I got married on 7/7/2024 and had the most perfect day- all thanks to Keeley with BPD! We used BPD for month-of coordination so Keeley reached out about a month before the wedding to start meeting and getting things coordinated. Keeley is incredibly organized, professional, and detail oriented. She contacted all my vendors and tried to make the week of my wedding as stress-free as possible. On the day of the wedding my husband and I kept saying “It’s like she can read our minds!”. Keeley and Dana were on site for the actual wedding day. They were always checking in on us, bringing us food and water, and speaking to our crazy fun families with so much kindness and patience. Keeley even sent us a file the morning after the wedding with a bunch of photos and videos she took on the wedding day!! I highly recommend beautiful day planning(especially Keeley!) for any wedding planning/coordination needs. I would not have been able to do it without her!

We had Jennie herself as our planner for our wedding at the DIA on 11.04.2023 and she made sure that our experience was more than perfect. Through the entire year and half that we were planning, Jennie made sure that we had what we needed within an appropriate time, recommended vendors that were AMAZING, and kept us super excited about the whole process. On the weekend/day of, she made sure our day was flawless. I'm usually pretty high strung, but I felt like I was in such good hands and ended up being the calmest I'd been in months!! Her and her team are experts in their craft, and even 2 weeks later I still have people reaching out to me that our wedding was incredible beyond belief. I will be recommending Beautiful Day to everyone in my circle who gets engaged, and I wish I could do it all over again.

Highly recommend Beautiful Day Planning!!! Lauren was my assigned coordinator for my wedding in Detroit and I also worked with Keeley, who helped set up decor for my rehearsal dinner! Both were amazing! Throughout the wedding planning process, Lauren was responsive, knowledgeable, calm yet assertive, and overall very efficient during our prep-meetings & zoom calls. The weekend of the wedding she literally handled everything - my fiance and I didn't lift a finger! We had 3 locations (hotel, church, reception venue) and a lot of vendors going in & out of each location, and everything went off so smooth! She came to my suite early and offered to help steam my dress & veil so I could be with my present w/ my bridesmaids, she completely handled all communication with my vendors and even my parents or in-laws when needed, and at the end of the night she communicated everything necessary to my parents, etc. so she didn't bother us! In a blink of an eye everything was packed up and handled! My parents thought she was amazing along with our whole bridal party! Working with BDP we were able to fully enjoy our wedding weekend!

I truly cannot recommend Beautiful Day Planning enough. Lauren took care of EVERYTHING with our vendors leading up to the wedding, ran our rehearsal, and ensured that not only that it was everything handled day-of, but that we had the absolute wedding of our dreams. My husband and I, my parents, my in-laws, and our bridal party were all blown away by how helpful she was and the lengths she went to to make sure each detail was perfect. If you are getting married in metro Detroit, they are a must-have vendor.

There is honestly not enough good things I can say about Keeley and Beautiful Day Planning! From initial chats to check in phone calls and month of planning Keeley was there and so helpful! She also made me feel so much better on days that I felt like I was losing my mind!! And Keeley gave me new ideas and suggestions when I felt like I could not think anymore. I interviewed/met with many different wedding planners trying to decide who to work with for my wedding day. Jennie was the last planner I met with - I knew she would be the right fit pretty quickly into the call. She is upbeat, professional, flexible, and genuine. She is a joy to work with. Our guests will not stop talking about the venue, flowers and music - each of which was expertly coordinated by Jennie.

I used to be a wedding coordinator for Jennie/Beautiful Day, so when it came time for me to get married I had no hesitation on who I wanted to coordinate my wedding. I already knew Jennie's level of skill and attention to detail were unmatched, but when you experience it for yourself it is so much more valuable than I can even describe. I worried about NOTHING on the day of our wedding and even felt calm in the weeks leading up to the big day. Our wedding was up north and Jennie drove up there early to help with rehearsal and get a lay of the land. I cannot thank her enough for all that she did for us! I know there was probably a lot of running around involved, but she did not show any amount of stress in front of me or the bridal party. We had a day-of wedding coordinator from Beautiful Day Planning, Jeannine, and she was so amazing to work with. Jeannine was so detail oriented and reminded us of all the little details leading up to our wedding, and even met us at our wedding venue a couple days before our wedding to run through everything. Jeannine's experience and expertise prompted us to think about things we hadn't thought about for the wedding. Jeannine and her assistant, Ria, were miracle workers on our wedding day. When we arrived, our venue tables were already set up and it took our breath away. Throughout the night Jeannine and Ria worked swiftly behind the scenes to ensure all our guests were happy and taken care of, all of our needs were taken care of, and coordinated with all our vendors. Jeannine and Ria went above and beyond to ensure all our belongings were organized and cleaned up at the end of the night. I knew from the beginning I needed a day-of coordinator, but now that the wedding is over, I have had a few family members, and my now husband, comment that hiring a wedding coordinator was the best investment for our wedding. I really hope to have the opportunity to work with BDP, Jeannine, and Ria for future events!

