Barns at Willow Creek is a spacious wedding venue located in Browns Valley, California. This unique venue is home to three event spaces that couples may take advantage of. Spread across 53 acres, there is no shortage of beautiful, natural background at Barns at Willow Creek. Private gardens, ponds, and an abundance of foliage draw in couples and their guests, making them feel as if they have taken a step into a wonderland. The staff at this exclusive venue also helps couples to feel as if they are living in their own fairytale by handling all of the details. They are keen to make sure that their clients experience the wedding of their dreams. When booking at Barns at Willow Creek, couples will have the choice of three locations for both ceremonies and receptions.
Facilities and Capacity
Couples may decide between indoor and outdoor spaces for their ceremony and reception. One of their first options is Our high peek cathedral tents. These tent accommodates 300 guests and is completed with a dance floor, bar, chairs, tables, and linens. Pricing starts at $11,995 for 125 and $39.95 per person over 125.
Alternatively, they may desire to make use of the gorgeous white barn. This barn is able to suit a capacity of 185 individuals (just over 300 if tables are outside). Pricing starts at $12,995 for 125 and $39.95 per person over 125.
Our third option is our Mini White Barn. This space includes all the same as the above two packages. Pricing starts at $8,995 for 50 people and $49.95 per person with a maximum capacity of 60 people.
For our DIY couples we offer our Creekside venue or Mini Barn beginning at $2400.00 Includes tables, chairs, bathrooms, get ready room, ceremony site and mini barn for reception. This includes no staff, decor or planning. Max. six hours for getting ready/ceremony and reception plus 1 hour before start and 1 hour after for clean up.
We have available lodging, cabins, self contained RV spaces and camping available (extra charge).

My husband I knew our first time touring the property that this was the place for us. The property is very well maintained and cared for and is absolutely stunning. We had planned on the dual site, having ceremony under the willow tree and the reception at the barn. Unfortunately, mother nature didn't cooperate but it still came together and was beautiful even though our ceremony was a plan c! Sharla was very responsive every time i emailed with a question and checked on me throughout the day of, especially when we had to make the decision for plan c last minute. She listened and accommodated my last minute wishes and it turned out so great!
We highly recommend the drive to this incredible venue! They keep everything very well kept and clean, they do the set up and clean up. It includes amazing day of coordinators. Their communication is very quick, always answered all my questions! We also recommend renting the lodge for the wedding, was really huge having all the girls spend the night before and then a perfect place for the bride and groom to stay after the wedding. We had the most amazing wedding thanks to Barns at Willow Creek!
My husband and I got married at Barns at Willow Creek. We were looking for an affordable venue that allowed us to have some flexibility with DIY options. The property is gorgeous and all of our guests loved it! The staff is so friendly and helpful and we were so happy that we chose this venue.
Phenomenal! Amazing! Most beautiful piece of property I have ever been to. My fiance and I feel in love with the owners and the property! This venue is picture perfect! The owners are beyond helpful, especially when you're a bride who freaks out and worries about things. They are on top of everything.
I can not stop saying good things about this place. This was the first venue my husband and I checked out and we immediately fell in love! The landscape is beautiful and our guests had such a great time! Working with Mark and Sharla was great, and they communicated so well! Sharla was amazing and I could not thank her enough for all of her help. They made the cleanup super easy and everything that had to do with the venue was taken care of by them. I would 110% recommend working with them.
My husband and I found Barns at Willow Creek online while searching for wedding venues. Originally we were a bit skeptical because it was pretty out of the way and we couldn’t find a ton of information about it. We decided to tour anyway and it was the best decision we could have made. The grounds are stunning, and not only do they have it all (dishes, linens, places to get ready/stay), they do it all (setup, cleanup, coordination) and they do it flawlessly! We were a bit nervous to hand everything over and let them work their magic but the event spaces were set up beautifully and not a single moment of our day went even slightly awry. We had the best, completely stress free, time celebrating with our friends and family knowing that Owen and his team handled every last detail. Barns at Willow Creek exceeded our expectations in every way and will always come highly recommended from us!
3-26-2022- Beautiful day for a wedding! Every inch of the venue was beautiful. The staff was exceptional and accommodating. They handled everything g and coordinated with our other vendors so all my family had to do is show up. Our guest were so surprised that this beautiful venue excited so close to home. If you choose to book a wedding at this venue consider booking the lodge on the property that sleeps 10. The lodge is so nice and family friendly! Thank you again Barns at Willow Creek for making my daughters wedding so special!
Everything from the venue to the staff was amazing! We are truly lucky to have gotten married on such a beautiful property and the fact that they take care of basically every aspect for you from the set up/break down to the DJ, decorations and more makes it totally worth it the price!
This place is absolutely perfect. Our wedding was exactly what we asked for.
This venue was amazing! Such a beautiful property! The owner, Kristen, is so experienced, and professional. You are able to use their inventory of decor and they do all the set up the day of, including any items you buy yourself. Not to mention, even with everything included in the price, it was the lowest priced venue of those I toured, and my favorite. I couldn’t have been happier!
