B & W Charters

B&W Charters provided guest transportation for our wedding from our hotel and venue and back. There was an issue with the bus we had originally booked and B&W came up with a plan to provide another bus with an additional van if needed for our guests. Our driver for the wedding party after the reception was fantastic. I can’t thank them enough for the safe and professional transportation!

Hired B & W to shuttle our guests from an offsite hotel to our wedding venue and they were great! Our guests arrived safely and on time and had wonderful things to say about our driver. It gave my new husband and I peace of mind to know our guests could celebrate with us and not have to worry about getting back to their rooms safely. Thank you!

We rented a 47 passenger bus for our wedding in Watervliet, MI. B&W Charters was great to work with from the very beginning and were able to get a quote to me very quickly. They created a transportation schedule that worked with my timeline and needs and transported myself and my guests safely and on time. I would definitely recommend B&W to my friends and family in the future.

You hear horror stories about transportation vendors, but you can feel beyond confident with B&W. We had a big wedding party and needed a bus to fit 36 people. We used a 55 person bus, the driver was so friendly and wonderful, and they were on time and got us to the right destinations around Grand Rapids. Would highly recommend!

Our guests absolutely loved B&W Charters. Mr. Z was the best driver. He was so much fun and very helpful with recommending spots around town for photos. The bus was great as well. Very comfortable.

B&W Charters was a pleasure to work with! B&W was incredibly professional and responsive. The other companies that we requested quotes from did not make the process as easy as B&W. We chartered a 60 passenger bus to transport our wedding guests from St Joseph and New Buffalo to our wedding venue in Three Oaks. Our day-of driver Dale took great care of our wedding guests and made sure everyone was safe after our Distillery event. We would highly recommend B&W for your wedding or next event!

B&W was wonderful for my wedding weekend! We ended up having a hiccup with the after party bar needed to be relocated, and they were amazing at getting to us the new location and making everything work out so well!

The bus was an hour late to pick up the bride and groom/bridal party..... making us late to our own wedding. Also, the "head manager" was manning the phones the night of the wedding to work the "emergency line" and was extremely rude and completely useless.

B&W was incredible to work with. We booked the 24 passenger trolley for our wedding party and the 56 passenger charter bus for our hotel guests. Both drivers were awesome and we highly recommend booking this company for your big day!

We utilized B&W for a wedding shuttle between hotels, as well as a party bus for our wedding party to get taken to an offsite location for photos this past weekend. Our driver, Dave, was super friendly and accommodating! We highly recommend them!

BEWARE, IF SLIGHTLY OFF SCHEDULE WILL COMPLETELY SKIP STOPS ON SHCEDULED WEDDING ROUTE We used B&W charters two weekends ago for our wedding around Michigan City/New Buffalo/Three Oaks. We had to large charters and one trolley for the bridal party. The drivers were nice and they worked well with us to make a complex route for the three vehicles to make routes to pick up all our guest that were staying at multiple hotels around the area. The drivers were polite and timely. HOWEVER, the trolley that had the bridal party was supposed to drop us all off at the reception (Journeyman in Three Oaks), then go back to New Buffalo to pick up the grooms parents/grandparents, aunts/uncles, their friends and our friends. Three stops were supposed to be made after dropping us off. We were supposed to arrive at Journeyman around 4:30, but it was closer to 5 and the reception was supposed to begin at 5:30. Instead of the driver asking us if he should just skip the last three stops he just did NOT go. Therefore, the groom's parents and 30 other people were over an hour late to the reception because they had waited for the trolley and then ended up driving. This was EXTREMELY disappointing considering the effort and money we put in to making sure everyone was picked up, and the precious time his parents missed talking to guests and enjoying cocktail hour. I understand we were a bit late but we had the trolley until 1am, so there was no reason to just NOT go to three scheduled stops. I sent an email explaining what happened, asking if there could be some type of compensation/to prevent this from happening to further wedding parties. The office manager called and was VERY rude. He had the driver with him (who was a nice man, but he did make a mistake), and told us if was our fault that we got to the reception 25 minutes late and because we were "off schedule" the driver had the right to ignore the three stops. I could see this if we only had the trolley until 5:30, but we had it all night long. We even had sent the grooms brother outside to ensure the trolley had left and he did not see the trolley so we obviously assumed he went to pick up the guests. In reality he must have driven a few minutes away and pulled off (I'd like to see the GPS of that). I explained that we felt if was extremely unreasonable for them to say that when, we had them all night. The office manager kept putting me on hold when I would try to speak and told me I was 'too emotional', and there would absolutely be no compensation because WE were wrong for being slightly behind schedule. He said he had GPS to see where we were at all times. I'm not sure what difference this made, as the driver should have asked. The driver said he asked us if we should make the stops when we were on the way to the reception (I have no idea who he asked), but we had a full trolley so obviously there was no room to pick anyone else up. I asked to speak with someone else and after 20 minutes of arguing the 'office manager' said the owner or someone higher up would call. It has been a week and I still have not heard from him... I will follow up again this week. I understand mistakes and miscommunications happen, but it was the way they handled it that was completely unprofessional. They could have apologized and offered some compensation and we would have been fine, but it was terrible how they handled the situation.

