We can help you plan your entire wedding weekend, the pre-events, the post-events, and everything in between. From the big, overwhelming logistics and vendor selection to the teeny, tiny details and inside jokes, we've got you covered.
What started as a passion project/side hustle for me (Halley - I'm the owner) for the last 15 years, has turned into a full grown business. I've assisted in the planning and implementation of dozens of weddings and countless wedding-related events (bachelor/ette parties, showers, brunches, honeymoons). I also do reunions, conferences, and birthday parties for humans of all ages, but that's probably not why you're here.
When you reach out to Baldwin and Rose, we'll schedule a free 45-minute phone consultation to see if we're a good fit. The last thing you want is to dread speaking/working with someone who's helping you plan such a big deal celebration, so this gives us an opportunity to see if we like each other, if you trust me to create your vision, and if our senses of humor align. And if it's no on your end, no hard feelings - you need to feel super comfy with your wedding guru and if that's not us, that's okay!

I can't say enough about how wonderful it was to work with Halley. She got our vibe right away and was able to execute on our vision and expectations for the day and for the events preceding and following the wedding.
By the time Halley came on board, all of the vendors had been identified, but she was able to step in towards the end and establish herself as the point of contact.
Our wedding was a three-event affair; we had a welcome dinner the night before and a farewell brunch the morning after. All events were held on the property of my in-laws and required a lot of DIY logistics planning and set-up. Halley was right there to take care of everything from laying out the linens and setting up the decor, to moving the chairs from the dining tent to the ceremony site and back again, to getting the favors and the cupcakes set up, to making sure the other vendors had everything they needed.
Because my focus was heavily centered on the wedding, I didn't really have a lot of bandwidth for planning the before and after events. But Halley and I had a brainstorming session where we came up with a simple but lovely theme that worked wonderfully across all three events and was true to the aesthetic I was after.
Our wedding was pretty low-key as weddings go, and we didn't have (nor did we want) a lot of the traditional or the trendy bells and whistles. Halley got that immediately, she respected that, and put her whole self into ensuring we had the day we wanted. It was clear she really cared about us as people not just as clients.
My now-husband said to me the morning of the wedding (so after the first event of the weekend) that he was so glad I insisted on getting a wedding coordinator, and not only that, one who really knew her stuff (not his exact words--his were a little more colorful). Best wedding gift ever! Halley was worth every penny of her very reasonable rate and I highly recommend her services.

Even though I did not work with Halley for very long, she was absolutely a joy to work with! I reached out to her pretty close to my wedding date because I was feeling overwhelmed and did not know my next step. She jumped in like she had been with me from day one. Her energy, personality, and passion are only a couple of things that make her so great! She instantly helped lift the weight of my wedding off my shoulders! I thought I could do it alone, but now my first advice to any newly engaged couple is to hire a day of coordinator and not just anyone, I would recommend Halley 1000%. She works with you, checks in on you, and she makes you feel more like a friend than someone who is just their because it's their job. I can't thank her enough for all of her help and support!

I never thought we’d hire a wedding planner, but working with Baldwin and Rose was the best wedding choice we made! From the beginning of our first Zoom meeting to the moment she helped break down the chairs at the end of the night, Halley went above and beyond to help us have exactly the wedding we wanted. Halley connected us with vendors we never would have found on our own who completely suited our budget and vision, thought of all the details we didn’t, and calmed our considerable nerves throughout. (She also made sure we actually managed to eat!) We’re so grateful that Halley’s holistic approach helped us create a joyous, quirky weekend that allowed us to maximize time with our loved ones.

We weren’t planning on having a wedding planner but as we said the other day to each other, “If we didn’t have Halley we would have quit.”
She made us so comfortable and had so many great ideas! She connected us to local vendors that fit our style and personalities so well. She was organized, sweet, supportive and fun! She even earned the GOAT wedding planner award at our wedding :). We highly recommend working with her!

Halley made our wedding happen. My fiancé and I wanted to be married, but are both chronic procrastinators, and had a lot of trouble actually getting anything done. Halley came in, listened to our unique needs, and crafted a detailed plan of how it was all going to happen. She got us organized, created to-do lists, delegated work to our parents, called vendors, booked them all, and sent us a detailed invoice at the end. I should also mention that we were actually planning TWO weddings, one local and one 3,000 miles away. So everything she completed had to be done twice, and totally remote for half of it. It all went off perfectly and we are so happy with the results!
Halley herself is gregarious, meticulous, easy to work with, and the most thoughtful person I've ever met. I highly recommend her services. Once you hire her, you will breathe a deep sigh of relief and things will start going according to plan.
