We hired Bartenders4You for our wedding and everything was wonderful! From the initial consultation and a tasting (which was delicious!) to recommendations they made, to the day of, everything was so smooth and seamless. The alcohol recommendation was spot on, we had 4 signature drinks and all our guests could not stop raving about how good the drinks were! The bartender for our event was so thoughtful, he would bring us drinks and let me have the last drink before the bar closed. 10/10 bar service!!

We hired Bartenders4You for our wedding and they were great! They helped us choose our signature cocktails and made sure we were happy with the recipes they used during our tasting. The bartender was so much fun on the day and did such a phenomenal job!

Bartender4You was very easy to work throughout the whole process from taste testing to service at our wedding. Our bartenders at the wedding were respectful, professional, and so nice to us and our guests. Everyone loved the delicious margaritas and was impressed by how quickly they were able to churn them out in various flavors! I especially appreciated that they came and asked me and my groom if we wanted anything else before they officially closed the bar. It just showed how they go above and beyond to provide excellent service.

It's in the name - they are there for you! We had a nice drink tasting with their team, they guided us through alcohol purchase recommendations in terms of quantity and types of liquor. Their team was professional, funny and our guests were helped at the bar flawlessly. Their pricing is the best in town for the services and additional drink ware items that they are providing. We love Bartenders4You!! The drinks were so good. My husband’s cousin used them a few years back and people still talk about the drinks. We had no idea we booked the same vendor until recently, but it was obviously the right decision! We ran out of tequila during cocktail hour because I believe there was a miscommunication about using margarita machines, but if that was the biggest thing to go wrong on our day, I’ll take it. They were so responsive and helpful and the process overall was very easy. If their personalities don’t sell you, the taste testing will!

I cannot recommend Bartenders4You enough!!! From the outset of communicating with them, my now-husband and I knew they were going to be a good choice for our wedding. Not only did they have professional and wise advice in planning the large batch cocktails and helping with the math for the wine and beer, but they also offered other advice that they had picked up from being in the wedding industry. They saved us from hiring a bad vendor and my husband and I are so grateful for their advice. On the day of the wedding, the two bartenders were incredible. They made sure the wedding party and our families were hydrated with water and they served my husband and I when we first sat down and gave us drinks at last call. People also told me throughout the wedding how much they enjoyed the bar tenders and they REALLY liked the margaritas. Bartenders4You was professional, fun, and attentive and would be a great vendor for your wedding!

We used Bartenders4You for our wedding last weekend and we couldn't recommend them enough! Charlie and Jennifer are very responsive and accommodating. They met with us twice and helped us come up with amazing signature cocktails. They were personalized for us and our guests LOVED them! We were so impressed from start to finish! Bartenders4You was recommended to us by family and our venue, and they did not disappoint. They met with us several times before the wedding to help us with all our wedding drink selections which included some really unique signature cocktails, a full margarita wall and a shopping list for all our beer, wine and liquor. We especially enjoyed and appreciated the in-person cocktail tasting!! On our wedding day, they definitely delivered and kept the drinks flowing for our guests! This is hands down the best bar tending group! They were so responsive and so easy to work with and so much fun when we had our tasting. It is always fun to work with family owned businesses. Also, the drinks were absolutely incredible. They made the most delicious jalapeño margarita and lavender whiskey sour for our wedding day. They use fresh juices and have great recipes. The best part was that we were able to provide our own alcohol. Thank you for being part of our special day!

Great experience with Bartenders 4 U! I worked with Jennifer throughout the planning process and she was always quick to respond, professional, and organized. She answered all my questions with friendliness and ease. We had a beer & wine only bar for our wedding and the bartender who worked it was great! Very friendly, personable, and provided great service!

We had a great tasting with them for our mocktails and everything was fresh and flavorful, guests were really pleased! The bartenders assigned to our event were fun and efficient. We were pretty disappointed in some discrepancies from our original quote to the final payment. I think we got our original quote from one person and then closer to the event when it was "reviewed" by someone else, they made some changes that resulted in us paying quite a bit more. The service fee went up significantly and they told us it had been incorrect on the original quote, and we had no choice but to pay it (without any acknowledgement that it was their mistake). Being so close to the event we couldn't hire someone else, it felt like a bait and switch. Again the service they offer is great but we felt that there should have been more transparency and consistency in pricing.

