John is amazing great communication throughout. Made everything flow easy. I don’t drink much but my family does so I had no clue on quantity of things John made it super easy not to over or under buy. Even gave me pointers on mixers and what is needed to properly attend my guest. Bartenders were amazing throughout the night.

I read this vendor was difficult to communicate with and I agree 💯 I have not even been able to get a quote. Endless forms for me to submit with automatic replies. Not sure they’re even still in business.

Our bartender Samantha was fantastic at our daughters wedding! She did an excellent job, was very professional and very patient with out guests. Would definitely recommend her and the company for any wedding.

Our bartender at our wedding was hands down the most efficient bartender I have ever met! Worked so well under pressure! Despite getting orders left and right! He was fun, very polite and aside from the bride and groom he was the third most wanted person of the night.

Bartending2u was very helpful for my wife and I to plan our wedding drink menu and the amount of resources to purchase based on guest count and other assumptions I made. John was always available to answer any of our questions in a timely manner. He is very honest and will cater to any outside requests. During our event the bartenders were professional and provided exceptional service throughout I the night. The guests all gave great feedback on their service. Having two bartenders really helped keep the line short for our guests and we’d recommend others consider this as well when evaluating if to only get one.

I could not ne happier with the bartending at our event. Vicky was professional and went above and beyond !! I would highly recommend Bartending2U and will definitely use then again.

Bartending2U was always responsive to any questions we had, and they were super helpful when we were trying to figure out how much of everything we needed to get. I could tell that their team was highly knowledgeable and experienced. At our wedding, I sadly didn’t get to talk with our bartender José at all, but all of our guests LOVED him. They all said he did a great job with the drinks and that he was a very nice guy.

Absolute professionals! We hired Bartending2U for our Halloween wedding reception on 10/31/2020. John went over all the details for services they provided and answered all my questions. Bartenders were absolutely accommodating and made sure everyone had what they needed - perfect service. I highly recommend them!!! 10 stars!!!

The staff was wonderful, full of great personalities! They were sure to always have a smile on their faces! I was even more delighted to find out that when my husband waited in line, the staff spotted him out and was sure to get his order immediately! I was also spotted in the crowd or the dance floor and the staff would walk over and bring me a drink! They made sure I always had something available. Whenever your in the moment of a wedding, you sometimes don’t have a chance to even think about what’s going on. I’m glad to know the staff was readily available to give me a drink because I wouldn’t get a chance to at times. John was always so quick to answer all the questions I had, and that made me feel as a valued customer. I will defiantly be passing their information to my friends and family because I know without a doubt John and his crew will get the job done professionally!

Super easy to work with. Very professional. John and Nicole were both so helpful and flexible. They helped us understand what we needed and made sure that we had everything that was left over at the end of the night. Highly recommend.

Bartending2U was very easy to work with. From the booking process to the consultation, all of our questions were answered timely. Our bartenders were super friendly and did a wonderful job serving our guests. Drinks tasted great and the line moved quickly. Great job!

I was disappointed in this vendor throughout the planning process. John never responded to my emails. I would NOT recommend this vendor specifically because of him. He always seemed to be rushing me off the phone when we were trying to confirm details. We loved the bartenders that were working though and I was happy with how it turned out day of. I would have appreciated a more professional coordinator for beforehand.

They were very helpful before the wedding in planning how much stuff to get to accommodate the guests and the reception went off without a hitch.

I wish I could give them full stars but too many things could have gone better for my wedding. First, our venue only allows us to hire this vendor. My original phone conversation with John went great. We went over all the details. Unfortunately he did not relay all those details to his bartender. We had a signature cocktail that we premade the mix for. This sat in the fridge for most of the night, as the bartender did not know we would be having it. She did her best my making the mix from scratch! (this made our cocktail hour line suuuuuuper long) but the taste was not good. John did not give her the recipe for our cocktail, so she went off our menu that only had the ingredients listed. Once she was made aware of the mix everything was fine with the cocktail. We had beer in bottles with the intention of having them be poured into the glasses (that we bought 400 of) this info was also not relayed, meaning everyone got bottles. (good thing we didn't buy cans) They show up one hour before your cocktail hour, this is not near enough time to ice down beers, luckily we did that in advance or they would have been warm for cocktail hour. The bartender ran out of ice because she did not ask anyone where the ice was located (because she didn't ice anything down) but there was plenty of ice readily available. Our caterer had to send in his TABC certified employees to help the bartender as she was struggling. If John didn't think one bartender for my 100 guests was enough I wish he would have told me. Overall it was fine, I got married that's all that matters. I just wish we could have hired our own choice of bartenders. Our actual bartender for the night was very nice and she really tried her hardest, this was a major communication error on managements part.

I hate to not give 5 stars but I want to provide honest feedback. Our bartender was late and my event coordinator and team had to step in and fill the gap when the reception opened. Thank goodness her team was TABC certified. The bartender was very kind, but disappointed to pay per hour for a bartender who is very noticeably late.

John and his team are amazing!!! Although I’m in the process of planing my own wedding, we actually used them for a 400+ event prior and they were PERFECT!!!! They were so professional and looked great on site. They brought everything we needed AND MORE!! I didn’t have the correct cups and he was able to grab some that he came with so we could use those! His staff made sure they communicated everything with me before the event started so everyone was served properly. I was so pleased with John and his staff!! I highly recommended them not only a wedding but any event!

Alice the representative was very friendly & helpful. Our bartenders were just amazing & sweet. Every time I walked up they were ready with rose bottle in hand! Just what a nervous bride needs lol

John is amazing to work with - answered my questions in a timely manner. The bartenders were friendly and amazing at keeping the line flowing.

The phone consultation regarding how much alcohol/cups/ice to buy was very helpful. The bartender showed up on time on our wedding day which was nice of course. At the end of the shift, there was some miscommunication about what to do. I did not understand that once the bartending shift was over, the alcohol has to be removed off the property immediately. So that was very stressful trying to get that taken care of quickly. All in all, the service was pretty good and the pricing was of good value.

John was awesome. He dropped everything to answer our calls with any questions we had before the wedding and the crew was awesome to work with the day of the wedding. I will be recommending them to friends in the future.

Our bartender didn’t show up on our wedding day! Someone was supposed to be there at 4 and when we realized they were a no-show someone called to figure out what was going on. A bartender did show up, about two hours after they were supposed to be there, and after cocktail hour had already started. Also, even though we paid tips in advance, the guy put out a tip jar, which we didn’t realize until the end of the night. Our venue required us to use them and we were very displeased.

The Bartending2U team was excellent to work with for our wedding! They helped us determine the amount and types of drinks we wanted to serve, and were so great on our wedding day. They were fast and got everyone what they needed with a fun, positive attitude!
