I was a Cescaphe bride so this was the easiest option as someone who didn't care much about flowers and didn't want to spend a lot of time researching or a lot of $ on flowers. Easy to work with; professional and a good mix of directive and flexible. I loved the end product of my flowers more than I expected - they were beautiful and held up well. They were pretty flexible with a unique request my mom had too. They also did a great job with set up and breakdown, and with the seating chart signage they designed for me. I thought the prices were still pretty high, but I couldn't find anything cheaper so that might just be the going rate. Based on the results I do recommend!

Beautiful blooms did an awesome job for my wedding at the Arts Ballroom ! They created such a beautiful atmosphere with their design for the tables and windows sills . Their flowers lasted for 2 weeks! They did an awesome job creating a long lasting memory for my wedding . I will definitely recommend! They are such a professional company and their workers did an amazing job!

Beautiful Blooms handled the flowers for our son's rehearsal dinner and they were so gorgeous. They knew my restaurant and did a terrific job. They are very easy to work with and they made my vision come alive. They even showed me the flowers they were planning in my space! The flowers and votives were beyond my expectations. All delivered on time and set up beautifully.

We had a fantastic experience working with Beautiful Blooms and highly recommend them. We worked with Alicia, who did a fantastic job of helping us navigate the flower arrangements for our wedding. We had very little experience with both flowers and event planning and she was extremely helpful in helping us determine our vision and the nuances of what that vision might entail. She went above and beyond helping us integrate color and flower choices more broadly into our decor. She expertly and seamlessly coordinated with our other vendors and venue and was extremely dependable and quick to respond to our emails (even on the weekends).

I cannot say enough good things about Beautiful Blooms. We worked with Alicia from start to finish - she was AMAZING. We met for a 60 minute planning meeting in person where she helped guide me to the right flowers for my vision, made suggestions, and helped us stay within budget all while making our dream come true. When I saw our reception all set up, I was truly floored, it was gorgeous -- as were my bouquet and the bridal party bouquets. They also coordinated drop off of both the bouquets and loose blooms to my hotel room perfectly timely which kept everything on schedule on wedding day. Beautiful Blooms did such an amazing job and I would highly recommend them!

My flowers were absolutely beautiful. Many of my bridesmaids said it was their favorite bridesmaid bouquet ever! My wife and I had complimentary but different bouquets that were stunning. Floral centerpieces weren’t in our budget, so we did eucalyptus and candles, we had so many compliments on how pretty they were. We also did an arch which was just as pretty! Definitely recommend

Beautiful Bloom did an amazing job with our florals for our wedding. Working with Kelsey made all of the difference. My husband and I got married at Water Works (Cescaphe venue) and Beautiful Blooms knew exactly what to do with the space! I didn't have a specific vision in mind and the team really helped walk me through the different options. They were so easy to work with from start to finish and our flowers were absolutely amazing!

Beautfiul Blooms, specifically Kelsey, was absolutely wonderful to work with! The planning process was truly easy thanks to Kelsey's expertise. She made sure that the florals and decor we wanted remained within our budget and provided input to make my vision come to life. The staff who delivered the bouqets to the bridal suite were very professional and helped make sure our very large bridal party had everything they needed.

I cannot bring to express how much we loved working with Beautiful Blooms!! For our wedding at Vie, we worked with Kelsey who was so professional, timely with responses & hit every nail on the head for what we were going for. Our guests are still raving about our centerpieces, ceremony decor, dance floor, & disco ball install they did for us. I could not recommend them enough!! We used Beautiful Blooms for our wedding this past weekend and couldn’t be happier!! The entire planning process was so easy. Communication was great throughout. My experience with Beautiful Blooms was average at best. I used them because I had a Cescaphe wedding and they make it very hard to NOT choose them, to be honest. The general level of service and communication I found to be quite poor and loose, you really have to stay on top of them and get very specific (and get everything in writing). Additionally, no one ever reached out to me for any sort of final confirmation or sign off of the bill or order, and when I reached out to them a couple weeks before, they said it was “too late and the flowers were already ordered” (even though the quantities and some of the colors were wrong). After much back and forth (and even remaking of the bouquets two days prior), the flower pieces that day did look nice, and all was well, but nothing about Beautiful Blooms is spectacular, whether it is the service or the output. If you don’t have a specific flower vision and don’t particularly care about the flowers at your wedding, it’s fine to use them if it’s convenient for you. Otherwise, I’d suggest looking elsewhere. Or if you are using Cescaphe, only use them for what you really need to.

