Amazing venue, staff, and food. Working with Megan and Mia was so much fun and made what is normally a stressful process, a breeze. All of the staff at Finley did such a wonderful job for our special day. The food was delicious and the venue looked spectacular, despite us having some rain. Would recommend to anyone, especially if you and your guests like to eat like we do!!

There are literally not enough good things to say about Finley Catering and the Ballroom at Ellis Preserve. These people are the top of the top. From the moment you inquire about this venue, you feel like you are part of their family and that they are really invested in your day and love story. Megan is a champion and this day wouldn't have happened without her. She answered every single question I had and made me feel comfortable and confident in the planning and execution of the day. Mia, Paige, and Jordan were rock stars on the day of and if something went wrong, I wouldn't have known! They went above and beyond to make our day special, beautiful, and unforgettable. Every staff member was amazing and all our guests couldn't say enough good things about the FOOD!! Wow, the food is just unreal. You get so much for what you pay per head and that makes everything worth it. I could go on and on about this venue and how amazing it is. Thank you to EVERYONE at the Ballroom at Ellis Preserve for the best day of our lives. We wish we could do it all over again!

Everything about my wedding was perfect. The staff were incredible, polite, charismatic, hype woman and men. I have nothing bad to say. I also have no regrets I wish I had more time and could be invited as a guest now to enjoy cocktail hour since all of my guests were in awe over the food.

There are not enough good things to say about The Ballroom at Ellis Preserve. Not only is the venue beautiful and the food exceptional, but Megan, Paige and team were absolutely outstanding. Many of our guests have commented that it was the best wedding food and service they have ever experienced. I knew we were working with a special team early on when all of my emails were responded to promptly and thoughtfully. But beginning at the ceremony rehearsal the night before (managed by Paige), the team exceeded our expectations, it's like they did all of our thinking for us - and they did not miss a beat! The team also went above and beyond to make for a comfortable outdoor ceremony experience for our guests and vendors amid a very hot forecast by providing water bottles and indoor, air-conditioned gathering prior to the official start of the ceremony. We are so grateful for the team at Ellis for truly bringing our dream day come to life. If it is a beautiful venue with an incredible outdoor ceremony/photo opportunity space, topnotch service and out of this world food + all the other things you haven't even thought of yet as a newly engaged person - absolutely book The Ballroom at Ellis Preserve. I also highly recommend doing the on-site bridal suite to soak in every minute of magic the venue has to offer on your special day. Thank you Ballroom at Ellis Preserve for everything!!!

If I could give this venue over 10 stars, I would! Ballroom at Ellis really outdid themselves for our wedding. We used them for our reception only, as we got married at a nearby church and chose it because it was the perfect balance of historical (exterior) and modern (interior). I worked with Megan (event coordinator) ahead of the event and she was the epitome of professionalism. She always emailed promptly and answered all my questions. Everything was well-organized and easy to follow, from payment amounts and due dates to when to contact the cake company. Then, the week of the wedding, we worked with our Maitre D Paige, who also had great attention to detail and was very friendly. During a very stressful time, I didn't stress AT ALL about the reception because I knew Megan, Paige, and the team had everything covered. For the day itself, my now-husband and I felt like VIPs with how attentive the staff were and how everything was handled. Having a private room with some of the hors d'oeuvres was a blessing, as it allowed us to actually enjoy some of the food we chose. And the team gave us one of each entree so we could try them both. They also took good care of our parents, which was a sweet touch and one we all appreciated. Now, the food. If for no other reason, you should choose this venue because of the food. We had heard that Finley Catering (the company who runs Ellis) had amazing food but we were BLOWN AWAY at how amazing it was!! Our guests all came up and said that it was not only the best wedding food they'd had, it was the best food they'd had PERIOD. My only complaints are 1) we couldn't have more food to take home with us and 2) Finley Catering doesn't have a restaurant where we can go and get the food again and again. :) The Ballroom at Ellis was pricey, compared to other venues that we looked at, but we honestly feel like it was worth every penny when you look at the whole picture. So, I would highly recommend!!

