We loved working with AEL. We had this vision to install lanterns all across the ceiling of our venue and the team did an amazing job. It looked like colorful stars everywhere! We were so impressed with their work, and the booking and communication leading up to the event was a breeze. The staff day-off was so sweet and helpful, too, and they were really attentive to make sure everything was exactly how we hoped. We absolutely recommend them for your event lighting!!

Wade and his team at Austin Event Lighting created the best atmosphere for our wedding at Prospect House in March 2023. We had this idea to hang a giant 5 foot globe that would glow and react to the music and Wade and his team made it come to life. They mocked up our vision (custom making this globe) in their warehouse before we even signed a contract with them, which was the vote of confidence needed for us to trust their work. They took all of our ideas seriously and made the impossible happen. From an inflatable 5 foot globe to a fog machine, Austin Event Lighting really made our wedding an event to remember!

Austin Event Lighting did an incredible job with our South Congress Hotel Wedding. We hired them for indoor and outdoor lighting and also worked with them to manage the Zoom livestream for our COVID-19 era wedding. Our ceremony took place after dark, outdoors, and so lighting was a crucial element to create the atmosphere we wanted. The string lights and uplighting at our Chuppah were STUNNING, and the ballroom uplights and the GOBO added a ton to the reception. Even though the Zoom stream was an add-on - Sean and his team were incredible to work with, showing so much care to ensure that the livestream was of great quality for the many, many people we had watching from home who couldn't attend in person. Austin Event Lighting was a huge part in our wedding being a success. Thank you!!

Absolutely stunning results! This was not an expense we had anticipated, but it was worth every penny! The uplighting they used added so much to the ambiance. Sean is fantastic to work with!

I was extremely pleased with Austin Event Lighting and the work they did for my NYE Wedding at Barr Mansion! I had a very specific vision in my head and lighting was a HUGE component of bringing that vision to life (I was getting married after the sun went down). Their main tech came to one of our site-visits and spent time talking through all the details with my photographer and planner to ensure the game plan was solid! I can't lie - I was anxious to see how it all came together the day of but WOW - They killed it! My planner said the techs onsite the day of were very helpful and went above and beyond as well! Highly Recommend!

AEL did a great job with my wedding. They were very responsive, made my ceremony and reception look incredible, and they even went the extra mile to meet me at the venue beforehand to test out a few of the lights so I could see how they would look. Would definitely recommend them!

Sean and his team were amazing. Put up our lighting through a rainstorm, and fixed it day of to make sure everything was ready for our special day. The lighting is such an important fixture of the Vista on Seward Hill and their attention to detail made our dinner and the rest of our reception amazing.

We were referred to Sean, by our venue and after meeting with my planner and trusting her, Austin Event Lighting had the best prices as well as high quality lighting chandeliers! After meeting him at the venue, he quickly sent over the plan for us to go over. When we did our final walk through, we sent over a few questions to confirm some details. Sean again was prompt in responding and very accommodating to some changes we wanted to make. The evening was absolutely everything I imagined and more when I walked outside for our seated dinner. It was incredibly magical and such a dream come true!

My husband and I got married in kind of a run-down building in a state park. Austin Event Lighting completely transformed the space, including the area surrounding the building. We had a great time working with Sean (owner) and Jon (our on-site designer). Both were friendly and committed to making our day special. Even in the months after, our guests still talk about how beautiful our wedding was. Would highly recommend!

My wife and I hired Austin Event Lighting for our wedding in April of 2017. We were referred to them by our venue. They did a perfect job and were professional throughout the entire process. Sean responded to phone calls and emails in a timely manner too. The lighting was exactly what we wanted too (we were picky!). I loved the wireless battery par cans too, these were professional and we didnt have cords all over the room. Thank you
