Tassia was an absolute blessing to work with and the BEST wedding planner we could ask for. We hired her as a partial wedding planner for our September 2024 wedding at the Brooklyn Botanic Garden; however, I truly felt like she was there every step of the way. She was always open to help research vendors or give feedback based on her expertise in working in this field. When I came to Tassia, I had a general idea of the vision I wanted to create on our wedding day. She made that vision come to life and exceed our expectations. I appreciated her flexibility, her openness to help, and her willingness to take on tasks that I felt I couldn’t handle on my own. As a bride, you want the day of your wedding to feel magical - free of stress or worry. That is exactly how Tassia made the day feel. She created a beautiful flowing timeline that even our guests commented how great every transition was throughout the night. Tassia was absolutely wonderful to work with. Anytime I was overwhelmed or stress about anything, she ensured me everything was going to be okay - and it was! I used Tassia for feedback, month of and day of coordinator - the wedding flowed to its planned timeline. We didn’t have to worry about timeline, set up or breakdown, and felt so confident in her work for the whole day. After the wedding, she continued to reach out to vendors to address any complications or issues we ran into. If you need a day of coordinator, she is the one, super helpful, sweet, affordable and knows her stuff! Tassia was a godsend. We contracted with her for day-of planning coordination and to help identify a few vendors, and she came through every time we needed her before and during the event. The wedding day ran so smoothly, even though our timeline dragged a bit and we didn't get a rehearsal in with the officiant. 10/10 service and a fantastic attitude. Hire Tassia!

I used beautiful bride events for partially wedding planning for my wedding in Charleston SC this past weekend and worked with Tassia Davis. She was amazing to work with! She and her assistant helped suggest some incredible vendors and did an amazing job setting up our wedding space. We had absolutely no issues the day of and most of it is credit to her amazing work. I cannot recommend her enough!!

We hired Kerry as our planner for our wedding in the spring of 2019, and it was such a fantastic choice! From our first conversation, I could tell Kerry knew her stuff. She asked questions about things I hadn't even thought about, and made me confident that she could handle any eventuality. We decided on the half-plan package, which was perfect for us. Kerry provided support throughout the planning process, checking in and making sure things were on track.
As we approached the wedding, Kerry did a wonderful job of coordinating with all of our vendors and making sure everything was in place ahead of our event. Kerry also helped lead a very organized rehearsal, which was no small feat with 10 grooms-people, 6 bridesmaids, parents, ring bearers, and flower girls. She listened intently to our somewhat unique processional plans, and made sure everyone knew exactly what they were doing and where to be.
On the day of, I felt relief when Kerry and her lovely assistant Sarah arrived. They made sure everything was set up exactly as I planned. I so appreciated the way Kerry asked questions to make sure that things were happening the way I hoped, while also providing her perspective in a positive way. Throughout the day, Kerry and Sarah were checking in with us and making sure we were staying on schedule. I felt supported by them both all day, and did not feel any stress about a single set up question or vendor issue at any point.
The event itself was truly perfect. My husband and I were overjoyed with how the whole night went. Kerry was a consistent presence, making sure things went as planned. At one point I noticed something I had a question about, and by the time I looked up for Kerry to ask her, she already knew exactly what I was thinking and was on her way to look into it further.
Overall Kerry made sure that my husband and I were having the best possible time, really throughout the entire process. I am so glad we found her! I would highly recommend working with Kerry as your wedding planner!
Kerry was the best decision we made in regards to our wedding. Not only was she super helpful all along the way with finding the perfect vendors and negotiating prices for us, but watching her on the day was insane. She was everywhere- putting out fires we never knew existed, managing a million vendors flawlessly, and constantly checking to see if we or our families needed anything. Our wedding was our best day ever, and we never could have pulled it off without Kerry!!
We hired Kerry Gittle for a day-of coordinator for our wedding in NYC and what we got was absolutely so much more! From weeks out, she really helped us to flush out details of our wedding and put everything in place. From picking vendors, deciding on timelines, coordinating logistics, and generally making the event a show-stopper, we would have been lost without her.
Kerry was extraordinarily responsive and incredibly easy to work with. No matter what came up, even if we were out of town and unable to meet, we felt that she was right by our side to make everything turn out great. She has an exceptional knowledge of the industry and was able to pull things out of nowhere for us on short notice to make our wedding truly spectacular.
She has an amazing vision and ability to make things happen- she easily took beginning ideas we had and turned them into amazing realities.
On the wedding day, she incredibly made us feel that we were the sole focus of her attention while also ensuring that our families and guests were having a wonderful time. Kerry and her team handled things in a friendly and professional manner, pulling off the event without a hitch. Even months later, our guests are still commenting on how well the entire wedding played out- very largely thanks to Kerry.

