Our wedding planner dreamed up a rich blue for our dinner table linens. We had trouble finding exactly what we wanted - many colors were too “blue.” She searched far and wide before finding the Indigo Yuma Linen. It was the perfect texture and color and the dinner space was so warm and rich - due in no small part to this linen. We also utilized the Tuscany Barley Linen at our event which was equally beautiful. Kudos to BBJ/La Tavola for carrying such a wide array of colors, patterns and textures.

BUYER BEWARE!!!! Called me on the Monday before my wedding and told me unable to fulfill my order that I placed months ago. They will tell you they are a "big and established business" and therefore trustworthy. DO NOT BELIEVE THEM!!

WOWWWW! Seriously, exceeded my expectations in every way. I am so thrilled with how the linens turned out. We got SO many compliments on the table set up and how unique/elegant is was... between their napkins and table runners on the farmhouse tables from Forget Me Knot, we couldn't have asked for a more perfect spread!!! I used the Lake Faille linens on my wedding day and they were the most amazing blue to compliment my wedding vision. The napkins added the right pop of color to my tables and were beautiful on my cocktail tables. The fabric was very high quality and the staff was so responsive and easy to work with. I would 100% recommend this company.

I used BBJ linens to rent table runners for my May 2019 Wedding. I loved that you can order samples of all different fabrics and colors to best decide which to use. Delivery was on time and receive all the ordered items without any issues. Returning the linen is also very easy! Both my venue and wedding planner also recommended BBJ linen.

Our wedding venue supplied the basic linens in a variety of colors but I knew I wanted more of a variety, higher end, some glitz and glam! Thats when I found BBJ Linen. They can mail you samples of any linen item they carry. And they did! It was super helpful to have those samples when making other wedding decisions, like bridesmaids dresses, plates, flatware, decor etc. I was really able to narrow down color pallets this way. My mom and I decided to take a drive out to the BBJ Linen showroom. That was fun. That is when we chose our reception tables, cake table, cocktail tables and sweetheart table linens. We played around with different set ups and variations while we were there. It’s always nice when you can do mock ups to really get an idea of what things will look like. BBJ offers delivery or pick up. We didn’t want to bother with the pick up so we had our linens delivered. BBJ will also pick up the linens after the wedding. We left our wedding, the venue gathered up the linens and BBJ picked them up the following day. Beautiful linens, a large variety and an extremely easy, stress free process! BBJ was a big part of what pulled our vision together, I would highly recommend.

BBJ Linen was exceptional from start to finish. The entire team was extremely responsive and helpful, and the hunter green velvet linens we received were the perfect accent to our winter wedding. Would highly recommend this vendor for linen rentals!

Huge fan! I used them for our linen and charger rentals for our wedding and boy did they deliver! They have fantastic selections and very professional team behind them. I would highly recommend using them for your rental needs.

We were so disappointed in the lack of flexibility and the strigint policies. We were not satisfied with the complete disregard for the needs and desires of the customer. The ordering process required emailing and calling with several different people who never communicated, repeating the same info over and over. Their policies are built to solely protect themselves so they can in no way work with you when issues come up. We will be making sure none of our friends or families conduct business with them.

We rented all of our linens for our wedding from BBJ. The service and website were fantastic to help plan all of the color and linen style combinations. BBJ has an unlimited supply of colors, styles and material so the options are endless. The linens all arrived at our venue and looked beautiful! The whole process was very easy and the pricing was lower than other linen companies we priced out.

What a great option for an affordable and classy linen for my wedding! There were so many options and the ordering process was so easy! Everything came packaged SO nicely so there was minimal to no ironing needed. Due to the weather a few packages were delayed and I heard from a representative right away and they assured me that I would be kept up to date regarding my purchase. They looked beautiful at the wedding. I ordered table linens for both round and rectangle, chair linens, and napkins. They were all the same color and added elegance to the entire night. The best part is the return process. All you have to do its put the linens in a bag that is provided and ship it out! No cleaning necessary! Thank you for making it all so easy!

After a local linen company backed out on us, we were left scrambling at the last minute. I found BBJ online, and Rebecca promptly sent to me some sample fabrics for chair covers and ties. Once I decided on the color and fabrics, we had the option to have their team set everything up for us (for an additional $225) or have them shipped to my house and friends could do it for us. I was able to order 130 chair covers and ties a couple weeks before our wedding, and everything arrived on time. They also provide tutorials for people opting to set up their own chairs and ties (this is what I did), and also made it extremely easy to have UPS pick up everything in duffel bags with pre-printed return labels. I couldn't have been happier with how everything turned out with BBJ!

perfect color and texture

Nikki who helped us was wonderful. I had no idea at first what I wanted but she gave me some tips & all worked out! It was pretty & all our guest appreciated the looks in the banquet room.

Called them and they talked me through my rental options and set it up for pick-up (versus shipped). When I picked them up, I was greeted with a smile and they helped me take everything to my car. They made it easy to return them (we had a relative return them since we were on our honeymoon) and sent an extra copy of my receipt in the mail. Very easy to communicate with. i recommend to others.

My husband and I were very happy with the linens!! They even arrived a day early!

This review is slightly unfair because we had some issues that aren’t entirely BBJ Linen’s fault on the day of the wedding. Everything pre-wedding was great. Rebecca was very helpful and responsive to emails. However, they delivered the linens to the wrong location the day before the wedding. Their delivery guys DID deliver the linens to the location on the contract, but it was the address for the ceremony. Then on the morning of the wedding, we had a hard time contacting anyone (given, it WAS 9:00am) to find out where the linens were (hence the 3 out of 5). So in a perfect world, I expect that BBJ would have been great and gotten a higher rating. And they gave us a full refund which is a HUGE plus for them! So I WOULD recommend them! We got great customer service in a not-so-great situation.

After an initially very positive experience when we first contacted the company (we were able to receive a substantial discount), our experience went downhill. During the wedding I noticed that our napkins were not set up at all, so instead of the blue ones we rented, we had the country club's white ones. Then while we were taxi-ing on the run-way going off to our honeymoon, I realized the table runners had not been put out either. We had our best man call the company about both issues while we were in Mexico, but they said they had to talk with us. When we got back, the company dragged their feet about giving us a refund, saying that the napkins and table runners had been delivered and so it wasn't their fault. Apparently, there was a huge lack of communication between the country club and the linen company and that's why the napkins and table runners didn't get put out. Everything could have been solved (both before and after) with a simple phone call, however apparently that was too difficult. In the end, everything was straightened out, but it took many phone calls and a bit of time. To top it off, we received a very inappropriate email from our contact at the company that included a message to her boss that badmouthed us significantly.

I would highly recommend working with BBJ Linen! Their linen quality and pricing is great! Nikki is so professional and easy to work with. She not only takes your order, but also makes suggestions on what would look best. This level of service far exceeded my expectations!
