Baker Tent & Party Rental

I was very, very pleased with the service provided by Baker. We had our wedding on the blue bridge downtown, with chairs rented by Baker. The set up and teardown was invisible to guests and looked wonderful. They were in and out without a peep. They also had the best prices in town! I was very happy with how reasonable they were, especially when another vendor told me that I wouldn't find a price lower (they were wrong).

I used Baker to rent chairs for our wedding ceremony. The bride using the venue after me and myself split the cost of the chairs. Baker was ok with this and made it possible to be able to split payment and leave the chairs up as well for the next bride. We did have one VERY broken chair though. I hope the bride after me was ok with not needing that chair, I hope they check all of their chairs before they send them out for the day. I used baker tent rental to decorate and establish my venue, as my reception was outdoors. All of the materials arrived on time, and were predominantly excellent. Some of the linens had some minor spots, though given that they were ivory this was understandable. Everything else was wonderful. I had quite a few last minute changes in the two weeks before the wedding and Baker tent rental accommodated my changes easily and without any undue difficulty. Their services were a bit pricey, but definitely worth it.

Great price, great service, great everything! From the friendly lady on the phone that helped me order our chairs, to the friendly guys at the loading dock and the helpful gal in the office when we picked them up, everyone was SO nice and helpful. They had a great selection online ad on site, loaded and unloaded our chairs into our truck, and had sweet, lazy dogs guarding their office. :) Next time we need any chairs or a tent, or even linens, we'll definitely return to Baker.

We rented chairs for the ceremony, plus table linens (table cloths & napkins). To place the order, it took 30 minutes of the girl filling in information and finally taking my payment. I was then told that if I didn't know exact numbers, I'd be penalized if I needed to decrease any of the amounts for linens or chairs by paying an additional 10% (I placed the order 2 1/2 months prior to the wedding). Added extras 2 weeks prior - took the company almost a week to charge my debit card. Picked up linens the day prior - some confusion finding the order (it wasn't ready to go, it was in storage area). Chairs were delivered to site on time day of wedding (3pm). Looked fantastic in the park, no complaints. Delivery for 5:30 - no one there. A friend called to inquire on pick up status - was told that it was ok to leave chairs there (in non-secure public park), they'd probably be "ok". Friend had to call a non-guest to come babysit chairs. Picked up at 7:30 (reception started at 6:30). Linens looked beautiful at the reception, pressed, no wrinkles. Never taken from room, placed into linen bag during clean up. Dropped off on time Monday. Received a call from Baker 2 weeks later informing me that they were missing a table cloth (but had all 60 napkins...). No follow-up call to reconfirm. Overall, their products are nice, just don't expect much from them in customer service.

We rented the chairs for the reception from Baker Tent Rentals. The chairs fit very well with our decor and the company was flexible with pickup and return times and when they needed to know our final count for numbers. The price was very reasonable overall as well. Very good to work with!

I looked for many places for chair rentals and Baker ended up being the best price. We got married on a Sunday and they didn't charge anything extra for delivery. They got to the park early and we never even saw them pick up the chairs. We also rented speakers from them and they lent us the cord to hook it up to our Ipod. Definitely went above and beyond for a very reasonable price.

We used baker tent rental and they did a good job. The chairs are expensive, however they did do a good job of setting up and taking them down without being noticed. However, I didn't like that they called me on my wedding day to ask which way to set the chairs up. That should have been organized long beforehand, and we had tried to contact a few times to make sure it was all set. Other than that, good chairs and good service.

All we needed was white chairs. They were definitely the cheapest in town. They delivered on time and even picked up without having anyone meet them there.
