using their services. We had rented a 25 person limo for our wedding. I was called 3 hours before the limo was supposed to arrive and informed that the limo broke down and we no longer had any transportation. When being given this information not one "I am sorry" was stated (feedback for Avital: an apology goes a long way). Again being an understanding person, transportation does break down, I asked the woman on the phone to problem solve with me because almost all 25 people in our wedding were out of town guests and had no transportation to get from place to place. The lady said that she had called around and that no limo service had any available limos for us and that we had no transportation for our wedding. My bridesmaids were awesome and immediately began calling every single limo company in the Chicagoland area. After about 1.5 hours, we were finally able to find a limo company. This means that on my wedding day I lost out on 1.5 hours with the family and friends because I had to find a limo company, sign a contract, send money, send route schedule, etc. So a few things that I want to note. First, Avital could have definitely tried harder to find a replacement limo instead of leaving it on us to find transportation. Second, the new limo company's quote was $100 more than Avital's quote. I called Avital back and asked them to reimburse us the $100 for the cancellation and inconvenience. The manager said that he would not pay the additional $100. I believe the least that Avital could have done for the inconvenience and the 1.5 disruption from my wedding was to cover the additional $100. I would strongly encourage anyone to stay away from Avital. I understand that unfortunate situations happen, however, Avital hardly did anything to help mend the situation. If you want dependability do not use Avital.

off, both the driver and the security woman were being very rude and threatening us that they won't leave our luncheon place until we pay a $12 balance that I personally had no idea about. Second off, when I asked our groomsmen to move all the beverages from the limo to the party bus (there was 20 people on the party bus and the day was extremely hot - close to 100 degrees) both the security lady and the driver were giving us attitude about doing that because as they said, we "weren't even drinking the beer". Not sure how they even came to that conclusion since the bridal party was literally on the bus for about an hour at that point and that was on the way to church!! Not to mention that we paid a lot of money for both the limo and the party bus and we could've done whatever we pleased with the beverages. But this isn't even the worst part... like I mentioned it was extremely hot outside but honestly it was even hotter inside of the party bus. When I put my hand next to the AC vent I could clearly tell it's broken because it was blowing hot air. And when we confronted the driver about the AC not working she said that we're hot because we're all drinking. Except that we had 3 teens on the bus that were not drinking and also a videographer who did not drink as well and they also complained about the heat. After spending an hour on the party bus I was drenched in sweat and ready to fall asleep. Of course the owner is now denying everything, saying the AC was working just fine. On the way back from the pictures my husband and I did not go back on the party bus as our wonderful photographer offered to take us back in his car! To all the brides looking to book this company I would think twice about it. I was extremely hot and sweaty and felt very very uncomfortable and who would want that on their wedding day! When the party bus finally got to the reception place the fun with the driver and the security lady continued! They wouldn't let our bridal party leave until they cleaned the party bus up. They also made our groomsmen take the garbage bags out of the bus and throw them out, and also threatened them to charge us $150 if they didn't. With that being said Avital is the absolute worst company to do business with and they do not care about their customers at all. This whole situation has caused me a lot of stress and embarrassment because my whole bridal party was dead tired because of how hot the party bus was and I felt terrible because my husband and I thought we made a good choice by booking Avital. Thanks a lot Avital for making my wedding day a nightmare! Oh and the $100 credit you're offering us? Maybe you should use it to fix your AC!!!

ut the day of was a disaster. The bus unfortunately broke down in the middle of the a 4 lane highway (Roosevelt Rd) on my way to the church. (In tears) I had to get out the limo and into a another car in the middle of the street prior to the ceremony just to get there. I received no apologies on the day nor have I since. My mother-in-law who handled the transaction has heard no response. This is absolutely unacceptable. Upon arriving at my ceremony in my friends mother's car, no new bus was sent to pick us up while we were inside. They just patched up the broken down bus abd we used the same broken down bus to the reception -- except the bus could not go over 35 miles per hour still. The air conditioner did not work. It was 93 degrees that day. As a result my entire timeline was thrown off for the reception and photos. I lost 1.25 hours of day that was planned to the minute. I spent over a LARGE sum of money on this day, and to lose that kind of time was detrimental. I had to run (RUN in my wedding dress) to get to my scheduled photos with my family since I was supposed to have 1.5 hours to walk 0.6 miles of the Naperville Riverwalk in-between the ceremony and reception but to make up for time, I only had under 30 min. All in all, something needs to be done or said as NOTHING has. I would head caution in signing anything with them. Use another company and check Yelp reviews which say similar things as well.

