He is classically trained in culinary arts, has cooked, ran, and operated over 12 restaurants and hotels from Baton Rouge, NOLA, NYC, Boston, and Chicago.

Charlie helped us with all of the coordinating, ensuring our questions were answered and Michael was so attentive to what we needed throughout the dinner. We couldn’t have had a better experience and would recommend Bacon & Fig as well as the space of LCI to anyone in search of event catering!

gether in a few weeks with no problem and such a good attitude. They helped us work with a venue that wasn't my first choice, but were integral in turning it into something amazing. They offered so many ways to help when any small hiccup would arise, it really felt like they were committed to making sure everything was perfect. Great communication, easy to get in touch with and so flexible!
The food was amazing and I still get questions about the caterer from family and friends. Their prices were very fair, especially considering the short notice I gave them for a NYE event (3 weeks before!). Other caterers were adding outrageous surcharges and fees to their budgets for the NYE + short notice. During the event, the bartenders and servers were so friendly and helpful throughout the entire night. All around, they have a great team and a great business.
I don't typically post reviews, and am a little late (~5 months) to post this, but I would honestly recommend them to my closest friends & family for any of their future events or special occasions.