Vendor was punctual, communicated with me before the big day, and did an awesome job during the reception. We got the champagne wall option with the 50 glasses it holds and it was a perfect photo opp piece for our guests! 10/10 would recommend them and will be using their service again.

Jennifer and Charlie were so helpful from the very beginning! We had our tasting and they made everything so easy and seamless. They introduced me to a new drink that I ended up having us my signature cocktail! It was delicious! They were very informative and their communication was great! Our bartenders at our wedding were so great! They always made sure that my husband and I had a drink in hand! They were kind to our guests and made sure everyone had what they needed. Brandon was our bartender and was amazing. Extremely professional and super nice. A lot of our guests spoke good things about him. He started remembering everyone's drinks and even reminded me to get my husband's drink one time haha! Highly recommend.

Bartenders4you was amazing!! Julie was the bartender at our wedding & we absolutely loved her. She made amazing drinks, was sooo kind, and I loved having her apart of our big day. We originally had our drinks set up outside but due to rain we had to quickly move indoors. She was so fast, efficient, and honestly such a joy!!! Our guests loved her! Bartenders4you worked our brunch wedding at the Allen Farmhaus on June 29th. The margarita flavors were excellent, and the bloody mary and mimosa bars had plenty of options. The bartenders were friendly, conscientious, and professional. We had koozies made, and the bartenders made sure they were constantly refilled and available at the bar. Since we were coming from out of town, we also utilized the shop for us option, and that was a great time and stress saver for us. If you have an event in the San Antonio/Hill Country area, we would recommend Bartenders4you.

We went with Bartenders4U for our wedding simply because it was a must for our venue- and, they were AMAZING! We had a tasting sample meeting to make sure our signature drinks were to our liking, and they were spot on when the big day came! So delicious and fresh!! We bought all of the alcohol ourselves, which was great because the liquor store allowed for returns of anything we did not open. The owners are SO sweet and charismatic and truly care about your experience with their company. I want to brag on the lead bartender from our wedding day, unfortunately, I do not remember his name- but he personally went out of his way to find me before the ceremony to make sure my signature drink was everything I wanted! Throughout the night he would pop in out of nowhere with a fresh drink for me!! Outstanding! I will say that the rules for how many bartenders per bar CAN BE confusing, but we were also making alcohol "overdone" just in case to ensure everyone had a great time and less lines. SO, we opted to have two bars even though we technically would have done fine with one. So, if you go off of the guest count and make it simple, it will be simple for you too! We were excessive, but felt I should bring that up if you are thinking about having multiple bars. You must hire two bartenders per bar you have there. Overall, I am very happy with our experience with Bartenders4U! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I cannot tell you how many of our guests RAVED about our two signature drinks! Jennifer sat down with me for over an HOUR letting me sample different options after she did a thorough survey of our taste preferences. It was incredibly hard to choose, because they were all DELICIOUS and beautiful! They really took the time to consider the presentation in addition to the taste. In the end, we went with a lavender margarita and a lavender whiskey sour. (What can I say, we love lavender) In addition to creating AMAZING drinks with homemade ingredients, the bartenders were incredibly kind and quick! We got a ton of compliments on the bar service, in addition to how tasty the drinks were. If you're looking for professional bartenders with delicious craft drinks, I would definitely recommend trying Bartenders4U.

Bartenders4you was great! They were very accommodating and quick to respond. Their packages have something for everybody and are affordable. Fernando was great at our event. He was professional and fun! I would most definitely use them again and refer to a friend!

We hired Bartenders4You for our wedding and had Douglas as our bartender for the evening. From the beginning of the night, Douglas was fun, energetic and brought the bar to life. He had great quick service and kept everyone happy with a drink in hand. He was respectful to all of our guests and I’m pretty certain everyone knew him by name by the end of the night. Amazing bartenders!!! They were very open with us about everything leading up to the wedding. They were quick to help us change our plan when needed and answer any questions we had throughout the wedding process. Everyone was raving about the drinks! I don't even know where to start - Jennifer and Charlie are great and super easy to work with! They were one of the very first vendors I booked because I saw their Sipsy mobile bar trailer and knew it would be the perfect addition to our wedding. Brandon and Doug were our bartenders (by choice - met them at open houses) and they are the nicest guys around! I couldn't have asked for better bartenders!! And the drinks were AMAZING! Our bartenders had their work cut out for them! We had about 150 guests who can drink for about 400 guests, and they did a great job of managing our guests and making sure everyone was safe. There was never a long wait for a drink, and everyone was happy!

