Was so excited to hire this company to provide airbrushing on hats at my daughter’s 10th birthday party. So excited that I scheduled and paid for it 5 months in advance giving full details of the party and how many kids could possibly be where (I said 70 and it ended up being 50) . The person who showed up to do the hats was clearly not prepared and took 45 minutes to finish 1 hat. She was also extremely rude to several kids and to some parents that had stayed at the party. When we called and spoke to customer service we were told that the hats were not up to their standards and that this artist was removed from their list and no longer available for hire. We were told the owner would contact us about refund. When we didn’t hear back we reached out again and once we were put through to the owner he was immediately combative saying he would give us a 25% refund and “why didn’t you tell her to leave” and “I don’t think they look bad. Many of the parents thought their child had decorated the hats. A mom at the party with 2 markers in her purse was trying to fix up hats as everyone was leaving the party. I’m sad that one of the things I was most excited for about my daughter’s birthday ended up being such a huge disappointment all around. Had the hats been free I still would have been embarrassed I can’t believe someone charged us money for this and doesn’t see any problem with the quality. We got our tent, tables, chairs and linens from AFE. The lead up was great. Very responsive and helpful. However, delivery day they brought the wrong tables and the wrong color linens. The delivery driver told us that they “ran out of white.” But no one from the company called. Okay fine. Little snafu so I’m not gonna let it hurt. But then when I called, on the day of my wedding, to ask about the tables being incorrect, they said they’d dispatch the correct tables. Alright, cool. Well they came back and delivered two tables and three tablecloths. The tables were still the wrong tables. And this time the tablecloths were white. So they didn’t match. This time my husband called and they “didn’t know what happened.” She was “back there with them when they picked the bar tables,” yet they weren’t the right ones delivered. At that point we were 45 minutes before go time and I just asked for a refund, which they said they would do. But we’re still waiting on that. Alas. The tables and chairs were great, and the delivery drivers helped make sure the tent was exactly where we wanted. Cost wise they’re very good. I’ve used them for work events and had no problems. Overall a good experience; I’d hire again.

Had a baby shower for my daughter and all was very well done EXCEPT the very expensive chocolate fountain. No directions and did not work. It looked more like a sewage backup - funny but not nice. Worse, got no reply from the company after several requests to remedy. Just beware

I recently attended an event with Awesome Family Entertainment as the services provider - The brand name is spot on! I observed many performers at this huge event - magicians, a henna dye artist, balloon artists, a caricature artist . etc. It is clear that this talent was carefully screened as all were quite friendly and did a great job of entertaining a very large crowd. After attending that event, I've been following the ads and am seeing a vast array of everything imaginable for party events! Performers of a wide variety and costumed characters galore! Fantastic inflatables of all kinds. The most magical wedding setups one could imagine! Whatever your party needs may be, the huge selection of options is the greatest I've ever seen!

We rented some red carpet for wedding and Awesome was just awesome. On a crazy weekend such as a wedding we truly appreciated all the courtesy call to remind us about pick up and drop up. Also, when we were not able to return the carpet on time , they work with us. It was a pleasure doing business with you.

Ask for Ryan! He really helped our national kidney month activities be a hit amongst all ages. We rented Connect Four and Drop Zone (plinko). We will definitely use again!

We used Awesome Entertainment & Rentals for chair rentals for a wedding at the Park of Roses. We upgraded to their premium delivery service since we had such a tight time frame, it was well worth it, their team was police and professional and on time.

I highly recommend working with Awesome Family Entertainment. They completely changed our wedding reception. We hired the Red Carpet from them so that the reception would look like an awards ceremony. The Awesome Family Entertainment team gave us a lot of ideas with regards to decor and we were impressed with their creativity. We recommend working with them.

We highly recommend working with Awesome Family Entertainment for rentals for a wedding reception. They supplied the chairs, the photo booth and caricature artists for the kids at our reception. The caricature artist especially was a hit among not only the children but also the adults. We had an excellent experience working with Awesome Family Entertainment. They understood our needs and did an excellent job. Thumbs up!!!

For our wedding reception, we hired henna tattoo artists from Awesome Family Entertainment. Their rental was reasonable and the artists painted some excellent designs on our guests. The Henna Artist was friendly and it was a delight working with her. We had an excellent experience with Awesome Family Entertainment.

For our wedding reception, we hired popcorn and cotton candy machines from Awesome Family Entertainment. We also hired chairs because we wanted the theme to be like a fun fair. The team at Awesome Family Entertainment understood our needs and helped us out with it. The rentals arrived on time and were in excellent condition. The guests had great feedback about it. We decided to make our reception completely unique by hiring an inflatable bounce house. We got the bounce house from Awesome Family Entertainment. The Awesome Family Entertainment crew set it up and ensured that the guests had a great time. We got so much of good feedback because of the bounce house and everyone enjoyed returning to their childhood. Working with Awesome Family Entertainment was great and their team is very competent. They understood our needs and helped us out. Their crew cleaned up once they had packed up. I recommend people to consider them for their wedding receptions.

We wanted some form of entertainment for our wedding reception so we hired Face Painters for children and adults and a cotton candy vending machine from Awesome Family Entertainment. The Face painters did an excellent job of tending to the guests. We were really happy with the guests and their reactions and feedback. Thank you Awesome Family Entertainment.

We held our wedding ceremony in the premises of a beautiful church in our area and were looking out for chair vendors from whom we could rent chairs for the ceremony. We found Awesome Family Entertainment who was renting chairs at a really economical rate. Co-ordinating with them was a breeze and they delivered the chairs before the whole ceremony started and set them up as well. We had a great experience with them.

We wanted some entertainment option for children at our Wedding Reception. We decided to go for an inflatable bounce house. We decided to work with Awesome Family Entertainment because they did a neighbor’s birthday party and it was great. And the Awesome team delivered! Their bounce house was a hit and their crew put it up and helped all the kids with it. We recommend them.

We wanted to have a unique wedding and because of that, we decided to keep a photo booth at our wedding reception. This would give the guests something unique to enjoy. We hired the Photo Booth, tables and chairs from Awesome Family Entertainment. Their staff were friendly and the photo booth was a hit. Thumbs up.

I filled out the online form for 2 caricature artists for our Sept 2016 wedding in Sept 2015. Curtis was quick to respond and send me pictures of their work. I paid the invoice and contacted him a few weeks prior to confirm the time. They showed up and did a great job! Everyone loved getting one from each of the artists because their styles were so different. These made great favors! They also offer many deals on cool items that would make your party fun like cotton candy or pop corn machines and bounce houses.

We rented tables, chairs, a tent and a bounce house. They were in excellent communication and even arrived early per request. The only reason I gave them 4 stars was because the DJ they subcontracted with was absolutely terrible. Use Awesome Family. Do not ever use Ruby Gold DJ's.