My wedding was everything I dreamed of and more because of Ellis. The staff is amazing and is there for you every step of the way. You never have to worry about anything. Megan is truly the best. The food at Ellis is phenomenal, my guest were raving about it for weeks. Your guests will not leave hungry! Everything was so beautiful and went so smoothly. We owe so much to all of the staff at Ellis for making our day an absolute dream.

The Ballroom at Ellis Preserve would get 10 stars if we could give it. The venue itself is so beautiful - we fell in love with it the moment we saw it. It is so spacious, modern, and elegant. The bridal suite is set up perfectly for everything you may need. We had an on-site ceremony on the lawn and it was a picture perfect set up! The Finley team is also one of a kind. Megan was our event coordinator and she is so welcoming, kind, and helpful. From start to finish she was highly responsive and so knowledgeable. Our maitre'd, Abel, was so personable and not to mention efficient! The rest of the staff - bridal attendants, wait staff, bartenders - they all knocked it out of the park. Everyone there will do everything in their power to ensure that you don't have to think about a thing! Now for food - their package consists of SO MUCH. And it is not an exaggeration when I say that EVERYTHING was so good! I've had many, many people say that this was the best wedding food they've ever had. From the cocktail hour spread, dinner service, to all of the desserts, no one left with an empty stomach. The signature drinks we chose were also very popular with our friends and family. Overall, our experience with the Finley Team and the Ballroom at Ellis Preserve was 10/10 perfection. Thanks to them, we had the perfect day!

Our wedding day was an absolute dream come true, and we owe it all to the incredible team at the Ballroom at Ellis Preserve/Finley Catering. We had Tina as our venue coordinator and we ended up using her as our florist as well and I cannot say enough amazing things about Tina and the support she provided throughout the entire planning process. She was incredibly helpful and communicative with the venue coordination, and I was beyond impressed with her dedication to making my floral dreams a reality. She listened to my ideas and provided valuable insights, helping select the most stunning blooms that suited our style and budget. The Ballroom at Ellis Preserve was a dream venue, and every single aspect of our wedding day was truly remarkable. The bridal suite was spacious and fun, the service from start to finish was absolutely impeccable, and the FOOD - I heard from countless guests that this was the best wedding food they have ever had and I could not agree more. The cocktail hour spread was insane, dinner was delicious and every plate was hot, and the dessert spread was off the charts. The staff was professional, attentive, and friendly. They went above and beyond to make sure me and the groom, our parents, and our guests felt special and well taken care of. I have to give a special shout out to our maitre d, Abel. I've been in a lot of weddings and I have never seen a maitre d/day of coordinator who is so on top of things yet so chill at the same time. He was funny, incredibly attentive, and made sure we didn't have to think or stress about a single thing on our wedding day. Abel, Tina, and the whole team at Ellis were nothing short of amazing and we are forever grateful for the unforgettable memories they helped us create. The Ballroom at Ellis Preserve checked every single box of what a perfect wedding should be and I would recommend it to anyone and everyone!!!

Ellis Preserve was an absolute dream and helped to make our wedding the most amazing day/night for us!! All the staff was very helpful and genuine and made sure everything went perfectly and made sure we had zero stress on our wedding day. Our guests are still talking about our wedding two weeks later and have nothing but amazing things to say about Finley Catering!! Hands down best food we have ever had at a wedding. I would 10/10 recommend Ellis Preserve to any couple!

5 stars isn’t even enough!! Tina was our coordinator and was so great and responsive throughout the entire planning process. We ended up using her for our florals as well which was another 5 star job!! Abel was our Maitre’d and just like so many other reviews here mentioned, I can’t even begin to say enough good things. He was on top of quite literally everything throughout the entire day. I don’t think I worried about anything at all because he handled it all. The on site and very spacious bridal suite was a must have for me and the suite attendant was great! The food deserves a whole review in itself. All of our guests raved about the food and the fact that all of the entree’s came out hot! And the bartenders were absolutely awesome too!! We also received comments from guests about how great the bartenders were which i believe is such a rare compliment to get. The whole day was gorgeous and flawless and I can’t recommend the ballroom enough!!!

