ff a block away from our wedding venue, including the grooms elderly grandpa with a cane. We also had an awful experience to bring us back to our hotel from the venue. They left us and our guest stranded at the wedding venue. Thank goodness for Uber & lyft who was the only RELIABLE source that night and brought all of our guests safely back home and to their hotels because Avital failed to do that. Just a warning I would advise you NOT to hire them with our experience.

mo was not cooling. The limo is suppose to hold around 22 people and we only had 12 and it was still warm inside. I immediately called the company and they informed me that the limo doesn’t cool unless it’s in motion for awhile. So if your making short stops for pics etc. then beware. I spoke to the manager about the problem and they did agree to give me 75 bucks back because that was my deposit with a credit card. The rest of the payment was cash so obviously they aren’t giving that back. If I were to do it all over again I would use my credit card for payment just in case.

! My wedding party could not stop talking about how much fun we had on the bus and how nice it and clean the bus was. Our driver was great and flexible! He picked us up right on time and was more than willing to adjusted plans for a new stop for pictures after the ceremony due to rain. The driver helped me in and out of the bus every time I needed to enter or exit which was so helpful! We couldn’t be happier with our choice to pick Avital for our wedding transportation!

Our driver was able to navigate us to and from places on time, strategically finding the best routes to get where we needed to go. etely misleading for what's included for the wedding package!! No red carpet, no just married sign, no glasses or even cups for champagne after they specifically state on their website they provide glasses!! I even emailed and asked the to confirm everything mentioned on their website, so they cant blame it being outdated because I asked them to confirm the details, which they did! The music kept lowering and shutting off out of no where, horrible connection issues, we tried different devices (one at a time) to make sure it wasnt one person. it definitely wasnt us. Heres the real kicker...they want you to pick up after yourself on your wedding day...I've never heard of any company making you go back in to get empty water bottles. I would understand a huge mess or something or maybe if he gave us the bag as we got in and had us collect garbage fine. but no, he made handed one of my groomsman a trash bag AFTER WE HAD ALL GOTTEN OUT and made him go back in to pick up our empty bottles. it wasnt like we left much, but still it's the fact that they even ask to do such a thing after taking gratuity and being paid. Completely unprofessional, trust me you dont want to deal with this on your wedding day. Stay away!! I called to see what they could make right, but seeing how horrible other reviews were and how they were delt with doesnt give me hope. Just want to warn other brides!

service we had, at first it seemed fine the men were picked up a few minutes behind schedule but it happens we let that go, but the limo driver never came back to pick up the women... I was 30 minutes late to my own wedding ! I didn't get pictures in the bridal suite at the church, I didn't get pictures of me walking up the steps, I didn't get pictures of seeing my dad for the first time all dressed up, I didn't get pictures of us lining up for the ceremony to start, I didn't get pictures of us arriving at the church... there were so many picture moments I didn't get nor will I ever get now, our wedding is over. the limo driver told me that he wasn't told he had to go back to get us and was even asking my now husband when the girls were coming and was even told he had to come back and get us several times but continued to wait and stand around. I then made several calls to your company trying to figure this all out and I kept being told not to worry the driver was on his way (but he really wasn't) by only the second call I made to the company the man I was talking with was very irritated I kept calling and I never got my limo drivers name or number and even with my family at the church telling him he had to go back and get the BRIDE and the women he never left right away he waited another 15 min before coming to get us - he was very rude to us all and rushed us in and out of the limo even at the final destination location and when we asked him questions he just never responded, he stayed silent the entire time. I am very upset about the entire interaction and service we received, we felt very unimportant and like it wasn't a big deal everything was running late and special moments in our special day weren't captured. I don't know what will or can be done about this but I needed to say it - I am sorry but there was no reason for this to happen to us I literally got to the church and had to run in to stand in line because the ceremony was already started as I was still running up the stairs with my girls... I'll never get those moments back and I'll never get the opportunity to have those moments captured again... I have emailed again and still have not heard a response from the company... Save yourself a headache and DON'T HIRE THEM

