When I initially met with Jen to go over my bridal shower and wedding flowers I knew I was going to love her! I gave her my ideas and she was very quick to get me a proposal with my selected flowers and pricing. Over time, what I wanted changed and evolved a bit and she was very quick, responsive, and rolled with all the changes so wonderfully. She was able to give me ideas and options of swapping out some flowers for very similar ones and changing up table arrangements in order to stay within our budget. She was also able to offer suggestions for similar looking flowers I was interested in that weren’t in season. My flowers for my bridal shower were exactly what I wanted and I was so happy with them! When my flowers arrived the day of the wedding I was blown👏🏼away👏🏼. She absolutely NAILED IT and completely brought my dream flowers to fruition! She was a dream to work with — incredibly kind, knowledgeable, helpful, and talented! Cannot say enough good things about Jen and her team!!!!! They really deliver on your vision.

Absolutely stunning flowers! Jen was so sweet and easy to work with. She walked step by step through EVERY floral need we could possibly think of, and made sure to provide us with exactly what we asked for. Her staff also delivered our flowers and helped with set up. My bouquet, the floral decor, the boutonnières, everything was gorgeous. Service and product were excellent and I would highly recommend this shop for your wedding flowers!

Jen and her team did flowers for our wedding a few weeks ago and they turned out beautifully!! Jen was very thorough during our meetings prior to our event and made the whole process very smooth and easy for us! She proactively reached out to other relevant vendors of mine to coordinate with them, which took work off me, which was awesome!!! Her work is beautiful and it is obvious Jen is very passionate about what she does! Jen and her crew were amazing! They were the first vendors we booked after the venue and Jen took great notes and showed us great impromptu examples of the sorts of flowers and decorations she had available and how they could be arranged. She also worked with us on where we could make things more affordable - like having our bridesmaids bouquets be the decorations for the head table. Her team was so helpful day of-- going above and beyond. They didn't just deliver the flowers and arrange them, but they helped with the corsages and even helped my family set up the guest place cards. Truly cannot recommend Jen enough!

Jen and her team did an amazing job with our wedding flowers! We started this process with a one on one meeting with Jen in a private room with all of her rental options on display. She had our planning form pulled up on a TV so we see all the different flowers she would add to our arrangements. I loved seeing all the rentals in person so we could decide exactly what we wanted. Jen is an expert at her job! She really knows her stuff! She also did an excellent job working with our budget. For example, she scaled down the boutonnières so more of our budget could go to our centerpieces. She also provides the option to return the rentals after the wedding yourself to save money on delivery! My flowers were everything I've dreamed of and more. I received SO many complements on them from my guests. I was able to take a centerpiece home and enjoy it for 2 weeks after my wedding! Could not be happier!!

Jen made our flower dreams come true! Right from the start, Jen was personable and matched our vision of what we wanted. Without me even saying, she had picked a centerpiece out of my Pinterest that was my favorite. On the day of the wedding, her team decorated the arch, tables and surrounding area so beautifully. Not to mention how GORGEROUS the bouquets were! We would highly suggest working with Jen and her team!

My wife and I recently got married at the Toledo Zoo and booked our flowers and rented much of our decor through Beautiful Blooms by Jen. First and foremost, I want to express out gratitude toward Jen for working with us and allowing us to reschedule our big day due to COVID. The flexibility and professionalism was incredibly appreciated as we navigated that difficult decision. Over the course of our lengthy engagement, Jen readily updated our contract, including maneuvering money originally put toward extra centerpieces into beautiful hair pieces for each of our bridesmaids. When we picked up those hair pieces, we even found the PERFECT vase for our Unity Ceremony in their store. The flowers and rental pieces (floating glass centerpieces) were delivered on time and decorated beautifully. I would certainly recommend using Beautiful Blooms by Jen for your wedding - you will no be disappointed as her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail are out of this world amazing.

Beautiful Blooms by Jen provided the flowers for my wedding and they did an amazing job! After our initial meeting, it was clear that Jen understood my vision for the flowers. Throughout the process, she explained the pricing of different options before we settled on something. She knew my budget from the start and helped me to stay within the budget while not sacrificing my vision. A few months before the wedding I found a greenery chandelier on Instagram and decided I needed to have one. Jen put me into contact with Mager Designs, and the two of them were able to make my wish come to life. Our bouquets were absolutely stunning. When I walked into the reception hall and saw the greenery chandelier in person I could have cried. It was perfect. I cannot recommend Beautiful Blooms by Jen enough!

Jen was absolutely amazing!! When I saw my bouquet at my wedding I was in awe!! It was exactly how I imagined it would look! Jen was so easy to communicate with and made the whole process so easy! She was always open to making changes to make sure everything was perfect.

