At the end of the night, she worked diligently to get all of our decor and miscellaneous items into our cars so that we did not need to worry about post-wedding clean-up. Laura was truly the single reason that our wedding went as smoothly as it did. Post-wedding, Laura has continued to demonstrate that we made the right choice in hiring Beautiful Day. She provided us with a detailed list of notes about what went wrong with our venue, which we have relied heavily upon as we work to rectify these mistakes with the venue. She has also been proactive in checking in, seeing if we need anything, and offering support as she can. Considering we are now three weeks past our wedding, there is nothing else to call this but above-and-beyond service. The beginning of wedding planning was a bit hectic because we were contacting and setting up all the meetings and deciding details with each individual vendor. But starting from the one-month out date when Dana and Jennie stepped in and created the timeline for coordinating all the vendors, all our stress and worries instantly disappeared. They managed to get in contact with vendors that we had trouble reaching out to, created wedding party info sheets to distribute to everyone, and crafted a timeline that fulfilled everything that we wanted and more. For our actual wedding day, I didn't know it was possible that two people could be practically everywhere all at once and handling all the logistics we didn't even think of. When someone needed a sewing kit for a suit button that popped off, five minutes later the suit jacket was back on the groomsmen. When one of my bridesmaids needed a bandage, Rachel came around within minutes with handful of bandaids. We didn't realize we needed a "Reserved" sign for the front row at the ceremony, and by the time we asked Dana, those signs were already placed in the front row. At the end of the night, I returned back to the hotel and all our decorations we brought were already back and all packaged neatly. I could not have asked for a better wedding coordination team. Dana, Rachel, Jennie, and the rest of the team - you have outdone yourself! My only regret was not hiring their full-service wedding planning so that I would feel this easy and seamless throughout the entire planning process. Both Greg and I thank you tremendously for truly making our wedding day so beautiful and the best day of our lives that we want to remember forever!

The weekend of the wedding she literally handled everything - my fiance and I didn't lift a finger! We had 3 locations (hotel, church, reception venue) and a lot of vendors going in & out of each location, and everything went off so smooth! She came to my suite early and offered to help steam my dress & veil so I could be with my present w/ my bridesmaids, she completely handled all communication with my vendors and even my parents or in-laws when needed, and at the end of the night she communicated everything necessary to my parents, etc. so she didn't bother us! In a blink of an eye everything was packed up and handled! My parents thought she was amazing along with our whole bridal party! Working with BDP we were able to fully enjoy our wedding weekend!

Jeannine's experience and expertise prompted us to think about things we hadn't thought about for the wedding. Jeannine and her assistant, Ria, were miracle workers on our wedding day. When we arrived, our venue tables were already set up and it took our breath away. Throughout the night Jeannine and Ria worked swiftly behind the scenes to ensure all our guests were happy and taken care of, all of our needs were taken care of, and coordinated with all our vendors. Jeannine and Ria went above and beyond to ensure all our belongings were organized and cleaned up at the end of the night. I knew from the beginning I needed a day-of coordinator, but now that the wedding is over, I have had a few family members, and my now husband, comment that hiring a wedding coordinator was the best investment for our wedding. I really hope to have the opportunity to work with BDP, Jeannine, and Ria for future events!

way that didn't look awful. We had multiple meetings (mostly virtual) where she took her time, answered all of our questions and alleviated our concerns. In our initial meeting, before we'd hired her, she told us that it was inevitable that something would go wrong on our wedding day and it would be her job to find a solution before we ever knew anything was wrong. That was definitely what I needed to hear and she did that and more. She helped us put together a mood board to present our ideas to potential vendors, made recommendations and put us in touch with vendors we needed and coordinated with vendors we'd already hired. She asked the questions that never even occurred to us and made sure no details were missed. On our big day it felt to me like everything had gone seamlessly (almost - more on that later). It was only after the fact that I found out how many things Jennie had to address behind the scenes that I never knew about. Things that were forgotten, readings that didn't print in full and needed to be redone, etc. Mostly little things, but all things that would've stressed me out on my wedding day. Instead, I felt no stress at all that day... with one exception. My husband to be, our wedding party and parents were gathered and the "walking down the aisle" music had just started when the best man realized he didn't have the rings. I panicked and yelled "stop the music!" because I assumed we'd just ruined our wedding by forgetting a very important accessory. Jennie calmly asked where they were and told us not to worry and to proceed down the aisle. The rings had been left in the basement of our venue, in the space where we'd taken a few minutes to relax pre-ceremony. She (or maybe her assistant, I honestly don't know) managed to get the rings and, during one of the readings when our officiant had stepped aside momentarily, she managed to pass the officiant the rings. When the time came for us to exchange rings, the officiant had them and no one was any the wiser. No one even noticed Jennie's ninja-like secret stealth ring delivery (not even me, until I watched the wedding video and noticed the quick hand-off in the background). I'm not normally prone to theatrics, but, in my mind at least, my "stop the music!" moment was like a scene out of a very dramatic romantic comedy. It was the most stressful part of a long, amazing day and it lasted literally seconds, thanks to Jennie's calm, cool demeanor. My now husband and I planned everything ourselves without any input from friends and family, so that we could surprise people, and so we could spare ourselves everyones opinions on what we were doing. Jennie was the only person who knew any of the details and she helped us craft the most perfect wedding. It was elegant and quirky and beautiful and fun, and was perfectly "us". You absolutely can't go wrong hiring Jennie and her team.