We hired Bartenders4You for our wedding and they were so kind. We booked them early on and they suggested we wait til closer to our wedding day to do a margarita tasting. The only reason I am giving them a 1 star rating is that they responded quickly through email. The correspondence and person quoting is very unprofessional and rude.I do not ever write reviews but I am irritated and frustrated with how rude the person emailing quotes is. I am currently looking for bartenders and one of our venders suggested Bartenders 4 You. I contacted the company and asked for a quote or a price sheet. After exchanging 2 emails and giving more details about the big day, I received an email addressed to someone else. The email said "Hello Emily". My name is not Emily. lol So, I addressed my next email stating that I did not know who Emily is and if these questions were related to my inquiry. I received an apology email stating sorry for the confusion but yes these questions were for me. I answered the questions and then stated we were interested in all the options they provided. The next email I received only gave one option quote, no other greetings or if I had any questions. I responded and was polite saying thank you for the information but what were quotes for the other options that were listed in the first initial email. I was surprised the next email was sent in ALL CAPS . The email had no greeting. It only stated one other option. Not any other of the options that were originally listed. I felt bad for trying to get information but irritated that I was being treated so rudely and brushed off. I just don't think business should be handled that way. I will not be using this company. Their quoting and customer service is not to be desired.

They were amazing!!! Highly recommend! They took care of all the shopping and made everything so easy on us. We did beer, wine & signature cocktails and the signature cocktails were a hit! Whiskey Coke & Vodka Lavender Lemonade! Everyone is asking for the lemonade recipe because it was so yummy!

We had 2 options for bartenders at our venue and we picked Bartenders4You after looking at pricing and options. We ordered the margarita package and cups and 2 bartenders. We provided the beer, wine, tequila and triple sec. We ran out of beer and a friend had to go get some more. Besides that, everything turned out great! Thanks Bartenders4You!

Loved working with Bartenders4You! Charlie was so helpful during the tasting and always responsive to our questions. We chose their sage and lime signature drink and it was a hit! Doug was AMAZING and so friendly the night of our wedding! I requested our DJ play Selena and when I went up to the bar to ask for more champagne, he answered, "Anything for Salinas!" I wish I could give 6 stars!

Bartenders4U were SO helpful! We went out for a tasting and they created a signature drink for us that was super delicious and a huge hit with everyone. Then they gave us the ingredients list and alcohol so we could save money and supply our own alcohol. Our bartender (whose name I unfortunately forgot) was AMAZING. He made sure I always had a drink in my hand and entertained everyone that came up to the bar. He was fast, polite, funny, and even got married at the same place we did!!! At the end of the night he came over and congratulated us before starting to pack up and I was touched by how personal he made the whole experience. Definitely book them!

We had a great experience! Jennifer was very nice, professional and knowledgeable throughout the planning process. She helped with the logistics of where to do our cocktail hour and had great suggestions like having a big sign with the bar menu so people can read it even while waiting in line. We had so much fun tasting their creations for our signature cocktails and she even helped us pick cute names for them! There was never a long line at the bar at our wedding and several of my guests told me how fun the bartenders were. They even helped my family carry out the leftover alcohol at the end of the night, which is above and beyond anything I would expect! Overall we couldn’t have asked for more and I was honestly expecting the bar to be a much bigger portion of our budget but bartenders4you was extremely reasonable!

Bartenders4you is the BEST choice for your event! Charlie and Jennifer went above and beyond for my wedding. They were knowledgeable, professional and made our bar experience absolutely perfect. I had seen the Sipsy camper bar on instagram and I knew that was something I needed to have! It was an absolute hit. We had our signature cocktails, old fashioneds and lavender lemonade martinis along with other traditional cocktail choices. Every single cocktail was delicious and served beautifully (always garnished and handed with a smile). Doug was one of our bartenders and he made our day perfect! Bartenders4You was the preferred bartender for our venue. Since the first day that we met with them, they explained the entire process and made everything as easy as possible for us. Paying invoices was simple and hassle-free. At the reception, the service was phenomenal and everyone enjoyed the interaction with the bartender. It was a very good experience working with B4Y from beginning to end. And Sipsy is worth it!

