Beautiful Faces by Janis

I don't wear much makeup, but knew that I wanted to feel special on my wedding day. Janis was perfect, and created a beautiful look for me that was understated with a little bit of glam. She also integrated my glasses very well, which was something I had been worried about. I'm not local and wasn't able to do a trial, but even without that Janis was easy to work with and turned my very-uninformed preferences into exactly what I wanted.

I cannot think of anyone better to have done my wedding day makeup! Janis was absolutely amazing. From her responsiveness through email or text to her warm and friendly personality and her amazing knowledge of makeup- she is the perfect package! She offers a bridal trial and she went above and beyond and even did a trial for my mother and mother in law. She made us feel right at home. The wedding morning could not have gone any more smoothly! She made all us girls look absolutely flawless and natural. She was so fun, upbeat and efficient in making sure the morning ran without any issues. She made me feel absolutely beautiful!

Hired Beautiful Faces. Did a makeup trial with Janis and that went well. Day of we had Takeesha for makeup and Yasmin for hair. Makeup melted by end of the night (so not entirely sweat proof) eyelash half fell off a couple hours after but luckily my bridesmaid had extra eyelash glue. all the eyeliner melted underneath my eyebrow so we tried our best to rub it in! the show must go on! my hair came apart 3-4 hours! so my advice is to ask for extra hold! i did let my hair down by the end of the night so that’s fine. they were pleasant day of. i recommend doing a trial with takeesha and yasmin, i couldn’t get around doing it in advance! appreciate them coming on site. recommend beautiful faces! i just asked for a natural look and braid with an updo!

After going through my first hair and makeup trial with someone else, I was not happy at all. I knew that I wanted hair and makeup as a package deal, so I messaged Janis, and she got me in right away for a trial. I can't even tell you the relief I felt after my second trial. My hair and makeup looked amazing! Janis and Jojo are also so sweet and personable, they made the morning of the wedding so much fun. Janis took my feedback of wanting an even more natural look, and I thought my hair and makeup came out even better the day of the wedding. I am so happy that I went with them!!

Janis was so great to work with! I love her go-get-em, no nonsense attitude and she was both reassuring and fun to have with us on our wedding day. It’s hard to put into words just how wonderful Janis and Jojo are. They are a dream team - punctual, talented, professional, kind, fun-loving. Janis is by far the most responsive/communicative person I’ve ever worked with, responding to all emails within minutes. She was beyond understanding and adaptable when we had to postpone our wedding due to COVID. I was in love with my wedding hair and makeup - it was so glam and I felt like a queen, but also still felt like “me” - Janis really understood what I wanted. Janis was a reference from my cousin who used Janis’s servic Lea for her wedding. I am glad I listened because I ended up with an amazing hair dresser and makeup artist. I live out of state but was able to schedule both trials effortlessly when I was in town. The week before I got a call saying the makeup artist is want going to be able to make it. Of course I was stressing, I cannot do my own makeup. Janis took care of everything!!!! She kept me in the loop the whole time and found a replacement. Not everything goes according to plan the day of but boy was I happy I went with Janis to take this big stressor off my plate. 3rd word of mouth that has used Janis and we have all been beyond satisfied.

Janis, the owner of Beautiful Faces, did an excellent job of making everyone at our wedding look and feel glamorous. She invited us to her home for an initial consultation, where she tested the makeup on one of our grooms maids, and helped guide us in our decisions after seeing our color palette for the wedding. On the day of, she was timely, professional and was able to do 14 faces in just a few hours with an assistant, and everyone looked beautiful. I highly recommend her service.

Janis and Jo were wonderful to work with! At the trial, Janis was so warm, friendly, and made me feel so comfortable. I wanted to look natural and effortless on my wedding day, so I showed Janis a few photos and told her what I was looking for, and she got the job done perfectly. She really has an intuitive feel for what will look good on your face! She was also super accommodating and flexible with my numerous revisions to my look :) For hair, all I did was vaguely describe a "loose romantic updo" to Jo, and she did my hair better than I would have imagined it! Both arrived early on the day-of, and I got so many compliments about how I beautiful I looked. Highly recommend!

