nt. On the day of, we had an issue with our alcohol order (not on this company but had bought through Specs). Our bartenders kept telling our guests that we were out of alcohol instead of "we are restocking" or something like that. This left our guests feeling like the wedding was not supplied correctly even though more alcohol was being bought and they were restocking. This felt very unprofessional to me. Additionally, I spent a lot of money on custom frosted cups and koozies to be used at my wedding. The bartenders were only using the cups for beer instead of all drinks. Even when the guests asked for the cups they said no it was only for beer. This was never specified by me or my family. It was disappointing when I came home to so many cups and koozies I had invested a lot of work/money into. Lastly, before the event, my family asked to have two bars at my reception. Bartenders4You kept saying no because we didn't need it and it would be double the cost. My family wanted that option and were continually rejected. The wedding day came and of course there was a line at the bar (as we expected there typically is) and my family really wished we could have had the second bar. Overall what started as a professional experience fell flat on my wedding day.

We greatly appreciated their knowledge, creativity, and professionalism as they listened to our wishes and then created six, incredible signature drinks that were all guest favorites. While we have done many event “food tastings” over the years, we had the pleasure of experiencing our first “drink tasting” where we met Fernando (our mixologist and lead bartender for our event). Fernando created outstanding cocktails which we then jointly named for the wedding reception. Based on his creativity and our headcount, he also told us exactly how much of each liquor to purchase including beer and wine. Fernando and all the bartenders were very outgoing and really set the mood for the evening. At the event’s end, they boxed up the remaining liquor so we could easily load up and take home at the end of a long day. Bartenders4You provided outstanding customer service every step of the way. Jennifer and Charlie were quick to respond to our initial inquiry, create and modify bids as needed, and ensure a smooth and seamless payment process. We will use them again and would recommend them to anyone looking for a lively event with innovative bartenders who are well versed in ingredients, techniques and personality!

We ran out of tequila during cocktail hour because I believe there was a miscommunication about using margarita machines, but if that was the biggest thing to go wrong on our day, I’ll take it. They were so responsive and helpful and the process overall was very easy. If their personalities don’t sell you, the taste testing will!

They saved us from hiring a bad vendor and my husband and I are so grateful for their advice. On the day of the wedding, the two bartenders were incredible. They made sure the wedding party and our families were hydrated with water and they served my husband and I when we first sat down and gave us drinks at last call. People also told me throughout the wedding how much they enjoyed the bar tenders and they REALLY liked the margaritas. Bartenders4You was professional, fun, and attentive and would be a great vendor for your wedding!

We were pretty disappointed in some discrepancies from our original quote to the final payment. I think we got our original quote from one person and then closer to the event when it was "reviewed" by someone else, they made some changes that resulted in us paying quite a bit more. The service fee went up significantly and they told us it had been incorrect on the original quote, and we had no choice but to pay it (without any acknowledgement that it was their mistake). Being so close to the event we couldn't hire someone else, it felt like a bait and switch. Again the service they offer is great but we felt that there should have been more transparency and consistency in pricing.

We bought all of the alcohol ourselves, which was great because the liquor store allowed for returns of anything we did not open. The owners are SO sweet and charismatic and truly care about your experience with their company. I want to brag on the lead bartender from our wedding day, unfortunately, I do not remember his name- but he personally went out of his way to find me before the ceremony to make sure my signature drink was everything I wanted! Throughout the night he would pop in out of nowhere with a fresh drink for me!! Outstanding! I will say that the rules for how many bartenders per bar CAN BE confusing, but we were also making alcohol "overdone" just in case to ensure everyone had a great time and less lines. SO, we opted to have two bars even though we technically would have done fine with one. So, if you go off of the guest count and make it simple, it will be simple for you too! We were excessive, but felt I should bring that up if you are thinking about having multiple bars. You must hire two bartenders per bar you have there. Overall, I am very happy with our experience with Bartenders4U! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

In the end, we went with a lavender margarita and a lavender whiskey sour. (What can I say, we love lavender) In addition to creating AMAZING drinks with homemade ingredients, the bartenders were incredibly kind and quick! We got a ton of compliments on the bar service, in addition to how tasty the drinks were. If you're looking for professional bartenders with delicious craft drinks, I would definitely recommend trying Bartenders4U.