BBBJ was an awesome florist for my wedding. Everyone was complementing the arrangements that day. Jen was great to work with for coordinating colors and themes, especially through Zoom and phone calls during the pandemic. They were also super accommodating with planning flowers between this year for a smaller reception and next year for the large reception.

We came in 4 weeks before my daughter’s wedding (which was 4 days after Christmas) to see what would be possible to do on a low budget and with not a lot of notice and the bride being in town to help out. Everyone was so helpful and did an amazing job. My daughter’s bouquet and her sisters were beautiful and were very fragrant. The bouquets held up for several weeks after the wedding and looked just as beautiful as her wedding day. We will be having another wedding coming up and can’t wait to see what can be done with a bigger budget and more planning time.

Jen is amazing! She was recommended to me by the florist that she worked for before she started her own business. She takes her time meeting with you to get a true feel for what you want. Then she takes your ideas and wishes and is able to give multiple options at different price points, so you can easily decide what you want for your wedding day. I had full service delivery including pinning boutonnieres. Jen even delivered my flowers herself. There were many issues on my wedding day, but my flowers were not one of them. I highly recommend Jen and still order flowers from her to this day for all occasions!

Jen was AMAZING to work with. When I met with Jen I only knew of a few flowers I liked, that unfortunately weren't in season during my wedding, she had talked with me about the options of fake flowers, or other flowers that would be in season, and showed me examples that I ultimately liked better for my bouquet. I had also come to her with an idea of hoop bridemaids bouquets that I had been thinking about buying online, and centerpieces that I wanted to make myself. She ended up quoting me less than the online store for custom hoop bouquets, and found me bulk flowers for my centerpieces, that I could just add to what I had already done. Ultimately we ended up going with silk flowers, and Jen found the most amazing, real looking silk flowers, and I absolutely loved them. Jen's customer service was also amazing, we had the option of her team delivering our flowers, of us picking them up, and even had options for them assembling our centerpieces. Jen was also very attentive and made sure to communicate with us frequently leading up to our wedding, even when there were changes to our bridal party. I cannot recommend BBBJ enough, they were truly amazing.

Jen did an AMAZING job with our wedding! I had a few ideas of what I wanted and she helped to make everything a cohesive look and reality! My bouquet smelled amazing and I kept sticking it in peoples faces to enjoy it like I was. Jen and her team were true professionals and knew the wedding business in Toledo to the point that I didn’t have to worry about being a middle man to decide the timing of everything since they talked with our other vendors. I cannot begin to express in words how amazing Jen is to work with. I swear I changed my floral vision many many times and each time I emailed or called Jen to discuss my changes, she adapted and worked with it! She made sure wedding vision came to life exactly. I have known Jen and her shop since my freshman year of high school, so I knew that the flowers for my wedding would be fantastic! Working with Jen and her team in this capacity was one of the most enjoyable experiences of my entire planning process. She was able to expand upon my ideas for bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, and centerpieces. Jen, Colleen, and Sarah worked together to make sure that we could get all of the glassware down to the reception venue ahead of time since we were getting married out of town so that only the flowers needed to be delivered by the shop. All of the flowers were more amazing than I could have anticipated! They were vibrant, elegant, and withstood the antics of the bridal party throughout the wedding and reception. Many guests were surprised that the orchids in our centerpieces were real because they had never seen the blush colored ones before. We even had flowers to top our cake and Sarah made me a special barrette with flowers since she knew I would not be wearing my veil at the reception. The team even took the time to preserve my bouquet and one of the bridesmaid bouquets for us to treasure. I wish that I lived closer so that my husband could fill the wonderful vases we received as presents with flowers from Beautiful Blooms all the time!

Jen was awesome from the first time I spoke with her. She was really cool about keeping things in my budget, and offering lots of suggestions and design ideas. If I ever had a question or change to our ideas she would e-mail me within minutes with feedback (impressive for anyone - but she had a newborn!). I had our flowers delivered to our reception and ceremony space which was so worth it with how busy we were day of - I would definitely suggest it. The BBBJ girls also gave us tips on how to hold our bouquets for pictures which I really appreciated. All-in-all one of my favorite vendors and I'd pick her again and again!

Jen was great to work with! I was very unsure what I wanted and she helped me piece my vision together to make it perfect. My flowers at my wedding were beautiful and all round amazing!

