Bayside Limousines is fantastic. They are responsive, friendly, and very knowledgeable. We rented two mini-shuttles for our wedding to transport our guests between the hotel block and our venue. Bayside’s experience and knowledge of the venue were crucial as they were the only limo service that advised me that larger buses would not fit up the driveway for our venue and recommended a looping shuttle service instead.
Four our departure, we rented a Rolls Royce and it was a huge hit! It was also the perfect choice for a wedding in a castle. The price was also very reasonable! Our Chauffeur was very friendly and even told us a great wedding story.
I used Bayside Limousine for my wedding guests and when scheduling with the owner, he was aware that my wedding ended at 10pm. The driver, however, was ready to leave at 10 and when I told him that we had more guests coming out to the shuttle- he very rudely told me that he was DONE AT 10. I wouldn’t use these guys again. Poor communication and they charged my card an extra fee without telling me…you know, for the “additional time”
Creeps.
Working with Bayside was nothing but disappointing. I have had great experiences with all of my vendors except Bayside. I booked Bayside because they were a peferred vendor for our wedding venue at the Chesapeake Bay Beach Club. When I booked with them, 6 months ago, I spoke to an individual who spoke about how they had worked with our venue for 20 years and we will do staggered shuttles going to and from the venue since we have a lot of guests staying at hotels (45 estimated).
Needless to say when I spoke to our venue they said that they do not allow staggered shuttles for arrivals and that Bayside knows this. When I spoke to them about it they said that they have done it before and that I could then book another $600 shuttle (so that is 1,200 for two shuttles for 48 people...) or some of my guests could drive. They also offered me a one way shuttle to the venue for $400, which they normally do not do. Needless to said that they did not have a single shuttle large enough for our guests and since we were unwilling to pay $1,000-1,200 for a shuttle service that was 15 minutes from the guests hotels to our venue, could no longer work with them so we cancelled our contract.
The man was incredibly rude and refused to give us our deposit back because he had offered us a solution of buying an entire other shuttle for $400-$600 our original price.
Safe yourself a headache and stay away.
We hired Bayside Limousines to shuttle our guests for our 10/19/18 wedding ceremony and reception. We requested that the shuttle remain on site for the entire evening in case we had any guests who wanted to leave early. Because of this, we paid our venue to provide a meal and beverages to our driver. This was all put into our contract.
After our ceremony our plan was to walk to a nearby bridge for pictures. Because we were losing daylight by the minute, our photographer suggested we drive instead to the bridge. We didn't think that would be a problem because we had a shuttle on site and would just use that to drive over. However, when we walked out to where the shuttle should be, it wasn't there. We looked up and down the roads around and it was not parked anywhere. Luckily we had a guest with a large SUV that could carry us all.
We got back to the venue after pictures and the shuttle was still not there. The shuttle driver did not show back up for at least an hour - we saw it pull up when it arrived back. That was an hour that we paid for that we did not have use of the shuttle.
I contacted Bayside Limousines to let them know what had happened and to give them a heads up that I would be leaving a negative review. I was promptly contacted back that they would speak to the driver that day to find out what had happened. It's been several days and they have not followed up with me.
Ideally we should be given a refund of the one hour that the shuttle wasn't on location, as was agreed to in the contract. Unfortunately we don't see this happening.
Some other minor issues we had that day:
- The driver had a hard time getting out of our venue's driveway. Granted it's narrow, but it caused her to run late for the second pickup of guests from the hotel. (This was communicated to me by my husband.)
- At the end of the night when I got on the shuttle and sat in the first row behind the driver's side, I stepped and realized there was a hole in the floor under the carpet - thankfully it did not tear away.
While communication leading up to our wedding was great, based on the issues we had with them that day we definitely would not recommend this company to future brides, or anyone in need of a shuttle bus. We paid for 7 hours and did not get 7 hours worth of service. They essentially ripped us off.
We booked a limo bus for our rehearsal dinner, and a shuttle bus for guests for our wedding, and the service provided with both was fantastic! I emailed Jonce several months prior to our wedding, and he responded promptly, wanting to hop on a call to talk through some different transportation options. He was very helpful in making recommendations for the hours we’d need each vehicle booked, the size of each vehicle we’d need, etc. Our group had a small, intimate rehearsal dinner, and therefore didn’t need the limo bus for too terribly long, and I never felt pressured to extend the rental or anything of that sort. Although I was the original one who spoke with him, the transportation for our wedding was quickly delegated to my mom, and then to my fiancé, and Jonce and his team handled being shuffled from person to person beautifully—never seeming irritated that they were sometimes having to repeat something they’d already told me (or my mom, or Kevin). We had four hotel pick-ups before our wedding, and everyone was there perfectly on time! And Jonce even offered some incredible flexibility at the end of our wedding—taking the majority of the group to the bar, and then returning for the wedding party who needed to stick around the wrap things up. And then when I was sadly turned away at the bar for not having my ID (apparently my wedding gown didn’t cut it, ha!), Jonce bolted back to our hotel with a few of the men in our group to grab my ID for me! Bayside Limousine was fantastic to work with from start to finish!
