Great inventory. I rented linens from them and a loveseat. They are a little pricey, but I’m happy with my rentals.
Aztec events did such a fabulous job for our wedding day. Everything was beyond gorgeous. It turned out even better that I was imagining in my head. They were very easy to work with. They were very willing to work alongside another rental company to help us meet our exact vision. They came highly recommended from our wedding planner at Whimsical Events and Aztec really lived up to their reputation. Would absolutely work with them again.

Like with so many others, the pandemic created a lot of uncertainty around our wedding. In late summer we decided to postpone our large celebration until next year and hold an intimate family ceremony on our original date. Since our wedding was originally going to take place out of state, we had to find all new vendors for our ceremony this year. We held our reception at a house since it was so small but we still wanted to make it feel special so we decided to rent all our place settings. Any Occasion made everything so easy! From pick-up to drop-off, it was a breeze. Thank you!
Aztec has so many options on table linens & I was able to find three that we used for cocktail tables, the head table, and guests tables. In addition, we rented two fans for the outside cocktail hour, a stage for the band, console table, a little stand for our unity candle at the altar, lounge seating for outside (most people sat for cocktail hour and many people went outside during the reception to hangout) and extra cocktail tables. They truly have everything and more. Marissa is great to work with. You can’t go wrong with choosing Aztec!

Alli @ Aztec Events is honestly the best! She was so patient & accommodating, which was super helpful as you maneuver you way through wedding planning!! On top of that, Aztec simply has a very big inventory that can fit any style! They delivered/picked up on time as expected.
I rented chairs for my outdoor wedding. Aztec had the best chair rental price (although it was more expensive than you'd expect). I shopped around and chair rental is expensive! Who knew!? Oh well. They delivered the chairs within the time window, set them up, and picked them up as they were supposed to. It was seemless, which was what I needed.
Three weeks before the wedding we were informed our chairs wouldn’t be able to make it to the venue. We had to track down new chairs, from another company. The company didn’t offer a solution, or equal alternative. We ended up canceling our whole order and starting from scratch right before the wedding.
Aztec is the most reasonably priced in the business and has been around for a while. They helped us pick chairs for our reception. They were flexible when we needed to change chair color and delivery day drop off and pick up. My one complaint was that they had our credit card on file, changed the system that stored the card information, and then didn't bother to ask for the new card info. I kept asking them to charge the card on file (2 days before drop off), and they didn't say anything. Finally we called and confirmed payment over the phone the day before drop off. Wish it had been a little more clear why they weren't charging us. Turned out great in the end! Just be on top of the communication with them.

We only needed a few linens for the head table, cake table, and guest sign-in so we weren't looking to spend a whole lot. Aztec has a HUGE selection of colors and fabrics that are reasonably priced, so I had a fun time going through their warehouse and looking at all the samples. Veronica was very patient in working with us to find just the right linens for our color scheme. She even threw in a small discount which was extremely generous. Since we didn't have that many linens, she suggested us pick up and return the linens ourselves, which helped save some delivery fees. The tables we wanted to highlight really shone on the actual day with Aztec linens! Couldn't recommend them more.
I absolutely love working with Aztec. Their entire team from sales down to the warehouse crew are amazing to work with. Everytime I come for a pick up for an event, the warehouse team takes extra steps to ensure that the order is perfect and that everything is accounted for. They are always so friendly when I pull up to the loading dock. Chelsea in the sales office is a dream to work with! She is on top of every detail and makes sure that I cover all of my bases when it comes to creating the perfect event. If I could give them 100 stars I would!!
Aztec Events & Tents are amazing!! We use them for events of all sizes and they are always prompt, professional, and consistent. They alleviate stress & provide excellent customer service for everyone. Our most recent event with them at Tiny Boxwoods was lovely, thank you Aztec!!
Chelsea at Aztec took great care of me. She was always willing to answer questions and help me get everything set up for the wedding. I rented my tent and linens there and had no issues at all.
When you hear the name Aztec rentals you think experienced company but the sales lady I worked with was far from that. Everything went well up until 3 days before my wedding when my wedding planner caught that they had the delivery and pick up date wrong on my estimate sheet with a Friday drop off and Sunday pick up even though they knew my wedding was on Saturday. When this was brought up to the sales lady she said okay I'll revise the estimate but now you have to pay an extra $400 for designated drop off and after hour pick up on top of the $275 they were already charging me for driving to Conroe! As you can imagine I was more than upset. Why would the sales lady not ask and confirm and not assume that items could be dropped off the day before and picked up the day after. I felt mislead since they do not disclose their fees. I urge all brides and wedding planners to be careful and ask questions about all their hidden fees because they don't do a good job of asking questions unless you bring it up first.
I'm a honest person and would like to say the reason they got two stars was because after much back and forth and explaining myself three times to the sales lady, manager, and VP - Aztec removed $75 charge and gave me a 10% discount while I felt all hidden fee charges should have been waived since they were not disclosed, I felt a little better they did something.
To Aztec- learn from this and create a fees sheet disclosing your hidden fees so this doesn't happen to another bride.
My table, chair and tablecloth rental with Aztec almost had a mishap with my sales rep there leaving Aztec before my event, but they had a great recovery and even had to bring out seat cushions for my chairs the morning of once we realized that my sales rep had forgotten to have me select them for the chairs. The products were great, and given the sales rep mishap, they recovered very well. I will use them again for any events needed.
They delivered my chairs on time and they were very nice. The only thing I didn't like was that they kept trying to coordinate with me and not with the planner at the venue. They told me one of their cushions was missing and I was like just ask the venue for it. I don't have it. I was trying to figure all this of for them while on my honeymoon. I'm pretty sure they didn't ask the venue and charged my card for it. Overall I would recommend them.
Always a different answer, different price, and always TOO OVERPRICED.
I got to work with Marifer Guerra. Excelent at her job. Super patient, showed us everything and every option available, suggested according to our likings and was great to reach over the phone or email. I would use it again and recommend it 100%
We enjoyed working with Aztec - they put up with all our last-minute changes with no harsh words!
The prices were great and the rental items were beautiful.
We got ivory tablecloths for our receptions and almost all of them were stained. Thank goodness I had bought brown overlays from another company or the ivory would have looked terrible! The bad thing about renting is that you don't get to see them until it's too late.
Everyone's heard of Aztec. And now I've used them...they're the best known event supplies vendor in the city for a reason.
They were about 4 hours late getting to the reception site on the friday before the wedding (saturday wedding) with the chairs, glasses, dishes and other items. Didn't really say they were sorry or anything.
Had a HUGE charge for dropping off the chairs at the museum on saturday and then picking them up. the charge was more then the chair rental itself.
I would recommend using them if you can't find anyone else more reasonable.
