HORRIBLE company to work with! My wife and I chose to BarPop for the reasonable pricing, but it was too good to be true. We confirmed our final count and pricing 30 days prior to...
the wedding and finalized all of our options and requests for the bar on our big day. The day of our wedding we did not receive the champagne toast, or coffee bar we paid extra for. We ran out of beer in 45 minutes, before dinner was served, and had to have our master of ceremonies go on an emergency beer run. We were also missing several of the non-alcoholic beverages we requested as we had guests that do not drink. When we brought all of our concerns and issues to Aaron he told us we were undercharged so he tried to make due with what he had, and refused to come to a reasonable reimbursement for the extra money spent and total failure to provide what we were promised. The communication has been awful and Aaron always seems to have an excuse to not take responsibility for failing us.
Would NOT recommend. We were quoted for 170 people, and were only provided 3 cases of beer, and 6 cases of seltzers, we ran out before dinner was served and had to have quests run ...
out to get more beer. They forgot the champagne toast. They forgot the hot coffee bar. They did not have the correct soda options or mixers. After the event when contacted for a resolution for not providing what we were promised Aaron blew it all off as if it was a small misunderstanding. This was a total embarrassment at my wedding and made a lot of people miss first dances and toasts because they were trying to resolve an issue that never should have occurred. Worst experience, and terrible business to work with.
Do not hire! We used BarPop for my daughters wedding in August. Aaron promised the world but did not deliver. He forgot the champagne toast. He forgot the coffee bar. He did n...
ot deliver all the types of pop ordered and did not provide the beer promised. We ran out within 45 minutes. Before dinner even started. He then did not contact my daughter to explain or make things right. We had to contact him. And in his response email he admitted that he undercharged us and basically made adjustments to fit what we’d paid without discussing it. He said all the right things to get our money and then did not deliver.
Aaron is amazing!! He was professional, prompt and made great drinks all night long. Kept up with a busy party crowd (200+ guests) for our wedding. Highly recommend!!
Aaron was awesome! He went above and beyond with the drinks he brought. He did a great job keeping the line down at our wedding of ~170 people. Would definitely recommend!
Aaron was amazing. He always kept me informed about everything. My guests loved him. He was so attentive and I have nothing but amazing things to say about him.
Bar was fine. A couple of misses that really bummed me out. Guests were supposed to be served champagne, with real glassware, at the tables for the speeches and that never happened...
. Our groomsmen had to run behind the bar to put together plastic champagne cups to at least make sure the wedding party had champagne. I also really, really didn’t want to run out of certain alcohols (my biggest pet peeve and personally I think it comes off as tacky) and despite me keeping our guest count roughly 30 people higher than our actual amount and way over communicating which alcohols we know our guests will go through in large amounts, we still ran out with about an hour and a half before the end of the night.
Overall, bartenders were very nice! Just need to pay a little more attention to the small details and it would have been perfect!
Can I give a 6 out of 5 stars?!?! Bar Pop truly went above and beyond. Aaron was terrific as far as providing all options available for our guests, including various liquors, beer,...
seltzers, wines, coffee, soda/water, and more. Aaron and his staff were easy to coordinate and plan with, and their staff brought warm smiles and fun to our wedding day. A big THANK YOU to them. So happy we trusted them with our special day.
My husband and I are very happy that we booked Aaron for our wedding in August! He provided amazing service and kept things both fun and professional. He was so great to work with ...
during the planning process and was such an easygoing vendor. I appreciated how flexible he was too. My mother-in-law really wanted sangria and he made it happen! I don’t think you could find better value from a licensed and professional bartender in Michigan. Very affordable with excellent service. Seriously, book him for your event!
Aaron was absolutely amazing for our wedding. He handled around 90 people alone perfectly. He was a great presence at the wedding and we recieved lots of compliments for how lively...
and entertaining he was. We loved the drink options and he made some amazing custom drinks. Cannot recommend him enough. Absolutely great price for the service recieved.
If I could give Aaron more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! We booked Aaron for our Wedding in New Buffalo, MI and he was amazing. Not only was Aaron communicative, helpful, and...
professional leading up to our Wedding, but our guests RAVED about how much they loved Aaron! He even joined in on our conga line!
We opted for a standard cocktail menu and also a few signature drinks and he not only brought all the supplies and mixers, but he made the raspberry puree for one of our signature drinks HIMSELF - talk about going above and beyond?!
I would highly recommend Aaron for your Wedding or any event you have in the future - we wish Aaron was closer to Texas (where we are from) so we could book him for all of our parties! Thank you Aaron for getting the partied started and keeping it going all night!
Aaron is beyond AMAZING! I don't even have the right words to describe our whole experience having Aaron as our bartender. It is definitely the best decision we made. Our guests lo...
ved him and only had good words for him. He also helped our caterer collect some glasses after dinner. Great bartender with great attitude! Thank you so much for keeping those drinks pouring and for being part of our big day! Overall I would give Aaron more than 5 starts if I could. Highly recommended.
Aaron was fantastic!! He worked with us to have all the drink options we wanted and was so friendly! All of our guests were extremely impressed with his professionalism, hard work...
, and he even helped clear glasses from the tables. I would highly recommend Bar Pop for an occasion but definitely weddings if you want a reliable, customer-friendly bartender. Thanks so much, Aaron!!!

mplimenting him all evening. In the planning stages, he helped us keep to our budget and kept things really simple. Do not sleep on this newer business, just because there aren’t a ton of fancy reviews for it. I highly recommend BarPop.