In my search for hair and make-up for the wedding, I kept seeing the reviews for Beautiful Faces by Janis. Janis was easy to work with in the initial planning process, answering my questions, helping to create the schedule, and making sure that we had the right stylist fit. For the trial, I had to travel to Boston to where my hair and makeup stylist lived (not a huge deal living in Portland, but just something that you might want to be aware of.) Overall, the trial went really well, with both JoJo (Hair) and Deidra (Make-Up) viewing my pictures and Pinterest board beforehand and making sure that they had a good sense of what I wanted. They were both very personable and very easy to get along with throughout the wedding planning process! There was some miscommunication on the number of stylists, but everything worked out in the end! On my wedding day, the hair and makeup team arrived early and they were extremely efficient. Everyone's hair and make-up looked so beautiful and stayed in place for most of the wedding. We were on schedule and even finished hair early, with time for touch-ups at the end which was wonderful. As the bride, I had some hair fall out of the style BUT I traveled on the water taxi, trolley, and on a ferry, so it definitely wasn't unexpected with all of the wind and ocean breeze. My hair and makeup were exactly what I was looking for on my big day, and I got so many compliments. I still felt like myself, but a prettier, fancier version! Throughout the day, JoJo and Diedra did such a great job keeping the mood light and fun before the wedding. Pricewise as well, the rates are lower to about average to what I have seen, but it is definitely worth it along with a low cost of travel and the high quality we received! Hiring Beautiful Faces by Janis, and JoJo and Deidra was such a good decision for my wedding, and I would recommend anyone else to do the same!

Janis was amazing! Everyone in my bridal party and the mothers (who had a lot of high exceptions!) were also so pleased with the end result from our July wedding. Janis also has the ability to work so calmly in the most stressful of situations! She is such an expert and really enjoys what she does. She works so well with Amanda (hair assistant) and they are a dynamic duo. Without a doubt I would highly recommend both of them! Top notch and quality service. I couldn't have been happier.

Janis is AMAZING!!! She did my bridal makeup this past weekend. Her vast knowledge of product is so impressive and she is a true professional. She provides a warm, relaxing environment and made me feel like we've known each other forever from the moment we met. My mother and grandmother do not wear heavy makeup and Janis made them feel comfortable and listened to what they were looking for, provided suggestions, and let them decide what was best. From my very first email to Janis, inquiring about her services, she was extremely responsive and answered every single question I had—and continued to be so all the way through the wedding! On the day of my wedding, everything was stress-free and my bridesmaids, matron of honor, and mother also got their hair and makeup done and everyone was just beautiful and hair and makeup held up through the afternoon and evening. My sister researched hair and makeup options for my wedding, and after contacting and getting quotes from several businesses, she ended up booking with Beautiful Faces. Initially we thought we just wanted to get our hair done but ultimately decided to get makeup, too. The founder/owner of the company (Janis) was our makeup artist, and Amanda was our hair stylist. Both were complete pros and did an excellent job making us photo-ready for the wedding. They also came to our hotel suite in Boston, which was super convenient and worth the travel fees. I went for a hair and make-up trial run at Janis's home studio before my wedding, which was fun and helpful and gave me confidence going into the big day. I ended up making a few minor tweaks to my look on the actual day of my wedding (toned down my eyes and changed my lip color), which Janis was very supportive of. I typically wear little makeup, so it felt strange to have so much makeup on...but (as everyone assured me beforehand) it didn't look like I was wearing a ton in my photos and at the end of the night, my face and hair were still perfectly intact. Both Janis and Amanda have great personalities and made the getting-ready portion of the day light and bright. They're both open to ideas and photos of what you like, so go ahead and do some research before you go in to create your wedding-day look. That being said, they're also very experienced and confident in their skills and will help guide you in the right direction if you're not sure what you want.

Janis and Amanda are the BEST! I could not have picked a better team to get me and my girls ready for the big day! Throughout the entire process, Janis was extremely responsive and reassuring which is so comforting for a bride. When I met Janis for my trial, she greeted me with a hug and I felt like I was right at home. Janis was very open to all of my ideas and but also gave her input when appropriate and together we ended up with the perfect look! Amanda is equally as great! I seriously was obsessed with my wedding day hair, as were all my girls! I had my first trial with Janis and it went really well so I booked with her! I'm glad I did. Her and her team are very dependable and talented. Janis had a scheduling conflict so she could no longer do the makeup on our wedding day, but she set us up with Diedra instead, who was equally as talented, very nice and professional. She let me do another free trial with Diedra and I was very pleased. Same goes for our wedding day, Diedra showed up on time and ready to roll. We kept things moving and finished all the girls with plenty of time to spare, even after last minute asking if we can add on services for my grandma. Overall very happy with the service we received, and we all looked gorgeous!

