I truly don’t have enough words to describe how perfect our wedding at Avenir was. From the very beginning, the planning process was absolutely flawless. Meredith Kelly, our incredible wedding producer, made everything seamless. Her professionalism, passion, and calming presence made her an absolute joy to work with—there’s no way I could have done this without her. From every call and email of just running ideas by her she showed that she genuinely cares, and it shows in every single detail. The venue itself is breathtaking—elegant, modern, and versatile with beautiful indoor and outdoor options. Although the weather pushed us indoors, it turned out to be everything I dreamed of and more. We had 197 guests, and every single one was comfortably accommodated. The room looked stunning, and the flow of the evening was effortless. We were able to take some couple photos outside once the weather cleared and those were stunning. Our family pictures we did in the ballroom are equally as incredible- having multiple options for pictures allows all my pictures to look amazing ! The food was outstanding—guests are still talking about it! The steak with stuffed shrimp and the chicken dish were both huge hits, beautifully plated and full of flavor. The dessert bar and late night snack of cheeseburger sliders and fries were the perfect ending and tasted incredible!! And I can’t say enough about the staff. Alysa, my bridal attendant, was an angel. She made sure my drink was always full, checked in constantly to make sure I was comfortable, and handled every detail so I didn’t have to worry about a thing. Her attentiveness made me feel like royalty. I honestly wish I could relive the night all over again. Avenir gave me the wedding of my dreams, and I will forever be grateful.

Our wedding at Avenir was everything we dreamed of and more. From start to finish, the entire experience was seamless. The ballroom feels like something out of a magazine, and the outdoor ceremony space is peaceful and tucked away, which made our day feel both intimate and special. The staff at Avenir was professional, polished, and clearly experienced. From food service to timing, everything flowed perfectly. Our guests could not stop talking about how good the food was and how smooth the entire evening felt. Avenir truly knows how to host a wedding — they’ve mastered the details. But even with such an amazing venue, the absolute best part of our experience was Kayla, our event producer. From the moment we connected, Kayla made us feel heard. She never made us feel like just another couple or just another wedding on the calendar. She listened, truly listened, to what mattered to us and made sure it all came to life. She brought calm, confidence, and next-level organization. Every checklist, every timeline, every moving part was handled with so much care. Kayla is kind, but also real. She’s honest and direct in a way that makes you feel supported, not overwhelmed. When I wanted our ceremony outside, she didn’t hesitate. She had my back and helped make it happen without any issue. I never had to question whether she was on our side — she always was. And it wasn’t just the big things. I love crab rangoons … and I talked about it constantly. Kayla remembered. On the wedding day, she made sure the staff knew, and she made sure I got my crab rangoons. That small moment meant the world to me because it showed how much she truly paid attention to the little things that mattered to me. The wedding itself was seamless. Even when things came up behind the scenes, I didn’t find out until later. Kayla handled it all with such grace and calm that I got to be fully present on one of the most important days of our lives — and that is a gift I’ll never forget. Kayla, if you’re reading this, thank you for hearing us, for grounding us, for protecting our peace, and for giving us a day that was not only beautiful, but effortless because you were behind it all. As soon as my then-fiancee (and now, wife!) and I walked into Avenir, we were floored by how stunning the space is. Avenir is one of several properties owned by Sapphire Event Group, all of which have their own character and charm. Avenir was the first of three that we planned to tour that day, and after completing our second tour, we couldn't stop thinking back to the gorgeous chandelier ballroom, "LOVE" marquee sign and chic cocktail lounge at the Avenir. Lynn and the rest of the team worked with us to give us any discounts they could so we could book Avenir for our wedding and we were thrilled. We worked with Kayla for the day-of wedding coordination, and it couldn't have been a more perfect match. Her laid-back nature paired with her evident knowledge of and passion for wedding planning connected well with both my wife (very type A and organized) and myself (type B and carefree). She made us feel extremely comfortable and eased any worries that we had when it came to all of the different parts of the wedding planning. My wife and I are a same-sex couple and everyone at Sapphire Event Group normalized and validated our wedding experience (it may be obvious, but the wedding industry is extremely gendered and heteronormative, so this was very refreshing for us). They helped us navigate having two "bridal suite" spaces despite the venue (and all venues we toured) only technically having one, and honored all of the little ways that we wanted to make our day uniquely ours. The rehearsal before the wedding and the day-of the ceremony and reception, my wife and I continually talked about how grounded Kayla made us feel just with her presence and assuredness. She consistently reminded us to eat, take time to enjoy ourselves, and to remember the day is ours. It was a bit rainy right at the time of the ceremony, so Kayla guided us in pushing the time a tiny bit just enough for the skies to clear, and it was perfect! Sunny skies for the entire ceremony and garden photos afterwards. All of the staff (Nora who was our bridal attendant, the various servers and bartenders, etc) were incredible and so supportive and attentive, always making sure our glasses were full and checking in on us. I can't say enough good things about Avenir, and I only wish the night didn't have to end!

