My name is Brittany Bowman and I currently live in Snohomish Washington. I grew up in the area and went to college at Central Washington University. I studied business and got a minor in event planning. After college I got a job in construction as a project manager. I have always loved event planning but just recently decided to jump in and go for it. I have been planning events for as long as I can remember. I have a true passion for nailing down all details small and large and seeing how the overall event comes together. But my favorite part is the love, joy and happiness it brings people.

Brittany was AMAZING. She was somehow everywhere and nowhere all at once. I was hesitant about having a day of coordinator who I was just meeting for the first time on my wedding day, but Brittany is all good vibes. I cannot stress this enough: do not skip a day of coordinator. I had a tight budget and went back and forth a lot about hiring her, but thank GAWD I did. She did SO MUCH that I thought I would be able to have family and friends help with, but now on the other side of it, I am so glad I didn’t go that route. I know things would have just either fallen back on me or those things would have been on my mind all day. She took care of set up, coordinating the flow of the evening, and tear down. Our venue was one room so we had to transition the space as the night went on and she handled all of that. If there was an issue, I would just text her and it was taken care of asap. My mom thought we didn’t need a day of coordinator at first also, but afterwards she said, “Brittany was amazing. I would literally pay for her to fly anywhere to help with any event I am putting on (my mom’s from CA). She was efficient, had an amazing attitude no matter how much was coming at her, and she was just fun to be around. She worked her butt off all night and was calm, cool, and collected the entire time. FOR TWELVE HOURS. She was worth every penny and more.” And my mom has very high standards 😂😂We had a 200 person wedding with our very loud and chaotic family, but Brittany was not phased for one minute. She really helped me before the wedding also, thinking about the flow of the day and just being a person to bounce things off of because I just didn’t know how long things would take, what the best order of events was, etc.
I just literally LOVED her and am so excited for what is to come for her in her business because she is SLAYING and deserves all the success in the world. I promise if you hire her, you will absolutely not be disappointed.

Brittany was wonderful to work with! We hired her for day of coordination and it could not have been a better decision. We didn't have to worry about anything while getting ready and her along with her assistant set up everything just as I had imagined. Any time I had any concerns about the day she immediately took care of it and eased my concerns. She made sure that the entire day ran smoothly and we were able to keep to the schedule. She also cued everyone to walk down the aisle at the right time and thought of details that I hadn't even had the time to think about. She worked with our other vendors to make sure everyone showed up on time and was prepared for the day. She was also very kind and friendly and made sure we had everything we needed and were doing okay throughout the day. We were so pleased with her service and would highly recommend her!

My partner and I got married at Bellevue Club Hotel and hired Brittany to be our coordinator. She was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was extremely organized, responsive, and attentive leading up to the event and made the day run so smoothly. We were unsure if we needed a coordinator at first but now looking back, we absolutely did and the day would not have gone nearly as smoothly and wonderfully without her. Can't recommend her enough.

Brittany was amazing and made our wedding day run so smoothly. She was very personable, courteous and felt like she was part of the bridal party. She provides an excellent service and really does take the stress off your shoulders. I HIGHLY recommend her for your wedding.

Brittany from BBs Event Planning did a wonderful job as our day of coordinator for our wedding this past July. She was very communicative and friendly. A few weeks before the wedding we had a meeting to go through all of the day of details and she followed through with every single one of them. There was a little mishap that occurred at dinner time and Brittany saw it coming before our guests were affected and she acted so quickly to resolve. Basically- we were running out of food and she was able to see it ahead of time and she went out and got a few boxes of Costco pizza so that our last 3 tables of guests had food to eat, they didn’t even realize it until we told the guests what happened after the reception haha. Her ability to be resourceful is amazing! We highly recommend Brittany if you are looking for a friendly, timely, and resourceful coordinator. Thank you so much Brittany for making our special day run so smooth. We wish you nothing but success.

Brittany was absolutely amazing. At first I was a bit skeptical, coz Brittany said this is her first year of business, and I never met her before my wedding. But Brittany told me she’s been in construction business for over decades, which need very strong operations skills, so I took a chance. After wedding was done I was so grateful feel so lucky I chose her. Britanny arrived prior to noon and stayed till after 10 pm, also brought an assistant with her. She’s very on point we drafted a customized agenda which was realistic and easy to follow. Even though there’s tons of activities, she made sure we have time to EAT. I have 6 bridesmaids and 6 groomsmen everyone was constantly running around, Brittany was able to locate her. The setup of flower arch, table flowers, and cards were so pretty and perfect. Brittany is extremely good at communication, every time she finishes setup she comes back and check with me if it’s what I wanted, and adjust accordingly. She also recommended extra long sparkles sticks for sparkle send off, which was a huge success, we took so many pretty pictures. Honestly, Brittany you’re a pro, and I’m so thankful everything went out perfectly because of you!

Brittany executed my vision, listening to all of my wants and needs throughout the entire day and even meeting up for coffee with me ahead of the big day to review everything. My wedding (at a 100% outdoor venue) got an unexpected rain storm in August and Brittany pivoted flawlessly. I literally love her and am so thankful for her being there for us.

We absolutely love Brittany! She's a fantastic, professional, proactive, flexible, patient, thoughtful wedding planner! We're very happy with our decision to hire her! We hired Brittany for a partial planning consultation on the day of. She checked in with her monthly and provided helpful guidelines and suggestions. She even has a great checklist to help us with planning! She listened and she respected the decision we made. On the day of, she was extremely patient and proactive. She knew her role very well, she did a great job helping with all the decor, helping vendors with setup, and everything during the wedding. Whenever we needed her, she's there. She stayed until the end to help with clean up! She made our wedding day go very smoothly and we didn't have to worry at all. I'm so happy to meet her and work with her! If you're looking for a wedding planner, Brittany is the one you need!

Brittany from BB’s Event Planning was such a big help to us on our daughter’s wedding day. She is the best! She is extremely professional and did an amazing job and our venue looked beautiful. She is easy to talk to and very calm and handled everything so I didn’t have to worry about anything on the day of the wedding. I looked at other day of planners and Brittany was by far the most communicative and reasonable, and she brought an assistant to help with the set-up. We thoroughly enjoyed having her as part of our vendor team!!

Brittany is so fun and easy to work with! She is extremely on top of things, finding vendors and helping get quotes for me before I even had to ask! She is so excited about wedding planning and her passion for it makes the process so fun and stress-free!