Renee at Bayside was amazing. She was very sweet and response over the phone, she submitted the proposal to me quickly. Any questions I had or changes I needed to make she was able to do them. She also made some suggestions to me as to what size limo to get and helped with the timing of when the limo should arrive, etc. On the day of the limo was on time and nice and clean.
Provided shuttle service for our wedding guests; everything went smoothly. Very pleasant, easy to work with and professional.
We wanted to leave our weddding in style but not in the typical limo and Bayside Limo had the best options for our budget. We rented the Rolls Royce for our exit and enjoyed every moment our our ride. Our driver drove us downtown to do a little sightseeing of the city before we drove to our honeymoon hotel. He even let us get out for a little bit and take some pictures on our cell phones by the tidal basin. Our driver was very friendly and courteous and did limited talking as we left the wedding and recapped the night among ourselves. We were fine with that because when we did speak to him he was still engaging. Although the communication with the company was kindof choppy to book the service (many back and forth convo's over email ) i'm very pleased with this service and company.
The limo service for our wedding was amazing! The drivers were very willing to do multiple trips. Very professional.
My experience with Bayside was good. They provided and extra shuttle run for guest who did not make it to the church on the first two shuttles, and that was appreciated. However, I was disappointed that the limo driver did not have umbrella on this rainy weekend. We had to be covered by coats of the groomsmen to get from the church entrance to the car. When we got to the reception site, he did go inside and ask to borrow an umbrella, which was appreciated.
We used Bayside Limo for our wedding party transportation and also the transport guests to/ from hotels and the ceremony site. They were prompt, professional, friendly, and easy to work with. We changed some plans around a few days before the wedding and they were extremely flexible. At the end of the night, the driver drove my new husband and I around town for 30 minutes so that we'd have some time alone before going to the after party. It was so nice to just have a little time to chat about our favorite moments from the day!
The red charger limo so so great! Our guests loved it and it was the perfect ride home after our special day! We will definitely be booking again (even just for a night on the town)!
I like bayside limo, but found them hard to deal with. They emailed me on the morning of the wedding demanding that I fill out forms for payment that I sent in weeks before. They were also very hard to get in touch with after to complete the payment process. The drivers they sent were great, but the office was difficult.
When my husband and I went to check out their fleet, it was in the country in the back of a house, not what we expected haha. But they weren't "salesmen" hounding you about getting the bigger or better for more money, they gave an honest opinion on what they thought would be best for us. I also talked with them about what our budget was and were able to agree to a price we could work with.
We got a shuttle for our guests that stayed at a nearby hotel and had a couple of different runs needing to be made. The driver was great and accommodated to anything I asked of him. Tip was also included so we didn't need to worry about him when he dropped off our guests at the end of the night.
One thing that we found with mostly all limo services was you could not split the time so of course the price went up but it was nice for our guests who needed to leave early to go back to the hotel to have the shuttle there whenever someone was ready to go.
Overall, I would recommend Bayside limousines!
I waited until the last minute to book a limo and I liked bayside because it was easy to book with them and tip was not included in the price, so we were able to tip based on service. The driver was on time and did a great job getting us to and from the church. We like the large SUV which was able to fit our entire bridal party and our photographer.
We met with Jon Gibson to look at his vehicles and discuss rates. Jon is personable and friendly. His vehicles were a wide variety: sedans, SUVs, limos, party shuttles, and specialty cars. We chose to have a sedan in the morning to take us to the venue and the new Charger limo for the ride after the wedding. The Charger is definitely something different worth having! It's such a beautiful limo! We were also able to upgrade to having an SUV in the morning because we had so much stuff to carry to the venue. Also, the drivers were professional and on time.
I used this limousine service in July for my wedding. I rode in style in the Escalade.The driver was very professional He arrived on time and the service was very good. I will definitely use their service again. Thanks for making my wedding day a memorable one.
Bayside Limo did an amazing job. We had a limo and shuttles for our wedding at Running Hare Vineyard. The shuttles were perfect and our limo was gorgeous. The drivers were wonderful to work with, especially our limo driver who was so nice and helpful. I would strongly recommend working with them.

We got a great deal on a white stretch escalade to fit our whole wedding party! Our driver was really great, and they did a nice job. Got freaked when they called 2 days before to confirm a red charger!!! I was like what?!?! But they got it straightened out, no problem, and we got our white escalade :-)
They never showed up, never called, and claimed "someone cancelled" from my family - which never happened. Horrible company
Did an excellent job. We used their shuttles and limos. It was great and our guests thoroughly enjoyed it. They were very nice and easy to work with even given we booked last minute. Nicole was super friendly and we enjoyed working with her! Almost all the drivers were polite, professional and everyone enjoyed them.
One person should not be the reflection of the whole company, but there was one driver that kind of urked me. We let them know ahead of time we were going to go to downtown to take photos. He insisted it was boat show weekend, which shuts the city down. I knew it wasn't b/c that's why we planned that weekend. It wasn't until my Husband and Bridesmaids stepped in and told him we were going to try anyway that he agreed. I was right and it was perfect, we got great pictures too. Just make sure they know exact locations for where you want them to take you. Otherwise it was a good value and they did a good job.
