Barnes Farm Tables was recommended to us through our venue, and I am so glad we found them! Their tables and chairs are so beautiful and exactly what we were looking for, as we didn't want the traditional wedding tables with linens covering them. Missy and Neil were so great to work with and very accommodating, as we had to change our wedding plans (date and venue) multiple times due to COVID-19. Every time we made a change, they happily worked with us to change our order and make sure we got what we needed. Neil made drop off and pick up an absolute breeze, he set everything up perfectly and was so friendly!! I can't recommend Barnes Farm Tables enough especially if you are looking for beautiful wood tables and chairs at an affordable price! Thank you so much Missy and Neil!

We were so grateful to have found Barnes through the recommendation of our wedding venue. The tables and cost to rent were exactly what we were looking for and within our budget. Many similar rental companies with farm tables were way above our budget. Working with the Barnes team was easy and stress free. Thankful to have them as part of our day and helping to bring our vision of the day to life!

Barnesfarm tables added the perfect touch to my wedding. Really wanted this farm table look rather than the traditional round tables/tablecloth that my venue typically provided. I was very happy with how easy and affordable it was. Once delivery was set up, they took care of everything behind the scenes with my venue coordinator. They were very flexible in terms of delivery time (morning of the event). Extremely easy, and again, very affordable.

Barnes Farm Tables provided the tables for our wedding. The tables transformed the space into something more romantic and gave me the ability to design the reception how I envisioned. Customer service was easy, communicative, and friendly. 100% recommend.

Barnes Farm Tables provided the tables and chairs for our wedding reception at La Peg and Fringe Arts, and they were absolutely amazing to work with. They are responsive, professional, and their tables are absolutely gorgeous. We found out about them via our venue, and we are so glad we took their recommendation, as their beautiful pieces added so much to the vibe of our reception, and Missy was so easy to work with. Our wedding ceremony was on a public pier across the street from our venue, and we were forced to rent chairs through the exclusive company used by the pier (not Barnes, sadly). The horrible experience with this other company even further highlighted how great of a company Barnes is - the difference in communication, execution, and value was night and day. To Missy and the team at Barnes - we can't thank you enough!

We needed a few farm tables for décor and our head table at our wedding and came across Barnes Farm Tables via a quick google search. The tables were of great quality and very reasonably priced. They were delivered on time and picked up without a hitch. I would definitely recommend using them for any event when you want things to have a more polished look.

Barnes Farm Tables are STUNNING. We used their tables entirely for our wedding seating this past June at the Booking House and it was the perfect extra touch to add to the rustic space. They were very easy and flexible to work with!

The first word that comes to my mind when I think of Neil & Missy's products is WOW. They nailed it! They are so sweet, accommodating, and easy to work with and their products are BEAUTIFUL!! We used benches for our outdoor ceremony and then farmhouse tables for our reception and extras tables such as cake table, guest book table, and sweetheart table. I teared up when I saw the reception space for the first time - STUNNING. Look no further - rent from them!

We used Barnes tables for our son and his bride’s backyard wedding. My son found them online and liked the look so I checked them out at a local venue. Missy and Neil are fantastic. The farm tables, king tables and bars are handmade. They transport and set them up themselves and touch up the tables with stain as needed after set up so there are no dings or scratches. They were very accommodating to our set up schedule. The tables were lovely and the bars were also. We live on the western suburbs about 15 miles outside Philadelphia and they were happy to transport there. For such a quality product the price was really excellent. We would recommend Barnes Tables to anyone looking for farmhouse tables. They were great!

We used Barnes Farm Tables for our wedding and were absolutely blown away by the quality of the tables! They transformed our casual outdoor Sunday wedding into something spectacular! Guests still talk about how beautiful our wedding was a year and a half later and my Italian Nonna was reminded of meals shared amongst family back when she was a child on her grandmother's farm. Delivery and pickup was beyond smooth and as a wedding photographer myself I have Barnes Farm Tables on the top of my preferred vendors list! Without a doubt, get some barnes farm tables or your event! Don't even give it a second thought!

Barnes Farm Tables was wonderful! My wedding planner recommended them when I told her that I was interested in a rustic look for our wedding in this beautiful old dairy barn. The tables were gorgeous, well made, and perfect for the look that we wanted! I loved how everything came together to create a stunning look for our reception. We had invisioned beautiful wooden tables for our outdoor reception, and Barnes delivered! They drove over 3 hours to come, drop off and fully set up our tables and chairs. Neil took the time to put everything together and they were the by far my favorite detail of our wedding. Being in New Jersey, the cost of one farm table is astronomical. Between the cost of the table and chairs, including a shipping and delivery fee, it came to half of what we would have paid for a more local vendor. I recommend 100%

We rented farmhouse tables from Barnes and could not have been more pleased with them. They are exactly what I envisioned.

We had a great experience with Barnes Farm Tables. They were responsive and reasonably priced. They came when they said they would on the day of the wedding and set up all the chairs for us for our ceremony. The tables were great quality, we even purchased our sweet heart table for our new home and it's our new dining room table. We love it and love the sentiment of having it in our home. We would definitely recommend Barnes Farm tables!

