We hired Garbriella as our day of coordinator for our June 2023 wedding in Newport. Garbriella is incredibly kind and easy to work with. She is flexible and willing and eager to go above and beyond. She connected with me multiple times well before the wedding and completed a final venue walk through with us a couple of months ahead of the big day. Garbriella handled things like storing some of wedding decor for us (as we were not local to the venue) as well as placing and collecting decor, and completed “extras” for us like ordering lunch, distributing tips and even giving some rehearsal dinner recs. She seems well connected with vendors in New England and I imagine would be very helpful with the planning process as well!

Hiring Garbriella and Beckerman House of Planning was hands down one of the best decisions we could have made during the wedding planning process. We hired Garbriella as Day Of Coordinator for our May 2023 wedding, but she started with us a number of months before our actual wedding day. Always quickly responsive and detail-oriented (including through texts and emails between meetings), we were always confident that Gab would have an answer to any question or concern, and always had the little details in mind to make sure everything was handled. We knew that she had all of our vendors on the same page so we did not have to worry about a thing when it came to timelines syncing up or anything being missed. Our actual wedding day ran SO incredibly smoothly and so much of that is thanks to Garbriella and her assistant Katie. We were able to enjoy and be present because each step of the way Garbriella and Katie were there to see to anything and everything. I cannot recommend Garbriella and her team enough for any coordination and planning needs!

I cannot say enough good things about Garbriella & her team at Beckerman House of Planning! I booked for a partial planning package for both our rehearsal dinner/welcome party & our wedding, but feel like I got MUCH more than a partial package. She was so prompt with every text, phone call, video meeting, everything. She really handled every detail for me leading up to both days which made it all run so smoothly. I truly felt like we could just show up & everything would be taken care of, and it certainly was! I would 10/10 recommend Beckerman House of Planning for your event!

Thrilled with our experience with Beckerman House of Planning. We got married in Beavertail Park in Jamestown, Rhode Island on May 7th, 2023. We realized late in planning that we needed a wedding coordinator and reached out to Beckerman House of Planning. Garbriella has been such an amazing support throughout this process. Planning a wedding can be very stressful but Garbriella has done a wonderful job of making it as stress free as possible. During our first meeting, she helped us create a vision for our wedding and highlighted what we should focus on. She was quick to answer any and all questions about the process and helped us connect with trusted vendors. Garbriella walked us through our timeline and created a thorough to do list. I seriously can’t thank her enough for all of her help! I can focus on being excited for the wedding instead of being stressed!

Garbriella was the best decision we made for our wedding! After booking most of our vendors we were a little lost and overwhelmed. Garbriella was super helpful in organizing everything, brought clarity to our vision and gave some great tips! From the start we clicked so well and could tell she genuinely was invested in making it the best day for us. Throughout the planning process she was super responsive, kept us on task, and checked in to make sure we were doing well. The month of the wedding was stress free because we knew G was on top of communicating with our vendors. Our timeline for the day worked out perfectly to the minute! I couldn’t believe how much of the day we were able to enjoy and be present in because Garbriella and her team were behind the scenes making sure it went smoothly. All of our friends and family loved her and couldn’t stop talking about how great she was. She really became part of the family that day! Highly recommend :)

11/10 recommend! There are not enough words to express how amazing Gabriella is! She was so helpful with finding vendors and she has excellent communication. She's so clam and organized and her attention to detail is top tier. Gabriella assisted with day-of coordination and everything went phenomenally. If we ran into a hiccup, Gabriella was already dealing with it herself or she knew the right person to talk to. It's been a few weeks now and I'm still receiving compliments about Gabriella and her assistant!

Without Beckerman Events, we would not have had the wedding of our dreams. Garbriella worked around the clock before and during out wedding to ensure EVERYTHING was covered and taken care of. Before the Wedding, Garbriella kept us on track; regularly checking in and suggesting next steps to ensure we stayed ahead of everything wedding planning. Her knowledge was essential in discussing quotes with vendors, making major decisions, and keeping us calm as the big date approached. We were extremely impressed with her professionalism when dealing with vendors, and can’t thank her enough for playing hard ball when the moments got tough and we were too stressed to do so. During the wedding weekend, I cannot stress enough the importance of having the Beckerman Events team on-site. From setup until breakdown, the team was working non-stop to help us have the perfect wedding. The team was there setting up and ensuring that every vendor brought everything that was contracted and everything was in perfect order. Including staying late the night before to ensure a vendor fixed a major mistake with our seating chart. On the day of the event, it felt like magic how everything was just done before we could even think about it. We were able to relax and truly enjoy our day, not having to worry about ANYTHING. Garbriella even taught all the Groomsmen how to put on their boutonnieres!!! The schedule Garbriella put together was a lifesaver, and even better was her ability to ensure everyone was in the right place at the right time. We could seriously go on all day about the amazing things this team did for us, down to every little detail. Garbriella made sure throughout the day that we were not stressing or worrying. She happily jumped in at a moments notice to any and every request we had without hesitation. Going above and beyond is an understatement to the dedication the Beckerman Events team brings to your event. We were ecstatic to get back to the Airbnb and find that Garbriella had already been there - with all of our leftover pizza waiting for us for a late night snack. The Beckerman Events team even continued to work after our event to make sure everything was accounted for, we were not overcharged, and checking in on how we felt. I had no idea where where to begin planning once I chose my venue. Gabriella, the Owner was absolutely amazing! She was patient with us during the planning process, always responded quickly to emails, texts and calls. She is extremely detail oriented, provided everything I needed and more, made timelines for bridal parties and all vendors to ensure everything flowed smoothly. Gabriella was incredible and made our wedding day absolutely perfect. I truly could not have done it without Beckerman Events.

I am working with Gabriella for my wedding in winter 2023 and cannot rave enough about the stress she has lifted off my shoulders. I feel like I am in great hands and she has our best interests in mind.

THE BEST Vendor by far for our wedding. Hiring Gab allowed me to fully enjoy my wedding day and not worry about what time it was or if certain vendors were doing what they were suppose to be doing. It was also relief to have Gab at the final venue walk through and to review the BEO to make sure pricing and everything overall was right (I never done any of that before). I will recommend Beckerman events to anyone.
