Barbie was incredible to work with! She provided coordinator services for our Summer 2021 wedding in Holland Michigan. She was so helpful during the 2 year planning process (thanks COVID)! Anytime my mom and I had a disagreement or question she... was only a phone call or text away (she sided with me on the disagreements, btw). The day of the wedding, everyone got to sleep in and go to brunch, while Barbie was hard at work setting up the venue. It was incredible getting to the venue just before the wedding and seeing everything so beautifully set up! She did an amazing job! Barbie had also called and coordinated with all of our other vendors for set up and arrival times!
We rented a few items from her (cake table displays, wedding arch, card box, etc) which were gorgeous and SO convenient! I only had 2 small boxes of personal décor items (which Barbie also set up for us), everything else was a rental! I'm so happy I don't have a closet full of single use items that I'm trying to now sell on FB marketplace because we were able to rent all the big things from her!
She also brought in a late night snack for our party (Taco Bell), which everyone loved!!
Cleaning up after the event was a breeze, because she had done most of the work before the event was over! It took maybe 15-20 min for us to grab the last of the items from the bridal room and put away the last few things after our event wrapped up!
Working with Barbie is a dream. She's a perfect and rare combination of "structured and organized" and "easy going and go with the flow".
Hiring Barbie was the best decision I made for our wedding day, and I'd absolutely hire her again for any large event!
