I got married in my sister's backyard and BC Tent definitely helped to transform it into a wedding venue. Valerie was who I was initially contacting. She's extremely helpful and great at explaining a lot about how things will look and what to expect. I also met Rhona & Phil, they were both incredibly nice and helpful as well. The tent was beautiful, lights and the walls were just what I wanted (even though I didn't know that until I saw it). The issue was the tent was super late & they were setting up until 9pm the night before my wedding. I was disappointed & definitely stressed out. I was told they would arrive at 12 noon... then they told me it would be later but couldn't give me a time. They arrived around 4pm. I was told that the tables would be set up according to the floor plan Rhona & I came up with. They weren't. The dance floor was placed and when I asked the guys about set up, they told me that they only drop off the tables & chairs-- no setup. So my bridesmaids & I rolled up our sleeves at 9pm and started moving these tables. I didn't get to bed until 11pm the night before my wedding. It did not say in the contract that they set it up, so I can't really complain I guess. As for the value, I have no idea what to compare it to, I got quotes from other places but certain items were more expensive & certain things were less expensive. I think I found a happy medium as far as the cost goes. I did love working with Valerie because she was quick with emails, helpful with my questions and gave great advice. I think that's why I stuck with this vendor. She gets five stars from me.

BC Tent and Awning came recommended to us via a family friend who works in the event sales business. We rented a 30’x45’ tent for a backyard wedding reception. They came out and measured the space on our schedule and took pictures so they could ensure they sent just the right tent. When my sister then installed a fence and a fire pit in her backyard, they then came back to check and make sure everything would still fit (luckily it did!) They were easy to work with on the phone and very responsive. They even reached out to our other vendors to see if they needed any cords or tables for their setup. On the day of the reception, we couldn’t find the extension cords for the fans. I called them, and they sent someone out. We did find the cords behind something else and cancelled the call, but they were going to ensure that we had everything that we needed. The one glitch we had was the wireless speaker. We ordered it to play music off of an iPhone. I asked during tent setup if the battery would last and was ensured it would. It did, however, end up dying with about an hour to go. We had another speaker from the house to use, but I wish that one had lasted the whole time. Other than that one glitch, they whole experience was great. Every need was met and taken care of. I would highly recommend BC Tent and Awning to anyone.

We rented a 40x60 foot century pole tent with lighting along with tables & chairs for 120 people from BC tent. They delivered when they said they would and were professional putting the tent up and taking it down. We went with them over Peterson party rental even though the wedding was in Woburn because they were a few hundred dollars cheaper. & the tent was great! Only issue was I tried calling them the week before the wedding to add some 8 foot banquet tables that my caterer needed but they were sold out. Make sure you order everything you need early otherwise they might not have it last minute. Who knew a party rental place would run out of tables!

My parents hosted our rehearsal dinner at their home and at the last minute we decided we wanted a tent. It took us a few tries to get someone over to the property but he was able to help my dad decide on the appropriate size tent for our party. We also rented chairs, lighting and a dance floor. Our backyard was transformed to an elegant venue.