Absolute perfect wedding night! Could not of been happier with our decision to have our wedding here. Words can’t even begin to express how incredible Finley Catering and the team at Ellis Preserve were for our April 2023 wedding. Special thanks has to be given to both Megan and Abel for providing exceptional service throughout the entire evening. We began our search nearly a year and half in advance and were recommended by friends in the wedding industry to book a Finley Catering venue. When you have vendors who recommended a catering company you know you are getting quality. Our choice was between two Finley venues, Union Trust and Ellis Preserve, but once we toured Ellis Preserve we knew that was the choice. We loved the beautiful grounds and wanted our ceremony on the lawn but unfortunately weather didn’t cooperate and moved inside but in all honesty the Finley team made the room look exceptional and it came out perfect!! The whole planning process was excellent with Megan. She responded quick, communicated great, and was extremely flexible and knowledgeable. You could really tell she wants to provide great service to her clients. Abel was our Maître D for the event and enough can’t be said about his efforts that night. He made sure the night went off without a hitch and was excellent in providing us service and whatever we needed that night. He made sure we really enjoyed our night and took care of any minor details without bothering us. Now onto the food! We had guests that night say this was the best wedding food they ever had and even a few days after we still have people texting us saying how awesome the food was (get the cheesesteak appetizers and the sushi bar!) Everyone told me the dessert setup was incredible since we were busy dancing. Enough can’t be said about the team at Finley. I would highly recommend them and couldn’t be more happy with our selection!

Finely catering is a dream team! Megan was super helpful in answering all of my questions and never made me feel like an annoying bride. She was so accommodating and made me feel much more relaxed during a stressful time. Alll of my guests are raving at how this was the best wedding ever and it was the best food they have ever eaten at a wedding! Cocktail hour is amazing. Bartenders, wait staff also did a great job! Could not recommend this venue more. I wish we could do it all over again! Book this venue- you won’t be sorry!

Ballroom at Ellis delivered such an amazing wedding for my now husband and I. Literally any request I made was honored to the best of their abilities. The day of coordinator (Abel) was an amazing help and Megan Rodano answered any and all of my questions I had (and trust me there were a lot!) Everyone was so positive and the ballroom truly exceeded my expectations. My guests were raving about the FOOD and the beauty of the whole place. Highly recommend this venue if you desire a beautiful wedding with excellent food!! :)

Absolutely perfect!!!! Every single thing from the first meeting, food, service and attention to detail was above every one of my expectations. Megan and Abel are amazing to work with and will make your day magical.

Finley catering is an amazing company. The food, the staff, and the day-of coordination are outstanding! Every bartender and waiter was so friendly and helpful. For our wedding, Abel was our maitre d & bridal attendant rolled into one (which I assume was because our guest count was low, but he was working his butt off all day!!) He was fantastic! Everything went so smoothly thanks to his organization, high energy, and commitment to the event! He truly goes above and beyond–he deserves a raise!! Although everything ended up going really well on the day of, it was stressful to work with our coordinator, Tina, leading up to the event. I thought since we had an off season wedding it would be easier to coordinate, but it seems she may be spread too thin. I frequently had to email reminders so things were not overlooked. For example, we asked three times when we could attend a group tasting, and she repeatedly said it wasn’t our turn yet. Then as it got closer to our date I asked again, and she said we had missed all of the tasting dates and we would have to pay to have a private tasting instead or she would try to fit us into another Finley venue’s tasting. Overall, I think all of the Finley catering venues are a great choice, and I was very pleased with how everything turned out in the end!