I worked with Kerry Gittle as my day of wedding coordinator. My only regret was not using Kerry for full wedding planning! Kerry and her team were AMAZING. Our wedding was everything I could dream of plus so much more thanks to Kerry. One of the biggest things I was grateful for was she helped us coordinate a few months prior by communicating with vendors/making sure everyone was on schedule and planning when they should arrive. A few weeks out became very stressful and Kerry saved the day. She was an asset to us and we will be recommending her to all family and friends. I cannot say enough about her....Now we just need another party to plan so we can work with Kerry again!!!
My wedding celebration was everything I had imagined and more and it was so much to do with my planner, Kerry Gittle. Kerry was much more than a planner, she was also an advocate for the groom and I, she was an accountant, and a friend. She was an honest broker throughout the process of planning our NYC destination event, keeping us on schedule (in planning and the day of), keeping us on budget- reminding us what we could and could not afford based on our discussed budget, and most importantly making sure we were happy with decisions and results. Kerry found us the most professional team of vendors matching our personalities and budget. I felt like I had the dream team working with us. A vendors were on time or early on the day of and Kerry did a fantastic job of orchestrating the team for a seamless evening.

My husband and I chose a venue that required us to bring in every single thing from tables and chairs to catering and decor. We were completely overwhelmed with the details of the day and worried we would have to be the day of contact for so many vendors. About 10 months before our wedding I found Kerry and I truly believe she is the reason our wedding went as smoothly as it did!
We agreed that because of the details of the wedding, the month of planning package made the most sense for us. We had a few meetings with Kerry to go over our vision, what vendors were being used and what details needed to be coordinated. Because Kerry is extremely organized, she was able to take over in the home stretch of the wedding planning right as our stress levels were ramping up.
The week before the wedding we did one final meeting and went over every detail imaginable. She has had a wide range of experience in event planning and uses that experience to her advantage. She thought of every question to ask and was able to anticipate and get ahead of potential problems we hadn’t considered. Because of her thoughtfulness we made a few last minute adjustments and avoided some small disasters.
The day of our wedding was complete bliss. My husband and I were able to enjoy our day without having to worry about coordinating anything behind the scenes. Kerry used all the information we had discussed to formulate a day of plan and she executed it perfectly. Throughout the day there were a couple of large issues that arose. Kerry was able to handle and fix them without my husband or I having to be involved. I cannot imagine our wedding without Kerry there. She was such an integral part of how amazing everything turned out. Working with her was definitely one of the best decisions we made throughout the process!
Ms. Kerry Gittle and Beautiful Bride Events were simply outstanding in every single aspect of my daughter’s wedding. From the first meeting until the day after the wedding, Kerry was calm, professional, experienced, reassuring, connected, conscientious and prepared —-first class all the way. My daughter hired Beautiful Bride as the “day of” coordinators but Kerry really stepped in six weeks before the wedding to ensure a perfect day. She spent time alone with the bride and groom getting to know them and made them feel comfortable with her easy, sweet, experienced and heartfelt manner. From the clergy to the chef to the music to the venue —every interaction was wonderful. Because the wedding was in NYC and my daughter lived in Virginia, in addition to face to face meetings Kerry used “face time” on the flowers, the bouquets, the room, and other details. Although as MOB I was never the point of contact, Kerry was gracious enough to always return my phone calls and answer any questions. Her suggestions on the flow and timing of the day made for a beautiful wedding and reception. She worked the wedding and the reception, and all of it went better than we could have ever planned. During the reception she checked on the wedding party to make sure everyone was happy—they were ecstatic! Her goal from start to finish was to make sure we all had a great day —she succeeded beyond our expectations. The venue had its own events coordinator and she too had nothing but praise for Kerry. I might add Kerry is very connected in NYC and was able to add some special touches. The entire day was magical and Kerry deserves much of the credit. I really could go on and on, I know my daughter and her husband will want to express their gratitude to Kerry as well as soon as they return from their Honeymoon. Kerry was fantastic —a first class professional in every single way! Thank you Kerry —from the heart!
Tassia did an excellent job as day-of-coordinator (more like month-of-coordinator) for our wedding! She was very responsive to my texts and e-mails which helped me relax a little leading up to the big day. She took care of everything on the actual day. A big thunderstorm came through right before the ceremony and she helped me remain calm and had plan B ready to go in case it was needed. The storm ended up passing but it was reassuring knowing you had somebody by your side to take care of all those details in case something has to be changed last minute! I would highly recommend Tassia to anyone getting married!