We just had our wedding last week at Avenir, including using their indoor ceremony room. Kayla was a great event producer to work with for planning. She is well experienced and knew how to best guide us through the process. On the day of, things went smoothly and we didn't have to worry about anything. Everything was accounted for, down to the minor details and requests that we discussed with Kayla. The space overall was a great place to have a wedding event. The carpet in the ceremony room was recently installed to be a lighter color which lightened up the overall room. The ballroom also recently replaced their carpet around the dance floor to now be black hardwood, which looks a lot more modern. We received lots of compliments from friends and family about the venue and the flawless event production. We highly recommend Avenir to anyone considering booking with them!

Just got married about a week ago, it was the best day ever and its all thanks to Kayla and the whole avenir team. They were so easy to work with and very responsive. I am ready to throw another wedding, just to be back at avenir.

I was blessed with the opportunity to honor my mother with a glamorous 65th birthday celebration on 3/15/2025 and I am so happy with my decision to have it at the Avenir. The Avenir is an amazing venue! It’s absolutely beautiful and visually stunning. The food was delicious and the service was amazing. Kayla Cady-Williams, our event producer, did an awesome job capturing every detail of our event. Communication was seamless. Kayla inspired full confidence and went above and beyond to ensure that our evening was beautiful and memorable. We had a wonderful experience! I would definitely recommend this venue and look forward to working with them again in the future.

This Venue and my Coordaintor Sydney helped me excute my pintrest board and make it come to life. I went to school for event planning and have always been controlling of all my parties. Sydney made this planning process so easy, gave me the best ideas/options, she also works so hard to get you everything you want. For once, in my whole life I trusted someone to excute my vision on their own. I had no sresses or worries all day (even my bridal party could not believe how calm I was) and that was soley because of Sydney & the whole team at Avenir. How hands on they are withe Bride & Groom, all the meetings, tasting and diagram my other friends getting married wished their venue had this all. The three biggest hits my guest have not stopped talking about was 1. The Filet Mignon 2. The Butternut Squash Soup 3. The Late night preztel bar station. The amazing thing about this venue is being all black & white you can truly have any theme or colorscape and the venue will match and be perfect. They have so many options for your ceremony which is HUGE in New England! I will truly miss going to Avenir every month and wish I could do it all again.

We had our wedding at Avenir back in September of 2024. We had a terrific experience across all domains. We primarily worked with Sydney who was above and beyond attentive, kind, and accommodating. Could not recommend working with her enough! We got lots of compliments on the venue, service, and great food!