We got married at the Ballroom at Ellis Preserve this weekend and it was absolutely amazing. Guests are still talking about how great everything was from venue to the food and staff. We started off by working with Megan who was a total angel from the start. She is truly such a pleasure to be around and she is a major part of what sold us on the venue. She is so responsive, so helpful, so kind, accommodating and overall amazing at her job. Seeing her on our wedding day just made me feel confident that nothing would go wrong. She is a major asset to this venue and we cannot thank her enough. Abel, the maitre D is a literal saint. He nailed the entire day and made sure it ran so smooth, and if I had a question, a need, a request, he handled it right there on the spot. It was almost unreal how amazing he is at his job. The day was planned out by the minute and it truly could not of gone any better. We also cannot thank him enough and he is another major asset to this venue. Our bridal suite attendant Shannon ( I think that was her name, I’m sorry if it’s wrong) was another amazing amazing person. She saw me getting out of my heels and without hesitation, came over and switched my shoes for me, she made sure we had everything we needed and was such a pleasure to be around . The food was spectacular, absolutely incredible. From the cocktail hour to the entree’s, I was stopped every 5 seconds by guests raving about how good everything was. It was served timely, it was fresh, I wouldn’t change a thing. The bartenders were some of the kindest souls I ever met and kept the guests happy and filled all night. The staff as a whole are truly passionate about what they do and they understand what an important day this is for the bride and groom and we are so happy with our decision to go with this venue. There is not a single thing I would of changed about the entire experience with Finley Catering and it’s staff. 12/10 experience, I would relive it over and over if I could.

Working with Finley Catering is honestly a no-brainer. They make every process of wedding planning seamless and stress free. Our event coordinator, Meg, was absolutely amazing! She walked us through every step of the way and was always available if we had any questions. Day of , there is an on site bridal suite that is perfect for getting ready! We had a bridal attendant Shannon, and a maitre D, Abel that made the whole day flawless. Every single one of our guest thought that the food was delicious. Cocktail hour is stations and passed apps, which my guests loved. The entrees come out hot and are so delicious as well. We had an onsite ceremony which we loved. Once guests arrived at 4:30, they did not have to travel until leaving at the end of the night. Finley made us feel so special on our day and we wouldn't change anything!

Was just married at the Ballroom at Ellis Preserve this past weekend and the entire experience was everything I ever wanted from start to finish. The team at Ellis is so kind and so talented and they work tirelessly to ensure the day is exactly what you want. They are true professionals and make the entire process so easy and seamless. Our coordinator - Meg - was incredible and helped bring all of my ideas to life. She is so responsive and makes you feel like you're the only wedding she has going on, I don't know how she does it! Our Maitre'D - Abel - was so professional and kept the timeline moving all night so that everything we wanted to happen did and made sure we were able to enjoy all parts of the day. He was comic relief when we needed it and the best ally to have on a hectic day. I cannot recommend Finley Catering, and the Ballroom at Ellis Preserve specifically, enough. They do it right from start to finish and I couldn't be more happy with our decision to trust them with the best day of our lives.

INCREDIBLE and SIMPLY THE BEST. I was so beyond impressed with how we were taken care of. Megan was amazing throughout the planning and made sure we had everything we wanted. Day of was well organized and beautiful. We were given the wedding of our dreams. This venue was perfection.

We had our wedding here and it was the best decision that we made!! Our day was perfect in every way!! The entire team was always responsive- no matter what day or time- caring, and made you feel as though you were their only client though they have so many weddings in the works!! During and after our wedding, our guests told us countless times that this was the best wedding that they had ever been to. The food is amazing!! The on-site after party is a must!! The bridal suite and grounds are beautiful. Parking was easy for guests. Everything is right there, easy, and beautiful. We HIGHLY recommend having your wedding here.

My husband and I hosted our wedding reception at Ellis Preserve back in July and it was everything we could have wished for and more! The venue itself is STUNNING, but what really makes it stand out above the rest is the Finley Catering team. From the planning process to the day-of facilitation, we felt confident that we were in great hands. We worked closely with Tina to plan the details of our day and she was wonderful. She was patient, responsive, and highly communicative every step of the way. On the day of our wedding, we were blown away by the level of service provided by the Finley team. Even our parents had a personal attendant (who was amazing), so their glasses were always full with their beverages of choice! Our guests are still raving about the stunning facilities, outstanding food options, and exceptional service. The Finley team truly has it all down to a science! If we could do it all over again, we would absolutely choose them again!