pany. It was the worst possible stress a bride could endure at the worst possible moment. It started off bad, when we didn't get anything that came with the "wedding package" but it was a beautiful day and it wasn't going to ruin it. What did ruin in was the Limo BREAKING DOWN after the ceremony. We had to get people to rush to pick up the entire wedding party in 5 different cars. It made us an hour late to get to our photos destination. We had to rush our photos, and were flustered through the entire wedding photos. In the commotion my $3000 wedding dress got ripped. After all that the company boss told our driver to collect all the money right then and there or leave us all there and not bring us to the reception. They did not offer us a discount, or an appology for that matter. Including the deposit we paid them $700 and they had the audacity to ask us for the rest when they should of waived the entire cost including refund our deposit. After ruining such an important part of the most important day of my life. They  not only caused great stress and made us late for photos and the reception. They also wasted my money in terems of the hour lost in photos and the rip in my dress that happened from rushing. Out of all the things that could of gone wrong this was the worst, and I'm not unreasonable I understand things happen. But the way this company handled this moment of crisis was disappointed, discussing, inappropriate, and right out heart less. I am so scared for future brides and grooms who may have to endure the burden of this company, so I hope this review will save other loving coupels on there special day.

new about this company because a friend of mine told me they're awesome and so I checked them out. Also, my husband wanted a cadillac escalade for our transportation. Some companies offered but were already booked and some does not have them. So when I inquired about it, they said it would be available. We booked them because they have the car that we want, price sounded reasonable plus great reviews. On the wedding day, I got a call from the driver that he will be arriving shortly. Great! A company who would give you updates without you asking for them is always a plus. But when the car arrived, we did not get the car the we reserved. We reserved for a Cadillac Escalade, instead we got a hummer. The main reason we booked them is because of the car. Great! I decided to let it slide again. I don't want to spoil my mood just because of the car. Me and the bridesmaid get in, guess what?? NO AC!! I have to fan myself the whole trip. With my makeup on and the heat, it was not comfortable. The only good thing that happened here is our driver was nice enough. He offered to fix the AC and ask if there are any cars available. He was able to have the AC running on the other side of the car but to where we were seating, still no AC. They should have told us ahead of time that the car would not be available. Now, I couldn't help but think because of the misunderstanding that we had that they gave us a car that we did not want and a car that is not functioning very well. Honestly, I would not recommend to other people!

e got the 30 person "enclave edition" party bus for 17 people; I wouldn't add more than 3 or 4 more people without feeling squished and uncomfortable. Also, I highly suggest bringing your own liquor on the bus if you plan on drinking a good amount while on the bus because the bus supplies only enough for about one drink per person. Great company to work with; no complaints !

ital and I believe that others should be informed of this before using their services. We had rented a 25 person limo for our wedding. I was called 3 hours before the limo was supposed to arrive and informed that the limo broke down and we no longer had any transportation. When being given this information not one "I am sorry" was stated (feedback for Avital: an apology goes a long way). Again being an understanding person, transportation does break down, I asked the woman on the phone to problem solve with me because almost all 25 people in our wedding were out of town guests and had no transportation to get from place to place. The lady said that she had called around and that no limo service had any available limos for us and that we had no transportation for our wedding. My bridesmaids were awesome and immediately began calling every single limo company in the Chicagoland area. After about 1.5 hours, we were finally able to find a limo company. This means that on my wedding day I lost out on 1.5 hours with the family and friends because I had to find a limo company, sign a contract, send money, send route schedule, etc. So a few things that I want to note. First, Avital could have definitely tried harder to find a replacement limo instead of leaving it on us to find transportation. Second, the new limo company's quote was $100 more than Avital's quote. I called Avital back and asked them to reimburse us the $100 for the cancellation and inconvenience. The manager said that he would not pay the additional $100. I believe the least that Avital could have done for the inconvenience and the 1.5 disruption from my wedding was to cover the additional $100. I would strongly encourage anyone to stay away from Avital. I understand that unfortunate situations happen, however, Avital hardly did anything to help mend the situation. If you want dependability do not use Avital.

