Even after the ceremony and reception, she made sure the venue was cleaned up and everything was packed up without us lifting a finger. from our big day she was incredibly helpful and knowledgable to keep us on track throughout the planning process.  She provided fantastic advice on a timeline for distributing save the dates, invitations and coordinated many conversations with our vendors throughout the process to make sure we submitted everything we needed to on time. When it came time for the rehearsal and wedding, having her help was a major weight lifted off of both our shoulders.  She coordinated the rehearsal making sure all of the wedding party knew where to be and what their responsibilities were.  During the wedding day she made sure everything ran smoothly and handled all of the behind the scenes work so my wife and I were able to enjoy the day and not have to worry about anything.  At the end of the evening she helped us pack up all of our stuff from the bridal suite and made sure we had everything we needed before heading out to our after party.  If you're thinking about hiring a planner we could not recommend Garbriella more and we don't think you'll regret your decision at all it was truly a pleasure working with her! - Mattie and Katie 

y don’t even know where to begin, because she exceeded our expectations at every step. From the start, Garbriella stood out. I met with a few other planners beforehand, and some even told me that if I chose a partial planning package, I’d have to wait until a year out to begin (which seemed crazy to me). Garbriella was completely different - she was eager to dive in right away and was genuinely excited to get started. She was always available, even in the peak of wedding season, and never made me feel like my wedding was anything less than a priority. She gladly set up recurring meetings, quickly responded to my texts with one-off questions, and was willing to join any vendor call - even for vendors we had already booked. We relied on her to research and book our rentals, band, and flowers, and she came prepared each time with incredibly thoughtful vendor options, complete with professional proposals weighing pros and cons. For example, we went back and forth with our rental company many times, often changing our minds or requesting new products as the date approached. Garbriella handled all of it seamlessly, taking full control of communication even well after the contract was signed. In the weeks leading up to the wedding, she was an incredible source of support - communicative, organized, and hands-on. When we got into town, she even met us to help drop off items at the venue. At our rehearsal for our catholic ceremony, her experience shone through. Alongside the priest, she helped facilitate everything with such confidence and ease. And then came the wedding day - Garbriella was a literal angel. Somehow, she managed to be everywhere at once: going back and forth between the house where I was getting ready, the house where my fiancé was, and the venue, making sure every single delivery was on time and correct. I joked that she must have had a clone. She was by my side the entire day, helping with photos, holding bouquets, bustling my dress, and keeping me calm. Anytime I needed something, she was right there. At the end of the night, she was still the last person on site, ensuring all vendor pickups went smoothly and even packing up our late-night food for us to enjoy later. I can say with complete confidence: our wedding would not have been as amazing without Garbriella. She was thoughtful, professional, detail-oriented, and truly cared about making our day perfect. I cannot recommend her enough!

Pre wedding day, she was on top of schedules, timelines and worked with our venue coordinator to make sure everything was on time. She even looked over my officiant's speech for us to make sure we weren't forgetting any of the small details. On the day itself, Garbriella was everywhere—handling vendor arrivals, setting up details exactly as we envisioned, managing timing behind the scenes, and making sure we didn’t have to stress about a single thing. I had a lot of DIY decor and she was able to make our vision come to life. Our families and bridal party kept commenting on how helpful and calm she was throughout the day.
