I had the biggest test of my professional life 3 days before my wedding date (admittedly not an ideal scenario), so my husband and I searched for a coordinator to help offset the last couple months in terms of communication and logistics. We interviewed three coordinators before making our decision. While the other two candidates came in with enthusiasm about colors and food choices, Jenn marched into our backyard with a rolling distance measurement, to determine if we truly could fit our guests into the space. We were hooked. Jenn's attention to detail made our wedding day so very, very smooth! She was happy to have us pick all our vendors and make any decisions we wanted, but when I ran out of steam and asked her to just make sure the flowers looked halfway decent, she took over and shined. I would describe myself as an enthusiastic bride about the marriage part, but perhaps a little reluctant to host the biggest party of my life. Jenn pulled it all together, and the celebration was nothing but enjoyment! She was the perfect "point person" for all the vendors, and she basically "became" me with 8 weeks to go, allowing me to study hard rather than spend time answering questions. I passed the test, and had a really fantastic wedding!! (As an example, we got to eat the lunch AND the cake, all because Jenn thought ahead about making sure we had a chance to do so before getting inundated with guests!) I recommend her without hesitation--she will be the best decision you make for your wedding. :)

First let me state that if not for Jenn and her incredible talent, there is a real risk that my husband and I would not be married today. It might be a slight exaggeration, but if it is, it's not by much. I met Jenn after walking by her booth at an event where she had setup a Fall themed table of elegant Halloween spookiness. It was so unique and elegant while also exactly the shade of Portland weird I was looking to bring to our wedding. Meeting Jenn was like meeting a friend I didn't know I had - she immediately clicked with me in the middle of a crowded bridal show. I hadn't planned on needing a planner since I'm a project manager so when returning home, I kept her card in my book, but kept saying, "Nope! I can make this happen." Lies. My then-fiance and I called Jenn within a couple months realizing we were behind and she immediately started working with us to find a level of planning that fit our needs and budget. She asked good probing questions to get at the root of what we were looking for our of our day and brought such a humor to the entire thing that my nerves were immediately reassured. Jenn is very organized and has experience running major projects for huge companies as well as countless weddings. Her attention to detail, dedication to you and your vision (even if you don't know it yet!), and commitment to making your day flawless shows in everything she does. She found us a selection of vendors for each of our needs, setup the appointments, came with us to be sure we got our questions answered (even those we didn't know to ask!) and afterwards helped us make a decision that worked within our budget. Each month leading up to our wedding, we met up with Jenn to go over our task list and budget, check in on status of our progress, plan vendor meetings, and generally be excited. I knew she had several other weddings all being planned in parallel, but she always made me feel like I was the only Bride she was working with. When everyone is telling you to do this or that, it was incredibly helpful to have her there asking, "What do *you* want," and then making sure it happened. She even ran interference for me with my traditional mother, who was super grateful to have Jenn's phone number. I had no worries about the details going into our wedding. I knew Jenn had everything under control, would make decisions to match the spirit of what HB and I wanted if something came up, and I could 100% focus on the major life event I was about to go through. That alone was a gift - trusting your planner to execute and giving them the room to make it happen. Jenn immediately kicked into action at our rehearsal by organizing everyone, going through the plan for the next day with my bridal party, and reassuring parents. I just got to sit back and treasure the moment. The day of our wedding she was on site early and she and her assistant starting transforming our location into our vision. I stole away from photos for a brief moment to check in and it took my breath away. She had perfectly executed and embellished on all the details we'd talked about. I got to spend the entire day with my husband to be, friends and family without worrying about a thing. She even stayed until the wee hours cleaning so my family could head home! Everyone complimented us on how stellar our wedding was and how beautiful it came together. I have Jenn to thank. Call her - you won't regret it!

We had a wonderful summer wedding thanks to Jenn's help. Initially, we were considering organizing the wedding ourselves, but we were so happy we hired Jenn as our planner. She was able to pivot quickly when we changed our mind and she knew the pros and cons of each change. Most event require multiple vendors which all have different policies and some need to be booked months in advance. I am amazed how much time and effort Jenn was willing to put in with us. When we had questions, she would sit down with us for hours and walk us through. On the wedding day, she brought our vision to reality! Not having to worry about a single thing, we totally sat back and enjoyed our time with family and friends.

Jenn is a total wedding planning rock star! She went above and beyond to make sure that our wedding was everything we had dreamed of! The countless emails, phone calls and meetups never broke her positive can do attitude. She was able to execute my vision effortlessly on the day of while we just sat back and enjoyed the party! We couldn't have done it without Jenn. She was worth every penny and I am so happy that she was my wedding planner!