I am so glad that I went with Beautiful Blooms by Jen. Both she and her staff were very friendly & helpful throughout the entire wedding planning phase. Everything also came together beautifully for the wedding! From the bouquets & boutonnieres to the center pieces and the cake, everything was simply gorgeous. All the arrangements turned out EXACTLY the way I had pictured them to be. After my father passed away suddenly in December (they even did a few arrangements for his memorial service), Jen & her team were very understanding and helpful throughout the whole process of making certain changes. They were even able to include a picture of my dad in my bridal bouquet, which added a personal and sentimental touch for me. Jen and her team were absolutely amazing with my February 2017 wedding. I had my first consultation with Jen and she immediately understood the essence that I was going for our special day, and was able to show me examples and pictures of floral ideas. I was hooked and in love! She offered a variety of quotes/packages and was able to update changes that I made along the way - including being able to rent candelabras for some of the centerpieces. She was able to stay within my budget. Her team was organized and right on schedule the day of the wedding - I seriously did not have to worry about anything! I was blown away the first time I saw my bouquet....it was just stunning. I think my favorite thing was that she was able to incorporate the lace sleeve of my mother's wedding dress into the bouquet. We were very happy with the flowers and decorations, it was exactly what we had envisioned and Jen did a great job making it happen!

First of all, I am so not a flower girl and put it at the bottom of my list of priorities. I also planned my wedding from states away but Jen was ALWAYS making sure she was in the loop. We met once to discuss my vision, but ultimately I just gave her access to my Pinterest Wedding board and she made it come to life. She delivered to three different locations the day of my wedding with no gripes, made a tiny flower crown for our two month old daughter, and just executed everything flawlessly. I got a sneak peek of our reception venue while everyone else was at cocktail hour and OMG. Jen and her team saw my vision, improved upon it, and just delivered it to me with such ease. My bouquets are also STILL ALIVE! A week later!!! Hands down incredibly impressed. I AM NOW A BELIEVER IN WEDDING FLOWERS! Her invoice structure makes planning easy (has pictures to show what you're selecting or paying for), and it was really easy to add and change things up until the week before the wedding. The absolute only thing that could have made the process easier is being able to pay for weddings my debit or credit card. Jen only takes checks or cash for weddings which is fine, just made things slower for me since I was planning remotely. Thank you SO MUCH JEN AND SAM!!! I couldn't have fallen in love with my wedding without your beautiful touches!

Outstanding. Far better then we could have ever imagined. Everything was placed and put together beautifully. Everything from the flowers in the chapel to the tables at the reception were wonderful. Beautiful Blooms by Jen added that extra special touch to our wedding day. When we first met with Jen she was able to make my “Pinterest dreams” that were way over what my actual budget was come to life by changing everything to be within our budget and yet still delivering a gorgeous product. I LOVED my flowers! Jen offered some great advice and tips as well. We had a black and white wedding and decided to add a pop of blush in my bouquet. Wow does it look amazing in pictures! My husband and I were the only two with anemone as part of my bouquet and his boutonniere which helped set us apart as the bride and groom. We also had everything delivered to the church the day of the wedding. I would highly recommend this as well. They put on all of the groomsmen, fathers, grandfathers, and grooms boutonnieres and gave myself as well as the bridesmaids the inside scoop on how to hold our bouquets etc. Little things but when its not something you do on a regular basis it really makes a difference. I would highly recommend Jen and her staff. They have great customer service, are super friendly and deliver a beautiful product. They really made my vision come to life!

Jen and her staff are absolutely tremendous. Her passion for botany and perfection make her an absolutely amazing florist. Our centerpieces were breathtaking and bouquets were vibrant and beautiful. Plus, Jen always gave me the time and attention to work through the small details (including when the parents were pushy or off track); Jen could always use facts and experience to explain things would work well together and why. Also, after the initial consultation, Jen presented 3 monetary options (budget friendly, moderate, extravagant). Jen was so flexible and creative to give us the look we wanted for the price we wanted, all while maintaining the highest quality of product.

My wedding flowers and centerpieces from BBBJ turned out better than I even imagined! They were exactly what I envisioned and I am still so in love with my flowers! The colors, the little details, were exactly what I wanted! Wedding planning was stressful but I really enjoyed working with Jen. She made the process really smooth and I was confident with her and her team's ability that they'd do an awesome job, and they did just that! My fiance and I were on a tighter budget and were worried about the cost, but Jen is very accommodating and gives different price point options based on what you're wanting. Jen and her team did an amazing job. From my initial consultation I told her what my budget was, and my likes and dislikes, and she brought every thing to life! She does not pressure you to spend more money than you want, and she has so many fresh, creative ideas. Her staff delivered our flowers on site exactly when they said they would and we had no problems whatsoever. Every thing was perfect!! I especially loved my beautiful cake toppers that Jen designed that coordinated with my bouquet.

