I am in the process of planning and locking down companies and venues for our upcoming wedding. While researching rental companies to use I found Beautiful Memories Linens and Events (on The Knot), and when comparing their prices for chair covers they were one of the lowest. So I made an appointment to go view their showroom. Strike 1 was when I called to make an appointment and the lady who answered continued to cut me off to yell/scream at someone in her background. I decided to try and ignore that and go ahead and go anyway. I get to my appointment 10 minutes early and the door is locked. I knock for about 10 minutes no answer. I then call the company number listed. Someone answered and as I started talking to say that no one was here for my appointment, she hung up. I called back about 5 times over the next 10 minutes, and left a voicemail. After that, the lady turned her phone off and it started going straight to voicemail. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Planning a wedding is already stressful enough, then to have to deal with unprofessional and shady people on top of it...Don't do it! Glad I saw this at this point and not days before my wedding. My fiance and I will def spend the extra money and go with a more reputable and popular company.

I never give reviews but I was highly disappointed in this company's very unprofessional service. I paid in full for chair covers nearly two months before my wedding. I called the day before my wedding to confirm a pick up time and was given the run around. I was first told the chair covers had not come in yet then told they didn't have a reservation for me. The representative who answered the phone told me she'd call the business owner and call me back. After several hours and no follow up I called her back. There was no answer. I finally got someone to answer, only by calling from a different cell number than my own and I asked for a refund as there was still no explanation and no chair covers. I was told I had to schedule an appointment for a refund. I was so disgusted with their service and lack of concern that I just hung up and found another company to use. They did refund my credit card the day of my wedding, but never called me to inform me. You get what you pay for, just pay more and use a reputable company.
