Austin’s Elite executed the food service and general set up and take down really well. Our wedding was 100 people and we hired Shannon as the Day of Coordinator as well as a food service crew to serve our catered buffet and maintain water, etc as well as bartenders. Shannon was helpful in the planning process and essential during the actual wedding/rehearsal. She kept us organized during the ceremony, followed up on a lot of little tasks and the entire staff went above and beyond to make the wedding as seamless as possible for us. The staff were very kind and friendly and added great energy to the event. Highly recommend!
Company did a great job on service day of event. They were accommodating to last minute changes as well.
Austin's Elite were an integral part of our wedding day. They provided all the staffing for our event and our Day of Coordination services. On the day of the wedding, I walked outside to a whole crew of people executing our vision without any issues. They had everything set up perfectly and created an absolutely magical event for us. We only had one hour from our venue opening to guests arriving and they pulled it off perfectly. They were so kind, attentive to guests and all night long delivered exceptional service. We loved Austin's Elite!
We used Austin’s Elite for our wedding day and had an amazing experience! We booked rentals, setup/breakdown staff, and bartenders. We even rented linens from a third party through AE, which reduced the number of vendors we had to coordinate, and that helped SO MUCH! The staff were wonderful and so professional during our event! Everything went smoothly and we are so grateful for this top-notch company.

Austin’s Elite really made our service experience seamless with their quality service! We had a food truck for our catering, so they handled the rest, and it really was flawless. My husband and I felt so taken care of by the servers during dinner, and they made sure everyone’s waters were full and plates were cleared throughout the night. If you are looking for a full service staff, I would definitely recommend!
We hired Austin's Elite Events to bartend, as well as pick up our catering order from Central Market. AE handled the alcohol order, the table linens, and food seamlessly. Our rep, Shannon was beyond helpful and patient with us during the entire wedding planning process. The staff at our wedding were so kind and genuine people. We received so many compliments from guests about how kind and helpful the staff were. I've been to a handful of weddings were the staff and/or bartenders don't seem particularly happy to be there, but our team from AE were happy and kind the whole night. I honestly wished we had gotten more time to spend with them! We're so thankful for their hard work and great attitudes and the huge role they played in making our day so perfect. THANKS AE!!
Claire and Leslie were absolutely wonderful! They arrived a few minutes early (loved it!) for our post-wedding brunch and got right to work setting up, providing advice when requested, seeing things that needed to be done (lighting candles, etc) and doing them. They were solicitous throughout the event without being intrusive. They kept up with rotating hot food, refilling cold items, clearing away finished plates and glasses all while smiling and seeming to enjoy themselves. They allowed me and my husband to enjoy our 80+ guests and feel relaxed throughout.
We will most definitely use Austin Elite Events when we next need quality staffing.
We used Austin's Elite for staff for my wedding and the welcome party (as well as previous events I've hosted for work) and continue to have the best of experiences. The staff are on time, courteous, knowledgeable, friendly, and overall fantastic. Will use them for all of my events in the future.
We use Austin’s Elite Staffing for our bartending service and extra staff the day of our wedding. Whitney was so helpful in the planning process! She was responsive, professional, organized, and answered all of my questions. We had a few logistical issues we were concerned about and Austin’s Elite went above and beyond on the day of our wedding to make sure everything ran smoothly. We did a limited bar of beer and wine and the bartenders were great. Thank you Austin’s Elite!
We hired Austin’s Elite for our wedding this April and were thrilled with their service. Our venue required a full-service caterer, but we wanted a food truck – Austin’s Elite fulfilled all remaining requirements so we were able to be flexible with our catering. All of the staff were lovely and very professional, and were happy to accommodate guest requests. They were so helpful in the setup and teardown of our event and kept things running smoothly. So grateful to the Austin’s Elite team for helping with our event! Would highly recommend them for any event needing staffing services.

