Bay State Tent and Party was very easy to work with. They were prompt with responses to the many questions I had and I loved that their website actually showed the prices of everything they have to rent. It made it so much easier to stick within our budget. They were very communicative with the delivery and pick up of the tent and even called Dig Safe to make sure there were no pipes in the way of the tent poles. There variety of rentable stock and prices made them an easy choice for our wedding!

Samantha was so helpful when trying to figure out what we needed for our wedding! She was patient and kind and I would highly recommend her and Baystate to anyone in need of a tent and other decor. I also thought prices were reasonable as I compared a few tent companies.

I worked with Samantha leading up to our wedding and most importantly, I found her so kind and flexible to work with. Due to Hurricane Lee, we were making changes to our rentals booking just a few days before the wedding, and she was really accommodating and understanding. The entire team was very professional, and we found the pricing was reasonable. I loved how on their website you could see all of the options on there. It's one thing to rent tents, chairs, tables, etc and it's another thing to rent items that are really beautiful and look nice for your wedding day! Would definitely work with Samantha and her team again in the future for other events!

We hired Baystate Tent for our Cape Cod wedding in late September. They were great to work with, including coming out for a site visit in advance to make sure the tents we ordered would fit in our space. They also filed for permits for our tents — and when we ran into trouble with one of the permits, they quickly came up with a list of possible back-up plans to make sure we had what we needed. Baystate only delivers and picks up on certain days of the week and doesn’t give a confirmed delivery date until the week of your event, and we were a little nervous about the timing — but once the date of our wedding got closer, the team was very communicative and accommodating, and everything worked out seamlessly.

We set up the rustic tent package in our back yard for a 100 guest wedding and it was magical... completely set the mood for an exceptional day.

We’ve used Baystate three times now (for two backyard weddings and one big anniversary party) and can speak to their standard of excellence.

I worked with Samantha at Baystate Tent for all of my wedding rental needs. She was responsive, patient, and very helpful. If there was something I needed that they did not have in their inventory, Samantha offered alternatives. When I had questions during the beginning stages of the planning process, she made time for a phone call. When my coordinators stepped in about a month away from my wedding date, she seamlessly switched over to working with them without missing a beat. On the day of set-up, the delivery staff were all super professional and accommodating as well. The order was perfectly fulfilled, they double checked layout and placement, and were just all around nice guys. They were a very easy team to work with and I would recommend this crew without any hesitation.

I used Baystate for a sailcloth tent, bar, tables and chairs for a backyard wedding for 100 people. Samantha was so helpful, kind and responsive throughout the entire planning process. The installation crew was great and even made a second, unanticipated trip to deliver items we didn't find out until the last minute may be required by the town fire department for the permit.

We used Baystate Tent for our September wedding. We were very pleased with the delivery and setup for our reception tent, tables and chairs. We also used Samantha as our Day of Coordinator. Sam was so wonderful from day 1. We had regular calls with her where she kept us on track with all of the planning. She did an amazing job coordinating everything with our vendors leading up to and on the wedding day. Any little issue that arose Sam was on top of and found a solution for. We couldn’t be happier having her help us on our wedding day!

From the initial contact to the tent take down every communication and employee of this company was extremely professional and attentive. Samantha went above and beyond to make sure we have everything we needed and was patient while we mixed and matched some products to fit our needs. This company is the go-to for all your needs they ask the right questions to make your wedding day special. Baystate Tent was wonderful to work with for my wedding! I asked a million questions and changed this a million times and Samantha was always happy to help! There was a small issue the day before the wedding and Samantha solved it in minutes! I’d definitely recommend!

We had the pleasure of working with Samantha to set up our perfect back yard wedding! She had so many great ideas, and was so knowledgeable about the entire wedding set up. She was an absolute delight! When the guys came to set up the tent they were kind, and explained everything; plus they loved our dog wandering around the yard! When we realized that we were missing linen napkins on the day of the wedding, one of the managers left his house miles away and promptly brought them to our home! The finished product looked amazing! We had such a beautiful reception, and were so grateful to Samantha and everyone at Baystate for making our day perfect! Thank you! I am so thrilled with the service we received from Baystate Tent and Party for our wedding. About a month before our wedding we decided to downsize and change venues, moving from an indoor industrial venue to my parent’s backyard. We were able to alter our order and get everything we needed including a 15x30 tent. We added tent sides at the last minute in case of rain and I’m so glad we had them overnight so the tables/chairs didn’t get drenched. The staff we communicated with was excellent and so helpful in getting the right equipment for our new venue. The delivery guys work miracles and are so kind and professional. I was so worried because my parents just had a sprinkler system installed so we couldn’t use spikes and needed the concrete ballasts, somehow they made it up the hill (low incline) and into the backyard. All equipment was great quality and at a reasonable rate. I highly recommend using Baystate for your event rental needs.

We used Baystate Tent and Party for our COVID-safe, outdoor wedding this past June. They were extremely professional, helpful, and communicative! We got lots of great advice from Samantha (linen colors, materials etc) and the delivery team was easy to communicate with- things went really smoothly and from our perspective, was so easy. We are so grateful to their whole team for making our day as magical as we dreamed (despite the pandemic).

We hired Baystate because we were looking for a sailcloth tent for our wedding. We were a bit hesitant at first because we didn't see as many reviews for them as for some of the other tent companies. We had an incredible experience with them, which is why we wanted to make sure all of you knew about this gem of a tent rental company! First of all, we spoke with Samantha K, who is fantastic, enthusiastic, and warm. She was extremely helpful in coming up with ideas about how to set up the tent, what size tent we needed, and what tables/chairs/other rentals may be helpful. (As a side note, their farm chairs were just perfect for our rustic backyard wedding. We didn't go with the farm tables because this was a COVID wedding and we wanted to keep people in their smaller pods, but they looked absolutely stunning as well). Samantha was so easy to talk to, and was clearly interested in making sure we were getting just what we were looking for. The tent itself was gorgeous. It was a sailcloth tent and fit our party beautifully. We got lights, the aforementioned chairs, and tables, and clear sidewalls to go along with it. They were incredibly helpful in suggesting additions we might want, and those that probably weren't necessary for us. Our guests loved the tent and we absolutely loved the ambiance underneath it. This is a great company, with beautiful tents, exceptional customer service, and are probably the most affordable company in the area for the quality of tents they have. Please call them, I think you will be really happy with the experience!

We used Baystate Tent for our back yard wedding in August 2020. We were so pleased with their services and their selection of rentals. We rented a beautiful white tent, dance floor, gold chairs, tables and linens. Baystate was very flexible as we added on some last minute lighting and electrical cords and rented a generator for extra power just in case! We felt their pricing is very reasonable and it allowed us to upgrade on seating and lighting. Delivery was seamless and very professional. Their phone service was so easy to use if we had a question or wanted to add something on. We have recommended Baystate to our friends and family and will definitely be using them again!

Great company. The contact was great. Even though we were on a budget for the tent and the after party, they worked with me with the prices and we came to a reasonable price. They delivered everything great except they did bring the wrong sides but they fixed it right away and brought the right sides. A definite recommendation.
