re around Narragansett, so obviously nothing was going to be simple - but Garbriella made it smooth and fun, and gave us confidence that it would all come together beautifully. From the beginning Garbriella was flexible with finding times for us to chat over the phone, and she was extremely prompt in responding to all my emails. She reviewed all my vendor contracts to make sure they were appropriate and fair, helped bring a cohesive vision to all my ideas about vendors and personal touches, and was very honest when she thought something was overpriced, or wouldn’t deliver what I was looking for. She helped me problem-solve vendor hiccups, like a videographer backing out. On the day of my wedding both Garbriella and Katie were present all day, and worked so hard from beginning to end to make sure every detail we had planned was just right. She was calm, organized, and knew exactly how and when to communicate, and made me feel like I could really just relax and be present after months of planning. She has an amazing eye for detail, and was able to keep all the vendors on time. She even made sure that there was cake waiting in our wedding suite at the end of the night to make sure my husband and I could enjoy every detail. Thank you Garbriella for everything you did for us on our wedding day and the many months before!

I was very much a DIY bride in all aspects of design, vendor sourcing, stationary, tablescapes, and details. Leading up to the wedding, she was a fantastic sounding board and stragetic partner. She reviewed contracts to ensure the scope was covered and also reviewed and provided feedback on our overall budget allocations. During the event, she made the process smooth and enjoyable from working with my sister to bustle my dress, to relighting candles that had blown out, coordinating with the venue and vendors, to boxing and hand delivering our cake to the hotel…no detail was too small for Garbriella to think about. Garbriella was integral in making all of my DIY ideas and designs come to life. She meticulously set up all of our centerpieces and accents. After the wedding, Garbriella carefully packed up all of our items for us to bring home. Beckerman House of Planning not only executed the logistics seamlessly but also went above and beyond, offering thoughtful suggestions along the way that enhanced the overall experience and demonstrating a commitment that truly exceeded our expectations. She was my comfort all throughout my wedding day - I sincerely trusted her expertise and opinions, and she was on top of EVERYTHING! Garbriella handled things like storing some of wedding decor for us (as we were not local to the venue) as well as placing and collecting decor, and completed “extras” for us like ordering lunch, distributing tips and even giving some rehearsal dinner recs. She seems well connected with vendors in New England and I imagine would be very helpful with the planning process as well!

Our actual wedding day ran SO incredibly smoothly and so much of that is thanks to Garbriella and her assistant Katie. We were able to enjoy and be present because each step of the way Garbriella and Katie were there to see to anything and everything. She was so prompt with every text, phone call, video meeting, everything. She really handled every detail for me leading up to both days which made it all run so smoothly. During the wedding weekend, I cannot stress enough the importance of having the Beckerman Events team on-site. From setup until breakdown, the team was working non-stop to help us have the perfect wedding. The team was there setting up and ensuring that every vendor brought everything that was contracted and everything was in perfect order. Including staying late the night before to ensure a vendor fixed a major mistake with our seating chart. On the day of the event, it felt like magic how everything was just done before we could even think about it. We were able to relax and truly enjoy our day, not having to worry about ANYTHING. Garbriella even taught all the Groomsmen how to put on their boutonnieres!!! The schedule Garbriella put together was a lifesaver, and even better was her ability to ensure everyone was in the right place at the right time. We could seriously go on all day about the amazing things this team did for us, down to every little detail. Garbriella made sure throughout the day that we were not stressing or worrying. She happily jumped in at a moments notice to any and every request we had without hesitation. Going above and beyond is an understatement to the dedication the Beckerman Events team brings to your event. We were ecstatic to get back to the Airbnb and find that Garbriella had already been there - with all of our leftover pizza waiting for us for a late night snack. The Beckerman Events team even continued to work after our event to make sure everything was accounted for, we were not overcharged, and checking in on how we felt.