Jennifer worked with us months before the wedding to help craft the perfect package for our wedding day. We changed our minds several times as our guest list changed, but we always got a quick response to our questions and edits to the bar menu. The day of the wedding went so smoothly. Everyone loved the selection of drinks we had with our two signature cocktails and the mixed drinks available. The kids even had plenty of non-alcoholic options with the mixer package we selected. One of our drinks (a spiced apple cider) was so popular we almost ran out by the end of cocktail hour, and they presented us a few solutions and ended up going on a quick run to grab some more for us to keep our guests happy. We're so glad to have had Bartenders4You at our wedding and would recommend them instantly to friends and family. Thanks for making our night perfect!

We didn’t do very much research on bartenders - just picked the first name off our venue’s recommendations list but we are so glad we ended up using Bartenders4you for both our rehearsal dinner and wedding! We had some special requests for our signature margs and old fashioneds as well as beer and wine and they got the drinks exactly right. The staff; however, is what truly made them stand out. One of my guests pulled me aside during our rehearsal dinner just to tell me how phenomenal our bartender was (Doug). I went up to him afterwards hoping he would tell me he’d be back the next night for our wedding. He was, and again, such rave reviews from our guests! He and Ginger even came up to us after the event just to tell us our wedding had felt meaningful to them too. Just good feels all around. Hire this company and request Doug.

We contracted the beer, liquor, mixers and bartender from Bartenders4You (we brought the wine). We were even able to sample potential signature drink options at our planning meeting , which was awesome, since we had no idea where to start! It was a relief to have an expert troubleshoot how much of everything we actually needed, and then to bring it to the venue for us. The bartender was super nice and made great drinks at the wedding.

To start, the bartenders were on time, but they both spent an EXTREMELY long time to change so when they came out of the bathrooms the ceremony was almost over and they hadn’t finished setting up either bar and scrambled to be ready for the first guest. The bartenders were slicing limes while 40 guests waited in line for drinks and when my coordinator offered to cut limes for them they said no and we painstakingly watched him cut limes for 5 more minutes before he served his first drink ( the other guy served, but he did not). I paid for a complete bar set up for 200 guests, estimating at about 150 drinkers. Within the first hour, they ran out of club soda and tonic and limes by hour two. Following that, was bottled water for the rest of the night. After about 3 hours, they finally decided to get approval to go to the store for more supplies- which took the better part of two hours to get back, which meant I was down to one bartender (paid for two). The bartender remaining was very helpful, but clearly in the woods. They did not manage the supplies at all throughout the evening which meant sometimes the outside bar had stuff that the inside did not. One time, one bartender told me they were out of limes- my coordinator walked outside and there was an entire cup of cut limes on the bar, which she obviously brought inside. More than 10 times one of the two bars were left unattended, causing the security to have to man the bar. While unattended, my coordinator stepped in and served around 20-30 drinks throughout the night as to not leave your guests hanging. The cooler in the main space was leaking nearly the entire night and they never managed to get that under control.

Absolutely loved Bartenders4you! They were so nice, easy to get in touch with, and very helpful is deciding our bar and menu. Everyone loved the drinks and the staff. Definitely recommend!

We only had one choice for bartenders, but I couldn't be more happy with them. They were great at responding to any questions I had. My guest count change a few times and they were very understanding. They worked with me to make sure I had what I need. The bartender at the wedding was great. She was friendly and always ready to help. My husband was so happy with her. She remember his drink so he never had to tell her. He loved it. GREAT!

We hired B4U for our wedding last weekend, 9/29/18. Overall, we had a great experience with them. Jennifer was very informative the first time we spoke. We added margaritas & the tasting was so much fun. They have so many flavor options! We picked 5 flavors & they were a hit at the wedding, especially the habanero one! The bartender was very nice & professional. He made sure we always got our drinks first! Thank you for that! The only reason I'm not giving a full 5 stars is because the beer was not cold by serving time. we had bought plenty but a lot of it was not cold which is why most of the guys didn't drink much of it. We had dropped it off at the venue the day before so we didn't delay with delivery. My only suggestion is to give more time for beer to col down, I don't know if anyone else has had this issue. However, that aside, I would recommend this vendor because everything else including price was worth it!

Our Bartender James was able to handle our crazy and impatient crowd very well. We had an open bar and our guests definitely took advantage of this service. Even when we ran out of mixers, James was cool, calm and collected making our wedding day special.