Beautiful Blooms was good until the day of the wedding when our flowers arrived 45mins late, even though we made it clear and confirmed timing days before. It was very stressful, for there was no answer at their office because they were closed for the weekend. But other that, they did a beautiful job with our flowers.

Wonderful florist who made planning really easy! Worked with our budget to create a beautiful set of centerpieces for our party! The flowers were gorgeous and exceeded all my expectations!

Honestly had no idea who to hire for flowers, don’t typically buy them in my day to day life. But so beyond glad we went with Blooms. Kelsey our floral designer did a great job and really brought my vision to life. When I saw the flowers for the first time I was thrilled, it was exactly what I wanted. Kelsey took the time to understand what I was looking for and go through inspiration photos with me at our planning appointment. Then she answered all my questions and small changes leading up to the wedding itself. Could not be happier with how it turned out.

Working with Beautiful Blooms for our wedding day was an easy decision for us as they came highly recommended by our venue team and prior couples we knew. It was a great decision! Grace was amazing throughout the entire process, responded to every e-mail and question (no matter how small or silly) so quickly and was so helpful every step of the way. Thank you Grace!!

I hired Beautiful Blooms for my wedding with Cescaphe at Water Works in Philadelphia. We chose them because they partner with Cescaphe, and were able to give us a better price than anyone else. They were responsive and professional in the beginning, however, ultimately I felt they did not follow my design requests (and were a hot mess the day of). I was VERY specific about my vision, with a 10-page document with photos of exactly what I wanted, and unfortunately much was overlooked. The groomsmen's boutonnieres were supposed to be one rose with baby's breath, but they used two small roses instead- this was a simple request. The waterfall florals over a credenza ended up being a large "bush" instead, which we couldn't repurpose on our sweetheart table as we had planned (it was also delivered late). Our arch was supposed to be all white, but unfortunately had a lot of green peaking through (apparently they used a green arch), and lastly, we were supposed to repurpose the arch, but they took it with them right after the ceremony... something we paid over $2k for. Additionally, all of the glass candle pillars they brought were not large enough, so all of the candles kept blowing out the entire night. Unfortunately, the day of, they were very disorganized, and my planner had to set up everything for them because they couldn't find their supplies (candles, pillars, etc.) *I found this out after the fact. The runner was late to my ceremony as well, after my guests started to arrive. Overall, pricey service (I paid ~$11,000), which I figured would be executed perfectly, being that I gave them such detailed photos and instructions. The highlight was the centerpieces that turned out perfect, but unfortunately, I paid for so much more that just wasn't delivered.

I hired Beautiful Blooms for my wedding at the Marriott Downtown Philadelphia. They were responsive and professional, however ultimately I felt they did not follow my design requests. I asked for a specific look in addition to very large bouquets. They did give me a huge bouquet and allowed me to have a say in all the types of flowers they used on the day of. However, I also paid to size up my bridesmaids' bouquets, and they were still the standard Beautiful Blooms size. I also asked to limit greenery or fillers in the bouquets and centerpieces, which certainly was not taken into consideration when making our arrangements. Overall, pricey service (I paid ~$7000 for bouquets and centerpieces without any florals at the ceremony or cocktail hour) but in spite of this I didn't feel they listened to my requests.

I must admit: I had absolutely no idea how much detail and planning was involved in flower arrangements for a wedding. Thankfully, Beautiful Blooms stepped in and guided my wife and I into an absolutely breathtaking spectacle for our wedding. After our first initial meetings with Beautiful Blooms, my wife and I didn't really know exactly what we wanted for our big day. My wife had some ideas and color palette that she wanted featured. As we had a few back and forth after our initial proposal, we were assigned to Alicia who was a lifesaver. She met with us, took our ideas and preferences, and curated everything we wanted and more. Every time we asked her for an opinion or suggestion, she knew exactly what we were eying and made our vision a reality. Alicia was engaged with every email and phone conversation we had and we couldn't be more thankful. When our big day came and we saw all of our flowers in person, we couldn't believe our eyes. Everything was just what we imagined. And not to mention? The quality and freshness of the flowers was fantastic and we were so impressed that everything held up considerably throughout the entire day. The team at Beautiful Blooms is incredibly knowledgable and understanding. We couldn't have asked for a better florist and we would absolutely recommend them for any event in the Philadelphia area.

