From Lynne who we toured the venue with, to our event producer Sydney, to our 4 incredible bartenders, to our head of security Mike, every person we met was nice and accommodating. We were in constant contact with Sydney and she was really imperative in making all of our visions come to life. Sydney sat with us and went over every detail to ensure that she knew exactly what we wanted and she executed everything perfectly. Sydney thought of things we never would’ve thought of - what color uplighting we wanted for different parts of the wedding reception, timing of every moment, and placement of all of our decor. Sydney made sure to listen to what was important to us and prioritize those things on our big day. We had a massive bridal party (13 bridesmaids, 12 groomsmen, 4 flower girls & 5 ring bearers) Sydney took the time to work with everyone and was patient with us during a chaotic wedding rehearsal. Everyone, even the kids, knew where they had to be and when because of Sydney. We ran a bit late because one of our buses was late to drop off guests so we had to adjust the timing of our ceremony - Sydney helped this to flow smoothly and none of our guests noticed. The wedding ceremony was so flawless. All of our guests have been raving to us about what an incredible venue the Avenir was and how beautiful the wedding was. The food at the Avenir is top tier, our guests cannot say enough good things about everything from the hors d’oeuvres to the entrees to the incredible penne alla vodka pasta course Sydney helped us add in. We selected the tuscan chicken and the short ribs for our entrees and they were both so amazing, the best wedding food we’ve ever had. We had the slider bar for our late night snack paired with french fries and sweet potato fries. For dessert we served cake from Montilios paired with Avenir’s cannoli bar - our guests were raving about the cannoli bar, so many topping options and everything tasted very fresh. The real star of the show for our guests was the cookies we had for guests to take on the way out, we’ve had so many people asking us what bakery we got the cookies from and everyone is shocked when we tell them they’re from our venue. People have been begging us for our extras for days. On the days leading up to our wedding we were missing some items like our guest book and signage, Sydney was easy to get a hold of so we could make changes down to the minute as we waited for things to come in with holiday shipment delays. Both of us are very type A and the planners of our friends and family, Sydney helped us relax and just enjoy being the bride & groom while she took over the planning, it was so nice to know we could count on someone to execute our vision exactly how we wanted.  The Avenir was so incredible to work with and made our wedding go off without a hitch. It was so nice to know that basically everything we could think of was included in the Avenir’s package so we didn’t have to go search for other vendors to bring in. If we could do it all over again we would pick the Avenir again in a heartbeat. Thank you so much to the entire Sapphire team, especially Sydney, for hosting the most incredible day of our lives.

We were able to hold our ceremony in the beautiful garden (thankfully the rain held off!), and the ballroom was the perfect space for dinner and dancing—elegant and lively. The food was excellent, and so many of our guests commented on how much they enjoyed it. Avenir also recommended DJ Blake Boyer from Unique Sounds, and we are so glad they did—he was hands down the best DJ we’ve ever seen. The dance floor was packed all night! We’re so grateful to Kayla and the entire Avenir team for helping create such a memorable day. Highly recommend this venue to any couple planning their wedding!

The day of i had the pleasure of having an attendant named Becky, and man im tearing up just thinking about her. She was by my side the wholeeeeee night. She was attentive me and my every need from making sure i ate, to holing/ fluffing my dress, to reassuring me and letting me know how beautiful i look, my husband got makeup on his jacket and she took it off him and brought it back brand new. I can go on forever but i know, if you have any doubt in your mind this is your answer to have your wedding there!

Avenir. It was the first time we looked at each other and both could picture getting married there. The staff was extremely helpful and the venue was BEAUTIFUL! We fell in love with the onsite ceremony space and the rest of the venue. It fit our vibe of modern with splashes of traditional. We could not have picked a better place to get married. We already miss it! The wedding turned out beautiful all thanks to the amazing staff, specifically Sydney, who helped us put together the BEST wedding. Our guests are still raving about the food and all the small details we included to make it so amazing! The whole night ran smoothly and we could not have picked a better place!!

it would make me feel some type of way, and when I walked into just the foyer of Avenir, I was so sure without a doubt that I would choose it. I wanted a space that truly felt like it was made for weddings, and Avenir absolutely is. Walking from the entry space to the ballroom, the tall ceilings were everything I could have asked for. Everything was so white and elegant, you could do so much with the space (add your own pops of color here and there, like I did with my koozie favors and floral centerpieces). The chandeliers throughout were stunning and added such a high class vibe to our wedding. Not to spend time talking about the bathrooms, but even the bathrooms were beautiful, updated and immaculate! And the landscaping outside was stunning for photos. Everything was so well manicured and I love the greenery in our photos. Sydney was my event producer, and she was AMAZING. I swear I would send an email and Sydney would answer before I could spiral into a freak-out about whatever it was I needed clarification on. My husband and I live in New Jersey, so we didn't have our in person meeting with Sydney until our tasting, and it was like we had known each other already. Sydney was so knowledgeable about alcohol, hors devours pairings, and everything in between. She was always willing to check on something for me, or show me the up lighting options 15 times before we made up our minds. On the day of our wedding, I have no idea if anything went wrong because everything was fabulous. I'm honestly so sad that it's all over because I had the absolute best time planning our wedding with everyone at Avenir. All of our friends and family continuously talk about how great everything came together. We had about 215 people attend our wedding, and the way the producers set up the entire room and dance floor made it feel like there wasn’t an ounce of space that was wasted, nor too cramped. And last but definitely not least, the food was impeccable. Literally the best food ever. In no way, shape, or form was it "wedding food". I never imagined having chicken at my own wedding, but at our individual tasting (since we are from out of state and couldn't go to the group tasting) it was perfect, and even better on our wedding night. We had an open bar, and everyone raved about the bartenders pouring the drinks. I can't thank Sydney enough for helping to create the most amazing wedding for us. Avenir is truly the full package!!!

They had excellent communication, were remarkably diligent and professional in the way they made our wedding happen, and made you feel cared for the entire way through the process. Sydney is incredible, never letting anything phase her, even as some things changed at the last minute. We are so grateful! The venue itself is amazing. Great space for cocktail hour and the dance floor/table set up was perfect. Plenty of room for dancing and a table arrangement that made mingling easy. No one felt stuck in the corner. The entire staff was incredible and the day was perfect. You cannot go wrong with Avenir!

up correctly and that we kept to our timeline. It is also a plus how friendly, nice and super organized she is! Also the bridal assistants, Amy and Hadley, went above and beyond! They helped hold my dress to make sure it didn’t drag when I was walking outside, grabbed me food in the bridal suite from cocktail hour, grabbed me a drink each time (I don’t think I even walked to the bar one lol), grabbed desserts for us and just overall waited on us hand and foot all night and I cannot thank them enough! If you are getting married soon I highly recommend Avenir as your venue as it is so beautiful inside and outside + delicious food!!!
