Best bartender service! Overall everything with bartendes4you was excellent from the taste testing of the signature drinks, to having the signature drinks at the wedding. All the drinks made were amazing! We were able to provide our own alcohol. Loved how well prepared they were for cocktail hour. Especially loved the attention they paid to knowing the what drinks people were getting. I would use there services again and would recommend them.

We booked Bartenders4You because they were highly rated and mandated by our wedding venue. Our initial experience was positive. When it came to the wedding day, things were different. On the day of, we had an issue with our alcohol order (not on this company but had bought through Specs). Our bartenders kept telling our guests that we were out of alcohol instead of "we are restocking" or something like that. This left our guests feeling like the wedding was not supplied correctly even though more alcohol was being bought and they were restocking. This felt very unprofessional to me. Additionally, I spent a lot of money on custom frosted cups and koozies to be used at my wedding. The bartenders were only using the cups for beer instead of all drinks. Even when the guests asked for the cups they said no it was only for beer. This was never specified by me or my family. It was disappointing when I came home to so many cups and koozies I had invested a lot of work/money into. Lastly, before the event, my family asked to have two bars at my reception. Bartenders4You kept saying no because we didn't need it and it would be double the cost. My family wanted that option and were continually rejected. The wedding day came and of course there was a line at the bar (as we expected there typically is) and my family really wished we could have had the second bar. Overall what started as a professional experience fell flat on my wedding day.

We hired Bartenders 4 you for our wedding (11/04/23) and WOW! I had so many guest coming up to me during the wedding saying that the bartenders were so good! They were friendly, fast and gave great drink recommendations. My maid of honor came up to me and told me how special she felt after the bartender remembered her drink order. They were supper attentive and have great customer service! I would definitely hire again and recommend them to any bride that needs a bartender.

One of the first decisions we made after selecting the wedding venue was to hire Bartenders4You and they absolutely hit it out of the park to make the event memorable from the first round to last call. We greatly appreciated their knowledge, creativity, and professionalism as they listened to our wishes and then created six, incredible signature drinks that were all guest favorites. While we have done many event “food tastings” over the years, we had the pleasure of experiencing our first “drink tasting” where we met Fernando (our mixologist and lead bartender for our event). Fernando created outstanding cocktails which we then jointly named for the wedding reception. Based on his creativity and our headcount, he also told us exactly how much of each liquor to purchase including beer and wine. Fernando and all the bartenders were very outgoing and really set the mood for the evening. At the event’s end, they boxed up the remaining liquor so we could easily load up and take home at the end of a long day. Bartenders4You provided outstanding customer service every step of the way. Jennifer and Charlie were quick to respond to our initial inquiry, create and modify bids as needed, and ensure a smooth and seamless payment process. We will use them again and would recommend them to anyone looking for a lively event with innovative bartenders who are well versed in ingredients, techniques and personality!

We used Bartenders4You for our wedding on February 25th and I cannot recommend them enough. Jennifer responded quickly and answered any questions we had. We met with Fernando who helped us set our specialty cocktail menu and gave us counts of all alcohol we needed to buy for our wedding day. Fernando and Doug were absolutely amazing and helped make our cocktail hour/reception perfect! I 1,000% recommend Bartenders4You for your wedding day!

We hired Bartenders4You for our wedding and everything was wonderful! From the initial consultation and a tasting (which was delicious!) to recommendations they made, to the day of, everything was so smooth and seamless. The alcohol recommendation was spot on, we had 4 signature drinks and all our guests could not stop raving about how good the drinks were! The bartender for our event was so thoughtful, he would bring us drinks and let me have the last drink before the bar closed. 10/10 bar service!!

Bartender4You was very easy to work throughout the whole process from taste testing to service at our wedding. Our bartenders at the wedding were respectful, professional, and so nice to us and our guests. Everyone loved the delicious margaritas and was impressed by how quickly they were able to churn them out in various flavors! I especially appreciated that they came and asked me and my groom if we wanted anything else before they officially closed the bar. It just showed how they go above and beyond to provide excellent service.

It's in the name - they are there for you! We had a nice drink tasting with their team, they guided us through alcohol purchase recommendations in terms of quantity and types of liquor. Their team was professional, funny and our guests were helped at the bar flawlessly. Their pricing is the best in town for the services and additional drink ware items that they are providing. We definitely recommend Bartenders4You!

