Jerry was an AMAZING day-of coordinator! He was kind, detail-oriented and so, so helpful. Our day went so smoothly due to his amazing work. He coordinated with all of our vendors and made suggestions of others. We are so grateful for him - he made the day such a stress-free one!

Jerry was incredibly communicative and always very prepared. He helped us consider elements of our ceremony that we hadn't even thought about. He was also warm and friendly and helped everyone feel at ease. We hired him just to coordinate day-of and he was thorough and willing to put a lot of time into preparing for our meetings and communicating in the weeks leading up to the event. We wish we had hired him more than a month before the wedding!

We first met Jerry at a Wedding Showcase in NJ. Jerry impressed us from the start with his great positive personality. He has a way about him which is just super calm and inviting. Which trust me, on your wedding day, you will have enough stress so you need somebody to help coordinate everything and make you feel calm and relieved. Jerry and his assistant Marilyn were there for us every step of the way between emails months in advance to answer some of our questions about vendors or to meet up in person for coffee just to give us some guidance. He was a treasure to work with and he coordinated the “Day Of” the wedding perfectly. Jerry was basically like a quarterback - he coordinated all the plays and he had the whole team aligned amazingly. He is a seasoned pro and knows the right questions to ask, timeframe everything should be done in, and exactly how to help every step of the way. When the night was over we truly felt like we had won the championship game under Jerry’s guidance. And we were super impressed he and Marilyn even stayed to supervise cleanup operations til 2AM! They even made sure we got our wedding cake wrapped up and all our wedding gifts/cards were safely placed in our room. Overall the level of service you will receive from Jerry and his team is unprecedented and many people in the industry say Jerry is underpriced for all the help & attention he gives his clients. We would definitely recommend hiring Jerry and Marilyn for your wedding or any other event - trust us, you will be so happy that you did!

WEDDING ANGEL! After saying "yes" to my future husband, the BEST decision I made for my wedding was to hire Jerry and Beardsley Events. Jerry was supposed to be our "day-of" coordinator, but he helped us through the entire process. His attention to detail is unequaled and his positive attitude got me through the most stressful of times. Our wedding was intensely DIY and Jerry took care of everything. We were actually able to enjoy our day without worrying about logistics or anything else. Having him and Marilyn felt like having the most loving, most capable, family members surrounding us to make sure everything went perfectly. And everything did! I cannot imagine anyone planning their wedding without the help of Beardsley Events. If the price was TRIPLED it still would have been the best investment and greatest bargain for our special day. I truly cannot say enough good things about Jerry and Beardsley Events!