From the moment we stepped inside the Avenir, our first words were "this is the one". Our first meeting was with Lynne who is absolutely amazing! Very personable, kind, and helpful. She was also one of the reasons we picked this venue! We had the honor of working with Sydney as our event producer! Lets just say she truly makes your dreams come true. She was responsive and willing to answer any and all questions we had. She also gave us great recommendations when it came down to final details. Sydney took all of the stress off of us every time we left a meeting with her. She made the process so easy. Also, we had several guests tell us it was one of the most organized weddings and that wouldn't have been possible without Sydney. She even bustled my dress!!! We did a first look of the ballroom on our wedding day and as soon as we opened the curtains, ours jaws dropped and all we could say was "WOW". Everything came out amazing! The food was top tier and we are still getting compliments about how good it was from our guests! The bar tenders and servers were quick and efficient which was one of our asks to make sure guests were not waiting around. Our dreams really came true at the Avenir! We wish we could relive the day over again because it was so perfect!

Throughout the entire wedding process, they were great and transparent, worth every penny. then the wedding day came and they worked so hard to make everything was perfected. They collaborated with our outside vendors, the wait staff were incredible and the bartenders apparently knew our guests orders after the first time they came up so when they saw certain people in line the drinks were already made. Pretty amazing.

The Avenir was the first venue we went to see. We fell in love at sight, it was updated, mondern and the ambiance was beautiful we were mesmerized. Our event coordinator Sydney was a pleasure to work with, shes knowledgeable and professional, and she responded to all of our emails quickly, and guided us throughout the entire process with ease. The food choices were also important in picking our venue, Avenir's chef did an amazing job and all guest including my wife and I, were satisfied with the cocktail hour stations, passed appetizers, salads, and entrees. Kacey was our wedding coordinator and turned our vision into reality. We told her what we were looking for on our big day and she was so helpful and gave us great advice. Whenever we had a question, either big or small, she always replied back in a promptly manner. Our timeline for the day of was so detailed and went so smoothly. She understood our vision immediately and came to every vendor meeting, so we knew we could relax on our wedding day because she had everything handled. Our timeline for the day was so detailed and organized Kacey made sure everyone was where they should be the day of the wedding, made sure everything was getting set up correctly, and made sure we had everything I needed from start to finish. Avenir was the first venue we toured, and nothing else came close to it. Emily was incredibly responsive and helpful with making our wedding dreams come true within our budget. Our wedding coordinator was Sydney and she was also amazing!!! She was also very responsive and super helpful with the planning process. She had all of the little details covered and helped alleviate a lot of stress, especially the week before the wedding and on the day of. Everything ran so smoothly and all of our guests raved about the venue and service. Highly recommend!

My now husband and I have nothing but amazing things to say about this venue! Our event planner Kacey was absolutely amazing. She was easy to get in contact with whenever we needed her and she made sure that everything was organized down to the tiniest detail. I am so grateful for that! On the day of our wedding once we arrived at the venue there was absolutely no need to worry about anything at all. The whole time I had no idea what time it was but it didn’t matter because Kacey and other staff made sure we were where we needed to be when we need to be there. Our attendant Emma was also amazing! She was very efficient in making sure we had everything we needed, drinks, food and even holding my flowers when needed. Family and friends have not stop talking about how beautiful the venue was from the personalized lighting, the overall large space and the cleanliness. Finally, the food. It was incredible, we had the late night cookies and hot chocolate as well and everyone couldn’t get over how delicious it all was! I wish we could do it all again. I still can not get over how amazing of a day we had. Thank you all!

Kacey, our event coordinator, was the absolute best! She was very understanding and very patient with our wedding/ wedding party! Although my and my husband didn't get to eat, everyone was so happy about how good the food was (especially the mashed potato bar for cocktail hour). The venue is very beautiful and comfortably held our wedding guest. Kacey was always readily available to answer us when we had questions; the rest of our wedding day staff were very attentive and nothing short of amazing! The food tastings were the best. We had the pleasure of working with Sydney throughout our planning process and as our wedding producer for our event. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about her. She was readily available to answer all the questions we had and worked to make sure that we were happy with everything. Our wedding on October 7th was everything that we could have imagined. Sydney, Amy (Bridal Attendant), and Maria (Event Manager) were incredible. The day would not have gone as smooth as it did without them. They were a joy to be around—took their jobs very seriously but were also so approachable and kind throughout the whole night. We’re incredibly grateful for the whole team.

