Where do we begin in RAVING about these wonderful women? My (now) husband and I knew we wanted to be married in State College but live out of state, so we looked online to find local wedding planners to help us. We connected with a few others, but it wasn't until chatting with Cori and Megan of B Events that we felt 110% comfortable - even after a simple phone call. From the initial consultation, they were responsive, informative and most importantly, they were genuine. We always felt like they had our best interests at heart (even if that meant extra work for them)... like when my husband and I decided to change our wedding venue.. and therefore our date... and about every other detail we had already ironed out :-) Cori and Megan could not have been more patient or supportive during this big change, and we really appreciated how much they cared about making sure our wedding was exactly what we wanted it to be! There are a few general takeaways we want to share with future couples that we found to be extremely valuable in working with B Events, particularly during the planning process. They were resourceful and had great connections in the area. All the area vendors not only knew Cori and Megan but loved working with them. As a whole, we were blown away by how communicative they were while simultaneously juggling multiple other weddings or events that were before our big day. These ladies had the perfect balance of being creative and imaginative, while also realizing any potential logistical challenges on the back end. They thought things through. They never sold us on anything and instead, they offered options that were possibilities yet stayed within a budget. They asked questions like How and Why to help my husband and me make decisions we were comfortable with. They really wanted us to create something that reflected who we are as a couple. We are positive our wedding experience would not have been as absolutely enchanting and memorable without B Events being a part of it and helping guide us through the process. So many times we remarked "What would we have done without them?" And honestly, we don't want to know! With all this being said about our planning experience... we haven't reached the actual wedding weekend yet :-) However yet again, the dynamic duo did not cease to amaze us. Everything they did was executed with care and purpose. From managing the logistics and timeline of the day to perfecting details of the ceremony and reception setup, they were on it. And when the forecast called for rain righttt at the start of the outdoor ceremony, they managed everything and took the stressful decision-making off my plate, so I could focus on having fun with the wedding party. Between the two of them, they have this unbeatable skill set combination of being mind-blowing-ly creative while also being so nurturing and passionate. They are proud professionals, and it shows in their service. At the end of it all, we have to say the most rewarding aspect about engaging B Events as "wedding planners" is quite simple: we got to meet two wonderful people. This review is meant to help others get a sense of our experience, but truthfully, it's hard to put into words how much they did for us for such an important event not only my husband and me but for our families and guests. If you want to have a wonderful wedding experience, it's simple: work with Cori and Megan. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

Cori and Megan were absolutely wonderful! When we began the planning process, we never even considered hiring a planner - I had always thought it would be a waste of money. I can say with 100% certainty that I was WRONG. The suggestions that Cori and Megan provided from vendors to decor were absolutely perfect and captured what we wanted on our wedding day. Whenever I had a concern or wanted an opinion about something, I knew that I could always call/email Cori and Megan to get an honest answer! I never had to wait very long for a response, which was comforting because it meant that they were there for all of their clients (even those with wedding dates more than a year and a half away). Our wedding day was more AMAZING than we had ever imagined. The day was perfect and I loved feeling like I could just relax because I knew if there was a problem, Cori and Megan would be right there to take care of it.

Cori and Megan helped us plan a wedding better than we could have ever imagined. It's been almost two months since our wedding and we still can't stop talking about what an amazing day it was! We wanted to get married in State College but live out of town several hours away. We were looking for an outdoor venue close to downtown State College to host a fairly large wedding (about 175 people), and during our venue search quickly realized we were going to need some help! We were so lucky to find Cori and Megan - they provided full-service planning and worked with us to take care of every detail. They suggested the venue that ended up being the perfect location, and from there every recommendation from vendors to design truly could not have been better. They made themselves available for several in-person meetings and countless phone-calls during the planning process. On our wedding day everything was seamless- I can honestly say I did not have to worry about one detail or hear about any problems. I cannot imagine having done this without them, and we are so grateful they were part of our wedding day!

Hiring Cori & Megan was the best decision I made for my wedding! I wanted to transform our venue, but was having a hard time pinning down the details and wanted some help to take the pressure off with logistics, etc. After telling Cori & Megan my vision for the day, they came to me with design ideas that were spot on! Their experience in working with all of our vendors ensured everyone was on the same page to create a cohesive, magical event. If anything went wrong that day, I have no idea! I never had to worry about details or logistics. They're also just really awesome women and a pleasure to work with! Highly recommend. :)

When initially reviewing our budget, we didn't know if we wanted to allocate money to a wedding planner . If you, too, are having this internal debate with yourself - SPEND THE MONEY ON B EVENTS! I cannot stress enough how worth it they are. In fact, after it is all said and done, I can't believe how inexpensive they are for everything they do for you. Cori and Megan are masterful at making sure the bride and groom do not have to worry about a thing. They present you with options carefully based on the vision you have described and they are spot on every time. Not only that, but they have great relationships with all the good vendors in the area. If I had a quarter for every time we told someone we working with Cori & Megan and we got the response "Oh, so you have the dream team!", I would have been able to finance our entire wedding! They truly made all of my dreams come true for the most perfect NYE wedding. Do yourself a favor and book now - before you lose your chance! Thanks again Cori & Megan!!!

Cori, Megan & Hannah did such an amazing job helping us plan our fairy-tale wedding. They were very easy to get contact with and always available to help! They offered many helpful suggestions leading up to the wedding and always took our ideas and used them to the fullest. They created so many unique elements for our special day from programs to maps to place cards. We encountered a huge storm our wedding day and they navigated it perfectly. As far as being the point of contact for our wedding day they were there for us nonstop. I felt like I always had help by my side. They were essential to our day running so smoothly. They made everything a relaxing and enjoyable experience and ran the show for us from Thursday (2 days before the wedding) till Sunday (the day after the wedding). They were basically just a quick phone call or text away. They completely value your input as a customer but when they need to step up at go time are completely comfortable to take over and steer the ship! I was extremely impressed. They way surpassed my expectations as a customer and I would use them again in a heartbeat. They really care that your day is perfect and dream like.

Cori and Megan were amazing! Total life savers! They helped our wedding go smoothly and caught problems well before they occurred. The two are an excellent team and I highly recommend them.

Cori & Megan are fantastic. They are both so friendly and passionate about what they do. They coordinated our wedding beautifully. The made sure our venue was set and after the ceremony, made sure to transport anything that belonged to us. Everything ran smoothly that day, and it was the perfect wedding day. I highly recommend anyone who is looking for a ceremony coordinator or wedding planners to go to these wonderful ladies!

With a traditional Italian family and some non-traditional personal style, I was looking for something in between conservative and offbeat, something unique, not prepackaged and unimaginative. Cori and Megan translated my ineloquent explanations into a cohesive concept. B events handled everything, from planning to coordinating on the day of. The event was both comfortable and elegant. What a joyful, perfect day.
