so I started my search. I reached out to so many coordinators, but for some reason I just never felt comfortable talking to any of them. There was a lack of warmth that made it hard to connect. Every conversation felt flat and cold, and I started to lose hope. It honestly validated my original thought that maybe I didn't need a coordinator after all. Looking back, I can't believe I ever thought that. Bailee was, without question, the single most important "vendor" I had at my wedding. She played the biggest role behind the scenes and became everything I never even knew I needed. From our very first email and phone call, I immediately felt a sense of relief. She is warm, welcoming, personable, bubbly, genuine, and just so incredibly kind. From that first conversation, I knew she was exactly who I wanted to work with. I should also mention that she's based near Ventura, while my wedding was in Arroyo Grande. Even with the travel and lodging costs, choosing Bailee was worth every single penny because she was the only coordinator who immediately gave me peace of mind. From the beginning, she clearly explained her responsibilities, answered every question I had, and was always quick to respond to emails. She is unbelievably organized. From the venue layouts to our wedding timeline, every detail was thoughtfully planned. She had things prepared that I never would've even thought about, and because of that, I never had to worry. When wedding emotions inevitably started creeping in and I found myself getting overwhelmed, she never made me feel silly. She reassured me, listened to me, and made me feel heard through every scary emotion that comes with planning a wedding. Even right before I walked down the aisle, she came to get me from the house on the venue property and stayed by my side while I mentally and emotionally prepared. She never rushed me or made me feel pressured. If anything, she helped me feel calm and present before one of the biggest moments of my life. On the wedding day, she completely led the setup and made sure everything was perfect—even catching little details I had overlooked, like steaming my wrinkled tablecloths. I honestly wouldn't have cared about the wrinkles, but she cared because she wanted everything to look flawless. She also stayed through cleanup, making sure the venue was returned to its original condition while carefully organizing all of our décor, gifts, and belongings so they were incredibly easy for us to collect the next morning. I know many of these tasks are technically part of a coordinator's job, but what truly sets Bailee apart isn't just what she does—it's how she makes you feel. Her warmth, compassion, organization, and professionalism made our wedding day run so smoothly, and I never once questioned whether things were being handled. Whether it was the month she took over, the rehearsal, the setup, the breakdown, or every conversation in between, Bailee was an absolute dream to work with. Every text, email, phone call, Zoom meeting, and in-person visit was upbeat, fun, and something we actually looked forward to. She is truly the best of the best and will make one of the biggest days of your life feel so much less stressful and so much more enjoyable. if you're thinking of hiring her... DO IT!