I am very happy I picked Beautiful Faces for my big day. Between my family and friends, it was a group of ladies who wear little to no hair/makeup on a daily basis, and Janis/Amanda made them all look like movie stars! Janis/Amanda was so flexible and accommodating to all requests from the picky ladies to those that were open to Janis/Amanda designing on the spot. With most of the group not being too accustom to the process, Janis has a technique where she explains what she is doing along the way, easing the nerves and teaching in the process. She has an extremely comprehensive makeup arsenal picking the best shades for each lady. All this while Amanda was connecting with all the bridal party on a personal level, creating a casual slumber-party like atmosphere perfect for getting ready on your wedding day! Overall these talented ladies took my goal of natural and polished and blew it out of the water with a professional demeanor and reasonable pricing.

Janis (makeup) and Amanda (hair) were amazing! They were so punctual and had everyone on a schedule that made it super manageable for the 11 girls getting ready. They definitely enjoy their job and will do whatever they need to do to make sure you look and feel your best. They are very knowledgeable and I lovedddd the outcome. Who's the pickiest of them all? ME. Janis, Amanda and her assistant were absolutely outstanding! We had five bridesmaids, three flowergirls, two mothers of the bride and of course me (the bride!) and they all were professional, did excellent work and brought an amazing energy to our morning! All three showed up very promptly, set up exactly how they needed to and were ready before our pre-determined start time. Every single one of the girls were beyond happy with their hair and makeup looks. Each one of us had a different style and they nailed each one! We had some people in our party who had never worn makeup or had never had their hair done and Janis and Amanda were very gentle, reassuring and helpful. Five stars was no question to me. Janis and Amanda are incredible and any bride would be lucky to have them as apart of their day! Thank you ladies!!

I got married February 11, 2018 and I worked with Janis for makeup and Amanda for hair. It was an absolute dream. I didn't end up doing a trial for time and because I just wanted my hair down and simple and I wanted natural-looking makeup. I was really clear about what I wanted in pictures with Janis and Amanda and they were very responsive via email, confirming that everything would be great. Beautiful Faces is affordable and everyone in my bridal party felt beautiful and great. It was also a rainy, cold winter day, but our hair and makeup stayed PERFECT throughout (still don't know what Amanda put in my curly hair to make it stay so nice). But I highly recommend Beautiful Faces. You won't regret it.

I run a corporate events business so I had a unique perspective on wedding planning. I cared a lot about certain things that most brides don’t care about, and not at all about others. Janis was fabulous to work with. Her team did both hair and makeup for me, my 6 bridesmaids, and another 6 family members. It was hectic getting ready and I shouldn’t have trusted her timeline that we could stick to 30 minutes per person for both hair and makeup. I assume the delay was because of my guests running a few minutes late or not knowing what they wanted because both Janis and Amanda are incredibly efficient (but do learn from my mistake and budget more time than 30 minutes each if you have a large group). I didn’t want a ton of makeup because I wanted to look like myself, and Janis was great about checking in with me and making sure I had the look I wanted. She even special ordered a pair of ridiculously lightweight faux lashes because I didn’t want them to be too much. The wedding party all looked fantastic, but what is often overlooked is that everyone’s hair and makeup lasted all day. Janis and Amanda made sure to use enough pins and hairspray and setting powder or whatever so that everyone looked great from noon to 11pm. Janis also left each one of us a lip gloss to reapply that as needed. I did 2 trials with Janis and one with Amanda before the big day and couldn’t have been happier with my look. They were great to be around while getting ready and were reasonably priced. Highly recommend them both!

When I met Janis, it was like walking into family. She did a PHENOMENAL job on our wedding! My bridesmaids looked so beautiful and she made my mother feel so amazing! She bent over backwards for us and when ever I had any questions or concerns, she was right there to answer them for me. She even designed a look just for me to I stood out at our wedding! She worked my stylist Matthew and he fell in love with her just as much as I did! Her makeup is top notch and she is so clean with her brushes! We were so happy working with Danielle (hair) and Deidra (makeup) for our October 2017 wedding. From the beginning, Janis, Danielle, and Deidra were very responsive, communicating regularly about different looks and plans for the wedding. They made us feel so comfortable, listening to our requests for soft makeup and simple, lightly curled hair. Danielle and Deidra were very easy going (even when they arrived at our hotel at 6am the day of the wedding!), helping all the girls relax and enjoy the morning together. As someone who doesn't usually wear any makeup, Deidra was amazing in making me feel comfortable in my own skin. I actually did two makeup trials with Deidra (the second of which she came to my apartment!), and felt very confident with the natural look we ended up going with. Deidra did an amazing job listening to the desires of all the girls - some of which wanted false lashes, others which wanted just mascara - and made everyone feel their best. Danielle was an all star for our wedding. She brought an assistant to help with the initial curling of the hair, but didn't charge us anything extra. Danielle was also very flexible, taking on an additional three ladies who hadn't planned on getting their hair done, and still finished before schedule. I would highly recommend Beautiful Faces, especially Danielle and Deidra, if you are looking for professionalism and attention to detail with your wedding hair and makeup!

