When we decided we wanted to have a wedding instead of a small intimate elopement, we were so overwhelmed with all of the moving pieces and coordination. We were the first of our friends to get married and we had no idea what to expect (cue waves of moments of overwhelm & despair). However, as soon as we hired Brittany, so much of our anxiety went away! Brittany and her team was one of the best decisions we ever made.
She has made every part of this process so smooth — from vendor coordination to reviewing contracts to problem solving last minute changes. I was struggling with decision fatigue and paralysis and she always stepped in at the right time to bring me clarity. My feelings of anxiety and despair at the start of planning this turned into so much excitement as she guided me through the process.
Brittany was especially brilliant day of! As someone who often worries about the small details, I never had to worry about anything during the wedding! She knew how important it was for us to slow down and enjoy time with the guests, and at no point did she ever make us feel rushed or that we were behind schedule! She so thoughtfully shifted the schedule so that we could maximize our time with friends and family (as that was our #1 priority) — and our guests constantly came up to us to tell us how well paced everything was. We are so grateful that she created pockets for us to rest if we needed to catch our breath but also for us to just take it in.
Because of her, the day did not feel rushed or fast at all. We felt so full and so present throughout the day, knowing that if there was anything that needed to be smoothed over, that she got it.
Now that planning is over, I’m almost sad that I won’t have the opportunity to work with her again (I will likely find another excuse in the future). She has been our rock, and our source of peace all throughout. Our wedding was perfection in all ways, and she truly made it possible.
Post wedding, we are grateful to fondly go over the pictures and videos she took of us while we wait for our photos to come in. Before, during, and after the wedding, she truly has been the best! Thank you Brittany & McKenzie!

sessions, and one of the biggest things I realized through working with her is that it’s not always the big ideas that make an event successful—it’s all the little details that make everything flow seamlessly. Brittany helped identify gaps I never would have thought of, brought up important details I had overlooked, and gave incredibly helpful advice that ultimately made our wedding day run so smoothly.
Our day-of coordinators, Haeley and Caroline, were nothing short of incredible. I genuinely do not know how we would have pulled off our wedding without them.
I especially cannot sing Haeley’s praises enough. She worked her tail off from beginning to end. She was friendly, hardworking, calm, and constantly creating solutions before I even knew there was a problem. At one point, one of my friends was setting up our signage and realized there was an issue with one of the stands. She turned to Haeley and said, “This is a problem. I don’t know what to do.” Haeley’s response was, “I don’t see problems. All I see is solutions.” That pretty much sums up exactly who you want beside you on your wedding day.
Because of Haeley, Caroline, Brittany, and the entire BB’s Events team, I was able to be fully present and actually enjoy my wedding instead of worrying about logistics or what was happening behind the scenes. That alone was priceless.
If you’re debating whether or not to hire a wedding coordinator, I’m telling you: hire one. And I truly could not recommend BB’s Events more.
10/10. Five stars. Absolutely worth it.

From the very beginning, Brittany was incredibly organized and thoughtful. She scheduled a preliminary call to understand our needs, offered valuable guidance throughout the planning process, and created a comprehensive Google Doc with our timeline, ceremony details, and vendor contacts, ensuring everything was in one accessible place.
As the wedding approached, Brittany checked in regularly to see if we needed any additional support. She also attended our rehearsal the night before, making sure everyone felt confident and prepared.
On the big day, Brittany and Greg handled everything flawlessly. Upon arrival they took charge of setup and managed all vendor coordination so we could simply enjoy the day. At one point, when a box of tablecloths went missing, Brittany immediately reached out to a local vendor to secure replacements - all without even needing to involve me! Thankfully, the originals turned up, but I was so impressed by how calmly and efficiently she handled the situation behind the scenes.
Every aspect of the day — from setup and timing to cake cutting — flowed perfectly thanks to their attention to detail and teamwork.
We also opted for content creation services, and we’re so glad we did. We weren’t looking for TikToks or reels, but rather candid video clips that would help us relive moments we might have missed. Brittany delivered exactly that - and within 24 hours, she sent us a link with all the footage. Watching those clips together on our mini-honeymoon was such a special treat.
We are eternally grateful to Brittany and Greg for bringing our vision to life and for helping us truly enjoy every moment of our wedding day. BB’s Event Planning is exceptional - professional, kind, and absolutely indispensable!

I had know idea that our caterer got the dates mixed up for our wedding until I was eating dinner! Our coordinators recognized that the caterer was not at the venue and they jumped into action immediately. Basically, I ended up getting a free upgrade to steak (which was a crowd hit by the way) and the caterer was on schedule because of Faith and Kendra! Literally they saved the day and I didn’t have to worry about a thing.
Since our wedding was on an extremely hot day we ran out of ice twice and again I had no idea until after the wedding. Our coordinators recognized the issue and fixed it!
Highly recommend BBs Event Planning to any bride that wants to have a smooth happy wedding day! :)

Brittany ran around making sure everyone and everything was ready and that everyone involved in the ceremony was good to go until the moment it started. Once it had ended, she was immediately nearby, making sure we had a drink and were good to go for the next part of the evening!
Brittany checked in with us just the right amount throughout the night to ensure we were having a great time and had everything we needed to enjoy our special day! She was awesome. Everyone should consider Brittany as their day-of coordinator!

r planning document was detailed and well organized. Faith executed it all to perfection on the wedding day. Faith was kind and graceful and always on top of it. She helped my family relax and really enjoy our big day. She facilitated a flawless ceremony and a great rehearsal dinner. Not easy with my big family! Faith also checked in with me on with the timeline of events throughout the day so that we could relax and know it was taken care of. She even stayed to clean up afterwards. helping us build out our timeline, and offering smart questions to ask that hadn’t even crossed my mind. She took a true partnership approach!
The weekend of the wedding, Brittany was a total rockstar. She coordinated both our welcome party the night before and the full wedding day with grace and precision. She arrived promptly, immediately sorted through all of our supplies, favors, and decor, and brought it all from our Airbnb to the venue. And without much direction at all, just ran with it and brought our vision to life.
Our venue was very DIY, and we had asked some of our friends and family to help with setup. Brittany delegated like a pro, looping everyone in, giving them clear (and fun!) tasks, and making the whole thing feel easy and collaborative. She expertly ran our ceremony rehearsal (we would’ve been a mess without her guidance here - eek!), seamlessly flipped the layout from ceremony to reception, and made everything look stunning.
She even recorded all our toasts and dances and shared them with us which was such a sweet, unexpected touch. At the end of the night, she packed everything up, and then sent us a text with where everything was stored, and flagged anything we needed to take care of the next morning.
She was my brain, my eyes, my ears all weekend so that we could just be present and enjoy the moment. I can’t recommend her enough. Thank you BB!!!

nd her along with her assistant set up everything just as I had imagined. Any time I had any concerns about the day she immediately took care of it and eased my concerns. She made sure that the entire day ran smoothly and we were able to keep to the schedule. She also cued everyone to walk down the aisle at the right time and thought of details that I hadn't even had the time to think about. She worked with our other vendors to make sure everyone showed up on time and was prepared for the day. She was also very kind and friendly and made sure we had everything we needed and were doing okay throughout the day. We were so pleased with her service and would highly recommend her!