We were so happy that we found this place. Our planner Meg was simply amazing and we both love working with our maître d' Abel so much. We wanted a simple, elegant and fuss-free wedding and they delivered it perfectly. Our families and guests could not stop commenting on how wonderful the venue, the food ("sooooooo much delicious food" was what they described) and the staff were. We're so thankful for this amazing experience we got to have!

Everything was amazing from the very beginning when we toured the venue for our wedding! The team at Ellis Preserve made our wedding exactly what we wanted. The communication was wonderful from Day 1. They help you with all the details, including a wedding timeline. They remind you of details that may have slipped your mind during the weeks leading up to the wedding. They responded in a timely manner every single time we had a follow-up question. The venue was beautiful and the food was amazing! Our guests are still talking about the food and it has been 7 months since our wedding day. I highly recommend Ballroom at Ellis Preserve for a wedding!!

Everything from beginning to end was handled with warm professionalism by everyone we dealt with at the beautiful venue! The food was absolutely outstanding!!! Our guests could not stop raving about it. The Ballroom was beautiful!! And omg the bridal suite was awesome!!’ The service was impeccable, they all were beyond accommodating and made our night magical!!! My husband and I highly recommend this wonder place and we hope to be invited there for a wedding as guests soon!!!

Ellis Preserve was the first & last venue I looked at. I knew during my first visit, that this would be where I get married. My entire experience was nothing but amazing and I have nothing but great things to say about the entire team. Everything was perfect! The food is to die for and no one will leave your wedding hungry. If I could do this all over just to relive our day again, I would in a heartbeat

Choosing the Ballroom at Ellis Preserve was the best decision we made in the wedding planning process. Not only is the venue gorgeous, but the staff who work here go above and beyond to make your wedding everything you want it to be and more. The food, drinks, appetizers and desserts are over-the-top delicious. Our friends and family were raving about the cocktail hour (which is our favorite part of any wedding)! We used many of the vendors that were recommended to us by Ellis, which made the entire process so easy and stress free to plan. We especially loved adding the after party at the venue- which made it so fun for all our friends and family to stay and enjoy the party! We had the absolute pleasure of working with Megan- who helped me plan and coordinate everything from the day we booked our venue. She listened to everything we wanted to happen on our wedding day and made it happen with ease. She responded to every email I sent so quickly and always went above and beyond for us. She was also there for us all day during our ceremony and wedding and kept me calm and on-track all night long. I am so thankful to Megan and the whole team at Ellis for making our wedding the most fun night of our lives and for making wedding planning so much fun and stress free. Megan and the staff at Ballroom at Ellis Preserve were truly amazing on our wedding day. The entire day went flawlessly and was everything we envisioned. The food was delicious and served hot, the ballroom was set up perfectly and felt spacious (even with 215 guests), the outside ceremony was beautiful and there are so many great photo-ops on the grounds. Our guests are still raving about the venue and food 2 weeks later! Megan was quick to answer any questions or concerns I had leading up to our wedding day and she easily accommodated any requests I had! She was so helpful and kind and we could not have had a better experience at Ballroom at Ellis Preserve!

Absolutely LOVED ballroom at Ellis Preserve. Megan was our coordinator and she was amazing. ESPECIALLY on the day of the wedding. From setting up additional details, coordinating the day and consistently checking in with us. The food is delicious, the recommended vendors are AMAZING. ALL of the staff was extremely delightful. The venue itself is also stunning. Friends and family were raving about the wedding for weeks. Definitely would recommend!!

