My advice would be to thoroughly review the final proposal - anything in gray is “optional” and to request a final meeting to walk through. While nobody except me and my mom knew the items were missing, I was disappointed that things I communicated via email and in person were ultimately missed.

the wedding, but they do this all day everyday and know what they are doing. During your planning meeting, you have to rely heavily on other photos, if you want a specific flower, be vocal about it. Other than communication being scattered, I thought beautiful blooms did an incredible job. It is a no brainer to use them, especially when getting married at a Cescaphe venue.

the reception decor—mostly candles—was absolutely stunning. It created such a warm, romantic atmosphere, and everything looked elegant and perfectly aligned with what we had envisioned. The only downside was that some of the flowers we received weren’t as fresh or beautiful as we had hoped, and the flowers we requested for our getting ready location weren’t quite what we had envisioned either. However, some of these hiccups could have been due to the winter season, which may have made certain flowers less available or harder to work with. Despite these small setbacks, the overall experience was positive, and I would still recommend Beautiful Blooms to anyone looking for a florist!

They were pretty flexible with a unique request my mom had too. They also did a great job with set up and breakdown, and with the seating chart signage they designed for me. The day before the wedding, Shannon showed me a photo of my bouquet with zinnias she had picked from her friend's garden, just for my bouquet! That truly was so sweet and showed me how much they care. for when final tweaks to the order were due. On the day of the florals were absolutely stunning. They executed exactly how I had hoped - really lovely bouquets, ceremony florals and centerpieces. Really loved the flexibility to reuse florals between the ceremony & reception and the variety of options for how to decorate the reception tables (big arrangements, mixed buds with candles, or just candles).
Advice for anyone looking to hire a florist, in hindsight I would have asked in advance how large some of the arrangements were - the singular centerpieces for the reception were really large & beautiful but if I had known how big they would be, I might have downsized to save a little more $$.
All in all, really happy with Beautiful Blooms' work & it was a pleasure working with them!

ible to work with from the start, and she took our budget extremely seriously and did everything in her power to keep us within it. The venue was more stunning and beautiful than our wildest dreams. My bouquet made me cry. They installed a gorgeous hanging installation and a very cool black and white checkered dance floor. The venue was dotted with the most gorgeous candles, and BB nailed our vision for the centerpieces. And most importantly, our ceremony was incredible. We were worried all week that we couldn't have our dream ceremony in the courtyard of the venue and that we would have to move it inside due to weather. Of coure it downpoured. But once we saw the setup inside, we let go of every single care in the world. It was far more beautiful than we thought possible, and walking down the aisle felt like walking through a dream. We cannot recommend Beautiful Blooms highly enough.

el of service and communication I found to be quite poor and loose, you really have to stay on top of them and get very specific (and get everything in writing). Additionally, no one ever reached out to me for any sort of final confirmation or sign off of the bill or order, and when I reached out to them a couple weeks before, they said it was “too late and the flowers were already ordered” (even though the quantities and some of the colors were wrong). After much back and forth (and even remaking of the bouquets two days prior), the flower pieces that day did look nice, and all was well, but nothing about Beautiful Blooms is spectacular, whether it is the service or the output. If you don’t have a specific flower vision and don’t particularly care about the flowers at your wedding, it’s fine to use them if it’s convenient for you. Otherwise, I’d suggest looking elsewhere. Or if you are using Cescaphe, only use them for what you really need to.
