We hired Ashley for month-of coordination, and we cannot say enough wonderful things! Ashley and I hit it off from the beginning, so I knew we would be comfortable around her and her team on our wedding day. We also did a design session early on with Ashley, where she helped me with decor and develop a game plan! That was extremely helpful!
To put it simply, Ashley and her team were literally our fairy godmothers!! She and her team consistently went above and beyond to ensure our wedding day was exactly what we dreamed of! This included, but was not limited to: (a) managing all our vendors so we could be stress-free leading up to the wedding, (b) creating our timeline, (c) designing new mock-ups when our tablecloths got canceled 4 weeks out, (d) running to Nordstrom day of to get a replacement bow tie, (e) resolving a decor emergency day-of without indicating to us that anything was wrong, and SO much more!! On top of all of that, she and her team are so fun to be around! Talk about moral support!! We could not be more thankful for everything Ashley, Gabby and Maddie did for us!
Ashley and her team were fantastic and I am SO glad we hired them. They took all of the stress out of weeding planning and gave great advice and suggestions. Ashley seemed genuinely excited for us the entire time and treated us like a real friend instead of a client. I knew having a wedding planner would be a good idea, but looking back I literally have no idea how we would have pulled off our wedding without one. On the day of, she coordinated and set everything up so beautifully and even videotaped and photographed key moments for us to see after the wedding! I am so grateful for B Eventful and would absulpte recxomend them to others.

I hired Ashley as my day of coordinator and it was the absolute best decision I have ever made. As someone who was a bit overwhelmed by the wedding process she made it so easy. She began working weeks before my event and constantly checked in to make sure I was not stressed and that we were on track. I do not think my wedding day would have gone as seamless and perfect as it did without her and her team there. I cannot recommend her enough. If you need a coordinator, this is your girl.

Ashley and her team are amazing! They were extremely helpful from the very beginning! They went above and beyond on our special day, making sure everything was perfect! As a perfectionist I am so happy we chose B Eventful because I did not have to worry, they made everything exactly how I envisioned it! I know it had to take a lot of work and effort, but they made it happen with a smile on their faces. My dress ended up tearing at the reception and Ashley’s team was right there assisting me by fixing it!! I 100% recommend them for any and all events! You really won’t regret it!

Ashley was recommended to me by a close friend and I feel so blessed to have found her for our wedding! Ashley is the wedding fairy you didn’t know you needed. If you’re on the fence about getting a planner, it is 100% worth it. Ashley was there for us every step of the way. She was always willing to hop on a call when we had concerns or worries. She quickly found solutions when we had vendors fall through, and even scouted for the perfect flowers for my hairdo and brought them to my hotel room the morning of the wedding because I forgot them. Ashley has great vision and ideas that will help guide you, but she is also so easy to talk to and there for you when you want to brainstorm new ideas.
Not every bride or couple is the same. And i really felt that Ashley was so adaptable to our particular needs without hesitation. Besides her unmatched work ethic, Ashley is just a beautiful person and you’ll love her as much as we did!

If you are wedding planning, BOOK B EVENTFUL! We are SO glad we booked Ashley and her team. We planned our Florida wedding from Minneapolis, and truly could not have done it without her and the B Eventful team. Ashley had great recommendations and suggestions for people like us who didn’t know that much about wedding planning :) But even if had been local, we would still have been lost without Ashley during the weeks leading up to the wedding, where she made sure we had our timeline nailed down, all of our vendors secured away, and the small stuff all prepped and ready to go. During the rehearsal, Ashley made sure the party + family all knew where to be, and several of our friends said they were so glad to have her direction. On the wedding day, Ashley + team anticipated everything we could have needed and more! They took the supplies we dropped off day of and put everything into place perfectly, made sure we had something to eat, coordinated each step of the evening, and got everything back to our family safe and sound after we had left. We could not recommend B Eventful more!!

