If I could give you zero stars I would. I paid almost 400 dollars for 100 invitations and I ordered the option for a designer to look over my invitations and assure that everything...
was correct, an option I would 100% recommend if you decide to buy from this company. My designer canceled my order, because I did not put down guest lists and addresses. I informed her I would be writing them myself and then she reinstated my order and I waited almost two weeks for the first set to arrive after paying for two day shipping. Only to find that she didnt do her job and instead of my return addresses being our names, they were somebody else's with the wrong addresses. We contacted the company, they refunded us the 20 dollars and told us they would ship 100 new ones free of charge and with expedited shipping. They took one week to arrive, only to find they spelled my name incorrectly and left out my last name. I got a full refund. I dont know how you screw up the only job you have so horrifically, but the kicker is our names were spelt correctly not once, not twice, but three times on the other side of our invitations. At this point, you dont care because it would take five seconds to see that you spelled it wrong and that the address wasnt correct. We just uploaded once, and we were able to re-use the contacts months after the Save the Dates were ordered for the Invitations. Editing addresses and people moved was also a breeze. I was complimented by many on the quality of the invitations and was happy to share that they were a great affordable option, but that they don’t sacrifice on quality or the elegant feel. We just ordered our thank you notes post-wedding and I will certainly use them again in the future!

verything together, but once I received my package I noticed they shorted my invites; so I immediately contacted a email line as I couldn't find a phone line. When emailing that I needed 50 of my 75 invites they said they'd get right on it. As I anxiously awaited my next shipment they took their time shipping it out but when it finally arrived I was stoked to then notice out of my 50 invites, only 30 were usable! The other 20 were damaged one way or another. When contacting the company for a second time with photo proof of what I had received and how I felt about this, their resolution was to inform me they'd do better with training so accidents like this don't happen again. Not that I was seeking money or more invites but truly disappointed as I was speaking high praises before the second shipment of disappointment.

Basic Invite was very helpful when I contacted them, refunding the rush fee (as they didn’t arrive when promised) and offering to reprint if the shipment didn’t arrive. Luckily, FedEx did deliver eventually (2 days late!). We uploaded a custom design and it printed just as displayed online, with high quality paper and sharp and clear colors. The sealing sticker would rip the invitation when you opened it. Because they include clear stickers to further secure the card, use a different adhesive that won’t damage the paper. Also, not everyone remembered to write their name on the RSVP and I ended up with several who accepted but I didn’t know who it was from. Perhaps there was a way to have their name pre-printed on the RSVP card that I missed, but that would have helped a lot. Overall, I was very happy with my decision to use these unique cards.

for FREE. They almost always have sales going on and their prices are the best I found. We did a magnet save-the-date (which only need one stamp for mailing!) and a traditional invitation. You can find a template that works best for you and can edit every little detail of those templates--i'm talking the color of each and every line! DO NOT overpay for bigger name places...this is the place to get your invitations.

Finally, some the foil on the magnets is already chipping off. I have over 40 unusable magnets in a batch of 125. Greatly disappointing when I spent over $300 on these magnets.