I had a very specific vision for my reception that required mixing in a few farm tables with banquet tables. My caterer was not able to provide farm tables to my liking, so I am very happy to have found Barnes! The tables were gorgeous and I love that they made them theirselves for their own wedding. They were super easy to work with- responded lightening fast. I only placed a small order with them for 6 tables, but they were nothing but kind and attentive through the whole process. Highly recommend!

We are so thrilled to have Barnes Farmhouse Tables at our wedding this summer. I knew I wanted farmhouse style tables for our reception, and I couldn't have dreamed of more beautiful or perfectly sized tables than these. They were even better in person than the photos online. Beautiful tables! We had an outdoor wedding with a sail cloth tent and the farmhouse tables completed the look! Missy and Neil were a pleasure to work with -- Set up/ delivery was delayed a bit due to another vendor but they were so patient! Thank you so much for allowing us to use your beautiful tables!

This husband and wife duo were SO NICE to work with! Their tables are gorgeous and were an incredible addition to our wedding. They were very professional, punctual, and budget friendly in relation to other rental vendors in the area.

When my husband and I decided to do a "King Arthur" style table at The Booking House, we knew we wanted it to stand out. We had previously seen pictures of wooden tables used at our venue and found out they were provided by Barnes Handcrafted Farmhouse Tables. We contacted them and immediately rented four. I am so happy that we did! These unique and beautiful tables set the stage for our amazing bridal party seating. They were delivered in plenty of time and the process of renting them was easy as both Missy and Neil were very responsive to my e-mails. Highly recommend!

While we appreciate the Barnes' flexibility with our budget, unfortunately that was the only positive we had with this vendor. Our biggest frustration was poor communication throughout the rental process. From not answering phone calls to taking days to return voicemails to only responding to our coordinator and ignoring those of us who paid for their services, the Barnes' professionalism was entirely unacceptable. It was particularly upsetting when we got a call 4 days prior to our wedding stating that some of our tables wouldn't show up until the morning of our wedding because they booked "a few last minute inquiries" the night before our wedding that they committed our rentals to. We tried to be flexible, but because of their poor business model, I was unable to spend time with my mother the morning of my wedding because she had to set up tables that were promised to be delivered days prior. Additionally, all the tables and chairs arrived in filthy condition, covered in dust and requiring hours of cleaning so that our guests' clothes would not be ruined. The seat cushions on our rented chairs were covered in stains to the point we had to spot clean many of the cushions. After all the cleaning, the tables looked nice and how we hoped for our reception. We really had high hopes for this vendor but unfortunately we were so disappointed and because of our experiences we would not recommend this vendor to future couples.

When my now-husband decided on the reception venue, we knew that we wanted to play on the juxtaposition of the harsh industrial feel of the venue site with soft romantic tones that included using many elements of metals and wood. How many weddings have you attended where it's the same bland circular folding table arrangements with boring table clothes? That is not the personality we wanted for our wedding reception. So my wedding planner suggested Barnes Handcrafted Farmhouse Tables as a rental option to personalize the space. We loved their beautiful tables, which are used in so many happy events of celebrating the loves of many people (ie., weddings). We also cherished the fact that this business is in little York County, PA, which is where I am from, and Missy also works for the same school district I attended during my childhood years. So this was an easy decision to make. The tables worked so nicely with our floral design, which was garland, and paired nicely with gold accents. Working with Neil and Missy was such a breeze; they are an extremely sweet couple, who are prompt in emails. They delivered the tables a day before our wedding, which gave the venue and my wedding planner ample time to set up and prepare. I found the price for renting these beautiful tables were quite affordable, as well. In the months leading up to the wedding, I saw a picture of a wedding (where these tables were used), where the bride gifted the sweetheart table to her groom. I thought that was such a remarkably incredibly sweet gesture, so I reached out to Missy and Neil in hopes I could do the same. Neil was able to build us a sweetheart table, which is now our dining room table. We cannot recommend Barnes Handcrafted Farmhouse Tables enough for couples, who want something more personable for their weddings! Job well done, Missy and Neil! :)

If I could give Barnes tables a 0, I absolutely would. Couples beware: if these people book an event that is more "valuable" to them, your wedding will fall by the wayside!!! I booked my farm tables EIGHT MONTHS in advance and also paid my balance in full, but they booked another event in NYC that conflicted with my wedding. Rather than find a way to accommodate both events, they over-booked themselves but promised that my tables would be delivered Friday morning for my Saturday wedding (what I had paid for). By noon on Friday I was starting to get concerned that we were running tight on time to decorate and set the tables since I had to leave the venue by 2pm for a ceremony rehearsal and dinner. I called several times with no answer and left multiple voicemail messages. Nobody called to let me know that they would be late, and I was beginning to panic that I would have to rent tables elsewhere last minute if there were even any available. My tables finally arrived at 3pm with the excuse that they were tired and needed a nap after the other big event - that's right, my vendor was SLEEPING as I agonized about why my $1,000+ tables were late. We had to rush through our rehearsal and dinner to get back to the venue so we could finish decorating until after 11pm. I sent them an email later addressing my dissatisfaction that the tables were not delivered in a timely manner, that there was no communication about the delay, and that it ruined my rehearsal and dinner.... but none of my messages were ever answered. This is terrible customer service. This vendor added unnecessary stress and anxiety to my wedding day and I would NOT recommend them to anyone.

The tables were absolutely beautiful and really tied everything together. Missy was super responsive and the delivery was timely! We loved the tables!