Wow!! We can not thank Amber and Beventful enough for calming our nerves and making our wedding a day specifically focused on us. From the beginning of the planning process we were nervous about how we could possibly organize everything and not have our special day consumed with worry about vendors, timelines, photos, ext. but like a superhero Beventful took over 30 days out and from that day forward the process was incredibly less stressful. Amber handled all the vendors, got timelines organized, and made the day all about us. Thank you Beventful for your amazing professionalism and care to make our day special. I am so grateful for Ashley and Brandy. My wedding day went by without a hitch because of them, and if there were any hitches, I didn’t know about them because they had it under control! In the month leading up to the wedding, Ashley eased my anxiety tremendously and was so diligent with every detail.
She could’ve quoted me a million dollars and I’d say she’s worth every penny.

I had the privilege of working with Amber, Brandy and Ashley for my wedding this past August and they were incredible!!!! From the very beginning, they were so attentive and always checking in to make sure I was on track or to see if there was anything they could help out with. The actual wedding day went smoother than I ever could have expected, even with a crazy Florida thunderstorm occurring throughout the day! We hired B Eventful as our day of coordinators. My husband and I had nothing included with our reception location, so all our vendors were hired separately. We also supplied our own decor and alcohol. Beginning 30 days out, B Eventful was in constant communication with us. They helped us create our timeline and reach out to all our vendors to make sure everything was in order. Because of their help, my family was able to enjoy the whole wedding day and not worry about setting up the reception venue. They even met up with us the day before to pick up our alcohol and decorations so we didn’t have to worry about it on the wedding day. There were a couple small hiccups (not their fault) that occurred throughout the day, and my husband and I never knew about it until days after. B Eventful is very detailed, great with communication and has a creative vision. They made the day feel so smooth and easy. I would highly suggest hiring them for your day of needs.

I had a good experience with B Eventful. They were great with questions and had recommendations for vendors they've worked with in the past. I especially loved our experience with Brandy. She was very nice and helpful. The "day of services" that B Eventful provided was absolutely amazing and a life saver. I couldn't have done it without her. She was right there when needed. Kept us on track and made the wedding/reception run smoothly. We didn't have to worry about anything, once we saw how smoothly things were going we was able to relax and enjoy our day. B. Eventful was patient with me in my indecisiveness on venue and my slowness in picking certain vendors. I very much appreciated that. I would definitely recommend them.

I cannot tell you how great it was to work with these ladies! As Mom of the bride and part of the "do it yourself wedding planning team", it dawn on me that we needed some one to back us up and B Eventful was absolutely perfect. I hired them for the month of planning and a little decor help. They stepped in a month before and did everything they promised plus extra! Amber had some great ideas for the spaces of the venue. She added just the right touch to all of our vintage/gothic ideas. I don't know how they did it, but three hours before the wedding, our outdoor wedding was slammed with a line of strong thunderstorms, that ended about 90 minutes before the guests were to arrive. Ashley and Amber managed to protect all of the decor, make sure all the vendors were there and still have everything ready before guests arrived!! The entire evening, they kept things moving and made sure everything was taken care of. At the end of the evening, when most of the quests had gone, we were on the dance floor, and there was a cool autumn breeze. I looked up at the lights in the trees, the stars, the half moon and it felt magical.

I don't know how to put into words how wonderful the entire B Eventful team was! Booking them was definitely the BEST wedding decision we made!
From the beginning Ashley was quick to respond and keep us updated! She regularly sent us planning checklists and made herself available for any questions despite us only booking them as a month of/day of coordinator!
As the big day got closer, Amber jumped in to put together all of our details and make sure we were ready to go! She kept in consistent contact up until the big day and was at the rehearsal to make sure we were set. She jumped in to help with a last minute entertainment addition and fix a transportation mishap without allowing me a moment to stress in the slightest!
The day of the wedding Amber and Ashley both got to the venue early to begin setting up! They coordinated venue arrivals and put together decor before we arrived as well as communicated with me throughout the morning to make sure we were on track with hair and makeup.
When we walked in we were both blown away by how AMAZING everything looked. The girls were able to take my purchased decor and rentals and bring every vision I had for the event to life. They were available throughout the event to make sure we kept on schedule without feeling rushed and made it a point to allow us time to enjoy the day. If there were any hiccups, I have no idea because the b eventful team handled everything flawlessly!
Our wedding was perfect and that wouldn't have been possible without the ladies at b eventful- I can not thank them enough for the kindness, professionalism, and calm they brought to our day.