If you know nothing about flowers, put your trust in Beautiful Blooms! I came to Blooms with 10 pictures on a Pinterest board and said I’m going for something fall-like. They turned that into the most beautiful arrangement of florals I have ever seen. Our designer, Grace Clark, was absolutely exceptional, walking us through different types of flowers, providing examples of arrangements, letting us change things, communicating with us constantly, and being just as excited about our selections as we were! The day before the wedding, Grace sent me a photo of my bouquet. There were two flowers that I wasn’t over the moon about - she changed them out for me literally HOURS before they were delivered without hesitation. On the day of the wedding, our florals were delivered right to our room, boutonnières and corsages labeled, bouquets in water, and even additional loose blooms for the photographer to use for photos. We provided Blooms with our own family chuppah with a quilted cover. They affixed a beautiful arrangement of greenery and florals to it, transforming it into something truly incredible. The florals were repurposed for our sweetheart table. On our guests’ tables, we had beautiful small bouquets, which complimented the bronze lazy susans so well. Adorned withs small votive candles, Blooms did an amazing job to use florals to enhance the amazing food we were serving. It truly felt like magic when we arrived at the venue to see the florals for the first time. They were amazing!! Thank you, Grace, and the entire team at Beautiful Blooms! We are so in awe of your work!

Beautiful Blooms is an exceptional top-rated vendor who I would highly recommend! Grace Clark was my designer for my son's rehearsal dinner and their wedding. Grace made my vision of the rehearsal dinner florals to be unique to the vibe of the venue (Harp & Crown), but still flow with the overall style of the bride's vision for the wedding day celebration. Grace did exactly this...perfectly! She took my wish and made it come true in her floral choices and design. Overall, the flowers for the wedding day and rehearsal dinner were beautiful and stunning! Grace is extremely talented in floral design, but she also made the floral process easy, gave great suggestions, truly cares about each client, excellent communicator with the understanding of the importance of consistent follow -up from the first day of contact to the day after the event! Beautiful Blooms is a vendor who cares about you and your special celebration!

Beautiful Blooms was incredible. They worked with us from beginning to end of planning. They were conscious of our budget and gave great recommendations and alternatives to stay true to it. Grace was especially helpful and she made my dream bouquet come to life! I loved getting a picture of my bouquet the day before incase minor changes were needed. I loved using them and would recommend to all future brides and grooms.

Beautiful Blooms was our favorite vendor! Grace Clark was our designer and was amazing to work with. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and she brought our very vague vision to life. She was also super responsive and would proactively reach out to us to make sure we had what we needed and we were all on the same page. Overall, it was incredibly easy and pleasant to coordinate with her. We honestly couldn’t believe how beautiful our venue looked when we walked in on our wedding night and saw it filled with the Beautiful Blooms centerpieces. The bouquets, boutonnières and cake flowers were also beautiful and Beautiful Blooms made it super convenient to have them all delivered to the right places.

Our florals were BEYOND anything we ever expected. They were absolutely stunning in every way. We worked with so many vendors for our wedding, but Grace Clark was by far the best we worked with. She was professional, extremely communicative, and helped realize our vision. I was especially impressed because, as a bride, I didn't have a clear idea of what I wanted, but Grace was able to take my ideas and transform it into something beautiful. Kelsey and the Beautiful Blooms staff did an incredible job on our wedding day florals! After many emails back and forth and an in-person design meeting, Kelsey brought my vision to life in a way that was honestly better than I could have imagined. It is hard to picture florals from photos as a Bride without expertise, so on the wedding day I was just blown away at how Kelsey translated all my thoughts into something so beautiful.
