If I could give you zero stars I would. I paid almost 400 dollars for 100 invitations and I ordered the option for a designer to look over my invitations and assure that everything...
was correct, an option I would 100% recommend if you decide to buy from this company. My designer canceled my order, because I did not put down guest lists and addresses. I informed her I would be writing them myself and then she reinstated my order and I waited almost two weeks for the first set to arrive after paying for two day shipping. Only to find that she didnt do her job and instead of my return addresses being our names, they were somebody else's with the wrong addresses. We contacted the company, they refunded us the 20 dollars and told us they would ship 100 new ones free of charge and with expedited shipping. They took one week to arrive, only to find they spelled my name incorrectly and left out my last name. I got a full refund. I dont know how you screw up the only job you have so horrifically, but the kicker is our names were spelt correctly not once, not twice, but three times on the other side of our invitations. At this point, you dont care because it would take five seconds to see that you spelled it wrong and that the address wasnt correct. Sincerely dont waste your time, from the disgruntled bride Alesah Owens.... or was it Norah Robinson... my name is Alesha.
Working with Basic Invite was the best decision we made. Selecting and designing our Save the Dates and Invitation Suite was made easy with their site. We loved the option to have ...
the return address printed on the envelopes, as well as the addresses of all of our guests! This saved us a lot of time in writing out their names multiple times. We just uploaded once, and we were able to re-use the contacts months after the Save the Dates were ordered for the Invitations. Editing addresses and people moved was also a breeze. I was complimented by many on the quality of the invitations and was happy to share that they were a great affordable option, but that they don’t sacrifice on quality or the elegant feel. We just ordered our thank you notes post-wedding and I will certainly use them again in the future!
We loved all the paper products we received from Basic Invite. They allow you to customize their designs, so we could create the perfect card. They also allow you to order the exac...
t number you need, so you don't end up with lots of extras because you were in between tiers.
I loved being able to customize the invitations. They have so many colors and selections. Easy to reorder. I used their mailing service for the invitations.
I was super thrilled to find a company where I can personalize my own things while keeping them looking individualized and classy. As I placed my 500 order I couldn't wait to put e...
verything together, but once I received my package I noticed they shorted my invites; so I immediately contacted a email line as I couldn't find a phone line. When emailing that I needed 50 of my 75 invites they said they'd get right on it. As I anxiously awaited my next shipment they took their time shipping it out but when it finally arrived I was stoked to then notice out of my 50 invites, only 30 were usable! The other 20 were damaged one way or another. When contacting the company for a second time with photo proof of what I had received and how I felt about this, their resolution was to inform me they'd do better with training so accidents like this don't happen again. Not that I was seeking money or more invites but truly disappointed as I was speaking high praises before the second shipment of disappointment.
I purchased 155 table place cards. They’re white with a gold border and gold font. HALF of my place cards look faded and some lettering of my guests names aren’t even legible. I am...
so embarrassed and actually livid. My wedding is in less than 2 weeks. These do not look good. Spend the extra few dollars and use Zazzle or Truly Engaging.

so you can see what your stationery will look like. We ordered save-the-dates, invitations, and thank you cards. They were all beautiful and professional looking, and very reasonably priced.
We used basic invite for our save the date and they came out great!! They were magnetic and everyone loved them as they went on the fridge easily 🙂

one of their templates but they were totally customizable to our wedding colors. My photography package includes thank you cards, but if they didn't I would totally use basic invite again for them.

I looked at ten or fifteen invitation suites and this was by far my favorite. So easy to customize exactly what I wanted!
I loved using Basic Invite for my invitations! I was able to customize so much and feel like they were really "my" design. The quality was good, they came on time, and it was very ...
reasonable compared to many other options.
While they have great designs - DO NOT GET FOIL. We ordered invites with gold foil, and they looked great online and on the sample. The problem is, when they package the bulk invit...
es the foil stains on the back of the one in front. This left our invites and our RSVP cards with a stain (that looked like a coffee stain). We requested a reprint, as the company assured it was a printing issue, but the issue still persisted. When we asked if they could package our cards differently we were told “that’s not our protocol”. We are currently sending back the invites for a refund - they will not pay for the shipping back either. Very very disappointed in this company. Please avoid ordering from Basic Invite, they are not flexible with customers and have poor packaging practices.
We ordered our save the dates and invitations from here and they were amazing. We had issues with our invitations and after speaking with a great supervisor at customer service the...
y ended up sending us a whole new order of invitations. They rushed our second set and even emailed to make sure we were happy when they came.
We loved how everything was easily customizable and the pricing was very fair. Their online platform is easy to use. 10/10
Beautiful, timeless invites. Great prices!!

