Barsky Diamonds

Barsky did an excellent job with our wedding rings and my engagement ring. First off, my engagement ring is absolutely gorgeous. I am not a diamond person, or a jewelry person for that matter, but I never want to take my engagement ring off. I get compliments every time I wear it. My husband had a diamond from his great grandmother and he and Barsky designed a new ring from it. It is perfect. As for our wedding bands, they are beautiful too. The staff at Barsky is very nice and very accommodating and the prices are reasonable.

We purchased my engagement ring setting and both of our wedding bands from Barsky. I was very anxious about the engagement ring, as I was re-setting my grandmother's diamond. Barsky had a large selection of designs for me to try, and everyone who assisted us was very helpful. The ring turned out beautiful. A nice perk is that I can bring it in to the store regularly to have the stones checked and the ring cleaned. We both selected fairly simple bands and are very pleased with them as well.

We got my engagement ring and wedding bands there. They are so knowledgeable and have the highest quality diamonds. They are now our jeweler for life.

Best selection of all the other jewelers COMBINE! I wish I could give them a good review for just that reason alone, but they really stunk after we bought the ring. My husband bought me an AMAZING ring and we got engaged. A month or two later, diamonds started to fall out of the band. Not a big deal because it was under warranty. So we take it back to get the diamond put back in and they complete destroyed the one side of the band by trying to put smaller diamonds in to replace it. They even tried to give it back to me like everything was ok! When I looked at it, I started crying because I knew they couldn't fix it. They ruined my engagement ring. It was really upsetting. That night they told me to take the ring and they would call me about what they were going to do about fixing it. Of course, they did not call. I had to call them a few time before they would give me an answer. It was a horrible experience. Finally they said they were going to order me a new ring. That was upsetting because it wasn't they ring that my husband gave me when he asked me to marry him. They also said that it was going to be about a month before the new one would come. Meanwhile, more diamond had fallen out. They told us why it was happening and it was because my husband had the ring sized and not one ordered in my size. But they did not tell him that this could happen when they did it. Horrible!! If they had told him that he would have ordered one in the first place! When the ring finally came in, it was wrong. More adjustments needed to be done. It was just an all around horrible experience and the staff just didn't seem to care which only made it worse. They already had our money so they were not helpful or kind. I really wished our experience was different because before we bought the ring they were awesome.

I got my rings customed here and they made every attempt to make both of us happy, I highly recommended them !

I went to this shop for my wedding band because they came so highly recommended from a friend. I was greeted right away and sat down with a jeweler who walked me through all different bands. It wasn't long before I found mine. He recommended what to do in terms of sizing and it was ready in 48 hours! They originally told me 10 days. I was impressed. The ring is beautiful. And they can also personalize or create a ring for you. My friend had this done and they are stunning.

My husband chose to go here for my engagement ring after some family members made purchases here. My engagement ring was beautiful! When we went to pick our wedding bands I think it took me all of 10 minutes to select one that went perfectly with my engagement ring! My wedding gift, which was a beautiful diamond bracelet, was also purchased here. I don't wanna go anywhere else! Everyone is very helpful and I like that you get a more personal experience here, rather than being just another customer at a chain store.

Our experience with Barsky's was amazing. From the time we walked in the door there was someone there to help us. We mostly dealt with Nate but if Nate was not in we always were helped with another wonderful family member or employee.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Barsky Diamonds,now! I had a few set backs with my ring not looking like I had asked for. We had to make several trips, but perfection takes time. The final product that they produced was absolutely perfect. When we addressed issues, they stood strong and fixed anything and everything to make it right. I would much rather purchase from someone who stands behind their work and product and will make things right than work with someone else. Thank you Barsky's my rings are beautiful!

Barsky's Diamonds is the oldest jewelry shop on jeweler's row. The staff is amazing and very dedicated to their craft. They custom made my engagement ring and had it ready on "rush". Chris, one of the salesmen, described picking my ring as being in a deli - "if you want onions, you get onions. if you don't, you don't. this is your ring, you can get it exactly how you want it." These guys are incredible, truly gentlemen who will cater to your every need.

The staff at Barksys are knowledgeable and worked with my husband to get me the ring of my dreams within our budget. I was not entirely pleased with the communication- many times we thought the ring was ready or that the balance had been paid, only to find out that we still had a balance. The staff is not super friendly, but my ring is gorgeous and if I had to do it all over again to get this ring, I would in a heartbeat.

The quality of diamonds is amazing. I had a custom wedding band made to match my e ring and it exceeded my expectations.

Decent prices, great diamonds. If you are heading to Jeweler's Row, you MUST stop here. We shopped around extensively and this place always came out on top.

We got our rings here and my Husband got a Benchmark band which is Beautiful! My channel set eternity band is pretty too but I learned about a week before the Wedding that some stones were loose, the holes were not smoothed/burred and that the stones had different size windows and different shapes to the stones (you can't see this without a microscope but it's good to know if you want a nicer quality ring, if you like the look and don't care about paying more for this quality that no one will see you're golden), anyway they smoothed the holes and tightened the stones for no charge and we got good prices on both the platinum rings:)
