I have nothing but good things to say about my day, ballroom at the Ben, Finley catering as a whole, as well as their entire staff. From beginning to end the planning process went extremely smooth, and accommodated all our needs and requests. My guests loved the food during cocktail hour and reception. People said it was the best wedding venue food they’ve ever had. The staff were so incredible in helping with my needs. Stephanie even helped my mom rebustle my entire train which was a nightmare before she helped us

My husband and I couldn't have asked for a more perfect experience at Ballroom at the Ben. The actual venue itself is so grand and big, and was the perfect choice of venue for us. It comfortably fit 194 guests and the dance floor was big enough that people didnt feel crowded. The food was all delicious, and there were so many options. My husband and I had a pescatarian wedding for religious reasons, and Daria and Ott worked closely with us to accommodate this. Absolutely recommend this venue!

I have not one bad thing to say about Finley Catering or Ballroom at the Ben. From the second I got engaged, Michelle was so attentive. She is extremely knowledgeable and really made my family and I feel comfortable. Her team was incredible and made our day absolutely perfect. The head waitress Denise and Maitr’d Ott made sure our families were attended to the whole night. My husband and I kept saying we actually felt famous. I would recommend Finley to anyone for their wedding day. They made us feel like family and made our wedding vision come to life. Thank you Michelle and Finley catering we love you all and are so grateful!

This was absolutely and exactly what we envisioned for our day! The venue was magnificent, the food out of this world and everything ran beautifully and smoothly. Our guests are STILL talking about it a month later; how good the food was, how pretty the venue was etc. we also owe a huge thank you to both Michelle and Ott who are absolutely PHENOMENAL to work with!!!!! They were a huge factor in how smoothly and wonderfully our day went. Big thank you to Michelle for helping to bustle my dress (it took 5 people)! My family wishes they could add Ott to the family, he was truly wonderful :) The food was exactly how it tasted in both of my tastings and the crab cakes were some of the best that I've ever had in my life. We felt that the money spent was absolutely worth the price, as there wasn't another venue that we looked at that could have done what they did. The amount of food that was included at cocktail hour and the quality of it, is not something that you could find anywhere else in the city as well as the wonderful and numerous menu selections that were available. The team was also amazing in handling allergies, as well as catering to the bride and groom and the wedding party, making sure we were hydrated (with both water and alcohol) and food in the bridal suite before and after the ceremony, I truly could go on and on, but I would recommend this to anyone I know getting married, and my husband and I are hoping to be able to return as guests!!

We had our wedding reception at Ballroom at the Ben on August 31, 2024, and it was absolutely perfect. The venue is so grand and unique with its high ceilings and ornate details. We loved that cocktail hour occurs on the mezzanine overlooking the ballroom and that there were two bars on each floor. We worked with Michelle on curating our menu and finalizing our details. Ott and his staff were very accommodating and made sure everything was perfect for us and our guests. Barbara took care of us all night and made sure we were eating and enjoying our wedding. Everyone we worked with at Finley were so kind and truly wanted to make sure we had the best day ever. We ultimately decided on Finley because having delicious food at our wedding was important to us. Our guests could not stop talking about the food at cocktail hour and dinner, the desserts in the dessert room, and the service they received. It was the best decision booking with Finley because they are the best at what they do. We cannot thank them enough for making our wedding dreams come true.

We had the most amazing wedding reception at Ballroom at the Ben, we want to go back as guests because it was just so wonderful! Daria and Ott were awesome and on top of everything, they helped bring our vision to life, and made sure everything ran smoothly during our reception. Ballroom at the Ben is such a beautiful venue, and the food from Finley Catering was delicious. All of our guests kept raving about how much fun they were having, and how great the food was. We also are so grateful to our bridal suite attendant Josh, who went above and beyond and truly contributed to making our night perfect and making us and our parents feel like royalty. He knew exactly what we needed before we even did, and was always ready with a drink, appetizer, or dessert any time we turned around. All of the staff was so friendly and professional. We highly recommend Finley Catering and Ballroom at the Ben to anyone looking for to have a spectacular event.

My husband and I got married on 6/15/2024 and we couldn’t have had a better experience. Michelle was absolutely amazing to communicate throughout the entire process and Ott was great for the day of. My guests are still talking about how amazing our food was and how it was one of the best weddings they had ever been to. Thank you so much Finley Catering!