We hired Jennie and her team for month-of coordination with an add-on for design assistance because I didn't have a lot of faith in my ability to put together all of my ideas in a way that didn't look awful. We had multiple meetings (mostly virtual) where she took her time, answered all of our questions and alleviated our concerns. In our initial meeting, before we'd hired her, she told us that it was inevitable that something would go wrong on our wedding day and it would be her job to find a solution before we ever knew anything was wrong. That was definitely what I needed to hear and she did that and more. She helped us put together a mood board to present our ideas to potential vendors, made recommendations and put us in touch with vendors we needed and coordinated with vendors we'd already hired. She asked the questions that never even occurred to us and made sure no details were missed. On our big day it felt to me like everything had gone seamlessly (almost - more on that later). It was only after the fact that I found out how many things Jennie had to address behind the scenes that I never knew about. Things that were forgotten, readings that didn't print in full and needed to be redone, etc. Mostly little things, but all things that would've stressed me out on my wedding day. Instead, I felt no stress at all that day... with one exception. My husband to be, our wedding party and parents were gathered and the "walking down the aisle" music had just started when the best man realized he didn't have the rings. I panicked and yelled "stop the music!" because I assumed we'd just ruined our wedding by forgetting a very important accessory. Jennie calmly asked where they were and told us not to worry and to proceed down the aisle. The rings had been left in the basement of our venue, in the space where we'd taken a few minutes to relax pre-ceremony. She (or maybe her assistant, I honestly don't know) managed to get the rings and, during one of the readings when our officiant had stepped aside momentarily, she managed to pass the officiant the rings. When the time came for us to exchange rings, the officiant had them and no one was any the wiser. No one even noticed Jennie's ninja-like secret stealth ring delivery (not even me, until I watched the wedding video and noticed the quick hand-off in the background). I'm not normally prone to theatrics, but, in my mind at least, my "stop the music!" moment was like a scene out of a very dramatic romantic comedy. It was the most stressful part of a long, amazing day and it lasted literally seconds, thanks to Jennie's calm, cool demeanor. My now husband and I planned everything ourselves without any input from friends and family, so that we could surprise people, and so we could spare ourselves everyones opinions on what we were doing. Jennie was the only person who knew any of the details and she helped us craft the most perfect wedding. It was elegant and quirky and beautiful and fun, and was perfectly "us". You absolutely can't go wrong hiring Jennie and her team.

WOW. Hire BDP immediately!!! This is a five star team. Jennie, Hannah and Dana made our day absolutely incredible. Our wedding was in May 2022 at Packard Proving Grounds and BDP was recommended as a preferred service for wedding planning/coordination by our venue. I see why - they made our day absolutely magical, better than we could have ever dreamed of. The team was truly so attentive not only to us but our parents and families as well. The team went above and beyond on everything from the venue setup, day of logistics and keeping a fully stocked emergency kit on hand at all times! We got SO many compliments, both from other vendors and guests alike that it was the most organized wedding that they have been to and that really speaks to BDP's expertise and team communication. What the guests didn't see was all the work and expertise BDP puts in behind the scenes and guidance leading up to the wedding day. From answering questions, building our layout, timeline, and providing us with vendor recommendations - these things helped us TREMENDOUSLY. Jennie made our day absolutely perfect. We retained her services for day-of coordination, but she was so helpful to bounce questions off of via email during our planning process. We loved working with her. Meetings with her got us excited for the big day and always set us at ease. Planning the day-of timeline with her experience was invaluable. On the day of the wedding, we were in awe at how smoothly everything went. We know that she was doing SO much behind the scenes that we did not have to think or worry about. It was also such a blessing to have a third-party (non-family/friend) there to communicate with the venue and vendors. In our pre-ceremony nervousness we got a little panicked about the way our officiant was laying out the ceremony space and all we had to do was send her a quick text and she was ON IT. She was so fun to have there and was a total voice of reason that kept us grounded and having fun through the entire day. We went into the process unsure if we needed a day-of coordinator, but we cannot recommend the service enough and encourage any couple considering this to definitely book BDP for day-of coordination!

Jennie and her team did an amazing job executing our vision. From our very first phone call, Jennie was always professional, yet relatable. We felt such a great rapport with her and knew she could be trusted. Planning a wedding from across the country isn’t easy, but with Jennie stepping in for our final month and being the main POC for the day of, everything went so smoothly. We were lucky enough to have Jennie as our coordinator for our wedding at the Packard Proving Grounds, and we can not say enough good things about the experience! Jennie was absolutely amazing, so thorough & so organized. As someone who is extremely organized themselves, it was very important to me that I have a coordinator who had those qualities as well, and Jennie was that plus more! Jennie had a detailed list of all the minor things that can so easily be forgotten when planning a wedding and she made sure that we had checked every box. When something went wrong with one of our vendors, she was the first person that I would call for advice on how to handle it. Oftentimes she would even call the vendor herself to gain a better understanding and see how she could help. Having our wedding at a venue like Packard where all vendors need to be brought in by the couple, a coordinator is a must and Jennie exceeded all of our expectations. She is the best!