My wife and I just had our wedding at Avenir. The venue is gorgeous, the staff was exceptional, and the night was a dream come true. Kacie was our wedding planner, and she was incredibly helpful. Without her, I am not sure how we would have prepared for everything. She was attentive and easy to reach when we had any questions. We recently got married at Avenir, the Walpole location of the Saphire Event Group, and it was nothing short of a fairy tale. They were the 1st location we toured and it was everything I had always pictured in a wedding venue. Stunning, elegant, modern, Avenir has it all, including the most stunning and massive marble white dancefloor that we spent hours upon hours dancing the night away on. From our first tour to the day after our wedding, they were accommodating to every single request, organized and never missing a beat, and an overall pleasure to work with. To make it helpful I broke down some of the highlights that were the extra cherries on top to us: Staff: our first interaction with Avenir was through Emily, who is on their sales team. She was the sweetest, running through every detail, pricing, and question with us on our first visit, and had no problem accommodating multiple visits with us so that both sets of our parents could see the venue prior to making a decision. We never felt like we were being pushed or sold, and no request or question seemed outlandish; she was such a joy. When we booked with them and got to meet our event coordinator/ producer Sydney, it made me feel so secure in our decision. We sat down and she went through every single detail, wrote it down in front of us, gave us a copy, and was really great at bouncing ideas off of, giving suggestions, and helping guide us, without ever making us feel rushed. There was nothing we wanted that they couldn't make happen, and it was all done with a smile on their faces. Day of, we had rain and bad weather, and she moved things around and adjusted timelines that still got us exactly what we wanted and made sure we had enough time and locations for photos, and dinner, which meant so much to us. We had a guest lose their coat that night and they went above and beyond to make sure that even a week later, that guest was taken care of, while also not putting the work on us as the bride and groom. The entire night they were always attentive and so helpful to all of our guests and us. They overall are some of the most professional and kind event staff I have encountered. Day of management: They have an amazing system of having a coordinator for front of the house, back of the house, and someone that stays with the bride and groom all night so you're never looking for them, or honestly really handling anything. They do a good job of having a meeting two weeks before where you can choose all of your "just in case" people, so your only responsibility is to have the best night ever. It allowed us as the couple but also our parents and special guests to be in the moment and having the most fun. Food: I have been to too many weddings in my life, with many of the same guests having attended mine, and everyone was raving about the food. Dinner was delicious, prompt (we had an accelerated timeline to open the dancefloor that they handled with ease) and hot. No one walked away with an unhappy or an empty stomach (and we can be total food snobs so that's saying something.) They also had a great selection of entrees to offer that made it easy to accommodate any variation of guests and their dietary preferences, all of which you get to taste ahead of time at one of their tastings. Overall, it really was a perfect night and we have the staff at Avenir to thank for that. We can't thank you enough for helping us throw the wedding of our dreams. If you're on the fence, just pick Avenir!

Avenir is the perfect venue for a large event. We had 150 guests yet it did not feel packed. The ceremony space, lobby, bridal suite, cocktail area, ballroom- the square footage of this venue is everything. The staff is so friendly and professional. Sydney was our event coordinator- the absolute best. She made sure we had every detail catered to and communicated every step of the way. I would love to have future events at the Avenir space.

