Bar 2 U is a professional mobile wedding bar service based in Western, PA. Bar 2 U offers a more personalized and custom approach to wedding bar service than what venues or caterers with a bar traditionally provide. Beginning with your very first interaction with us, we are 100% invested and dedicated to elevating your celebration beyond your expectations. We design our bar setups to be versatile and accommodating for any event, whether an intimate gathering or large-scale production, indoor or outdoor. We are all-inclusive. ALL of our bookings include one of our mobile bars, a custom backdrop or tent, a RAMP-certified mixologist, drinkware, straws, napkins, mixers (including Coke, Diet Coke, sprite, tonic, soda, orange, cranberry, and pineapple juices), garnishes (lemons, limes, oranges), ice, and coolers. Most importantly, we carry general and liquor liability insurance, which, if purchased alone for your event, could exceed $500 or more. In addition, we will compile a product list based on your specifications, including suggested quantities. We will place this list into an online order cart to prepare it for pickup. There is absolutely NO markup on alcohol; you pay the same prices that venues, bars, and restaurants pay. You have plenty to plan for and navigate over the next several months, so we have made our services as inclusive as possible. There is no need for an extensive list of packages; we include EVERYTHING you need at one price. We do offer endless additions and customization options, such as custom bar colors and decor, signature cocktails, specific mixers and garnishes, and personalized drinkware and napkins, to name a few. What you WILL NOT get with Bar 2 U is a cookie-cutter form response thanking you for your inquiry and telling you a two-sentence description of what we offer. To design the best possible bar experience, it's essential to get to know our happy couples and find out a little about their story, their likes and dislikes, and their expectations.
