I studied business and got a minor in event planning. After college I got a job in construction as a project manager. I have always loved event planning but just recently decided to jump in and go for it. I have been planning events for as long as I can remember. I have a true passion for nailing down all details small and large and seeing how the overall event comes together. But my favorite part is the love, joy and happiness it brings people.

make our wedding day seamless and stress-free. From the very beginning, Brittany was incredibly organized and thoughtful. She scheduled a preliminary call to understand our needs, offered valuable guidance throughout the planning process, and created a comprehensive Google Doc with our timeline, ceremony details, and vendor contacts, ensuring everything was in one accessible place. As the wedding approached, Brittany checked in regularly to see if we needed any additional support. She also attended our rehearsal the night before, making sure everyone felt confident and prepared. On the big day, Brittany and Greg handled everything flawlessly. Upon arrival they took charge of setup and managed all vendor coordination so we could simply enjoy the day. At one point, when a box of tablecloths went missing, Brittany immediately reached out to a local vendor to secure replacements - all without even needing to involve me! Thankfully, the originals turned up, but I was so impressed by how calmly and efficiently she handled the situation behind the scenes. Every aspect of the day — from setup and timing to cake cutting — flowed perfectly thanks to their attention to detail and teamwork. We also opted for content creation services, and we’re so glad we did. We weren’t looking for TikToks or reels, but rather candid video clips that would help us relive moments we might have missed. Brittany delivered exactly that - and within 24 hours, she sent us a link with all the footage. Watching those clips together on our mini-honeymoon was such a special treat. We are eternally grateful to Brittany and Greg for bringing our vision to life and for helping us truly enjoy every moment of our wedding day. Our coordinators recognized that the caterer was not at the venue and they jumped into action immediately. Basically, I ended up getting a free upgrade to steak (which was a crowd hit by the way) and the caterer was on schedule because of Faith and Kendra! Literally they saved the day and I didn’t have to worry about a thing. Since our wedding was on an extremely hot day we ran out of ice twice and again I had no idea until after the wedding. Our coordinators recognized the issue and fixed it! Highly recommend BBs Event Planning to any bride that wants to have a smooth happy wedding day! :)

helping us build out our timeline, and offering smart questions to ask that hadn’t even crossed my mind. She took a true partnership approach! The weekend of the wedding, Brittany was a total rockstar. She coordinated both our welcome party the night before and the full wedding day with grace and precision. She arrived promptly, immediately sorted through all of our supplies, favors, and decor, and brought it all from our Airbnb to the venue. And without much direction at all, just ran with it and brought our vision to life. Our venue was very DIY, and we had asked some of our friends and family to help with setup. Brittany delegated like a pro, looping everyone in, giving them clear (and fun!) tasks, and making the whole thing feel easy and collaborative. She expertly ran our ceremony rehearsal (we would’ve been a mess without her guidance here - eek!), seamlessly flipped the layout from ceremony to reception, and made everything look stunning. She even recorded all our toasts and dances and shared them with us which was such a sweet, unexpected touch. At the end of the night, she packed everything up, and then sent us a text with where everything was stored, and flagged anything we needed to take care of the next morning. She was my brain, my eyes, my ears all weekend so that we could just be present and enjoy the moment. I can’t recommend her enough. Thank you BB!!!

She made sure that the entire day ran smoothly and we were able to keep to the schedule. ng we had a meeting to go through all of the day of details and she followed through with every single one of them. There was a little mishap that occurred at dinner time and Brittany saw it coming before our guests were affected and she acted so quickly to resolve. Basically- we were running out of food and she was able to see it ahead of time and she went out and got a few boxes of Costco pizza so that our last 3 tables of guests had food to eat, they didn’t even realize it until we told the guests what happened after the reception haha. Her ability to be resourceful is amazing! We highly recommend Brittany if you are looking for a friendly, timely, and resourceful coordinator. he’s been in construction business for over decades, which need very strong operations skills, so I took a chance. After wedding was done I was so grateful feel so lucky I chose her. Britanny arrived prior to noon and stayed till after 10 pm, also brought an assistant with her. She’s very on point we drafted a customized agenda which was realistic and easy to follow. Even though there’s tons of activities, she made sure we have time to EAT. I have 6 bridesmaids and 6 groomsmen everyone was constantly running around, Brittany was able to locate her. The setup of flower arch, table flowers, and cards were so pretty and perfect. Brittany is extremely good at communication, every time she finishes setup she comes back and check with me if it’s what I wanted, and adjust accordingly. She also recommended extra long sparkles sticks for sparkle send off, which was a huge success, we took so many pretty pictures. Honestly, Brittany you’re a pro, and I’m so thankful everything went out perfectly because of you!

She listened and she respected the decision we made. On the day of, she was extremely patient and proactive. She knew her role very well, she did a great job helping with all the decor, helping vendors with setup, and everything during the wedding. Whenever we needed her, she's there. She stayed until the end to help with clean up! She made our wedding day go very smoothly and we didn't have to worry at all. I'm so happy to meet her and work with her! If you're looking for a wedding planner, Brittany is the one you need!

d beautiful. She is easy to talk to and very calm and handled everything so I didn’t have to worry about anything on the day of the wedding. I looked at other day of planners and Brittany was by far the most communicative and reasonable, and she brought an assistant to help with the set-up. We thoroughly enjoyed having her as part of our vendor team!!

ay, but Brittany is all good vibes. I cannot stress this enough: do not skip a day of coordinator. I had a tight budget and went back and forth a lot about hiring her, but thank GAWD I did. She did SO MUCH that I thought I would be able to have family and friends help with, but now on the other side of it, I am so glad I didn’t go that route. I know things would have just either fallen back on me or those things would have been on my mind all day. She took care of set up, coordinating the flow of the evening, and tear down. Our venue was one room so we had to transition the space as the night went on and she handled all of that. If there was an issue, I would just text her and it was taken care of asap. My mom thought we didn’t need a day of coordinator at first also, but afterwards she said, “Brittany was amazing. I would literally pay for her to fly anywhere to help with any event I am putting on (my mom’s from CA). She was efficient, had an amazing attitude no matter how much was coming at her, and she was just fun to be around. She worked her butt off all night and was calm, cool, and collected the entire time. FOR TWELVE HOURS. She was worth every penny and more.” And my mom has very high standards 😂😂We had a 200 person wedding with our very loud and chaotic family, but Brittany was not phased for one minute. She really helped me before the wedding also, thinking about the flow of the day and just being a person to bounce things off of because I just didn’t know how long things would take, what the best order of events was, etc. I just literally LOVED her and am so excited for what is to come for her in her business because she is SLAYING and deserves all the success in the world. I promise if you hire her, you will absolutely not be disappointed.