Overall B&W was great to work with for our wedding transportation. They were clean, reliable and flexible day of for our needs. When you use them as a wedding shuttle they ask that you submit the schedule of pick-ups 2 weeks prior to the event for review to make sure it will work. I was told we were good to go the week before the wedding until I got a phone call the night before the wedding to tell me we weren't and that the schedule would be changed. Talk about added stress we could have done without. It all ended up working out ok though and we didn't have a single problem the day of and they even stayed late for us.

B&W was very easy to book and use. They were on time and the driver went above and beyond coming up to the reception hall and make sure he wasn't missing anyone on his last trip to the second hotel at the very end of the night! I believe they even took one more trip then requested to ensure all guests got to the ceremony!

We used both buses for guests and a trolley for the wedding party from B&W. The drivers were awesome and timely. At the end of the night they even graciously waited for some stragglers still partying after the midnight close!

We used B&W Charters for guest transportation for our recent wedding. We rented the 47 passenger bus due to the large number of people we were needing to shuttle. The driver double and triple checked all of the times we had set up and was extremely easy to work with. They also made sure that all of our guest made it back to the hotel at the end of the night. Overall they were a great value and had excellent service.

We booked the 24 passenger trolley for our wedding party, the driver took us around town for pictures and we were allowed to bring drinks and snacks for our party on the trolley. It was a perfect way to transport the wedding party, great for pictures, and great fun! The only downside - I would recommend printing directions for your driver if they are from out of the area, also for a bride on a budget this is a pricey option to add to your wedding - otherwise our driver was wonderful and I would recommend their service to other brides.

We got the 24 passenger trolley for the bridal party, and it was perfect. The driver was great, we could decorate it and play our music and it was very clean inside. It was just pretty expensive for a small time period, especially for brides on a budget.

Great service, arrived even earlier than expected and the driver was very sweet. He knew exactly where we were going the day of, and the office was phenomenally organized and was very easy to work with before hand. Booking was simple and the price was very reasonable. Great company! Edit: Also want to add that the vehicle we used was VERY clean, which I fully appreciated in a white dress with 4 bridesmaids in light pink!

I used B&W Charter to shuttle guests to and from my wedding at the Blue Dress Barn. The helped answer a lot of my questions about timing and where to plan stops, so I appreciated that. And while I didn't specifically use the shuttle on my wedding day, most of my friends did and they really loved being able to come to the wedding, drink as much as they wanted, and not worry about driving. I would recommend B&W to a bride who wants to give guests the opportunity to have fun and not worry about driving. I would say you need a good idea of your hotel blocks, day of timeline, and number of guests needing transportation prior to booking. Overall, very satisfied!

We are so grateful to B&W Charters for helping us make our wedding day so great! As with any wedding the schedule is constantly changing. Our changes occurred because Mother Nature decided to set record highs with a temperature of 105 and heat index of 112. Due to this we had to change our photo locations and plans to get to the reception. The driver, which I believe was the founder/owner of the company, was so patient and flexible! Most of all we loved the huge air conditioning units on the trolley! They were a life saver!!