Prior to my wedding I had contact with Tassia almost on a daily basis. She answered any questions or concerns I had immediately via email. Tassia had put together my amazing card box which everyone absolutely loved!!! Everything came out beautiful. I did not have any problems the day of the wedding everything was handled by both planners. Anything I needed they were there to help with. Tassia had a trusty little kit that had lots of little things my bridesmaids ended up needing...toothbrushes, floss, tape, tide to go pens...you get the point. She was prepared to help me in any way possible. She dealt with all my vendors so that I did not have to deal with any added stress. I HIGHLY recommend them and am very happy I used them to make my day even more special! Thank you so much Tassia for all the help you provided me!

Kerry was a wonderful day-of coordinator! It was really important to my husband and me in planning our wedding that everyone we worked with was someone we would be excited to see on the day of the wedding and who would embrace our vision for the wedding — including our decision to forgo certain traditional elements like a first dance, a cake cutting, and a band or DJ. From the beginning we got a great vibe from Kerry and knew that she understood what we were envisioning and was committed to helping us execute that idea. In the lead-up to the wedding Kerry was super responsive, via both text and e-mail, and we met with her several times; she even came to our apartment a few days before the wedding so she could learn how to work the portable speaker we had purchased for the ceremony and how to set up the DIY chuppah we had made, which required on-site assembly. On the day of the wedding we asked a lot of Kerry: We were handling many of the wedding details ourselves without assistance from vendors, and so Kerry was responsible for getting our flowers to the venue, making sure everything (including the chuppah) was set up properly, and playing our various Spotify playlists at the appropriate time throughout the ceremony and reception, as well as all the other tasks a day-of coordinator would normally handle. Kerry seemed totally unfazed by all those added odd-jobs. She took care of it all really professionally and elegantly, and on the few occasions she asked us to make judgment calls she gave us clear and easy options from which to choose. My mother-in-law made it a point to comment on how lovely and helpful Kerry was to her throughout the day, which was really special to hear. We are so grateful we worked with Kerry!
Tassia is wonderful and made our destination wedding in Charleston a dream come true! Being three hours away and trying to plan a wedding is tough but she made it a very stress free experience for my husband and me. The year leading up to the wedding, she was always there to help or hear me out via email, text or a phone call. Any questions or concerns I ever had were quickly responded to throughout the whole process. I am somewhat of an indecisive person and at times could go back and forth about ideas but she was always so patient and ready to accommodate! I can honestly say that my wedding day turned out to be exactly how I imagined as she turned my vision to life. I am so glad that I went with Tassia as my wedding planner!

I noticed the small touches, even to the point where you took food for the bride and groom, or the creation of the boutonniere out of altar flowers!. They told us the next day that they would not have eaten the famous pig roast if it wasn’t for you.

Take Away: Erika was great and my wedding would not have happened without her!!! I will not lie, I thought having a wedding planner was stupid and a waste of money. I wanted to plan my own wedding, but I needed someone to help with the logistics of the day. Erika did that and so much more. From the day that she took over my contract, she helped me on so many accounts. She met with all the vendors, got copies of the time line to them, made sure the tents were cancelled, and helped make sure the wedding day went smoothly. My mom and mother in law did most of the set up on the wedding and they both said it would not have been possible without Erika. Erika proved me wrong: I did need a wedding planner and I could not have done it without her.
Kerry is an absolute life saver! I hired her as my day of coordinator and the month before my wedding she took complete control over everything. The stress that was building for months instantly melted away, and I was able to focus on other things the weeks before our wedding. My only regret was not hiring Kerry as my full time wedding planner!