This is an all-inclusive venue; everything is included from the fabulous food, cake, ice sculpture and remarkable staff. Michelle Finley was our wedding planner throughout the planning process and Ott Ricci was our Maître D’ day of wedding. Michelle and Ott made the whole experience so easy! The day flowed smoothly due to the experience and professionalism of the staff. The food was amazing. All of our guests commented on how this is not "normal" wedding food! My husband and I highly recommend Finley catering if you want an unforgettable night for you and your guests. The food, detail, staff, and the ambiance were more than perfect. The Finley’s are the experts with weddings and know how to make wedding days amazing. Our family and friends are still raving about the cocktail hour, food and the dessert room. The staff at Ballroom makes sure the day is all about you and most important stress free. On the day of the wedding, the Bride and Groom are given a butler/head waitress who takes care of you all night. Ott makes sure everything runs smoothly and on time. You won’t go wrong in choosing Ballroom at the Ben. These are lasting memories for the new couple.

Everything about our wedding was spectacular. It flowed smoothly due to the experience and professionalism of the staff. We loved Ballroom at the Ben!! We worked with Brooke and Ott and they made the whole experience so easy! It’s an all inclusive venue so everything is included in the bottom line including cake and ice sculpture! Brooke even helped to bustle my dress. Would host ANY event here!

You CANNOT go wrong with Finley Catering. They are the experts with weddings and know how to make your day amazing. Our family and friends are still raving about the cocktail hour and food. Walking into Ballroom at the Ben for the first time you’re really wowed by how beautiful it is. The staff at Ballroom really make sure the day is all about you and stressfree. We worked with Michelle from day one. She answered all our questions and communication with her was always easy and quick. On the day of, Bride and Groom are given a butler/head waitress who takes care of you all night. Barbara, our waitress was so helpful! She always had drinks and food ready for us. The Matire D, Ott, has been with Finley for years. He will make sure everything runs smoothly and on time. We truly had an amazing day and I attribute a lot of that to how wonderful Ballroom at the Ben staff and Finley catering were.

Absolutely spectacular! As if I had any doubt. The Finley staff, food, venue - everything was perfect. We are now 3 for 3 - 2 at The Ben and 1 at The Crystal Tea Room. Our guests were blown away and had nothing but great things to say. Thank you all again for helping to create a beautiful wedding. I'm just sad that this was our last wedding. They were extremely accommodating with the onset of the pandemic after we booked and help us plan a beautiful and special day that we'll cherish forever. Ott did everything we needed -- and more! Really can't recommend this venue enough!

Truly Finley Catering made my wedding vision come to life. From the moment I toured right after we got engaged I knew Finley was the best fit for my husband and me. Emily was our coordinator and she helped us navigate the Covid stresses seamlessly, all while not losing sight of making our wedding perfect for us. Ott helped us execute everything day of and made sure every detail was attended to and everything request was delivered on. I still have guests talking about the cocktail hour months later. If you are debating Ballroom at the Ben- do it!

My experience with the Ballroom at the Ben was superb. My daughter's wedding was originally booked there in May of 2021 but had to be postponed due to Covid. They graciously gave us a new date on a Friday this May which we wanted. We met with Michelle via zoom and in person and all of her guidance throughout the planning phase was right on target. She made us feel so comfortable . When we met Ott, our maitre d, I felt totally confident with his direction. He clearly has been doing this job for a long time and made every detail run smoothly from start to finish. There is no need to hire a day of event planner as Ott took care of every detail. The head waitress Barbara is another gem of the Ben. She took great care of the bridal party in the bridal suite and served them a wonderful spread of food and drinks before the wedding and was always present throughout the reception to fill any request. I have had so many comments from guests that this was the nicest wedding they have ever attended. Every aspect: the beautiful setting, the attentive service and of course the amazing selection of the best food was outstanding! I am so happy that we chose this wonderful venue for our special day!

Stop looking anywhere else!! My daughters wedding was truly a wonderful experience from the day we first met with Michele at Finley to the end of reception. Finley thought of everything! The venue was beautiful, the food delicious and over the top with the presentation and the serving staff were professional and so helpful. We had 250 guests many stated that this was the best wedding venue they had been to. I really can’t say enough about the attention to detail that made the wedding spectacular. Believe me you will not be disappointed!