Our wedding was Nov. 2020 in the midst of the pandemic. They completely took away all of the stress off our shoulders, even with having to change from a banquet hall venue to a backyard tent wedding within 3 weeks! I worked with Jeannine from Beautiful Day Planning for a month-of coordinator. She was awesome! We had our initial review one month out from the wedding and we caught several important details that I forgot to address earlier in the planning process. She touched base with all of my vendors, which was especially important because they were all independent of our reception vendor and we were planning our wedding from a different state. Since we booked BDP two years earlier, they were very responsive to questions that came up along the way for planning prior to the month of the wedding. They also kept us up to date on the latest COVID wedding/event details and offered to help rearrange vendors/dates when we had to reschedule our wedding. On the day of the wedding, Jeannine worked tirelessly to get everyone to where they needed to be and was able to run through the rehearsal ceremony the morning of the wedding to accommodate out of town wedding party members. There were a few things that changed dynamically during the reception and Jeannine was able to make it seem like that was part of the plan all along so that no one noticed! Many guests came up to us to comment on how awesome she was. Highly highly recommend!

Jeannine was amazing on our wedding day and the month leading up. Leading up to the wedding both Jeannine and Jennie helped us pick vendors (some even offered a discount with bdp). They also helped us navigate during covid letting us know what regulations were in place and worked with us as we changed our dates multiple times. They helped us put together a packing list, a photo list and a day of timeline that coordinated well with our other vendors. Jeannine also reached out to all our vendors before the wedding to confirm all the details and to reach out so they knew her ahead of time. The day of, Jeannine was awesome. We had so much set up and many small details ahead of the event but BDP tackled it all before we arrived on site and it looked amazing. Then at the end of the night things were packed away super quick after the last songs were played. She also helped run my flats down to the event once my feet were sore and brought us food during cocktail hour! For that I'm forever grateful!

You need to book BDP for your wedding planning! I ended up with the month-of-coordination package, and was so happy with my decision. They were so easy to get in touch with, and it was a pleasure working with Jeannine :) they shared so many resources and vendors, helped us with coordinating with vendors, helped with the timeline, and was there from the ceremony until after the bouquet toss. Jeannine made sure the day ran smoothly and on time, and she also made sure I didn't have to deal with any last minute stress the day of! I would highly recommend that everyone books Beautiful Day Planning, I'm a broke grad student but they were worth every penny!

Jennie and Jeannine are truly the best! They were responsive, easy to work with and professional. Jennie helped us navigate though postponing our wedding and was always there to ease any concerns. Jeannine was always available by phone, email and text to answer all of our questions and was on top of all communication with our other vendors. BDP went above and beyond and made our wedding day so perfect!

Where to begin! Adrienne & Amber Photography is worth every penny! They are the most talented photographers I have ever met. We had our engagement photos in October, and right off the bat, they made us feel comfortable in front of the camera. Adrienne & Amber are the sweetest duo with the best eye to capture the most beautiful moments! My number 1 requirement for the wedding was the best photographers I could find, and they exceeded my expectations! They were so professional, friendly, organized, and punctual. They go out of their way to scope out the most ideal locations, situations, and moments! I am so beyond grateful for Adrienne & her assistant, Amanda, for all of their effort on the day of my wedding. I did not even feel like I needed to request specific poses or moments because I trusted their knowledge and experience! As I type this I am smiling so much because we had such a lovely experience with them! I cannot WAIT for the pictures, and I could not more highly recommend them to any couple in the area looking for the perfect photographers to capture the most important day. Jeannine from Beautiful Day planning was truly the most perfect coordinator my husband and I could have imagined! We hired her for day of, but she went above and beyond to assist us with any questions we had leading up to the big day. Her friendliness, professionalism, timeliness, and all the help she provided were exactly what we needed! If you need help planning a wedding, graduation or shower, she is the person you want by your side. We hired her to help us plan a 300 person wedding. All the planning went smoothly, and was "turn-key" and on track until Covid-19 hit. Ultimately, over an additional year, we moved our party three times, and Jennie worked hard to help make each change easy and seamless. The third time was the charm, and in less than six weeks, she helped us create our dream reception. When you hire Jennie, you also get access to all her top notch contacts and vendors. She is "the best" and she knows who else is "the best" in their related area. She will help you find the right florist, band, venue and event suppliers. Honestly, I cannot praise Jennie and Lauren enough from BDP! Thank you from the bottom of my heart, you truly made my wedding smooth sailing! Where do I even start! I have know jennie for a long time and I couldn’t imagine anyone else help plan our beautiful wedding. We had a 2020 wedding that downsized from 250 to an incredible intimate 30 person event up north. Jennie was there from the start to help guide us to make the perfect day. Being in the industry I wasnt sure exactly what I needed to guide me but Jennie proved how helpful it was to have a planner. From start to finish! The planning was such a huge part but I cant even tell you how amazing it was to have her and her team day of! WOW if anything had to change or maybe didnt work out I honestly couldn’t tell you if I noticed.