We live in Florida and were nervous about planning a long-distance wedding in Pennsylvania. Thankfully, the Finley Catering team at the Ballroom at Ellis Preserve made the entire process easy and fun through their professionalism and responsiveness. They were very organized during the planing process and were easy to work with. A lot of the wedding day items are included through the venue making the process even easier such as the catering, cake, linens, etc. You can also opt to hold your wedding ceremony on-site and also host an after party which we highly recommend. The day-of was a breeze with their amazing staff on-site ensuring that everything runs smoothly. We were able to relax and enjoy the day knowing that Finely would take care of all of the details. From booking until the very end, this place made my wedding planning an absolute dream! Megan was our coordinator and she was AMAZING! She was so nice, enthusiastic, and organized! She would respond to all of my many emails in a timely manner. She was even there helping out the day of! Brielle and Shannon were also there the day of and were incredible! They were so nice, took care of everything, and made sure none of us lifted a finger! The cocktail hour, main courses, and desserts were all spectacular! Our guests said it was the best wedding food they have had, and in general the best wedding they have ever been to! They even threw our after party, and it was a great way to keep the party and momentum going! Look no further, I promise this team will make sure it is the best day of your life, it sure was ours!

We absolutely loved working with the Finley family to make our wedding dream come true! We actually started touring at Union Trust, but we wanted more of a nature vibe. After meeting with Michelle, and sharing our vision with her, she immediately suggested the Ballroom at Ellis Preserve! We were connected to Trish and she showed us around the ballroom. After just 5 minutes touring, we immediately knew we wanted to get married outside at Ellis!!!! From there, we signed the contract to secure our date, and began planning the wedding of our dreams! All of our other vendors had heard of Finley and Ellis before, most of them already provided their services there for past weddings too, so everyone worked so well together on the day of. Leading up to our special day, we were connected with Tina who helped us plan the best day ever! Tina was so helpful with all the details, with all her experience she really understood our vision and helped us schedule out our day perfectly. Before our big day we had our group tasting where all the food was delicious, and then our menu meeting where we got to make our food choices (and also choose to our upgrades — we used sparklers for our entrance!!!!!!). Tina did a great job leading up to the wedding and then handing us off to Megan (our maitre d). Megan was an excellent communicator and walked us through how the day would work. Megan also led our ceremony rehearsal and did a fantastic job keeping the bridal party informed of how the ceremony would work. Megan also did a phenomenal job the day of the wedding— from the morning of, having breakfast and lunch fully stocked, champagne in the bridal suite (which is BEAUTIFUL), music playing- it was so nice to get ready to! Then Megan organized the bridal party for the ceremony, and afterwards had a drink for me and my husband and also cocktail food waiting for us in the bridal suite!!!! The entire night was so seamless as she helped the show go on (entrances, dinner, drinks ALL night (constantly had a drink in our hands), cake cutting, bouquet tossing). It was all perfect!!!!!! And then, since we didn’t get to eat all our food, Megan had our food boxed up and we got to eat delicious leftovers the next day! Everyone raved about the food, the drinks and the dessert table!!!!! In addition, all our guests loved the lighting in the reception room (which we got to choose). Everything was so personalized and we can’t thank Finley enough. SIMPLY THE BEST!!!!!!!!!!!!