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
Kristen and her 'team' she offered a discounted rate at 6,000 for the white barn. We ended up putting our deposit down that day - 30 Days later we paid off our 6,000 total and Kristen immediately lost contact with us. June 11th 5 days before my wedding i emailed her stating my text messaged were not delivering to her and her phone went straight to voicemail for the past month. She explained she had a new cell phone number (and i just decided not to inform me?) we went on to discuss what i would like considering we hadn't talked much other than a quick 15 min meeting when we finished paying her and that was 4 months before the wedding and everything she asked was still tentative or we were undecided, after that meeting we lost all contact with her until the week of the wedding. We went over the details of the wedding through email and she said we could arrive at 8 AM to set up. Me and my mom showed up at 8:15 and had to wait outside the gate until 10:00 AM for the DJ to open!!! She said she had no clue i was coming this early when i had it in an email from the night before she said 8. We started setting up and the table decor was completely different that what we had talked about and she was no where to be found again.
Moving along through out the day the first time i saw her the day of the wedding was 15 mins before i was about to walk down the isle and she came up to me angry asking what the problem was and why i was so mad and started yelling at me, i kindly informed her she has been no where to be found and she was my wedding coordinator, then she said she wasn't my coordinator Paula was.... I HAD NEVER EVEN MET A PAULA. She then says her 'professional bartenders" was her 21 year old daughter and her daughters boyfriend - which one of them couldn't bar tend there any more because he got in a fight with her husband - super classy. Oh and she wasn't at our rehearsal either - she said the DJ handles all that which he did an amazing job at. But i was running 15 mins late and she insisted that i show up in 5 mins or they were locking the gate and i wouldn't have a rehearsal so I drive way over the speed limit balling my eyes out but we finally made it just to find out the DJ was in no rush and it wasn't a problem at all that i was 15 mins late. All because she didn't want to pay him over time. We were then informed that she and the other owner are going through a divorce and she is going to be leaving the facility soon (thank god) As the wedding went on - none of our candles got lit like they were suppose to, none of the chalkboard signs had our names written in them ( they were blank just hanging on the walls), AL of our drinks were like juice they used so much mix and zero alcohol that they ran out of juice. By the end of the night when we were about to leave the husband / half owner came up and asked not to write a review and if i did to leave her name out of it and everything she did because shes going through a rough time with her divorce. I haven't written a review because of what he said and i understand people go through things but if you are not a happy/nice/caring person maybe you shouldn't be involve in weddings? Save your money go somewhere else - this place is NOT all it cracks up to be.
This place was so beautiful. Kristen was beyond helpful and would go above and beyond on everything. Whenever I had a question she I as there just a email or text away and even let me come out to talk to her in person when I need to just to ease my mind. I had very high expectations and they by far exceeded them. She thought everything out and took so much stress off of me planning the big day. Couldn’t be any happiest with my choice in venue.
This is an amazing venue with a wonderful staff. While it's been a few months since our wedding, the memory of our perfect day is still fresh thanks to our great experience. Kristen and her daughter Krystle (also the photographer, super convenient!) were super helpful and are so good at what they do. They are so good in fact, that when we found them, the only weekend they had available in the next year and a half was 19 days away - even though it was crazy it just felt right so we trusted them enough to do it! Over the course of the following 19 days, Kristen and Krystle fielded a millions calls from us, gave us tons of wonderful suggestions-which we gladly took-and made the impossible possible. Kristen did the flowers, told us where to get our cake and did all of the decor from her own extensive stock. Long story short 19 days later we had our perfect wedding and a great story, all thanks to their expert coordination. Planning a wedding can be tough but working with Willow Creek Events made it a breeze. We highly recommend them!
Willow Creek Events (WCE) is an amazing wedding venue that has a lot to offer. The property at WCE is beautiful, from the ceremony site to the reception locations, it is so loaded with details. The owner Kristen was so easy to deal with and it was comforting to know that she was handling EVERYTHING. She has a very smooth process and was accommodating to my requests. Although it was a little far out in the middle of nowhere, it was PERFECT and I recommend it to anyone interested in a country, shabby-chic style wedding :) All table setting, decorations, etc are included in the price and there are an assortment of vintage decorations to choose from :)
Kristen, with the help of her beautiful family, worked with us to make our wedding perfect. If you want a vintage country wedding, then you cannot do better than Willow Creek. Their property is gorgeous. They keep it landscaped immaculately, but they still preserve the quaint, country feel.
We found Kristen very easy to work with. From start to finish it is obvious that she loves her work, and that she is invested in making your day special. There were bumps in the road, as there will always be, but she was there smoothing them over before we had time to worry, or even notice. The wedding was a huge success thanks to Kristen's level headed, caring support.
Willow Creek is a place I would have never known about had I not gone to the Bridal Expo. It was EXACTLY what we were looking for and more! We went to visit for the first time during the off season and it was beautiful despite everything being dormant. When we returned during wedding season I actually cried it was so gorgeous! Everything was blooming and unbelievable! Kristin, the site coordinator, made our special day more memorable and special than even I could imagine!
