I cannot say enough incredible things about Maddy and Bacchus Events. She went above and beyond to make sure that not only our wedding day, but our rehearsal dinner too went off without a hitch. She handled every single detail with such care and professionalism, ensuring that our special day was completely stress-free. From our first conversation and throughout our wedding planning, she saw our vision and truly made it come to life. We are forever grateful for all of her hard work, reliability and attention to detail. Our wedding day was one of the best days of our lives and Maddy made it unforgettable in the best way possible. Maddy and her team were wonderful! I cannot say enough how thankful I am that they were a part of our special day. They helped all the phases of our wedding run seamlessly. I could not recommend Maddy and her team at Bacchus enough! Maddy was the Day-of Coordinator for our ~150 guest backyard wedding and she truly rose to the occasion. She listened to our ideas, fielded our questions, and offered guidance throughout the planning process to ensure that our wedding day would flow seamlessly. She handled all of our last-minute tasks and ideas with grace and executed our plans to the best of her ability on the day-of. Maddy’s staff we hired were also very kind and helpful and went out of their way to ensure that we were all worry-free and fully enjoying ourselves on the wedding day. Maddy was both professional and personable throughout the entire process, and made us feel comfortable and at ease during all of our phone calls and interactions. Thank you Maddy and Bacchus for everything!!!❤️

We initially hired Bacchus Events for day of coordination but Maddy’s services went above + beyond. We had the challenge of a brand new venue, still figuring out a few of their kinks, but that didn’t scare Maddy away. Maddy was organized, prompt + when we needed something done, even if it was outside the scope of her job, she did it without hesitation. The entire wedding process I was very anxious bride but Maddy reassured me that she was going to execute our vision + she sure delivered. With her team in place, I did not worry about one thing the day of the wedding. Maddy was the light at the end of a dark wedding planning tunnel, she literally saved the day. We would 110% recommend Bacchus Events to any future bride/groom or anyone planning a larger event! We will definitely be using them in the future!

Maddy was an absolute god send for my wedding. Her superior attention to detail and planning left me so stress FREE the day of my wedding I could kiss her. I did not worry about a thing as I knew my day of coordinator had everything under control. We met various times to go over every detail of my vision for the day and Maddy truly listened and executed perfectly. She was in constant communication with me and my vendors ensuring everyone was on the same page and it was a flawless event. One of the vendors showed up missing an item she knew we expected and she corrected it immediately. I wasn’t even aware of the story until the next day! Hands down the most value I received with the budgeted money I spent. Maddy allowed me to customize her services and utilize her expertise in the areas I needed. I would recommend Maddy for any bride who wants a perfect & seamless wedding ❤️

Maddy and team are professional, responsive, and simply amazing! They went above and beyond on our wedding weekend and helped plan our rehearsal dinner and farewell brunch in my parents backyard. Everything turned out so amazing and far exceeded our expectations. The details, decor, service, and more were 10/10. I HIGHLY recommend Maddy and team for any weddings, wedding events, or any other celebrations in the Saratoga area.

We hired Maddy in March for our May 19, 2023 wedding and she jumped RIGHT in and handled everything professionally and efficiently! We had our wedding at a barn which requires a LOT of preparation, external vendors, and coordination which Maddy handled effortlessly. She was a huge help in the coordination of the multiple vendors and went things got a little stressful she was my go to! Maddy assisted with all of our decor and ensuring everything was in its respective place and the breakdown at the conclusion! We can’t thank Maddy enough ❤️

A great experience! We hired Maddy last minute, and thankfully she happened to be available for our day. Even without much time to plan she got right into it and immediately made our lives easier. The day of she was amazing. She was coordinating with vendors and the staff on site so we didn’t have to worry about anything, and she was helping us with things we didn’t even realize we needed help with. Really couldn’t have had our day be as successful as it was without her. Would definitely recommend her to any couples getting married and in need of a planner. Also if you’re on the fence about getting a planner, go for it and the earlier the better. It will make your life so much easier.