My experience with Ellis Preserve was a good one but there were a lot of things I was disappointed in. I got married in Feb. I wanted somewhere that had outside heaters/fireplaces so when I saw the patio I was sold. I asked if this was something that was offered in the winter and they told me yes as long as it wasn't raining or snowing. Throughout the planning I reassured with them that the patio with the heatlamps, extra bartender, & fireplaces would be set up for our cocktail hour and I was told the same gyst, weather permitted yes. Well we were blessed with a 60° Feb day so I was ecstatic that for sure the patio would be set up. We also had blankets in baskets with signs that were to be placed on the patio floor as soon as you walk out, so guests could sit around the fire with blankets and their drinks. So you can imagine my disappointment when I got to my cocktail hour with 30 mins to spare and nothing was set up outside. My blankets were placed in the cocktail hour room on tables (we paid $200 to have them set everything up for us and this was not what was explained at all) and the patio was not open. There were no cushions on the seats, no heaters or fireplaces turned on, and no bartender outside. Guests were walking around with blankets in their hands thinking they were wedding favors. I was so disappointed. Instead of spending those extra 30 minutes saying hello to all our guests and enjoying some of our cocktail hour food like we had planned, I searched for the coordinator who assured me they would get it set up right away so I could at least have it for the after party. Ok no big deal, except it was again never set up. All they did was turn on the heatlamps. Then for the ceremony a few of our guests had accidently messed up the aisle runner & decor going to their seats, instead of going out and fixing it before we walked down the aisle they just told us to be careful not to trip. We then paid $25 per person for a lunch to be provided. We ordered it for 14 people and there was not enough. My dad and brothers ended up going up the road to a restaurant and paying for second lunch. They served chicken breast, hummus & some veggies and there was not even a single chicken breast for each person. It was not worth $25 per person. We also had a bridal suite attendant who we saw only once the whole day. After dealing with the mess of the cocktail hour I didn't get to try any of the food so when we were first coming into the reception hall I asked one of the staff (who was very sweet and accommodating to me, no sarcasm) if she could get me a plate of just some random things from the cocktail hour and she apologized and said no sorry it's all gone. 5 mins after the cocktail hour it's all gone? She was able to get me some pasta and that's it. Lastly, I really had to keep track of my receipts. They were constantly getting the numbers wrong on what was paid and what wasnt paid so thank god I made lists of everything. Now let's end on the positives. The venue is gorgeous, they staff was super friendly and kind. The food for the cocktail hour and reception was AMAZING. My guests are still talking about it. Dessert and coffee bar was a hit and they did an excellent job of packing up my decor to pick up the next day to take home. I didn't lose a single thing. The after party was loads of fun and overall the night was a success. I just hope for future weddings they pay a little more attention to details and have a little more organization.

I truly do not know where to start! Finley/Ellis was legit everything I could have asked for. They did such an amazing job for our September wedding. The communications was great. The professionalism from all staff was A+. The food was the best around! Literally not a thing I would change with their service for our wedding. I genuinely hope I have friends get married here solely so I can relive the experience!

I would definitely recommend having your wedding at Finley ballroom! It is a gorgeous venue with beautiful indoor and outdoor space and is so classy! Although I didn’t eat much of the cocktail hour food, the guests raved about how great it was. The Finley ballroom is a well oiled machine and they definitely understand how to run a wedding smoothly. I love how the main bar is located in the ballroom so your guests don’t have to leave the ballroom to get a drink. I also hate at weddings when you have to wait a long time to get a drink at a wedding and none of our guests had this issue. It could’ve just been that our guest count was only 130, but either way there was no waiting for drinks. The bridal suite is huge and gorgeous and the food they provide is amazing! I’ve been in many weddings where essentially the bridesmaids are at the venue getting ready through both breakfast and lunch but only one meal is provided. My bridesmaids said this was the best getting ready food they’ve had at any wedding! There were very few if any negatives at the wedding. Just a few were the bridal suite was freezing! They were trying to keep it cool while getting ready but it was way too cold, so if you are getting your girls getting ready outfits I’d choose long sleeves. Also the stairs when you walk into the venue are very hard to navigate if you have elderly guests. Overall, we had a great experience with the Finley Ballroom and would definitely recommend having your wedding there!

This wedding venue is by far the best in the area! Megan, Brielle, and the whole Finley staff were incredible to work with and made our big day so effortlessly easy and beautiful. From the venue, the food, the service, and bar, everything blended together for one big party. We are thrilled we chose Ellis as our wedding venue and will forever cherish our wedding day here! From the day we had our first meeting and venue tour, we fell in love. Megan, Brielle, and the whole staff took such good care of us and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and that our visions were reached! We still get compliments that our wedding at Ellis was the best people have ever been to!

The entire Finley staff at Ellis Preserve is phenomenal. I started working with them back in 2020 for my 2022 wedding. Megan & Brielle worked tirelessly to help ensure every detail for my wedding was documented and executed with perfection. No matter what (big/small), Megan & Brielle answered every single one of my many emails and were able to pivot to accommodate my changes/new requests as needed. The facility is beautiful and the food was amazing. From Megan, Brielle, the head chef, waiters (both bridal suite/guest), bartenders and owners I am so grateful for all their support in making my wedding day spectacular!! 100% recommend.