We just hosted our daughter and son-in-laws wedding at the Ballroom at The Ben on 2/12/22. From the beginning of this process to the end of the night everything was perfect. We started planning pre-pandemic and when we had to change the original date, the staff at the Ballroom at The Ben were very accommodating! Brooke Brewster who was our wedding coordinator could not have been more helpful and efficient. We had so many questions and needed advice and she answered every one of our questions and concerns timely and put our mind at ease. Ott, the head Maitre D', was so organized and helped to make the whole day perfect for us! His personality and humor were much needed and welcome when you're stressed out worrying about all the little details. And I can't say enough about his staff! They were wonderful - so attentive, professional and efficient. The food was abundant and delicious! All throughout the night and the next morning at breakfast, guests continued to rave about venue, the food and the staff. We also took advantage of the After Party, the Ballroom offers. Again, it was such a great experience. We had karaoke at the after party - which I would definitely recommend. The guests loved every minute of it, including more food!! They couldn't believe how much food the venue offered from cocktail hour, to dinner to desserts to late night favorites at the after party! I would definitely recommend this venue to anyone who wishes to give their children the wedding of their dreams! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

I would give more than 5 stars if I could. We had an unforgettable night at the Ben for our wedding on 2/11. Brooke, Ott, Barbara, and the whole staff truly made our dreams come true. The food was amazing, we received so many compliments on it. The space is so elegant and our guests were so impressed. I did not worry about a single thing once at the Ben. They also have a great afterparty package which allowed us to close out the night with our closest friends. We are so beyond happy that we went with Finley and the Ben and look forward to one day returning as guests!!

Can I give more than 5 stars? My husband and I met with Emily in August of 2019 and originally planned our wedding for October 2020 at Ballroom at the Ben, but because of Covid, we rescheduled to October 2021. If there is anything I’ve learned about the wedding planning process, it's how vendors and venues handled Covid weddings–we were one of the lucky couples because we booked with Finley. They were flexible and understanding from the beginning. Not only was it such a stress-free process during such an uncertain time, but the end result was AMAZING. Finley really gave us everything we wanted and more. The venue was gorgeous and the food was TOP NOTCH. The staff was simply the best; Ott and Barb really allowed us to enjoy our day without stressing about any detail. It’s been over 2 months since our wedding guests still rave about the food and venue space. From beginning to end, working with Finely was such a breeze–no hidden fees and no page left unturned when it came to details. If you’re looking for a stress-free wedding experience, look no further than Finely (all of their locations are beautiful btw). I promise, they will not disappoint.

We had our wedding at Ballroom at the Ben in August 2021 and it was amazing. Aside from the venue itself being gorgeous, the service was the best part. From booking our wedding, our coordinator Emily was extremely helpful in guiding us through the planning process and answering (a lot) of my questions. Ott, our maître d', was spectacular and made sure everything went off without a hitch the night of the wedding. And finally, our head waitress Barbara made sure me, my husband, and our parents were taken care of all night - we never went without a full drink in our hands! Finally, the food and drinks are what made the wedding so memorable to our guests. We have received so many compliments on how delicious all of the food was from cocktail hour through dessert! It is the best venue in the area!!

We booked Ballroom at the Ben in April 2020, so we hadn't seen the venue, but we knew it was perfect for us simply based on the people we worked with. Emily was our event coordinator and she was awesome throughout the process, especially with all the uncertainty of COVID. Every step of the way they communicated, even when there wasn't much new information, and so much outside of their control. They were so accommodating to our needs, especially around allergies (like gluten free). The food was amazing (yes, they actually make sure you eat!), I think I'll be hearing compliments about that for years to come. Ott, the Maitre D', really know how to ensure your reception runs smoothly. All of my vendors had worked at the Ben before so I didn't have to worry about coordination at all. We are so happy we chose Finley for our reception, it was a dream venue for us!