nts to colors/foil to paper type. Their customer service is very responsive! I was able to ask questions in real time on the website and via email. Their prices are competitive and well worth the quality and service I received. They give you a private link for your guests to fill out and then print all the address for you. I used the same address book for my thank you cards as well. It has saved my so much time. I could not recommend them more!
We ordered our wedding invitation suite through basic invite at the suggestion of our friends who were married a few months before us. We paid to rush the shipping, as we wanted to...
address and send the invitations while visiting my parents. Unfortunately, our shipment was lost in transit by FedEx. Basic Invite was very helpful when I contacted them, refunding the rush fee (as they didn’t arrive when promised) and offering to reprint if the shipment didn’t arrive. Luckily, FedEx did deliver eventually (2 days late!). We uploaded a custom design and it printed just as displayed online, with high quality paper and sharp and clear colors. Overall, a great experience with excellent customer service!
Sample was perfect. Order over 100 and they simply didn't finish the order. Called to complain and they gave us a $13 refund on an almost $400 order.
I did not get my invitations done on time because they ran out of material without telling me. I had to find out by calling them and asking where the invitations were!
Oh my word I’m obsessed!! I’ve been blown away by basic invite. From the user friendliness of their website, customization, price, quality, and they came wicked fast in the mail! A...
ND THEY LOOK SO GOOD! Highly highly recommend basic invite to every bride!!
I am honestly incredibly disappointed with my wedding invitations. The original round of them were cut very crooked with half my lettering off, which they did take responsibility a...
nd fix. But then looking at them more. The foiling is awful. It’s poorly done on multiple invitations, half the foiled writing black and all the other little cards I added are the most noticeable with the poor foiling job.. For the very expensive price ..$700. I would have expected them to be done correctly, and time to be taken. Not worth the money here.
I ordered my thank you cards from Basic Invite. You can't write on them in any ink without it smearing or stopping the pen. My cards are a complete mess. I tried ballpoint, gel, a...
nd ultimately had to resign to pencil. All the pens I tried worked on regular paper, but there is something about the card material that does not allow the ink to flow freely. My cards look like a toddler smeared ink all around them. I'm so upset I'm likely going to buy new thank you cards from another company. This was a complete waste of money.

ind. We added a photo onto the back of the invite and it printed beautifully. There are tons of options to choose from to find something you like and they have sales fairly often so if you watch for the sales you can get decent prices!

I absolutely loved the idea of their invitation-and-response all on one card idea. I hate wasting paper, not to mention the cost of traditional invitations with all of their extra ...
pieces! These were beautiful, reasonably priced, and they worked just as I wanted them to. I only had two issues with these invitations. The sealing sticker would rip the invitation when you opened it. Because they include clear stickers to further secure the card, use a different adhesive that won’t damage the paper. Also, not everyone remembered to write their name on the RSVP and I ended up with several who accepted but I didn’t know who it was from. Perhaps there was a way to have their name pre-printed on the RSVP card that I missed, but that would have helped a lot. Overall, I was very happy with my decision to use these unique cards.
Wedding invitations were one of those things I didn't think I cared about, but I ended up hating nearly everything I saw. My husband and I used Basic Invite for our Save the Dates,...
our Move the Dates, and then our Oh Crap We Need to Move the Date Agains. Since we were in control it allowed us to have a little bit of fun.
We also used Basic Invite for our wedding invitations. I had no idea there were so many different types of script, but Basic Invite had them all. It is really great that there is an option to have a professional look over the invitations before you send them since the design tools leave a little bit to be desired. While not the easiest website to work with, Basic Invite was still fast and easy.

rvice was also great in helping to fix issues with our pre-printed envelopes and I reached out to them again after we had to postpone due to COVID and they gave us a discount to have our invitations pre-printed with our new date. I'm glad we used Basic Invite!

