the wedding before she pulled away to make sure no one was left behind. She was on time and made sure she had a cooler with waters as we requested and handed them out. I heard nothing but great things about her. Steve, the CEO, was awesome from the start. great communicator an detail oriented. Did everything we asked and very promot with his responses. This was one part of our planning we did not have to worry about thanks to the great people at Barracuda! Hightly recommend! We will use them in the future for sure!

First, a huge thank you to Carolyn who arrived at 7:00 am on Saturday in the mini-bus to pick up the bride and bridesmaids. I’d failed to communicate a change in pick-up time to 8:00 am, so I pleaded with her to please wait on the ladies which she graciously did. Thank you, thank you Carolyn for extending patience and kindness to us on such a big day.
Carolyn and I chatted a little about the days schedule, and I found out she had another pick-up at 2:00 pm after she drove the groom and groomsmen to Covington Farms at 1:00 pm. I offered to get the guys going at 12:30 to give her a little extra time, and the guys were ready to go early. Working with someone who could be flexible like that on such an important day was PRICELESS! I will never forget this example of outstanding customer service and plain old cooperation and kindness.

we were looking for! We were all from out of town but coming in for my wedding weekend, which made Steve that much more helpful! Our driver Debbie picked up serval guests from our hotel for a deep sea fishing charter the Thursday before the wedding! After she dropped off the guests for the fishing charter she came back to the hotel serval hours later to pick up more guests to take them to a restaurant. She then waited, and serval hours after that took all the guests back to the hotel from the restaurant! Debbie made our trip so much fun, her energy was exactly what our group was looking for!!! I would recommend Barracuda Travels to any and everyone!!! They made our day such a memorable one!!!

hotels and American Social where we held an after party. There are always a few hiccups with transportation as they parked on the side of embassy next to an identical bus (for another wedding). There was no sign in the window and when guests asked which wedding they were going to, they would just reply the wedding in Tampa (keep in mind there were blocks at our hotel). Overall, our guests got to where they were going on time but I wish they were more clear from the beginning.
I highly recommend. Their pricing was reasonable and fleet provided options for a smaller bus to pick-up bridal party then groom's party and later a larger bus for wedding guests. ...
They even provided water on the bus at no cost. They were very professional and navigated my venue perfectly, which is slightly hard to find and pull into. My only critique is there was some miscommunication the day of from the contract vs recent emails on picking up the groom's party, but they were quick to resolve and not point fingers.

r quick to reply via The Knot and I was able to get pricing right away and was very helpful with figuring out how many and what time of buses we needed. Pricing is very straight forward and we even got a discount for early booking. Gratuity was also included in the price which was nice to not have to worry about it day of. They arrived on time, buses were very cleaned and well maintained. Both drivers were very friendly and accommodating, even to the people that might have had too much fun at the wedding. This was such a great service that we were able to provide to our guests so they could have a great time and not have to worry about driving. I would highly recommend Barracuda Travels!
