met Kelsey about 6 weeks before our wedding. Our original florist had a family emergency and was unable to do the wedding. We were so thankful to be paired with Kelsey and even on an accelerated schedule, we felt she gave us the same level of service and attention to detail as if we had worked together for months. She is even keeled and efficient, able to balance multiple often competing ideas thrown at her all at once. She will interject her own opinion and expertise as needed but really tries to hear and execute the vision of her clients. She also will tell you what is really needed to make the space beautiful and is respectful and candid throughout about price and budget. When we walked into the ceremony space and ballroom, we were completely thrilled. We had asked for modern, clean, elegance with a little drama- words that all seemed a bit nebulous to me at the time- but Kelsey delivered just that for us and more! I should also mention -The beautiful blooms crew was very efficient with set up and break down and the wedding even ran a little late and they were very nice about this.

Our initial (and only) meeting was close to our wedding but I felt at ease. Our appointment went over by like an hour or so but what was incredibly special was Kelsey's patience and attention to detail, I never felt rushed. I also inquired about a few other personalized accommodations which Kelsey was graciously able to pull off! My mom and I also came to her studio a few months before our wedding and we had so much fun picking out all of my floral. She was the sweetest to work with and super super responsive. The weeks leading up to our wedding I had random wedding questions for her like the color of our cocktail napkins, a last minute flower wall and many other last minute but important details! They were even more beautiful than the inspo pics Kelsey and I had reviewed. She took my breath away again when I walked into the reception space at Cescaphe Ballroom and saw how beautiful the centerpieces were. To be more budget friendly we did a mix of tall and short floral centerpieces and candles for the rest of the tables. They were stunning and I cannot count the number of compliments I have received. If you are getting married at a Cescaphe venue you even get discounts on delivery, set up, and cake decoration which makes Beautiful Blooms an absolute no brainer. I feel so lucky to have had Kelsey design this beautiful day!

There were different centerpiece heights that looked beautiful on all the different tables. We even had a hint of Christmas since we got married in December. We added pine the the long tables and they even set up a Christmas tree for us. My favorite part was my stunning bouquet. Alicia was able to add lace from my mom’s wedding dress around my bouquet to make it so special for me! Everything was just perfect!

They knocked it out the park with their arrangements. From my bouquet to my bridesmaids as well as our centerpieces and little touches throughout our ceremony and reception I was in complete awe. It was just gorgeous. They were a breeze to chat with and always quick to respond when I had questions or needed to change something. So thankful they were a part of our wedding day!!!

t one of the sweetest people. Like every wedding, things are bound to go wrong. Mine was no different. Only a few days before my wedding I went to pick up my dream dress from alterations and discovered it was ruined. It was an incredibly heartbreaking moment and I was forced to buy a sample dress off the rack right before my big day. My original dress was trendy, romantic, and lace. My new dress was very plain and satin. Not at all what I envisioned or really wanted but I only had 3 dress options in the store to choose from. After a few tears, I realized that I now needed to change up my accessories, hairstyle, shoes, and even my bridal bouquet to match my new dress. I emailed Alicia and explained exactly what happened around 2 am. She called me first thing in the morning and assured me not to panic and to leave all of the bouquet changes to her. The morning of my wedding my bridal bouquet arrived and it looked absolutely stunning. It matched my dress so perfectly but also made the dress feel “so me” which is something I never thought I would be able to feel on my wedding day after the whole dress debacle. I just loved it! From that moment on, my wedding felt like a dream. The room was so beautiful and so authentically us. It was everything I envisioned and so much more. It was the perfect mix of greenery and flowers. It was soft, warm, and inviting. Beautiful Blooms provided us with: a mix of high and low centerpieces to accommodate 180 guests, up lighting and pin spotting, a beautiful hanging arbor over the dance floor, stunning chuppah and aisle runner for the ceremony, and a seating chart for the cocktail hour. We were able to reuse the flowers from our chuppah for our sweetheart table which became a beautiful focal point for our reception. Alicia truly knocked it out of the park. I am so incredibly grateful to Alicia and the BB team for making our wedding dreams truly come alive.

absolutely STUNNING and MAGICAL!! My jaw hit the floor and when I saw my bouquet, and then when I saw my ceremony and reception venue, I was brought to tears. You could tell she listened to every single vision I had carefully. Kelsey put her heart and soul into my wedding florals. She went out of her way to make sure it was what I wanted and more. She was so easy to work with and really understood what I wanted the room to look like. I wish I could post pictures on here, but they really don't do them justice. The flowers were epic, and our guests raved about them the entire night, and still do today. I cannot thank Kelsey enough for bringing my vision to life. We never had to worry that they couldn’t accommodate our new date, and Alicia constantly checked in and made us feel like no matter what happened with our wedding date, our flowers & decor would be taken care of—and they were. When we changed venues and seasons, Alicia and BB seamlessly transitioned all of our flowers & decor to the new venue, including doing draping and lighting we didn’t intend to do originally. Everything was absolutely stunning and we received so many compliments. We truly Could not have been happier with the service we received from Alicia & Beautiful Blooms !

done right was the draping of my reception tent, upgraded seat cushions and my upgraded chargers. They never put the florals on my cake, which we paid for. Causing my photographer & videographer to shoot a white, plain cake. When i addressed the issue it took them half of the reception to fix. They cake come out incorrectly AND 30 minutes past my photographer & videographer’s time, also wasting so much of our reception time. We also as an empty table behind our sweetheart table ALL NIGHT. My centerpieces were to be full of white and cream roses and hydrangeas. I could count on my hands how many roses and the hydrangeas were green. Never draped bride and grooms chairs, which we paid extra for. The lighting in my tent was to be candle light, it was pure white LED up lighting. Parents of the brides Flowers were sent to the grooms house. So my parents didn’t have flowers for hotel photos. My seating chart, which we paid extra for, had an unacceptable error, after i was told it was triple checked. Almost everything was different than the sit down plan we came up with. Too many errors to not confront. I wrote an email a week ago, no response. Not even an automated response. We you pay close to $20,000 you expect things to be done correctly.

She was also very respectful of our budget so if there was a look that we liked but was a bit expensive, she worked with us to find similar substitutes that were more affordable. Unfortunately, due to Covid we needed to adjust our guest count for our venue and therefore, no longer needed as many centerpieces. Alicia was creative in using these pieces in other ways which really beautified the space. Due to the mother's day holiday the same weekend as our wedding, we were unable to get some of the greenery we requested for our centerpieces which was unfortunate but they provided a substitute. What we appreciated most about Beautiful Blooms was that Alicia was one of our most communicative vendors. Up through the week of our wedding we were still having to make adjustments because of Covid and she was very sympathetic in that she knew there was a lot going on but still wanted to ensure we were getting the best. In all, we were pleased with the floral arrangements, floating candles, seating chart and structure that Beautiful Blooms was able to provide for our wedding!

They went above and beyond to make sure that both parties in the contract were happy, which sadly, is a rare thing for businesses during this time.