Having a wedding planner is one of the best decisions you can make for your wedding! Tassia was our amazing planner! She was the perfect bit of extra help that greatly relieved me (the bride) of many of the last minute duties leading up to the wedding. Tassia was so knowledgeable and competent and took time to understand and help bring our wedding day vision to life during the planning phase. The week before she took over so many little details that helped so much leading up to our wedding day. The day of, she was on top of everything from our venue set up, to coordinating with the other vendors, and making sure we were all on schedule. Tassia was so friendly, bubbly and her presence left us both feeling excited during the day and relieved of the usual wedding stress! Our wedding was really a dream come true for my husband and I thanks to Tassia and her wonderful assistant Erika . I am so thankful we had them there during our wedding experience!
We used Beautiful Bride Events for day-of services for our 2016 wedding. While affordable, I was disappointed. For our first venue walk-through for placement of tables/band, etc. Tassia showed up late. She arrived with no pen or paper and took notes through only taking pictures. For the wedding rehearsal and wedding day, she had a hard time getting the wedding party together. She’s very soft spoken and not assertive so the wedding party read this as she was not organized. I was expecting a wedding coordinator to leverage prior wedding experience so I was shocked to hear she had asked the bridal party about the timing of everyone walking down the aisle. She also had missed communicating to parents and the ushers on seating arrangements for the ceremony. Both small and large details were overlooked. Although a detailed listing was provided, rental items were not properly placed as well as a champagne toast that did not occur because there was not any champagne in our glasses at the cake table. While these are small things, it’s the small things the bride/groom does not want to worry about the day of their wedding. As there is so much going on during the wedding day, it would have been nice if she would have ran through the timeline of events with both the bride/groom prior to the ceremony and guided us throughout the rehearsal to keep us on-task.

I was hired as a "day of coordinator" and not as a partial or full wedding planner for this wedding. I am taking in consideration the wedding date because this review shows to us as anonymous. Just to explain we offer different tiers of service...
s. Still I attended meetings with the bride, venue manger, lighting company several months prior to the wedding. Most of the day of coordinators are limited to do this only on the last month. On the first meeting I was about 10 or 15 minutes late because of an incident on the Revanel bridge. I called/texted the bride to let her know and her answer was "no problem". I did take pictures with my cellphone during our venue walk through and later prepared a power point presentation with the pictures and written details discussed such as tables placement, ceremony position, etc.I sent it to the bride through email. I am really surprised because none of these concerns written in this review was ever addressed to me during the several leading months or on the 10 months after the wedding.
I am always polite and treat people with respect. I never yell to vendors, bridal party, families. This is my style to deal with people, so probably someone read my way to speak as being soft spoken.
I attended phone conferences, venue walk through, never said no to these clients. On the day of the wedding there were two coordinators on site from 9 am all the way to the end of break down of decorations at around 11:30 pm.
The bride and groom only paid for the deliver of about 200 + ceremony chairs and my assistant and myself had to set up all of them in semi circle shape. This was not agreed prior, it is not a wedding coordinator duty unless they are being paid to do so. We still did it without complains.
The wedding was perfect. Everything was on time. During the set up time the mother of the bride was not happy with the florist job and my assistant and I had to work on a plan to fix those arrangements so everyone could be happy.
It must be a misunderstanding, because in all my years as a wedding planner and coordinator I'd never ask the bridal party about when to walk down the aisle, because this is my duty. I am positive that never happened.
One of the rental companies they hired arrived earlier than agreed to pick up items, still when the reception was going on. They collected the outside items and left behind items that was being used inside. I had to drive quite a bit to meet with the company's staff (they are located outside Charleston) to return the items on that week. Also, the crew from the venue mixed one of the couple's tablecloths and placed in some other room during the clean up, so I needed to locate that tablecloth and FedEx to the couple's address paying for the shipment myself. In the meantime, emails were exchanged with the bride and groom and none of those concerns were ever brought up.
We always give our 100% on wedding days. We have many couples who build a friendship after the weddings which is what makes this job so wonderful. We are truly sorry, Amber, you were disappointed with our services. Be sure if you had communicated those concerns at some point to us we would work on something out to make you happier. We do care about our customers.
I want to give a shout-out to Tassia for helping us with wedding. Preparing a wedding on our own was very difficult when you don't have any family member to help. Tassia was very professional and she helped us with all the detail thing that we missed. During the wedding day, we didn't need to worry about anything because she already organized everything well. We just enjoyed our big day!
Beautiful Bride Events and Tassia are absolutely delightful. She was so incredibly helpful to me and my husband when we were trying to plan a Charleston wedding all the way from LA. We could not have done it without her.
She helped me find the best vendors while staying within my budget. She always had solutions and suggestions for everything we needed, and she even saved the day when the flowers we ordered came in wrong and we only had hours to get them fixed. The day of she was all over everything, and made sure we had the best time. She even went above and beyond returning some clothing and even a shoe one of our guests managed to lose to the hotel we were staying at in downtown.

