t fit our budget and had an elegant feel, this checked both boxes. We also wanted the "one stop shop" wedding, Barrington Hill and Alicia helped with decorations, food, bar, DJ, and Photographer. We did not want to worry about the little things and that's exactly what we got. Alicia worked with us on the big picture, showed us some options for the finer details, and she took care of the rest, making our day incredibly stress free. This is the perfect venue and team for letting them handle all the details. If you want to dive in and handle the little things and worry about every single thing, this is not the place for you. Alicia told us where to stand, how to walk and the things that we wouldn't otherwise think about when it came to the big day. The photographer, DJ and Caterer that Alicia contracts were all great and did everything we asked. The venue itself is beautiful, very picturesque, and photos during sunset were perfect.
The only drawback we had was getting an updated invoice after each meeting to reflect what we were getting included. Dollars and communications were correct but the individual line items were not updated, until the final invoice.
We would highly recommend this venue and Alicia to anyone looking to get married in the Tampa area.

As soon as we toured this venue, we knew it was the one. 14 months of planning through the roller coaster ride that was 2020, we ended up having the wedding of our dreams. She said trust her process so we knew our wedding day would be flawless. Alicia and staff made it all happen. The venue is all-inclusive. She is contracted with the best caterer, florists a bride can ask for. If you are the type of couple that isn’t interested in vetting multiple vendors this is the best way to go. We had 140 guests. It was the ultimate wedding with the ceremony under a gorgeous Oak and a reception underneath the stars. None of the guests had ever experienced what most described as "magical". The design aspects were lead by Alicia while I simply told her my absolute wants. Her and her team looked at a Pinterest board I created to get a feel for who I was along with a couple in person meetings and they executed my fantasy wedding, within our budget and without any drama. She also coordinated a couple of surprises with my husband that I had no idea about. Nearly every single one of our guests told us over and over that it was one of the most beautiful/fun weddings they had ever attended and we owe that all to Alicia and her team. party was off the chain! I loved the bride's flowers, and asked one of the BMs which florist they used. She said they did all the bouquets and table decorations there. The staff are top notch - so friendly and accommodating. They often checked in with the couple and the MOB/MOG to make sure everyone was happy and things were going smoothly. The weather and views couldn't have been more perfect. The huge oak provided shade for the ceremony, and the clouds parted for a GORGEOUS sunset right a the party made their entrance. Planning and coordination were on point! Everything was perfectly timed so that we got to enjoy our drinks, then have dinner without waiting in a buffet line forever. For a buffet, the presentation was very classy and everyone LOVED the baked potato casserole! I guess the cake was included too. There was none left to take home when I asked - IDK if they gave the rest to the party/family, or if it all got eaten. The DJ was just the life of the party. Every meeting I had with the coordinator made me relax even more knowing me special day was in the hands of someone who truly cared about making my day special. I was very surprised how organized they where they day and it made me and my guest enjoy ourselves even more. I brought thing of my own for them to use and they used them in great ways without me having to ask. I was blown away how at the end of the night they packed the rest of my cake and items I had brought up for me. h I followed my gut. We had three meetings and each meeting was set up because I set them up because she really made me feel uncomfortable. She was impossible to get in contact with, extremely disorganized day before and the day of, rude to my guests, and so much more. But that isn't why I'm writing a review.
My wedding day was a mess. My ceremony started at 5:30 and at 5:45 I had to call her and ask when I was walking down the aisle because my groom started to wonder where I was. She finally picked up my girls from the barn house and told my bridesmaids to walk down the aisle (to the wrong version of the song we told her DJ recommendation to play) and then 15 minutes later they picked up me and my maid of honors and my mom (who was supposed to walk down before the girls). I ended up walking down the aisle at 6:05 to the wrong version of the song my groom and I picked.
My groom thought I was a runaway bride as did our friends and family who now like to joke about it.
Also, we left a few things behind that we rented like our gold chargers and few other items for décor. I had a friend go up while I was on my honeymoon and only found a few more things but were still missing a lot more. Another friend called her multiple times to try to track the items down and Alicia wouldn't allow her to look for them and just turned over a few more other missing items and insisted the others weren't found. Now we owe our rental company a lot of money for those missing items.
These are just a few of the many things that went wrong but there was plenty more. The worst part was we had a photo booth and I found in my album 4 pics of her staff flicking off the camera and making out. Suck because we paid for a photobooth to see our guests enjoy our special day. I wish I do it again somewhere else.

While the all inclusive package may seem on the expensive side, it really is worth it. The catering company, DJ, florist and cake company that are included in the package are professional and top-notch and you get to use any of the props/furniture/decor that they have on site.

After answering they told me their all-inclusive packages are $14,00-20,000 and after asking if it was possible to just rent the venue and use my own vendors, they said "We don't rent just the venue . It's actually for the success of your event."... For how much money they're asking for, I would expect for them to be more professional and kind in how they treat potential brides. Was just informed theres a pretty big difference in what they said they can make happen- to what wil actually happen if we were to sign with them. When I asked why is there such a price difference I was told "well the package is for 150 people but it is really for 125 since not everyone on your list is going to show." So 25 people just don't get to eat or drink anything all night...cool?
The suggestion on how to come up with the difference was to: instead of being gifted another toaster since my Fiance and I live together, is to create an e-gift card registry that the funds will go directly to them. WOW so my guests can pay for my wedding! After declining that offer they then suggested moving to a different month or Friday/Sunday. Make sure you are getting what you pay for when looking into them!