We love Bartenders4You!! The drinks were so good. My husband’s cousin used them a few years back and people still talk about the drinks. We had no idea we booked the same vendor until recently, but it was obviously the right decision! We ran out of tequila during cocktail hour because I believe there was a miscommunication about using margarita machines, but if that was the biggest thing to go wrong on our day, I’ll take it. They were so responsive and helpful and the process overall was very easy. If their personalities don’t sell you, the taste testing will!

I cannot recommend Bartenders4You enough!!! From the outset of communicating with them, my now-husband and I knew they were going to be a good choice for our wedding. Not only did they have professional and wise advice in planning the large batch cocktails and helping with the math for the wine and beer, but they also offered other advice that they had picked up from being in the wedding industry. They saved us from hiring a bad vendor and my husband and I are so grateful for their advice. On the day of the wedding, the two bartenders were incredible. They made sure the wedding party and our families were hydrated with water and they served my husband and I when we first sat down and gave us drinks at last call. People also told me throughout the wedding how much they enjoyed the bar tenders and they REALLY liked the margaritas. Bartenders4You was professional, fun, and attentive and would be a great vendor for your wedding!

They met with us twice and helped us come up with amazing signature cocktails. They were personalized for us and our guests LOVED them! We were so impressed from start to finish! Bartenders4You was recommended to us by family and our venue, and they did not disappoint. They met with us several times before the wedding to help us with all our wedding drink selections which included some really unique signature cocktails, a full margarita wall and a shopping list for all our beer, wine and liquor. We especially enjoyed and appreciated the in-person cocktail tasting!! On our wedding day, they definitely delivered and kept the drinks flowing for our guests! We would definitely recommend and use Bartenders4You again!

This is hands down the best bar tending group! They were so responsive and so easy to work with and so much fun when we had our tasting. It is always fun to work with family owned businesses. Also, the drinks were absolutely incredible. They made the most delicious jalapeño margarita and lavender whiskey sour for our wedding day. They use fresh juices and have great recipes. The best part was that we were able to provide our own alcohol. Thank you for being part of our special day!

Great experience with Bartenders 4 U! I worked with Jennifer throughout the planning process and she was always quick to respond, professional, and organized. She answered all my questions with friendliness and ease. We had a beer & wine only bar for our wedding and the bartender who worked it was great! Very friendly, personable, and provided great service!

We had a great tasting with them for our mocktails and everything was fresh and flavorful, guests were really pleased! The bartenders assigned to our event were fun and efficient. We were pretty disappointed in some discrepancies from our original quote to the final payment. I think we got our original quote from one person and then closer to the event when it was "reviewed" by someone else, they made some changes that resulted in us paying quite a bit more. The service fee went up significantly and they told us it had been incorrect on the original quote, and we had no choice but to pay it (without any acknowledgement that it was their mistake). Being so close to the event we couldn't hire someone else, it felt like a bait and switch. Again the service they offer is great but we felt that there should have been more transparency and consistency in pricing.

Vendor was punctual, communicated with me before the big day, and did an awesome job during the reception. We got the champagne wall option with the 50 glasses it holds and it was a perfect photo opp piece for our guests! 10/10 would recommend them and will be using their service again.

Jennifer and Charlie were so helpful from the very beginning! We had our tasting and they made everything so easy and seamless. They introduced me to a new drink that I ended up having us my signature cocktail! It was delicious! They were very informative and their communication was great! Our bartenders at our wedding were so great! They always made sure that my husband and I had a drink in hand! They were kind to our guests and made sure everyone had what they needed. Brandon was our bartender and was amazing. Extremely professional and super nice. A lot of our guests spoke good things about him. He started remembering everyone's drinks and even reminded me to get my husband's drink one time haha! Highly recommend.

Bartenders4you was amazing!! Julie was the bartender at our wedding & we absolutely loved her. She made amazing drinks, was sooo kind, and I loved having her apart of our big day. We originally had our drinks set up outside but due to rain we had to quickly move indoors. She was so fast, efficient, and honestly such a joy!!! Our guests loved her! We had a great experience with Bartenders4you and would definitely choose them again!!

Bartenders4you worked our brunch wedding at the Allen Farmhaus on June 29th. The margarita flavors were excellent, and the bloody mary and mimosa bars had plenty of options. The bartenders were friendly, conscientious, and professional. We had koozies made, and the bartenders made sure they were constantly refilled and available at the bar. Since we were coming from out of town, we also utilized the shop for us option, and that was a great time and stress saver for us. If you have an event in the San Antonio/Hill Country area, we would recommend Bartenders4you.