Jen and her staff we're 100% from day one for me. Jen was awesome to work with while planning, so professional yet laid back enough I felt like I was bouncing ideas around with one of my girlfriends. The day of, Sarah and another assistant set up at the venue and presented us girls with our flowers. She had lots of tips to get us through the day. I was also able to see our venue come to life between taking pictures and I had to pick my jaw up off the floor every time I passed through. Flowers was the one thing I was clueless about during wedding planning and I can't be happier with the decision of going through Jen.

I am still completely in awe of how beautiful all the flowers for our wedding were, and how great Jen was to work with! She made the planning process easy from long distance in California and worked with my ideas and budget. Her assistants also made wedding day effortless, tracking down bridal party, moms, dads, etc. to affix their flowers inside the church while I got ready. I had not planned to have my bouquet preserved, but it was just too lovely to not have as a keepsake. Jen doesn't do preservation at her shop, but sent me to her recommendation that does. Overall I just can't think of anything I could have improved upon. Jen and her staff really have an eye for detail and made our day even more special.

Jen and her staff was awesome! At our reception, each table had a different centerpiece with flowers and Jen was willing to work with all my ideas! She and her staff put a lot of work in preparing our flowers and was very detailed. Our bouquets and accent flowers were beautiful as well as my flower crown halo. I am so happy we went with Jen and her staff!

After our first meeting with BBBJ, we knew we had to go with them as our florist! Jen was so incredibly helpful and was great at giving her advice and expertise. Once we had decided on the details, I knew she would make sure everything was perfect! Everyone was blown away by how beautiful our flowers and centerpieces were on the day of. Everything leading up to the big day was also so smooth and painless. I would definitely recommend Jen and her team for any floral needs! She takes the stress right out of it!!

Jen was fantastic!! She sat down with us on several occasions to get our vision of what we wanted and even incorporated all of our Pinterest ideas! She made all of my bouquets and center pieces look fantastic and elegant and even incorporated the twinkle trees I wanted to make our reception space look magical! We were referred to BBBJ 3 months before our wedding by our wedding venue after our original florist fell off the face of the earth, because it seems professionalism and wedding vendors just doesn't seem to mix. Jen's responsiveness was a breath of fresh air. She was very quick at answering my emails and staying in touch, which was wonderful since I was an out of state bride. She had an abundance of ideas to help keep us near budget, and seemed to get the feel of what we were going for. One thing that I really appreciated was they added two aisle decor pieces day of, due to a change in the aisle set up with no questions asked AND no charge. There were a few things though that myself or others were not pleased with though. 1. Before I went in to pay the final balance, I emailed Jen wanting to verify that the price was correct. She emailed back confirming that she had looked over it and all was correct. Well when I went in to pay, they actually forgot to add in an entire centerpiece which was a additional 10% to the final bill. 2. Jen or an assistant did not stay to help pin the boutonnieres on the grandparents/god-parents (which I generally is a service florists are supposed to provide) Jen arrived with the flowers, quickly told us how to keep them fresh, and then left to go to other eagerly awaiting brides. While I understand they she was extremely busy, there was some confusion on the location of the flowers and what flowers were meant for whom, and there was no one to ask and they weren't marked accordingly. 3. My husband's boutonniere was not how I had wanted it, nor how I discussed it with Jen. When I went to her for my in person consultation we reviewed pictures of specifically what I wanted, I had already shown these to her in email and that image was in our contract. I had told her I wanted a succulent to be the main focus (to match my bouquet) and have a small white flower accent. However, his boutonniere was mainly the white flower and the small succulent was hidden by the flower. although a trivial thing, it annoyed me since I had been so specific with my wishes. Overall, it's these details are the things separate a true professional (which doesn't seem to exist in Toledo) from the rest. All things aside, our wedding flowers were gorgeous.

Jen was fantastic to work with! I went in with an idea of what I already wanted and she made them even better. All of the arrangements were beautiful and our guests were wowed with the centerpieces. I would recommend Jen to anyone!

Jen was amazing to work with. Before I even met her she scoped out my Pinterest page and already had several ideas in mind. She offered three different options for our centerpieces and even let me bring in my own lanterns and pails to hold the flowers. All the centerpieces looked like they belonged together. The groomsmen had boutonnières incorporating nautical rope and they came out better than I had pictured in my mind! Jen came herself to pin the men and hand delivered my bouquet! So thoughtful. My boquet was so beautiful that we had pieces preserved. She worked within our budget and offered options in 3 different price points and painted a beautiful picture of what everything would look like. Also she returned with a quote in less than 24 hours-- amazing!!
