We worked with Ryan at Bayside Tent for our June 2021 wedding which was a great success! We rented a tent, tables, chairs and our dancefloor for our ~80 person backyard reception. ...
The crew showed up early on the day before the wedding and set everything up, asking for our help when they needed placement of things within the tent. It was a really hot day and these guys were working hard to get it all in place efficiently. They even sent someone the morning of our wedding to ensure that everything was still okay from the day before. We did have a little issue with the dance floor coming apart, but that was partially because of the uneven lawn and partially because we danced so hard. Just something to ensure you take a look at during setup to avoid any tripping hazards. Ryan was extremely responsive and flexible when we needed to change some of our numbers and tables closer to the wedding and also worked with us on pricing to ensure this was within our budget. We saved a lot of money working with Bayside compared to many of the other local companies and it was a pleasure working with Ryan.
Ryan and his crew were awesome. Ryan was very accommodating when we had to switch our wedding date (three times!) and downsize our wedding. He supplied the tent, lighting, tables,...
chairs, and table cloths. He knew everything we would need. He’s the best!

the ultimate professionals. The tent went up and everything was delivered without a single problem. They were wonderful. Ryan graciously answered every email and phone call I sent, quickly. He was always so kind, professional and willing to go above and beyond to ensure I got what I needed to execute the vision of the day! I'd absolutely work with Bayside Tent again.

nd had a bad taste in my mouth immediately. I decided to try Bayside tent next. I wrote Ryan an email and he called me back within the hour! He is incredibly fast to respond to emails and calls which is awesome when you're planning so many aspects of a wedding. He was NICE and happy to help me. He did multiple visits to our backyard to figure out how to fit a tent. He offered great advice and was willing to work with us (and our yard)! We ended up deciding to elope and not have a backyard wedding but we would have absolutely hired Ryan and Bayside Tent. I highly recommend!

looked beautiful. They even special ordered flags for the top just for us, and when one became tangled the morning of our wedding, they sent someone up to untangle it. Highly recommend Bayside. Thanks Ryan!

ve me a very reasonable estimate, made the time to see the site multiple times and answered many late night emails. I changed the linens, table numbers, chairs, and dance floor size, and even added on an additional tent and Ryan accommodated all of my requests.
The tent was in place plenty of time before the wedding and was beautiful. I had a great experience with Ryan and his team and will recommend Bayside Tents to anyone in the area.

He had extra items that we may have needed and charged me only for the items we used. He was invaluable and I would use him again in a heartbeat. You will have no worries if you use Ryan to rent your tent, tables, chairs. etc.

Ryan at Bayside is the best guy on the Cape to work with. He is accommodating, calm, knowledgeable- even with my tent-panicked mom.
Ryan always replied to my emails or phonecalls...
in a timely fashion, and reworked my estimate countless times for me until we had what we needed.
He and his crew not only set up the tent and worked with us to set up the tables and lights as we wanted but were on call for a last minute tent wall installation before the ceremony and stayed to check on the tent throughout our reception due to a crazy wind storm.
All of our rental items were dropped off ahead of schedule and were as expected. Ryan was happy to coordinate with my other vendors to make sure everything was right as well.
I don't know why you wouldn't rent your tent from Bayside!
I had the pleasure of working with Ryan and his team from Bayside Tent for my July, 2012 wedding. We rented a tent large enough for 120 guests, tables, chairs, linens, place setti...
ngs, etc; I have pretty high-standards and all of the items that he brought were impeccably clean and just what we were looking for.
The weather forecast was not great for our wedding day, so 2 days before the wedding, we asked if Ryan and his crew may be able to set up a 20x30 tent on the beach for the ceremony in case of rain. They quickly managed to secure a tent and make sure it was set up for the ceremony. Ryan also provided 3 staff members on the day of the wedding to assist us with moving around tables and chairs, etc and to put up/take down sidewalls of the tent dependent on the weather. The guys were professional and they couldn't have been nicer or easier to deal with.
I would, without hesitation, recommend Ryan and Bayside Tent to anyone considering this type of service. They are top notch!!
since we were getting married at the beach we needed rentals for everything. they were great to work with up until the day before and day of the wedding. we ordered a slush machine...
which apparently they were out of come to find out so he got us a margarita maker which was a total pain to use and you had to put ice in it for every slush you wanted to make so that was very disappointing. Also the sweetheart table we ordered was way to small and we didnt fit under it. the biggest down fall was that they didnt clean up!!! so the last hour of my wedding I was cleaning up! they asked for the number and contact for our caterer months before the wedding to coordinate this but apparently the didnt figure it out which left me cleaning at my wedding!!! not happy! wouldnt recommend them at alL!