Beautiful Faces did an amazing job with the hair and makeup for our wedding. At the end of the night I didn't want to take it off. It still looked gorgeous after 9+ hours. They were wonderful dealing with a large bridal party, mothers, and me! Many of the girls had long hair but Amanda was able to keep everything on schedule and looking beautiful. My hair is normally awful at holding a curl, but she must have used magic, since it was still curly at the end of the night. Janis was absolutely wonderful as well. She was super attentive to detail and making sure that each person was happy and comfortable with their makeup. She was incredibly friendly and willing to answer any questions we had about what different makeup bits an pieces were for (I normally go for a "natural" look, so I don't know a lot about makeup). I loved how everything came out, and they were punctual, efficient and very professional as well as being fun to get ready with! I would definitely recommend them.

Kerry and Dee did an amazing job. My hair was great at my trial but the day of wasn't what I was looking for. So they re-did it twice until it was perfect. My makeup was simple and elegant. What I loved most was the attention that all my bridesmaids looked their best too. From minimal make up to full make-up they did a great job. Highest praise!

Michelle, our makeup artist, and Beautiful Faces by Janis made my wife and I look amazing on our wedding day!! We met with Michelle 4 months before our wedding for our makeup trial, we highly encourage you to have a trial. As a Bride you may think by showing up the day of the wedding the makeup artist can do their thing but in most cases not. Not only does the trial give you a sense of what your makeup will look like the 'day of' but also a sense of security and confidence in what to expect. In our case both my wife and I do not wear makeup, so it was crucial that we look like ourselves and not fake. This is where Michelle really nailed it because she make us look like ourselves and none of the makeup wore off with our happy tears = ) Not only did Michelle show up on time but she finished early, seriously! We couldn't have imagined working with anyone else. Janis, Michelle and her team are true professionals and I promise you will not regret it!! I am extremely happy with my choice to use beautiful faces for my hair and make-up! I originally had booked with a different company who cancelled on me 2 months before my wedding. Janis became my fairy godmother and put all my worries at ease from my first email with her. She is so wonderful and so talented; I knew I was in great hands. I’m a nurse and my usual make up routine is very minimal. I wanted to make sure I still looked like myself when I got married. Janis was amazing and made me feel so beautiful and the best version of myself. She tailored what she did to each bridesmaid and our mothers and everyone looked and felt beautiful. My good friend referred me to Janis and boy am I glad she did! Janis was a pleasure to work with and set me up with Deidra for my wedding day makeup. Deidra was fantastic. She reached out to me a few days before my wedding and helped make a timeline for us to follow on the big day. She was attentive to my bridesmaids, myself, and my mother-in-law. When I began planning my July 2017 wedding during the fall of 2016, I felt overwhelmed. I was living in northern NH, planning for a wedding on the South Shore of Boston. I didn't know any vendors in the area, never mind the quality of the work from vendors I found during hours of online searches. I turned to my bridesmaids who knew a thing or two about planning weddings, and one of them recommended Beautiful Faces! I immediately contacted Janis and felt so comfortable and confident that she and her team would be a wonderful fit! I scheduled my hair and makeup trial for February 2017, and when I went Janis and Amanda were both so welcoming and receptive to my ideas. I didn't feel rushed at all, and they worked with me until I felt like my hair and makeup were exactly what I wanted for my wedding day! Leading up to my wedding day, we kept in contact to make sure everything was all set! Janis sent me a very clearly outlined contract, so that there were no gray areas or surprises. I knew exactly what I was getting and exactly how much it would cost! I loved that, because it helped my planning go so smoothly! On my wedding day, Janis and Amanda came right to the hotel where my bridal party was getting ready and they really felt like family being there! They came early so that there was plenty of time and nobody felt rushed! They did an amazing job and my makeup and hair lasted the whole afternoon and evening! I cannot say enough about the incredible job Lindsay and Krista did for my wedding!!!!! Myself, 6 bridesmaids and 2 moms were all done with absolute perfection and care. Lindsay and Krista stayed with my bridal party til the very end of "getting ready time" and did not rush us the least bit! I was very upset that my hair dresser rushed us all and left so quickly and Lindsay and Krista made me feel SO much better. Not only are they incredibly talented but they are professional AND fun to be with the morning of! Lindsay made me feel the most beautiful I have ever felt. Janis and Amanda made an amazing team last weekend at my son's wedding. They took on a bridal party of 10 ladies and created a very relaxed atmosphere where they truly created magic! I cannot rave enough about Janis and Amanda. They are an amazing hair and makeup team, and such awesome people. First of all, Janis is hilarious and will keep you laughing all day. Amanda is a total sweetheart. I was in love with my hair and makeup the day of and they both made it look so easy. They're both very client focused, and if there's anything you don't like, they won't hesitate to change it right away. My bridesmaids all had a great experience as well and everyone looked beautiful. Janis was great to work with on my wedding day. While planning for the big day, she was very responsive to any questions I had and consistently responded in 10 minutes or less. If you are like me and never have your makeup professionally done, she was very thoughtful about making me feel comfortable and explaining everything she was doing. If you want something changed last minute she will change it for you and work to make you happy. All the bridesmaids received extra lip stain for touch ups and a case for their fake lashes if they wanted them. My makeup came out great, lasted all night and was as stress-free as it can be on your wedding day.