We used Austin’s Elite month of coordinator, staffing and buffet rentals. Huge shout out to Shannon - she had coordinated my best friend’s wedding and she did such an amazing job I requested her for our wedding. She will help ensure everything runs smoothly on your big day. The staff were amazing as well. Our guests loved the bartenders! We had an open bar with a random assortment of mixers/liquor and they offered the guests many different mixed drinks! The catering staff were super attentive and kind. Would highly recommend Austin’s Elite!

We hired Austin's Elite for our April 2022 Sangeet at Brodie Homstead, and they went above and beyond in making sure how to cater an Indian event. They were also way more reasonable than any other option. Shannon took so much time to work with us to understand what we needed and also to explain the pricing behind everything.

We hired Elite for the staffing and bartending at one of our wedding events. They did an amazing job working with our caterer to refill food and bus tables throughout the event. We also had quite a lot decor to set up and take down that the team helped with. Elite did an amazing job and I would recommend them to anyone who needs bartending or event staffing.

Shannon & team really helped make our wedding run smoothly. Shannon worked with us to create our signature drinks for the day and also sourced linens and glassware for us (a huge weight of our minds). Definitely recommend them for any wedding!
We hired Austin’s Elite staffing for our wedding at Prospect House at the recommendation of our planner from Lovely Day Events. Joel and his team did an excellent job! We brought in catering from Central Market for appetizers, Micklethwait Craft Meats for dinner, Rolling in Thyme and Dough for dessert, and Whataburger for the late night snack. Needless to say there were multiple moving pieces and Austin’s Elite did an excellent job at set-up, serving food, bartending, bussing and more. The waitstaff was very attentive and took care of everything behind the scenes. When the late night snack was dropped off by Whataburger, Austin’s Elite staff brought them around to guests whether they were seated or even on the dance floor. The bartenders did an excellent job - they were attentive, efficient and very friendly. I highly recommend working with Joel and his team from Austin’s Elite!
We used Austin's Elite staffing as supplemental staffing for our wedding day. They were so amazing, professional, quick on their feet and very hard workers. We are so lucky to know this company and get to work with them for my big day. Knowing we had competent staffers help us out when all of my family was tired from the crazy long day took so much weight off my shoulders. They made our day run so smoothly, we would recommend this company over and over.
We used Austin’s Elite for our wedding and the food service was great! The guys who helped out with the catering were awesome. We also used them for bartending which was not great. They were supposed to be contracted from 5-10, and called for last call at 8:40, when I asked why the bartender said “well we’re contracted for 5 hours”, I asked why that wouldn’t be until 10, she said “we got here at 4” I asked why, she said their boss told them it was 4-9. Our wedding didn’t even start until 5, and drinks weren’t needed until 5:30. I asked what they were doing at 4 and she shrugged. She was less than sorry about the mistake and seemed frustrated that i was asking, I asked if there was any way that I could pay for another hour to keep them there since our car wasn’t going to be coming for another hour and our guests thought it was time to start leaving since they said last call and she said she’d talk to her boss - then nothing else was said to me, and they left at 9. I know that this girl was at work, and was told the wrong time, and just wanted to go home, but I was standing there begging pretty patiently and she was rude. It could have been her boss who miscommunicated time, but it wasn’t handled nicely.
We hired Austin's Elite to staff our wedding at Pecan Springs Ranch. We had three different food trucks so we needed bussing, bartenders, etc. We met with them during our final walk through and they were very organized. They noted everything we needed and provided it for our wedding. On our wedding, they were on top of everything. They worked hard and the bartenders were great. We would definitely recommend them to help with your event.
We absolutely loved using Austin's Elite for our servers and rentals! Our reception was somewhat unusual because we didn't have an actual caterer, but Austin's Elite worked with everything we wanted and made it so easy. They were also just so accommodating the day of our wedding, making everything run so smoothly behind the scenes! I would highly recommend them to anyone.