We booked Beautiful Bride Events well in advance of our wedding mid-October off a recommendation from a friend who had used their services before, and Tassia proved her worth. While we primarily hired Tassia as a day-of wedding coordinator, she was in constant contact with us throughout the entire wedding planning process via phone and e-mail. Her recommendations were invaluable and kept us from having to spend too much time vetting potential vendors. Tassia was particularly excellent at recommending vendors based on our style and our needs. We live in Philadelphia, so planning a Charleston wedding would prove a challenge without local help. We hired Tassia for the most inclusive package she offers, knowing we would only be able to fly down twice before the wedding. She recommended terrific vendors (minus one, who she is working with now to make things right) and was a dream on the day of the wedding. In the words of one of our vendors: "Tassia is great to work with. She always takes care of the vendors." This may sound odd, but a happy vendor is one who will go the extra mile for you.
Not once did she say she couldn't do something for us. From delivering our welcome bags, to picking up Bojangles chicken biscuits for our departing snack for guests, to even arranging for someone to walk our dog on the day of the wedding, there was no request she couldn't handle.

We hired Tassia as a day-of coordinator based on her glowing reviews. I was disappointed when I found out after my wedding how little she did for the evening, and it was my bridesmaids who were making sure our reception went as my husband and I had planned.
Tassia set up a timeline for the day, yet everything ran late (which, when you only get your DJ and photographer for so many hours, 30 minutes late is not ok) because she was not assertive in getting guests to where they needed to be, or initiating the next event of the evening.
My bridesmaids were the ones getting everything together for other vendors - even bringing the bartender beer from the fridge. They were the ones who made sure that the reception that my husband and I worked so hard to plan actually happened. Thanks to my bridesmaids, none of our guests had a clue anything was going wrong.
Tassia may be a lovely person, but she lacked the assertiveness and authority that I would expect from a wedding planner and coordinator. I hope that things improve in time, but we were unhappy with her coordination on our wedding day.

For example, no one let me know I needed to ...
be supplying the bartender with alcohol and no one told me there were bottles in the bridal room that needed to be brought to him. Actually, I had to stay at the bar a couple times while the bartender needed to run inside to fill the water container or pick up more alcohol or ice.
I also needed to run myself to the gas station during cocktail hour because of the need of 4 bags of ice. The caterer staff was busy and to not compromise their dinner preparation I did it and didn't even brought this up. I also had to wait the caterer give me the OK to start dinner time. And yes, adjustments were needed to be made on the timeline. It is preferred to have the last guest table seated after going though the buffet line to then start with speeches.
Some other duties executed by us and not mentioned were:
Meeting with you two times in person, communication throughout the months and not only limited to last month or week-of like most of the day-of coordinators do, development of a timeline, wedding rehearsal assistance, contact and distribution of final timeline for all vendors, present on the day of the wedding for 12 hours setting up the table linens, arrangements, votive, communicating with DJ to make announcements, communicating with caterer and photographer about the events through the night, distribution of final payments and tips, and the clean up of decor, like collecting all the flower arrangements, votives, separated the rentals tablecloths, even cleaned the trash from the tables.
I didn't receive the list of tables assignments until that morning and the paper was hard to understand. I received different instructions from the groom and the bride about the table that was removed that day.
I really appreciate the initiative of you bridesmaids, they were awesome, specially your maid of honor who I asked to come to you and Neil to get your bags ready to put in the get away car.
Abby, I understand there's so much going on on the day and it is hard to see what is really happening behind the scenes.
Again, I am sorry you were not happy with contracting our services. We are truly happy for both you and Neil. Your wedding was beautiful and fun. Wishing to Neil and you much happiness together!

In the months of planning we e-mailed and called but never met in person. Even though we had a long distance relationship, Tassia understood and executed our vision perfectly. Tassia is one of the most generous people I have ever worked with. Though I had her as a partial planner, she was just as dedicated and diligent as if she was planning my entire event. Tassia primarily focused on day-of aspects of my wedding (decorating, centerpieces, rentals, etc.) but also recommended vendors for a variety of aspects of the big day. Not only is she incredibly detail-oriented, she was very focused on what I wanted as a bride and making sure that my voice was heard. I am so grateful that I hired her, because our wedding turned out beautifully and she was such a pleasure to work with. Worth every penny; you would be crazy not to work with her!