We worked with Michelle at Finley and can’t say enough amazing things about her. Due to everything that happened this year we ended up having to postpone our wedding. Michelle made the process so easy. Wedding planning was not easy during this time, but Michelle helped us stay positive and excited about our upcoming wedding. On the day of the wedding her and the rest of the entire staff went above and beyond for not only my husband and I, but for every single one of our guests. From the food to the drinks to the service was perfection. I can’t thank everyone at Finley enough for hosting such a perfect night for us!! They are the best!!!

My wife and I were affected by Corona Virus like many couples out there in Philadelphia looking to tie the knot in 2020. Out of all the vendors of our wedding, The Finley’s were by far the most unprofessional. When it became clear the quarantine would encompass our Friday, July 17th wedding date, we were told we could take a Wednesday or Thursday in 2020, but Fri/Sat/Sun in 2020, and any day in 2021 would need to be renegotiated to a higher price. We were told we couldn’t change venues, and under no circumstances could we reduce size/price, and or switch to an outdoor execution of our special day. We had mutually agreed to postpone our wedding, but when Gov Wolf of PA opened up the State in early Summer, The Finley’s tried to force us to have our wedding on its original date/terms and were threatened with legal action if we chose to fully cancel. When Mayor Jim Kenney closed the city down, The Finley’s went dark on us and refused to communicate ignoring all emails, calls, and letters. After 3 months we only received one response from Michelle Finley VP “All deposits are non-refundable at this time.” Ultimately we have had to go to court to get any service or response from The Finley’s. From our perspective, these are fair weather business people who have no commitment to your special day and have little understanding of common practice within the entertainment and hospitality industry on how to handle any serious issue that may arise with your wedding. In our opinion, during the Corona Virus, the result of the Finleys’ policies have been to take advantage of those less capable of handling their wedding in the midst of a pandemic. Forcing many to switch to weekday weddings at original contract prices, and giving other clients back little or none of their money, while on the other hand receiving relief from the State and accepting roughly $1,300,000 dollars in PPP loans from the Federal Gov Philadelphia Inquirer Jul 6, 2020. In summary, we were told we had to pay the same price or higher for something we believed to be far less in value than what we had already paid. To date, we haven’t been shown that the Finleys spent any of our money towards any items related to our wedding, and didn’t just merely pocket our deposits as profit. Our kids, my son and new "daughter" got married on Friday night at the Ballroom.. Their reception was like a fairytale come true! Ott is the man at the Ballroom to see to all of your needs. The cocktail hour, dinner and dessert were all over the top FANTASTIC!!! The band they hired were EXCELLENT!!! What a night out and a treat for all the guests to dine and be entertained all while celebrating the perfect union of two people in love. If you want to have the best wedding this is the venue for you! Fairy tales do come true!!!

Absolutely incredible. Ott is so nice and amazing and will take care of absolutely everything. There is also additional staff that is top notch and makes everything run so smoothly, you don’t have to worry about a single thing. I worked with Stacey as my planner and she was fantastic, so nice and helpful! The food is PLENTIFUL and amazing, and the dessert room is out of this world! Finley Catering is truly a special company who will take care of everything ensuring you have the best day ever!!!

The really are simply the best!! From the moment I walked into the Ballroom at the Ben, I knew we HAD to get married there. No other venue compares!! The food, the staff, the family atmosphere and facilities are remarkable. We worked with Emily who answered ALL of my questions and was always available when I needed her. She brought my vision to life! Ott is also the best in the business. He had everything under control from the first second to the last song. I can't find anything I would change! Absolutely flawless! We can not get over how perfect our wedding reception was... all thanks to the fabulous staff! We worked with Emily H from Day 1 and she was AMAZING to work with!! From the day we first toured the venue, to the day of our wedding, she was super attentive to us and responded to all of our questions immediately. She knew our vision and accommodated all of our needs!(She even made sure we had a drink in our hand, with a plate of food in the bridal suite to take a moment away from the craziness and just BREATH!) Ott was our Maitre D'- he for sure runs a "tight ship." He ensures that every one of our guests was taken care and made our night run as smooth as possible. 10/10 I would recommend this venue to anyone looking to have a beautiful Philadelphia wedding

I would highly recommend the Ballroom at the Ben! We worked with Emily and she was amazing! She was extremely helpful and supportive throughout the process. She was always available to answer questions and responded to emails extremely quickly. She made the planning process a breeze and was a joy to work with! Ott was also incredible to work with. He was extremely organized and made the week before stress free. He took care of me and family the day of and made sure we had everything we need. My parents couldn’t speak highly enough of him. The venue itself was incredible as well. My guests raved about the food, especially at cocktail hour. Many people said they have never been at a better cocktail hour. The venue itself is beautiful and the extra additions the Ben provides makes it truly a wedding to remember. The staff was all friendly, helpful, and professional. What you get at the Ben for the price is well worth it. I truly feel like every penny I spent was worth it and went to good use. I can’t recommend the Ben and Finley Catering enough, they made my wedding unforgettable.

