We worked closely with Meagan who was extremely responsive and helpful the entire time. As a bride, on the day of the wedding neither I nor my family had to think about a single detail – Finley handled it all. Savannah was our maître d’ for the day of the wedding and she was exceptional and made sure we were where we needed to be, when we needed to be there. Numerous people have told me that they have never been to such an incredible wedding and that everything flowed perfectly well and took the perfect amount of time. We didn’t even need to hire an outside planner or day of coordinator. And everything was perfect. This particularly blessed me because my husband and I had a six month engagement. We got engaged on January 30 and married on August 16. Planning the wedding in this short amount of time was made easy because of the expertise of Finley. Finley worked with us to ensure that we had all of the details we wanted for the day of, and also went above and beyond to make the planning process stress-free. I was particularly grateful that we did not have to bring in outside rentals – linens, China, silverware, tables and chairs, etc. was all done through Finley and it streamlined everything. It was so nice to just have to talk to one person instead of coordinating with numerous vendors. Megan also had great recommendations for other vendors! And I have to say - the food was AMAZING. We still have people raving about the food from our wedding, especially the insane cocktail hour display. Our dinner service was perfect, professional, and delicious. The venue itself was beautiful and beyond my dreams. It has all of the tradition of a historic building, with modern amenities and capacity for 200 people. The entire space is perfect and clean. Elegant and beautiful. The bridal suite’s size and the bridal attendants made the getting ready process seamless and kept the space calm and organized. I also appreciated how straightforward and transparent Finley was with their pricing and all that it included. Deeply refreshing to see from anyone in the wedding industry. I am a fan of Finley for life, the ballroom at ellis preserve was beyond my wildest dreams, and I am so grateful for their work to truly make the day the best of our lives.

Lastly, Savanah our Maitre D even put together a highlight video reel for us that people literally thought was done by our videographer it was that good! Just simple extra touches throughout the day like that really stood out. Bonus tip, extend cocktail hour, the food is so good you will be happy to have the extra time and bites!

The event coordinator was amazing throughout our 18 month planning process. She customized anything we needed and answered all questions big and small! Shoutout to Elle, Savannah, and Megan!! The food was incredible and I have nothing but positive things to say about this place!

! Wish we can relive everything again ! The food was incredible , the room was elegant and gorgeous !!!! The bridal suite was one of the best bridal suites I’ve seen in a long time . You won’t be disappointed if you book your wedding here ! My husband loved the pork belly at our tasting and they went out of their way to give him his own personal dish of pork belly . All night every person made sure to come up to us and our families too see if we were okay . At the end of the night they made sure our things were safe and everyone of the bridal party received their things before they left . We can’t thank you enough again !

anning. I met with the Maître D Mike and his assistant Mia two days before my wedding to finalize the timeline and immediately felt at ease. I knew Mike and Mia would take good care of me, but I really was SO grateful for them through the entire day. I have been a bridesmaid in many weddings and don’t ever remember noticing the same level of service I received on my wedding day. I have had so many people tell me how much they enjoyed this beautiful venue and the amazing food. The getting ready room at the Ivy could not be more perfect, and the after party at the venue is 100000% worth it. Mike and Mia are seriously the real MVP’s of the day. They really do cater to every need, keep everything moving throughout the day, and stress levels down. They seriously think of EVERY way to make sure you are taken care of. I want to hug them just thinking about how awesome they made my day!! I love Finley catering and every single member of their team. I would not change ONE thing.

Our guests cannot stop raving about the food -- from cocktail hour to their hot surf and turf entrée to the dessert room completed with an ice cream sundae bar. We can't forget to mention the afterparty spread full of Philly's most favored cuisines. Finley Catering does it right. My husband and I, as well as our families, were waited on the entire night and did not have to worry about a thing. They had it all taken care of. Our wedding coordinator, maitre d, assistant maitre d, and bridal attendants took care of us from start to finish. Working with the Finley team was such a joy as they took away all of the stressful aspects that come along with wedding planning. I cannot say enough good things about our experience.

You will not go hungry or thirsty at a Finley wedding! The Ballroom at Ellis Preserve is such a great venue! It is all-around BEAUTIFUL! The grand, picture-perfect historic staircase and columns out front, lovely grounds and cottages around the venue for photo opportunities and the inside of the venue has lots of natural light that makes it feel both cozy/welcoming but fancy at the same time! The layout inside the venue is awesome too - spacious and has a great flow. Special shoutout to Megan Rodano who was OUR HERO! She helped us every single step of the way from our initial tour all the way to cleaning up after the wedding. She was so responsive, helpful, patient, creative and truly went above and beyond to make our day as perfect as possible! She was also very approachable and friendly, even though I'm sure she's heard the same question 100 times. Finley Catering is fantastic - the food is the best wedding food I've ever eaten and there's tons of options and upgrades to choose from. Our guests raved about everything - the venue, the food, the drinks, how attentive and friendly the staff was, etc. Mia was our maitre'd and she was great - she organized our rehearsal for us the day before and was there most of the wedding day to assist with any and all questions. I also loved our bridal attendants - they were super helpful and attentive while me, my mom and my bridesmaids got ready in the morning. Truly, we couldn't have asked for a better venue, food or staff for our wedding day and we would 100% recommend them. They do this all the time but they still made us feel like our wedding was the most important event happening for them and it made everything feel special.

The food was plentiful and absolutely decadent, to the point where we have gotten nonstop compliments ever since. The service was top-notch, with servers constantly checking in and refilling the drinks for me, my husband, and all three sets of our parents. Mia, our maitre D, was on top of EVERYTHING, and kept the entire day worry-free. They took such good care of us, it was unbelievable. Even now, a whole month later, people are constantly raving about how perfect our wedding was! If I could do it all again, I would 1000% choose this venue. It was the perfect fairytale wedding I'd always dreamed of. Just amazing.