Tassia was more AMAZING then I ever dreamed possible! I am an A type personality who never likes to not be in charge of everything but as we worked together leading up to the wedding I knew I could relax on my special day and let her take over. She made everything so effortless and followed up on items I never even thought of. On our special day she put all the decor together just as we had discussed and it was so beautiful. I truly felt like my wedding looked like it was out of a fairytale and I was able to enjoy every minute of it with her by my side. I used Tassia as a day-of-coordinator and she impressed me so much with her services. She went above and beyond my expectations of a day of coordinator. I was a DIY bride that just needed help on the day of the event, but Tassia did much more than that. She contacted all of my vendors ahead of time to confirm everything, which saved me a LOT of stress. Her organizational skills are outstanding. Tassia kept things running smoothly on our wedding day so that we could all enjoy ourselves. She went with the flow and was extremely accommodating to ever-changing plans. Working with Beautiful Bride Events on my 210-guest wedding at The Citadel Beach House was a wonderful experience. I could not recommend them more highly!
I initially hired Tassia for hourly consulting – with a background of my own in architecture and design, and wanting to keep budget down, I thought that all I would need is a little bit of help. I worked with her in this capacity for a few months and it was great. She was so receptive to my existing ideas and vision, and from her vast experience, was able to offer great suggestions and ideas of her own. A few months before the wedding, I had become so overwhelmed by everything else that I had to do, that I asked Tassia if she would be able to take on a full decorative consultant role. I knew that the design for my wedding would be in great hands!
From start to finish, working with Tassia was such a pleasure. Her calm demeanor throughout the whole process always put me at ease, and even when we hit a tiny bump in the road when the calligrapher I had selected wasn’t able to complete my menu design in time to be printed, Tassia came up with a great solution and everything turned out perfectly. Every detail of my wedding was just as I imagined, and I have Tassia to thank for pulling it all together so beautifully.

From the moment we met Tassia, we knew she was the right woman for the job!! I'm a teacher so naturally I'm pretty laid back, and relatively calm but as a bride I was very particular and dramatic at times :) I didn't have a wedding party, and our wedding was small with a total of 60 guests but very formal. After the first few months of planning, I knew I couldn't do it all by myself. We ended up booking Beautiful Bride Events for day-of coordination but she was so much more than that. She helped me with so much. Tassia met with me so many times. She is so organized, professional, and did I mention calm? It can be so overwhelming planning a wedding as I'm sure you brides know. Tassia is so calm and will make you feel like you have nothing to worry about it, and that's exactly what happened. Our wedding was perfect. I wish it never ended! Tassia and her team made my now husband and I feel amazing. We are still raving about her and we both returned to work today. We hired Tassia for our wedding at Alhambra Hall and she was simply perfect. Tassia is well organized, creative, smart and knows what to do in any situation. Working with her and her staff was a breeze and we enjoyed every minute of our wedding because of them. My family and I were thrilled with Tassia as our day-of coordinator. She went above and beyond in every regard to make our day go smoothly. We had a 250-person wedding and rented an empty space where we had to bring in all of the vendors, so it was a pretty tall task. Although she had just started her business, she completely convinced us that she would do an amazing job through her passion, professionalism, and responsiveness. We were coming in from out of town, so Tassia was flexible and met us at the venue to go through some details before our official day-of-coordinator contract started. She asked great questions throughout the planning process to ensure we were thinking about everything and followed through to make sure I gave her the information she needed to take over with the vendors at the agreed-upon date. Via email, we were completely in sync before my family and I even arrived in Charleston. By that point, everything was taken care of. She met us early the morning of the wedding to pick up all of the set-up items from my family and triple-checked to make sure we weren’t forgetting to hand off anything to her. From that point on, I was able to completely trust that everything was taken care of. The venue looked great, and I was so happy with how the day turned out. It was imperative to have her there day-of to coordinate all of the vendors and pull everything together. The more I talk to people, the more I hear about details that she handled perfectly as the day progressed. She did it all, from big things such as organizing transportation and ensuring the floor plan was followed to little details such as steaming table cloths and making sure the park of our outdoor ceremony was presentable. I was so pleased with how the entire day turned out and couldn't have asked for more.