From the moment we saw the Ballroom at the Ben we fell in love with the space. It was exactly what we were looking for – a big enough space that didn’t feel too big – intimate and cozy while still being able to have plenty of room for all of our guests to sit and dance. It also has so much character; we didn’t want a generic ballroom (and we’re huge Eagles/Silver Linings Playbook fans – so bonus!). What really made our decision easy, however, was Michelle Finley and the entire Finley Catering team. Even without knowing in advance that Finley is a family-run company, you would know it upon first meeting Michelle. It’s hard to describe, but the moment we met her and Ott we felt comfortable. (Ott lives up to all that is said about him – in the best way!) I know everyone probably says that their venue was easy to work with in order to realize their ultimate vision but in this case it’s really the truth. I admit that we were picky about wanting specific menu and drink options – Finley was the only place we talked to who made us feel not only that we could easily make everything happen, but also they did so without gauging us on the price of added specialty items. They understood what was important to us; Michelle was super organized and throughout the whole process – leading up to and including our wedding day – there was nothing we had to worry about. When it comes to Finley it felt like we were family and they would treat us as they would any member of their family on their big day. We could not say enough great things about Michelle, Ott, the Ben venue and the entire Finley experience. It really was the night of our lives because of them and we are so thankful!

Our wedding day was a fairy tale! Emily, Ott and all of the ballroom staff members truly made our engagement so enjoyable. First, the articuture of the ballroom was absolutely stunning and the lighting was beautiful. Cocktail hour offered more than enough wide varieties of food. Dinner was delicious. The bar and signature drinks were a hit. Our cake from termini brothers was outstanding. Our server, Barbera was amazing and very attentive. Our guests ate, drank and danced the night away. Our guests raved about how our wedding was the best. The whole day was absolutely perfect and it was the most magical day of our lives. They are simply the best!

BEST WEDDING EVER! We knew from the beginning we wanted a Finley venue, because they really are Simply The Best! We worked with Emily H, and she was amazing. Answered all 900 of my questions :) and helped make the process seamless. Ott, our Maider D was also great, and made the schedule was moving along properly, which is so important on the wedding day, especially one filled with photos prior to the ceremony, a bridal party of 16, and a same day rehearsal. We had a 300 person wedding, so there was a lot of planning and details that went into this. The fact that Finley lets you take control of the wedding, ad help make it your own, while also making sure everything goes smoothly is exactly why we picked them. We were a Russian wedding, so vodka and caviar on the tables was a must, and Finley had no problem with that. I would recommend them 100%!

Having our wedding at Ballroom at the Ben was the best decision ever. It was honestly perfect. Working with Michelle and her team was such a blessing and being able to have Finley Catering do our wedding was just a dream come true. They were always there for every question, every concern, and truly made planning the wedding EASY. Their business is truly top notch and all around class. It was truly the best night of my life and better then anything I could have ever imagined. I feel like I was treated like royalty that night. The cocktail hour food and the main course is something that is still being talked about by our family and friends three weeks later. Our family and friends are still calling us weeks later to talk about how amazing the night was and to say it is the best wedding they have EVER been to.

I honestly cannot say enough good things about the venue!! The staff was beyond fabulous! Michelle was awesome, so easy to work with. No detail was left out, everything was exactly as we discussed!! Everyone is still talking about the wedding and the food! How many weddings have you gone to that people were bragging about the food? So beyond happy that we went with Ballroom at the Ben!

It was magical. Our wedding was perfect. Working with Kathryn through the process of booking and getting everything settled was amazing. The Ott was great; he conducted the wedding so everything was perfect! The food was amazing; the service was a hit with everyone! My husband and I LOVED our bridal attendant; she was amazing - bringing us food and drinks and making sure we were having a great time; she was the best. Everything about this venue is magical.