We went with Bartenders4U for our wedding simply because it was a must for our venue- and, they were AMAZING! We had a tasting sample meeting to make sure our signature drinks were to our liking, and they were spot on when the big day came! So delicious and fresh!! We bought all of the alcohol ourselves, which was great because the liquor store allowed for returns of anything we did not open. The owners are SO sweet and charismatic and truly care about your experience with their company. I want to brag on the lead bartender from our wedding day, unfortunately, I do not remember his name- but he personally went out of his way to find me before the ceremony to make sure my signature drink was everything I wanted! Throughout the night he would pop in out of nowhere with a fresh drink for me!! Outstanding! I will say that the rules for how many bartenders per bar CAN BE confusing, but we were also making alcohol "overdone" just in case to ensure everyone had a great time and less lines. SO, we opted to have two bars even though we technically would have done fine with one. So, if you go off of the guest count and make it simple, it will be simple for you too! We were excessive, but felt I should bring that up if you are thinking about having multiple bars. You must hire two bartenders per bar you have there. Overall, I am very happy with our experience with Bartenders4U! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I cannot tell you how many of our guests RAVED about our two signature drinks! Jennifer sat down with me for over an HOUR letting me sample different options after she did a thorough survey of our taste preferences. It was incredibly hard to choose, because they were all DELICIOUS and beautiful! They really took the time to consider the presentation in addition to the taste. In the end, we went with a lavender margarita and a lavender whiskey sour. (What can I say, we love lavender) In addition to creating AMAZING drinks with homemade ingredients, the bartenders were incredibly kind and quick! We got a ton of compliments on the bar service, in addition to how tasty the drinks were. If you're looking for professional bartenders with delicious craft drinks, I would definitely recommend trying Bartenders4U.

The bartenders worked well with us early on to plan and budget for the alcohol needs of our guests. The services that day were top notch. As the bride and groom, we were never without something in our hand, as they monitored and made sure we were taken care of. The bartenders were extremely polite and accommodating. We hired Bartenders4You for our wedding and had Douglas as our bartender for the evening. From the beginning of the night, Douglas was fun, energetic and brought the bar to life. He had great quick service and kept everyone happy with a drink in hand. He was respectful to all of our guests and I’m pretty certain everyone knew him by name by the end of the night. Truly appreciative of his professionalism and fun that he brought to our wedding! And those Margaritas were spot on!!

Bartenders for you did a phenomenal job serving guests at the wedding! They were super easy to work with and went with the flow when we decided on last minute changes a couple of weeks before the wedding. All of the guests loved the mixed drinks... and if you even like margaritas just a little bit... the margarita package is the way to go! Amazing bartenders!!! They were very open with us about everything leading up to the wedding. They were quick to help us change our plan when needed and answer any questions we had throughout the wedding process. Everyone was raving about the drinks! I don't even know where to start - Jennifer and Charlie are great and super easy to work with! They were one of the very first vendors I booked because I saw their Sipsy mobile bar trailer and knew it would be the perfect addition to our wedding. Brandon and Doug were our bartenders (by choice - met them at open houses) and they are the nicest guys around! I couldn't have asked for better bartenders!! And the drinks were AMAZING! Charlie worked with us to make our signature drinks and we still have guests raving and asking for the recipes! 10/10 recommend B4U! And if you want fun and charismatic bartenders, Brandon and Doug are the BEST!

Our bartenders had their work cut out for them! We had about 150 guests who can drink for about 400 guests, and they did a great job of managing our guests and making sure everyone was safe. There was never a long wait for a drink, and everyone was happy!

Bartenders 4 you is amazing! Jennifer is responsive and is so knowledgeable of anything bar. She was such a help when it came to needing to know quantities of drinks for our guest count. My husband and I had a private drink tasting with her and she made us feel so comfortable and helped us narrow down our margarita flavors. Speaking of margaritas, we got so many flavors with the package and they were all delicious!! The bartenders that worked the wedding day were great too! They were professional, caring, and quick! All in all this company is fantastic and experienced. Book them for your next event!

A good company to go with if you're just looking for bartenders. We appreciated the choice of buying our own alcohol and having it served. It probably saved us more money in the long run. This was a required service by another vendor.

They were absolutely amazing! From the initial meeting/conversation they were nothing but professional and friendly! We went with the margarita package for our wedding and everyone LOVED all the flavors we picked! (That was the hardest part was deciding which flavors out of all the amazing ones we tasted) Thank you for helping making our wedding go so smoothly and for amazing customer service!