Janis and Amanda were a wonderful duo to work with. Janis is fully of energy and passion and makes you feel beautiful. She was wonderful to work with, from my trial to the day of. She made my mom, mother-in-law and bridesmaids feel beautiful on my wedding day. Everyone looked very natural and she really played up the beauty in everyone. It was so much fun to get ready in the morning with both of them. Amanda was extremely patient and able to work very fast, accomplishing 8 people for hair in only 5 hours! She accommodated my indecisiveness with two hair trials and made me feel wonderful on my wedding day! So nice to not have to travel the morning of my wedding day, alleviated a lot of stress. I would highly recommend these two, well worth it.

Janis was absolutely fantastic through my whole wedding process. After a horrible trial with another make up artist, I found Janis and she saved the day. She listened to me, we talked about what would look best and tried different things. She is so sweet and understanding. All my girls loved her and their make up. She made everyone from age 14 to 61 feel great and look their best. I received so many compliments on my bridal make up. I highly recommend Janis. She is professional, kind and amazing through the whole process!

She made me feel taken care of from the first time I contacted her to the moment I walked down the aisle. She is kind, energetic, and personable . She did the make-up for my 5 bridesmaids and me and she made us all look our best and feel confident and beautiful. I absolutely loved the false eyelashes, the bright red lip, and the airbrushing that she did for my makeup, I am very picky and she worked with me to make me look exactly how I wanted. Not only is she an incredible make-up artist, but she is also a lot of fun to hang out with, we all had a blast getting ready with Janis on the big day. Not only did Janis and Amanda do amazing work, they are wonderful people who were a pleasure to work with! Janis truly knows everything there is to know about makeup, making her the perfect person to have on hand to glam up your wedding party. Myself, the moms, and all the girls were SO pleased with their looks! Also, Amanda can literally do any hairstyle you ask her to--and do it better than you thought. Our hair looked great and stayed in all night. I would recommend them to anyone :)

I had Amanda for my hair and Michelle for my makeup. I really liked both of their personalities during the trial. They made me feel comfortable and they both did a good job of turning my inspiration into reality. After the trial, I has some changes that I wanted to make, and both of them took that feedback and made my wedding day look perfect. And despite rainy outdoor pictures and dancing non-stop for four hours at the wedding, my hair and makeup did not budge. The day of the wedding, they did hair and makeup for three bridesmaids, my mother and mother-in-law. Each girl has very different styles and all of them loved their hair and makeup. Everyone got exactly the look they wanted. The highest praise was from my Lebanese mother-in-law who was very nervous about having someone she didn’t pick do her hair and makeup. She told me multiple times after the wedding that she LOVED her hair and makeup, so much that she’d hire Michelle and Amanda for future events.