Our wedding was an absolute dream! We chose Ballroom at the Ben not only because the venue itself was so beautiful, but everything included in the package was just unbeatable. Emily was incredible during the whole planning process. She responded to any email so quickly, and I felt so taken care of. I knew that when the wedding day came, it would be perfect. Ott ran the show so smoothly. That man knows what he is doing, and you will not have to worry about a thing on your wedding day. Our guests raved about the food and the service! My only issue is that it went by so fast! We want to relive it over and over again.

Ok, if you want a ton of food, beautiful venue and a staff that will help you make your dreams come true. This is the perfect place! Emily helped us meet all of our needs and was very easy to get in touch. Let me tell you, every review will say something about Ott.... He is the MAN!! He thinks of EVERYTHING and does not stop all night. My father was dancing to Michael Jackson and he even brought him a white glove! He made sure the food always was stocked to the brim and overall runs a very smooth show! Our guests were overwhelmed with the beauty of the Ben. The upstairs cocktail hour with seats for everyone was a major hit. A lot of our older guests discussed how this is not something you see at other venues and how this made them feel more comfortable! The wait staff and bartenders are AMAZING!! Special shout out to Barbara who reminded me to eat and drink. She helped me so much throughout the night!! I’m so happy we chose the Ben for our wedding day!!

I wrote a review prior to this one but decided to change it. After much thought I thought it would only be right that I am honest to help other couples. Kathryn was amazing. She answered and helped me all throughout the way of the wedding day. She answered my questions to the best of her abilities and was very attentive. She definitely made my wedding planning much easier. The day of the wedding, Ott was super organized and helped our wedding run smoothly. Everyone enjoyed their food that night and were very pleased with the amount of food they had. Drinks were also very good. The lady who took care of me and the entire bridal party was Barb. She was so sweet, nice, and helpful. We all loved her! However, something that could definitely be improved is cultural competence among servers working there that night. Whether it was an age or race issue we’re not sure (this was an Asian/American wedding). They turned the ac on high that night. All the older Asian guests wanted was some hot water and hot tea during reception. Servers were lazy and rude about it and said they didn’t have any. When someone finally gave them tea, the server said “now my hands are burning.” My grandma who is 86 years old was told by the server to walk up to the dessert room and get herself her own tea. My Asian guests asked for things such as extra silverware sets and were ignored. One of my Asian guests asked many times and was ignored. One of my co workers finally had to track someone down to get it for her. My cousin told me that she asked her server for an extra napkin cloth during reception because hers got dirty and her server told her to get it from the bar. Many of my guests also told me that the servers were grabbing food and drinks without asking from their tables before they even finished. One of my bridesmaid was told by her server that they don’t have a high chair for her baby without checking. I specifically made sure this baby had a high chair. My god daughter had to sit in her stroller during dinner. I did reach out to Kathryn about this matter and she apologized and brought it up to upper management and they will have a talk with the staff. If this is something that they supposedly don’t take lightly, I don’t understand why no one at upper management has yet to reach out to me. I said I wouldn’t change my review but these feedbacks are just shocking. Do better.

Before I even got engaged, I knew Ballroom at the Ben was where I wanted to get married. The architecture of the venue and the overall elegance was something out of a fairytale. I got married on September 29th and I can honestly say that my wedding day was absolutely flawless and I owe so much of that to Ott and his team. They completely know what they are doing and know how to make every bride and groom feel like king and queen on their wedding day. The food was amazing and my guests continue to rave about it and the atmosphere as a whole. Having the bridal suite to relax in with the bridal party before cocktail hour began was such a treat and the staff constantly checking in to see if we needed anything. If you are contemplating Ballroom at the Ben, do it, because you will not regret it. Truly amazing venue and it made my wedding day perfect.

