A family member booked through Avalon for my wedding gift. She booked a party bus for family and a limo for me and my bridal party. I needed a second limo for my husband and the groomsmen so I booked through Avalon. They offered me a discounted rate given that this was the third car we were booking through them which was fantastic. I was getting anxious because I read the reviews after the fact, and was starting to worry that they were true because my calls weren't being returned. I was anxious until the day before my wedding because it was 18 hours until pick up time and hadn't heard from my driver as was promised. Fortunately, I received an email a few hours later and they arrived on time and we were able to get to and from the church without any issue. While it was stressful to plan, overall everything went off without a problem which I really appreciated! Our family really enjoyed the party bus and it helped to get everyone ready for an amazing day!

Today I called Avalon Limousine Service to inquire about services and rates for my daughter’s wedding. Sarah was friendly and offered to explain all of their options and gave me prices. After I hung up, I visited their website and was shocked to see that the prices posted were significantly less than what Sarah told me over the phone. I called Sarah back and asked her why that was, and if I were to book a limo through their website would I receive the price listed there. She said, ‘No’. She said they were a small company and the website just went yesterday, which is hard to believe. I remarked that seemed deceptive and she flipped out. She screamed at me, told me I was a horrible person for calling her a liar, that she was having a bad day, that she had spent an hour on the phone with me, and she used curse words. I never raised my voice to her even though she kept screaming over me. I simply tried to say I was calling to ask a question. I asked her if there was someone else I could speak to and she screamed, ‘I’m the boss!! Their websites states she is co-owner and founder??? How sad. I am 62 years old and I am honestly sharing that my experience with Sarah today is the worst interaction I have ever had with a provider in the service industry, if not any interaction in my life with another person. It was abusive. I hope if others call Avalon Limousine that Sarah will not be having a bad day.

Avalon Limo was reasonably priced and I enjoyed working with Sara up until my wedding. However, on my wedding day, my groom texted me wondering where the 26 passenger Limo bus was. Multiple members of my family and bridal party spent over an hour trying to contact them to figure out where they were and what was going on. After an hour, my husband finally got someone on the phone and was told that no one was coming, offering no assistance and NO EXPLANATION. We had reserved the limo bus for 4 hours in order to spend quality time as a smaller group to get photos and enjoy the day and Avalon limo completely took that away. I never got any photos at 2 of my planned locations due to the hour and a half of photography time we lost because of their incompetence. Luckily, we have amazing family, friends and photographers that helped salvage what time we had left. After the wedding, I had to check in every other day to get my full refund. It took almost 3 weeks to get my original deposit back and a week to get my final payment back. I am astonished that the refunds were not processed immediately and a proactive genuine apology was not sent for stranding me on my wedding day. Do not use Avalon under any circumstances.

We had a terrible experience using Avalon limo for our wedding. While they were very friendly, professional and flexible during the planning and scheduling process, we were disappointed by the services we received the day of our wedding. The glassware in our limo was dirty, sticky and some of the glasses actually had residual drinks from whoever was in the limo before us, which is disgusting and made them unusable. We had to drink our champagne from the bottles and pass them around- which is NOT ACCEPTABLE on our wedding day. Also, there were belongings from another customer in the limo, which makes it clear that they are not cleared out or cleaned between use. Also, the limo driver could not be bothered to open the door for the wedding party. The groomsmen had to let themselves into the limo while the driver sat in the driver's seat and myself and my husband had to let ourselves into the limo outside the church after the ceremony. Furthermore, my mom was having difficulty getting the door open to get out of the limo at the church since we were parked on the hill. She tried to open the door multiple times to have it fall back on her and close of her legs. The limo driver didn't even notice and just stood outside the car next to the driver's seat. We had to bang on the windows and yell to him to have him come over to help her. It is really disappointing that the service was so poor and I would not recommend using this company. It is similarly priced if not more expensive than other limo companies we researched so it is definitely not worth worrying about getting dirty glassware and a rude driver.

Avalon Limousine gave us a great price -- we needed a limo on a Sunday. The driver was very patient with us -- as she waited for us to be ready to start our day. She was very good with the children in the wedding party. Would definitely recommend Avalon for a quality car at a reasonable price!
