detail oriented - the two most important things when looking for a wedding coordinator. Audrey not only helped us create a micro wedding (during covid), she also stuck with us through the mess of postponing our original larger wedding. During this entire process, Audrey was always by my side; so optimistic and patient while helping me through my indecisiveness. During the rehearsal and wedding day, Audrey's calm energy helped me get through the nerves and I did not have to worry one bit when it came to making sure everything flowed and happened on time, she was right on it! Audrey truly has become family, she shows the kindest gestures and till this day still checks in with my husband, our families and I. I cannot believe we got so lucky when hiring her. A good friend of ours politely recommended we give Audrey a call to see if she was the right fit for us. We had high expectations and a specific vision for our wedding. From our first initial call we felt the connection. Her excitement over details and her previous experience made us feel that we had found the one. Without her help our wedding would not have had that magic feeling. She gave everything life and more importantly gave us space to share our wants. Her advice and company was the absolute best support we needed. She handled everything with such professionalism. Having two brides is better than one and also double the emotions to handle. I cannot stress enough how PERFECT she was, rolled with all the punches and made it look effortless. She's also mom approved, book her right away!