There is a reason why Finley Catering is known to be “simply the best”. There are not enough great things I can say about this venue. The service was impeccable, the food was insanely delicious (and abundant), and the venue itself is flawless. From the first time I picked up the phone to inquire about having my wedding here I was treated like someone they had known for years. It was so great to have such a pleasant and comfortable relationship from the beginning. Michelle could not have been more helpful, she was incredibly prompt with answering any questions I had, and was fully involved from start to finish. She was even there on the wedding day just to ensure everything was perfect. Ott was absolutely incredible! From our first meeting I knew I was in good hands, he took care of everything just as we wanted and described and made sure that we were totally taken care of, like family. Every single detail was just wonderful! It has been over a year since my wedding (I’m a little late with this review!) and our guests still tell us it was the best wedding they have ever been to. If there was an option to give over 5 stars I would, and I will continue to recommend them to everyone I know. They really are the best!!

Our experience with the Ben was nothing short of fantastic. Emily and Ott are wonderful and so easy to work with. We truly did not feel like we had anything to worry about during our entire wedding prep. Emily was extremely responsive, helpful, and kind! Ott is awesome and helped everything perfectly fall into place. They know what they are doing and will ensure your big day moves seamlessly. I can't recommend the Ben enough - it is a beautiful venue, great food, great location, and amazing people.

I don't think that there are enough words to thank the staff from Finley Catering enough! Our wedding day was absolutely flawless thanks to Emily and Ott! Being an event planner made planning our wedding feel like a job and I obsessed over every detail. Emily and Ott were able to take all of the stress off of my hands and I didn't have one worry on the Wedding Day. Ott was so amazing that he even rolled the flower girl (our Pomeranin, Squashy) down the aisle when the ring bearer got scared. Marilyn was amazing and everyone always made sure that we had a drink in our hand from the toasts to the dancing! Being in many weddings I have never been to a venue where they handle everything, including packing up all of your belongings and labeling boxes for you! Their attention to detail was impeccable, they made us feel that we weren't just a couple getting married in their venue that day. I could not have imaged a more perfect venue for our special day!

My husband and I had the absolute best day ever! We have gotten so many compliments on how incredible the venue was, how tasty (and plentiful) the food was, how people had too many drinks because it was just so fun, and how great the staff was. We've even gotten a lot of "it was the best wedding I've ever been to" compliments! The bridal suite attendants and maître d' were just so accommodating and easy to work with. Everything that I wanted set up was done beautifully, even better than I imagined. I really can't say enough great things about how awesome the Ballroom at the Ben and Finley Catering made our day! Finley catering is one of a kind and you will not be disappointed!

Our wedding day on February 3, 2018 was absolutely PERFECT! I cannot thank Emily and Ott enough for bringing everything I envisioned for my dream wedding to life! The ballroom was stunning! The food was incredible! The service was unparalleled! Our guests could not stop raving about the venue and food. Each person we talked to told us it was "the best wedding they've ever been to"! The communication with the Finley team made the wedding planning process easy and I could not be happier. Most brides tell you that at least one thing goes wrong on your wedding day, but I can say that our wedding and reception were absolutely flawless and I enjoyed every minute of it! I wish I could relive it all over again!

Words cannot begin to express our gratitude and appreciation to Michelle Finley, Ott, and their entire staff for making our wedding day the BEST day of our lives! Their attentiveness to not only my husband and I, but to our family and guests was beyond compare. Our guests are still raving about the beauty of the room, deliciousness of the food (cocktail hour is unreal!), and the staff as a whole. We wish we could relive that night all over again; and cannot wait to be able to visit the Ben in the future as guests! You guys are truly the best at what you do!!

I cannot thank Michelle Finley and her amazing staff enough!!! Yesterday was perfect!! And the food was amazing!! Everyone was so pleasant and helpful ! I never had to ask for a single thing! They were ontop of food and drinks for us the whole night ! Everyone keeps telling me it was the best wedding they’ve ever been too and that the food was better then they could’ve imagined!! Thank you everyone at Ballroom at the Ben again! I wish I could redo the whole day over again! Ott truly is the best at what he does!! He made sure every single detail was perfect !

My wedding was more perfect than I ever could have imagined thanks to Emily, Ott, Finley Catering, and The Ballroom at the Ben! The venue is absolutely stunning - I still can't believe I actually got to have my wedding there. The service is off the charts, and the food is completely out of this world!! We've heard from so many of our guests that our reception was the very best they had ever been to, and many are still raving about all of the amazing food! We're eternally grateful that we had the wedding of our dreams - and the ballroom had so very much to do with that.