Avenir is a beautiful venue for Massachusetts – the versatility of indoor and outdoor spaces is key for the variable New England weather. We loved the outdoor ceremony space, the dance floor, cocktail space, chandelier, and the option to use external catering so we booked for all those reasons. One of their preferred vendors served Chinese banquet style meals and this was what we wanted for our Chinese-Vietnamese wedding. The catering vendor was challenging to work with but they delivered in the end and our guests loved the food and service they received. We had a positive experience overall working with Avenir and Sydney, our contact throughout the planning process, and would recommend this venue with tips to keep in mind. We feel our experience could have been better and felt this was because we chose external catering. For example, it was not always clear what was provided with Avenir catering vs not, who is responsible for various tasks during the day of, as well as how minimum spend is utilized upfront. For example, a day of coordinator (Event Producer) is not provided with external catering and we learned this later in the process to our surprise as the wording in the sales conversation and guidebook is not clear. However, whenever we had questions, Sydney was very helpful and addressed them in a timely manner. The process is straight forward so you know what to expect. Our guests loved the venue and shared many compliments on both the outdoor and indoor space. We had a blast at our wedding and appreciate our partnership with Avenir for our big day.

The culinary team at the venue worked closely with the caterer, ensuring that the traditional Indian dishes were prepared to perfection and served with elegance. Throughout the day, the staff at the venue displayed a high level of professionalism and warmth. They were attentive to every detail, ensuring our guests felt comfortable and well cared for. From coordinating the timing of events to managing the flow of the evening, their expertise shone through, leaving us free to enjoy every moment of our special day. My wedding was 4/14/23 at Avenir. I couldn't have asked for a better location. Avenir had everything I was looking for. I loved the beautiful, white, clean ballroom with the gorgeous chandeliers. The large white dance floor was perfect. I was a little hesitant about the dark carpet when I first toured the place and when brought it up to the sales rep she assured me that once the room was full, it gives a much needed contrast to the room and she was so right. Looking back at photos and video, the dark carpet is perfect and I can't imagine light fooring looking good. My wedding producer was Sydney and she is a wedding guru. I have worked at a wedding venue for over 10 years and I can tell you she went over every little detail of our wedding to a T. There is no stone that she will leave unturned when it comes to what you want for your wedding. We ended up with an absolutely gorgeous day in April and switched to an outside ceremony last minute, there wasn't a single beat skipped by the entire Avenir staff, you would have thought that was the plan all along. I had a vendor try to bypass Sydney and reach out to me while we were taking photos pre-ceremony, day of, with set up issues. Panick set in, I called Sydney, she had already figured everything out. She's a rockstar. My brand new husband, 10 minutes into cocktail hour, accidently stepped on the back of my dress and broke my bustle, a potential nightmare. No worries, Sydney pulled safety pins out and fixed it right up. Talk about above and beyond. I didn't have to worry about a single thing the day of the wedding. Sydney coordinated with all the vendors, knew our timeline like the back of her hand, and ran the show. I can't imagine holding our wedding in another venue. The service at Avenir was just top notch. They're professionals, they know what they're doing. The entire staff was amazing. Kaitlyn, our wedding attendant was the sweetest. She was somehow always there when we needed her to be. There was never a time when we needed something that we couldn't look around and she was right there. She also made sure my make-shift bustle stayed put throughout the night. The bartenders were great, I don't know how they kept up with our cocktail hour because our guests can be heavy drinkers, but they did an amazing job. I have absolutely zero complaints about our wedding at Avenir, if we had to go back and redo the day I would choose Avenir again and again. The venue is absolutely stunning. It has that wow factor when your guests walk in and see the ballroom with those chandeliers. What you can't put a price on is the experience the staff has. I don't think there is anything we could have thrown at them that they couldn't handle with professionalism and a cool, collected smile. A big, gigantic thank you goes out to the entire staff for making our day an absolute dream!

Seeing my vision come to life was truly amazing! The Avenir was my top choice of many, such a beautiful place with great staff!! Sydney and Michelle were very attentive and professional. The food was a bit dry compared to the tasting, but it was still good. I would highly recommend the Avenir.

We'd rate Avenir one hundred out of ten if we could. From the day we stepped through their doors we were in love with the venue as well as welcomed in with open arms and a warm greeting. The planning process was smoother than butter and we loved every minute of it. Most importantly our day was everything my wife and I dreamed of. Safe to say the wedding was a success!