Janice was the best ever!!! Do not think twice about booking with her!!! It was a recommedation from my cousin whos getting married in Feb 2017. I was so disappointed with my other makeup trials, that I needed someone fast! I contacted Janice and she was so accommodating, and thankfully had my wedding day open! It was a miracle!!! Janis is AMAZING! I booked Janis for my wedding makeup based on a recommendation last year. We set up a trial and I was blown away - Janis listen to my vision, made suggestions and her work was beautiful. Even when I had some skin problems the week before and was VERY stressed about it, I emailed Janis and she reccomended some products that worked miracles!! The day of was awesome, Janis and Dee were great and efficient at getting my bridal party of 12 done with time to spare. All of the makeup was flawless, it looked beautiful in the pictures AND lasted ALL NIGHT! Her products were wonderful, we loved the airbrush! Janis even gave the girls each their lip color so we could re-apply throughout the evening. Janis knows her stuff about makeup - she is not only very professional, but has such amazing energy - she made the day so much fun!! I can't reccomend Beautiful Faces and Janis enough - definitely book with her (but she fills up fast!!)

Janis was fantastic-professional, flexible and very patient! Janis and her staff did beautiful makeup for the bride, 9 bridesmaids along with myself (MOB) and mother of the groom. She was not rushed one bit and wanted to ensure all were pleased with our results. I would recommend her to anyone!!

Janis and her team are great!!! I loved how quickly Janis responded to questions and was so patient with answering everything I asked. She was extremely flexible on my trial (I was living 2 hours away from where I got married) and was very accommodating. Amanda did my hair and was AWESOME. She guided me on what hair extensions to buy and was super responsive on email as well. Michele did my make up and it looking amazing. We changed a few things the day of and she had no issues at all. All of my bridesmaids looked amazing. I couldnt have asked for anything more from this team!

I'm thrilled I worked with Beautiful Faces for hair and makeup on my wedding day. As a minimal makeup wearer and someone with sensitive skin, and also a woman with curly hair I'm particular about, I was nervous about selecting hair and makeup artists for my wedding. I knew I wanted a professional to help me "elevate" my look on the big day, but I also wanted to feel like myself, and heavy makeup and over-the-top hair weren't part of my vision. I told all this to Janis, the owner of Beautiful Faces, and she understood right away, explaining that she was very comfortable doing more natural makeup looks, and worked with a hair stylist (Amanda, who's also amazing!) who specializes in curly hair. I knew then I wanted to hire Janis and Amanda for my wedding day. Since I was planning my wedding from across the country, I had very limited availability for hair & makeup trials. But Janis and Amanda were very flexible, and fit me in during a trip I'd planned to the east coast. During the trial, Janis and Amanda listened carefully to what I wanted and didn't want, and worked with me to create looks that made me feel naturally beautiful - and like myself! Amanda was also super helpful in coming up with a style that used my natural curls, which was important to me, and patiently tweaked them after I'd changed my mind! On the morning of my wedding, Janis, Amanda, and Deirdre arrived bright and early at 7:30 am ready to do hair and makeup for me and my "wedding crew" of 8, including 6 bridesmaids, our officiant, and my mom! Janis listened carefully to what each person wanted for their makeup and any concerns they had, making sure they were comfortable with the whole process. She was happy to adjust to their style - some women wanted minimal makeup and some wanted it heavier, and Janis worked effortlessly to bring out everyone's natural beauty and radiance! And I got that natural, glowing wedding day look I had hoped for. I highly recommend Janis and Amanda!

I found Beautiful Faces after the makeup artist who originally agreed to do my wedding flaked out and became unresponsive a month before the wedding. Janis was quick to respond when I contacted her and was so professional throughout the process. I did a trial at her house and she was great at explaining everything she was doing and making adjustments if something didn't work with my skin. She did a wonderful job on makeup for me and five bridesmaids and her professionalism really made her stand out. She was proactive in sending me a confirmation email a few of days before the wedding and repeating the things that we had discussed doing differently which put my mind at ease knowing that she really listened and was on top of things. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Janis. Plus the rates are competitive, you can't beat a great makeup artist with great prices.

We booked Danielle and Michelle through Beautiful Faces by Janis for my June 2016 wedding and I am thrilled with how everything turned out! Danielle and her assistant did an amazing job on everyone’s hair. Each bridesmaid was allowed to choose whatever hairstyle they wanted. Danielle was flexible in working with them to create whatever they wanted. My bridal hair was incredible. She used extensions I had purchased to give me voluminous curls that I adored!! Michelle did a phenomenal job with make-up as well. I wanted airbrushed make-up as I knew I would cry during the ceremony. She did such a beautiful job with it! I received so many compliments! A friend of mine is considering hiring Beautiful Faces as well because of the fantastic job they did. I am so happy with the decision to hire this team for my wedding day, and would highly recommend others do the same!