Avital and they were perfect from the second they picked up the phone. They were direct with the pricing (which lets be honest, it's probably everyone's #1 concern). The customer service was perfect and they were friendly, helpful and worked with us on our wedding day! We were originally inquiring about a limo but after lots of discussions, we were sold on getting a party bus and it was perfect! The bus looked great, it was on time, and it came with everything we were looking for! Book with Avital because you will be worry free on your big day!

he driver showed up early and was professional and courteous throughout. There was a miscommunication where my dad paid the driver the remaining balance, I didn't know so I paid him as well. We also left a box of cigars for the groomsmen on the bus. We didn't realize this until a few days later. When I reached out, I assumed the money and cigars were gone for life. But the owner called back and said the driver turned everything in and it was just a miscommunication. How many people would willingly give back cash that they had assumed was their tip? Planning a wedding has a big price tag, so it was a huge relief to know that we could trust our vendor. Would highly recommend.

early knew this bus had an issue with the radio & still sent it out. We also did not receive the red carpet service or "just married" sign as we were promised I emailed the company & did not hear anything after 4 days, so I called. The dispatcher was BEYOND rude & said the manager wasn't in until the afternoon. When I finally received a call back the driver offered me $50 refund & $50off my next service. I informed him I would never use them again so after some arguing I got a measly $100 back after spending just over $1,000.00. Call me crazy but $100 isn't much when the radio going off kills the fun happening on your PARTY Bus the day of your wedding. They don't seem to value their customers one bit. I have never received such poor customer service in my life.

verall with my experience with Avital. Within 5 minutes of our drive to the church for the wedding ceremony the driver jumps up on a median when turning. The vehicle makes a horrible scraping/grinding sound. I ask what was that? No response, just keeps driving like nothing ever happened. After the ceremony, we find out that although the “wedding package” includes 2 bottles of champagne that the driver doesn’t have any cups or glasses. Luckily we found out before we got into the vehicle and were able to scrounge up some foam cups from the church. There was supposed to be a case of beer provided, there was definitley less than a case in the vehicle. The driver hit another median on the way to our photo location (dude cannot drive apparently) and doesn’t acknowledge us when we say what was that. After the photos on the drive to the reception the driver was speeding like a jerk. Apparently he had somewhere to go after us, but I paid them until 5 and we had plenty of time to get there. Needless to say I called the company a week or so after the wedding to tell them about my experience. I asked to speak with a manager and told him my issues with the service. He argued with me on every point I made --- apparently we were supposed to ask the driver if he had more beer? The tv needs to be requested to be opened up, they no longer offer cups, eventhough my email from them says it includes toasting glasses. Didn’t acknowledge the poor driving skills, wasn’t upset by the driver speeding, etc. He offered me $50 off my next service. I informed him I will never be using or recommending their services in the future. The company clearly wasn’t interested in making things right, so I told the manager that I am just calling to inform them of my experience because I would want to know if my employees were acting in such a manner. DO NOT book with this company. A wedding is a once in a lifetime experience and unfortunately mine was tainted by this horrible experience with Avital Limo.

oo far! We were able to plug in our phone and have our own playlist play over the speakers! The limo was clean and stocked wit complimentary champagne, water and soft drinks! The driver kept us on schedule and was very professional! I would highly recommend Avital Limousine!

toast provided and plenty of bar space for our drinks. The bus arrived ahead of time and got us to and from the sites with plenty of time to spare. I would highly recommend this service to anyone needing a party bus.

g. on the day of my wedding however when the driver failed to arrive to pick up me after taking my husband & groomsmen to the ceremony location. I had to call dispatch to find out where the driver was. he told me it was b/c the guys werent ready - in reality it was bc he took the wrong route and it took them an extra 20 min to get to the ceremony location. Im not sure if he was new or not familiar w/ the area. the rest of the night was fine & went off w/o a hitch. but stressful to have to track down the driver who wouldn't just admit his mistake

had to call the night before our wedding to arrange and hour earlier pick up and it was no problem at all! We had no issues with music during our trip. The bar area on the bus was nice for holding all the drinks so that there was plenty of seating and room for everyone when getting off and on the bus. Having all of the fees included in the final amount due made paying on the day of quick and easy. We had a great time and I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing a party bus for any occasion.

us to have gotten a party bus instead of a limo for our larger wedding party. The driver arrived early and was super sweet when telling me not to stress and take our time getting down to him. He kept the drinks cold and the music flowing! We had a great time and everyone raved how beautiful the actually bus was! Brides, I would highly recommend a party bus! It's super easy to get in and out of and your girls will thank you for not making them slide into a short limo in those beautiful dresses! Thanks Avital!!