My experience with Austin Elite started off terribly and ended up being pretty great. We had been in contact with Austin Elite and was given a date and time to go over day of wedding details. Austin Elite gave us our Day of Coordinator's name and contact info, with the mention that he was to reach out to confirm with us withing 48 hours. The Day of Coordinator-Jeremy- never reached out to confirmed with us. We attempted to contact him and left multiple emails, texts, and voicemails with no return. The day of the meeting arrives and we finally get a hold of Jeremy, just a few hours before the meeting, and he unapologetically informs us that there is no way for him to meet us that day and we would have to reschedule. We had already taken off work that day specifically for this meeting and there was no way for us to reschedule. Luckily, another employee stepped up the plate and took over our event and we could not be happier with how Joel handled the situation once he became our Day of Coordinator! He was so apologetic for how Jeremy had handled things and went above and beyond to make up for it. Austin Elite provided wonderful service on the day of our wedding! I have no problem recommending Austin Elite, just beware if Jeremy is made your Day of Coordinator.
Tejana and her team did awesome! Not only were they very accommodating but they went out of their way to put together a last minute ceviche shooter for cocktail hour that turned out amazing! Clean up and service staff was awesome. The bartender was very friendly - thank you again Elite for the awesome service.
Austin's Elite took care of the food pick up, delivery and clean up for our reception dinner. We did a buffet style line for dinner, so guests served themselves, but Austin's Elite was there to make sure all the trays were laid out as they should be and that things ended up in the trash or in wash bins at the end of dinner. They made the job of having an affordable, yet clean and orderly dinner possible! Thank you all for being there!
They did a great job. Were able to work well with our caterer and seamlessly handled the rentals for me. I would absolutely use them again for staffing a party.
We used Austin's Elite at our wedding at The Allan House as our event staff and "everything but the food" caterers since we had hired a food truck to serve dinner. Jenny was so great to work with over the phone and was essential to figuring out our rentals and staffing needs for the wedding. Kameron also did a great job at our venue walk-through of helping us determine our needs and timeline for the event. The wedding went off without a hitch and we couldn't have been more pleased with the job that Austin's Elite did!
I may have had the most complicated wedding catering that ever was, but Lauren Gaudet made it work. She's a magician. She spent hours on the phone with me and was so nice and patient with me!
After contacting a few local restaurants to cater our wedding and not being happy with the offerings, my family and I decided to self-cater (eek!). My dad did barbecue chicken and brisket, vegetarian sausage, salad, cornbread, potato salad, etc. We realized we needed someone to handle the drinks and food the day of. We contacted a couple of staffing companies, but Austin's Elite was the most accommodating. Most places wanted to charge a package price, but Lauren was able to put together a more a la carte service that suited our needs. She handled rentals both through Austin's Elite and Premiere, and gave us recommendations for alcohol ordering, glassware, and everything else.
The staff showed up the day of to pick up the food from my house (amazing! we thought we were going to have to schlep it). They mixed the margaritas, put together the buffet for us, served our pie, and cleaned everything up so we got our venue deposit back. I could not be happier with how everything went. Thanks Austin's!!

Jenny at Austin's Elite did an amazing job coordinating our wedding. We opted for the Day-Of Coordination service and it was well worth the money. She made the entire day easy and fun, and kept us all on schedule. Pretty sure we would have been lost without her/ their services.
The bartenders, staffers, and waiters were also amazing. Everyone was so professional and helpful. It was just what we needed.
We originally did not have a coordinator although due to other planning changes, we were required to get one. Since it was later in our planning process that we learned this, most of our budget had already been assigned. They were the ONLY coordinating service I spoke with that was understanding of our situation and willing to work with our budget. Because of our budget concerns, we did not expect much but we were pleasantly proved wrong! Our coordinator was Leah Robertson. She was amazing and I cant say enough about how helpful and grateful I am that we had her there the day of. My only regret is that we did not hire her sooner in our planning process. Leah was the by far the best addition to our special day! Thank you for everything!