I used basic invite on both my save the dates and wedding invitations. I love how customizable the designs are and customer service is top notch!
Such an easy online process! I customized my invitations. It was simple to order samples and then order more. The products were delivered quickly, and we got so many compliments!
We went with Basic Invite because of the style of invitation we were looking for (clear invitations are hard to find!). Man am I glad we did. The ability to customize as much as we...
wanted AND pre-address our envelopes - all for free? Talk about amazing customer perks. The packaging on our sample was jaw-dropping and I knew we had made the right decision then. Their team is prompt to respond and great to work with. Invitations were delivered quickly and on time - even during a pandemic. Shout out to Basic Invite!

Most importantly, the customer service was impeccable. My cards were sent earlier than the were supposed to be, and all my questions were answered swiftly by someone who was super helpful.
Great customer service. Used them for my wedding invites several years ago and now use them for Christmas cards every year.

all 95 addresses of our guests were beautifully printed on envelopes they provided, without any mistakes. The save the dates were high quality, and we had many compliments from our guests when they received them. Thank you Basic Invite!
Great quality, but ridiculous shipping rates. You would think with spending over $500 on invitations, place cards, etc. that they would have free shipping..

urate description of what they could accomplish to help us. While they did it guarantee our order would make it on time they followed up with another email once our cards were printed, then shipped, then another when they saw they had been delivered. Total turnaround time was under 2 days. Ordered on Sunday received Tuesday afternoon. International shipment no less.
Cards were perfect.
Highly recommend.
I was looking for a place that would print the addresses for you, as I had a large guest list. Basic Invite made it so easy to upload your address list, and addressed the envelopes...
for FREE. They almost always have sales going on and their prices are the best I found. We did a magnet save-the-date (which only need one stamp for mailing!) and a traditional invitation. You can find a template that works best for you and can edit every little detail of those templates--i'm talking the color of each and every line! DO NOT overpay for bigger name places...this is the place to get your invitations.
Beautiful, high-quality magnet save the dates. Got them quickly and beautiful envelopes as well!
I needed change the date cards quickly. Of course, bigger companies closer to me could have faster shipping. But I really wanted a specific kind of card that only this company had ...
for a great price. I still got them in 5 days so I’m happy with the shipping and the quality of product. Plus I was able to get printed envelopes for no extra cost. I’ll most likely order my invitations from this company because I’m pleased with their products!

The sample I requested for our invitations arrived days earlier than expected, almost overnight, and came with a whole folder of good to know information.
When we ordered our full set of invitations, it too arrived days earlier than expected, almost overnight, and were absolutely perfect. The Basic Invite stylist helped us ensure that all spacing, centering, and spelling was correct on our cards. Printing of our addressed envelopes was also seamless- a HUGE stress relief for us.
Overall, I would recommend Basic Invite to any couple looking for paper materials.

d a sample, I was given a 20% discount code for my entire order. My order was delivered super quick. I was disappointed upon opening my package when I realized they had sent the wrong envelopes, even though I had ordered and paid extra for a certain color. I sent an Order Trouble message as soon as I got my package, and they answered within minutes. I sent in a few pictures of the envelopes I had received, and the customer service rep promptly responded to assure me that the correct envelopes would be delivered. I received an email not long after that confirming that they were queued to print. Excellent service and quick response time and I'm really happy with the product.

lly nice girl and she said she was going to get them reprinted and rush shipped. 3 days later I never got them and the website only said printed not shipped. So I called again and spoke to someone else and they informed me that they do not do rush or over night shipping and would have to contact her manager to find out where my save the dates were. I still have not heard back from anyone and it seems like I am not the first person to have this problem.

I liked the selection of Save the Dates that they offered so that's why I ordered from them. I paid rush shipping only to have my package arrive with only envelopes and no magnets. Then i had to chase them down just to figure out what happened. Now I have to wait another week for these to get reprinted and shipped to me all because someone on their end messed up. My advice is to go to a more reputable

I just received the save the date magnets I ordered from their website several weeks ago. Many of the magnets are completely not usable. The ink from the printed pictures was clear...
ly not allowed to dry before they packaged the items, so the picture ink runs into the white background. There are also brown spots on the white background of many magnets. Finally, some the foil on the magnets is already chipping off. I have over 40 unusable magnets in a batch of 125. Greatly disappointing when I spent over $300 on these magnets.