Our wedding at the Ballroom at Ellis Preserve was everything we could have hoped for! The whole day was perfect, from the food to the atmosphere to the amazing service. Our guests were blown away by all the amazing appetizers at cocktail hour and the “best steak we’ve ever had” at dinner. The ballroom itself was perfect for our ~170 person wedding, and we all had a blast at the after party in the cocktail room. The whole day ran so incredibly smoothly in large part due to the amazing staff, especially Brielle and Meghan who were a huge help through the process. If you want your day to be perfect for you and all your guests, we highly recommend considering the Ballroom at Ellis!

Where do I even begin with how amazing Finley is! Our wedding at The Ballroom at Ellis Preserve was like a dream. We booked Ellis a little under two years prior to our wedding. We loved Trish Finley and she was a huge part of why we chose that venue. Ellis is absolutely gorgeous! One of the biggest selling points is the absolutely stunning bridal suite. That really made the entire morning so relaxing and enjoyable. Tina, our event coordinator, was absolutely wonderful. She was communicative, responsive, and very patient with all of our questions. She made sure everything was in place to make sure we had the perfect wedding. We also worked with Brielle and Megan, who were both incredible. They were so kind, fun, and attentive. You honestly don't need a planner with all of the people wonderful people at Finely. On the day of, Shannon was my bridal attendant and she was just awesome. The entire staff is first class! We've received so many compliments about every aspect, but especially the food. The food really is the best! Our guests were particularly impressed with the dessert room. Everything was flawless and we wouldn't change a thing. I would recommend this venue to anyone.

Everything about the Ballroom at Ellis Preserve was absolutely incredible! We got so many compliments on the food!! And every person on the staff was hospitable and a pleasure to work with! We held our wedding at the Ballroom at Ellis Preserve on 3/11, it was all we could ever imagine and more! The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous, on top of that the food and drinks are amazing and the staff was phenomenal to work with! Having our wedding reception at the Ballroom at Ellis Preserve was hands down the best decision we could have made! With only 6 months to plan a wedding, they made booking a venue so so easy. Tina and Megan are the dream team and have been since day one. They were always one email/text/call away. Tina was so helpful with choosing some of the design and decor elements with her extensive experience in event planning and Megan kept us in line with schedule and made sure little things we needed on the day of. Shannon was our AMAZING bridal attendant and it was so nice having her around all day from start to finish. She paid attention to details in the ballroom and made sure we had everything we needed in the bridal suite. I know they all have worked so many weddings but they never made it feel like that. They shared in my excitement for our big day and made us feel so supported and special and we are so grateful for them! The venue itself is so glamourous and doesn't really need much to decorate the space. Everything was super clean and felt very luxurious. The grounds are amazing for pictures and we had ample parking spaces for our guests. I feel like people don't expect to go to weddings and have good food but The FOOD AT ELLIS WAS INCREDIBLE!!!!!! From the EXTENSIVE cocktail hour, to the entree options, to the epic dessert room, to the philly inspired after party cheesesteaks and soft pretzels. Everyone found something they loved and could not stop raving about it. The staff (bartenders, servers, chefs) were full of life and energy and were so attentive to our guests. We seriously can't believe how perfect our day and we know a lot of it has to do with booking at Ballroom at Ellis Preserve! it is a one stop shop and they take out the stress of wedding planning. Thank you to the whole team who made that day possible!!

Booking our wedding at Ellis Preserve was the easiest and best decision we made during the wedding planning process. Megan was wonderful to work with and always had an answer for our questions. Brielle was our day of point of contact and she was so amazing, constantly making sure we were happy and that the day went exactly how we wanted it to. Our day went so smoothly and it truly allowed my husband and I to relax and actually enjoy our day! There was quite literally nothing that we had to worry about. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how delicious the food was and how much fun they had. Trust me, you will not go wrong booking your wedding here!