ith Avital and this was probably the worst decision ever. First off, both the driver and the security woman were being very rude and threatening us that they won't leave our luncheon place until we pay a $12 balance that I personally had no idea about. Second off, when I asked our groomsmen to move all the beverages from the limo to the party bus (there was 20 people on the party bus and the day was extremely hot - close to 100 degrees) both the security lady and the driver were giving us attitude about doing that because as they said, we "weren't even drinking the beer". Not sure how they even came to that conclusion since the bridal party was literally on the bus for about an hour at that point and that was on the way to church!! Not to mention that we paid a lot of money for both the limo and the party bus and we could've done whatever we pleased with the beverages. But this isn't even the worst part... like I mentioned it was extremely hot outside but honestly it was even hotter inside of the party bus. When I put my hand next to the AC vent I could clearly tell it's broken because it was blowing hot air. And when we confronted the driver about the AC not working she said that we're hot because we're all drinking. Except that we had 3 teens on the bus that were not drinking and also a videographer who did not drink as well and they also complained about the heat. After spending an hour on the party bus I was drenched in sweat and ready to fall asleep. Of course the owner is now denying everything, saying the AC was working just fine. On the way back from the pictures my husband and I did not go back on the party bus as our wonderful photographer offered to take us back in his car! To all the brides looking to book this company I would think twice about it. I was extremely hot and sweaty and felt very very uncomfortable and who would want that on their wedding day! When the party bus finally got to the reception place the fun with the driver and the security lady continued! They wouldn't let our bridal party leave until they cleaned the party bus up. They also made our groomsmen take the garbage bags out of the bus and throw them out, and also threatened them to charge us $150 if they didn't. With that being said Avital is the absolute worst company to do business with and they do not care about their customers at all. This whole situation has caused me a lot of stress and embarrassment because my whole bridal party was dead tired because of how hot the party bus was and I felt terrible because my husband and I thought we made a good choice by booking Avital. Thanks a lot Avital for making my wedding day a nightmare! Oh and the $100 credit you're offering us? Maybe you should use it to fix your AC!!!

s needed! They were very accommodating and even offered for us to come and see the limo before we made a final decision. The limo we had was very clean and fully stocked with anything we needed and the driver was great!

. The customer service leading up to the wedding was on point but the day of was a disaster. The bus unfortunately broke down in the middle of the a 4 lane highway (Roosevelt Rd) on my way to the church. (In tears) I had to get out the limo and into a another car in the middle of the street prior to the ceremony just to get there. I received no apologies on the day nor have I since. My mother-in-law who handled the transaction has heard no response. This is absolutely unacceptable. Upon arriving at my ceremony in my friends mother's car, no new bus was sent to pick us up while we were inside. They just patched up the broken down bus abd we used the same broken down bus to the reception -- except the bus could not go over 35 miles per hour still. The air conditioner did not work. It was 93 degrees that day. As a result my entire timeline was thrown off for the reception and photos. I lost 1.25 hours of day that was planned to the minute. I spent over a LARGE sum of money on this day, and to lose that kind of time was detrimental. I had to run (RUN in my wedding dress) to get to my scheduled photos with my family since I was supposed to have 1.5 hours to walk 0.6 miles of the Naperville Riverwalk in-between the ceremony and reception but to make up for time, I only had under 30 min. All in all, something needs to be done or said as NOTHING has. I would head caution in signing anything with them. Use another company and check Yelp reviews which say similar things as well.

could have made it right but the broken bus awaited the wedding party w/ mechanic on board. It drove 40 mph from the St. Charles church to Naperville w/ no AC. I received no refund or apology. I'd avoid this vendor. Contract was not fulfilled.

They call couple days before wedding to confirm and go over your destinations and timeline. You can either pay before or at the time of the event. Would recommend!

They were direct with the pricing (which lets be honest, it's probably everyone's #1 concern). The customer service was perfect and they were friendly, helpful and worked with us on our wedding day! We were originally inquiring about a limo but after lots of discussions, we were sold on getting a party bus and it was perfect! The bus looked great, it was on time, and it came with everything we were looking for! Book with Avital because you will be worry free on your big day!
