Bedford Village Inn

The Bedford Village Inn (BVI) is an absolutely STUNNING venue! However, beyond the beauty is the most amazing team. They care so much about their couples and do everything possible to ensure the perfect day and guest experience. We worked with Olivia and she was an absolute DREAM! From start to finish, she was responsive, detail oriented, and oh so kind! No item was overlooked and when hearing from others their experiences at other venues, it was obvious the BVI knows exactly what they're doing and will stop at nothing to make the process as smooth as possible. This is a 5-star venue - one that knows exactly what is needed such as a bridal coordinator for the day-of. And let me just say, Travis goes far above and beyond - he is by far the best person on your wedding day to keep you as the bride fed, relaxed, and laughing non-stop!!! We cannot recommend the BVI enough!

The BVI exceeded all of our expectations! From the moment my husband and I met Madison and toured the Grand Charolais room at the BVI we knew this was where we going to get married. Madison from start to finish made the planning process as easy as could be, down to every last detail and my many emails. I cannot say enough about how she put me at such ease during the planning process that I knew our day would be nothing short of PERFECT, and it was! Our wedding was absolutely beautiful, and it was all because of the amazing staff at the BVI. Madison and her staff (Nicole- our day of coordinator and Gillian- our bridal attendant) ensured that no detail went unnoticed. From setting up our ceremony and reception décor exactly how I envisioned, to the amazing and food and endless care, attention, and support for us on our special day. I thank you all so much for making this day the most amazing day of our lives. Additionally, we utilized the spa services on site the day prior, stayed in the Bridal Suite for the weekend and had out rehearsal dinner in The Governor's Room of The Tavern Restaurant. The hotel, spa, restaurant and grounds are absolutely beautiful, we cannot be happier!!

The Bedford Village Inn was a wonderful venue to get married at! They were so helpful from the moment we stepped foot onsite for a tour. They helped every step of the way and our included coordinator Olivia was so knowledgeable, sweet, and helpful. It was like a dream!

I would 100% recommend this wedding venue to anyone. Olivia and her team provided exceptional service to my wife and I. The food was delicious. The reception was beautiful after all the decorations were set up. My wife and I 100% trusted Olivia every step of the way. Olivia made us feel no stress whatsoever because she was so helpful. It will be a day my wife and I will never forget. BVI was an amazing venue and Olivia and the team were nothing but amazing throughout the whole planning process.

Our wedding at Bedford Village Inn on October 24, 2024, was an absolute dream, thanks to the exceptional team, especially our coordinator Madison Mindes and assistant Hayley. From the start, Madison was not only professional and organized but genuinely cared about our vision and details, making us feel like we were working with a friend. She guided us through the planning with open communication, quick responses, and thoughtful advice, making every step seamless. On the wedding day, Madison went above and beyond to create a beautiful remembrance table and even reserved seats at the ceremony to honor our loved ones. She took charge of arranging the flowers we brought, transforming the space into something even more stunning than we imagined. Hayley, our wedding assistant, was incredibly attentive, making sure we always had drinks and appetizers and that everything ran smoothly without us needing to ask. The level of care, attention to detail, and personal touch made Bedford Village Inn truly exceptional. If you’re looking for a venue with a dedicated team that treats your wedding like their own, I can’t recommend them highly enough. The quality of service and value far exceeded our expectations! As soon as we stepped into the BVI we knew this was the place we wanted to get married. The cozy, quaint and elegant feel of the property inside and out was exactly what we were looking for on our fall wedding day. And 10/11/2024 was everything we could have ever imagined, but better! The venue, staff and overall experience were amazing. Our coordinator Olivia was so kind, thoughtful, responsive and informative through the entire process. Olivia made sure all the details were completed and the day flowed perfectly, she is the best! We could not recommend the BVI enough for an amazing fall wedding!

I wish I could give more stars than just 5! Everyone at BVI helped make our wedding day more than we could have ever hoped for. From the moment we booked our tour, until the day of - Olivia was an absolute angel to work with. We had a few unique requests that she helped navigate with management and make a reality. She was extremely responsive and the best coordinator I could have hoped for. Allyson from group bookings was also such a blessing to have through the whole process. BVI went above and beyond - the grounds are beautiful, the reception space is gorgeous, and the food was fantastic. Even when there was a tiny hiccup with some of our decor at the end of the night, BVI stepped up and took care of it completely. My husband and I felt fully taken care of the entire night with venue staff constantly checking-in with us to make sure we had food/drinks throughout the entire night. I would HIGHLY recommend this venue! Our wedding day was more magical than we ever could have imagined and that was all with the help of everyone at BVI.

We got married in the Charolais Room at The Grand. This place is magical. We could not be happier with it as our wedding venue. It was beautiful. The hotel is gorgeous, our suite was incredible and the perfect place to get ready. The food was delicious and plenty of it. The staff are INCREDIBLE. Our coordinator, Olivia, is the best. She is kind, responsive, and helpful. She heard all of our asks and made them come to life. She has an amazing eye for decor and added lovely touches. She’s incredibly organized and we did not have to worry about a single thing with her as our coordinator. Gillian, our bridal attendant, was awesome. She always made sure we had everything we needed. She took care of us and we were never thirsty or hungry all night. Nicole was our day of coordinator, and met all of our needs. She was super helpful with managing in-the-moment tasks and taking care of us. It was truly the best day of our life and the venue/staff helped make the day even more special. Highly recommend this venue!

I could not recommend the BVI more!!! We met with Olivia in 2022 for our wedding this August and she was the absolute best from the day we met her through our wedding day. She is so kind, honest, and goes above and beyond to help in any way needed. She helped us create the perfect event for us, in our budget. Even day of the wedding, Olivia came to see me in the morning to help with anything last minute and helped me fix a sign that was broken. She set up all of the decorations in the venue for us, so beautifully, so we didn’t have to do anything day of. She is incredible. A huge benefit of the BVI is the ability to stay in the 12 inn rooms above the reception hall, and for our family to be able to stay at the Grand Hotel. The accommodations are 10/10 and the customer service was amazing. Allyson was so helpful on coordinating all of the rooms and helping me leave gift bags in our wedding parties rooms. The food is amazing there. Whether you’re at the tavern, grand, or eating catered food, we were never disappointed. We went there for countless meals leading up to the wedding, had an Italian meal for our rehearsal dinner, and the apps and meal at the wedding have had all of our guests talking about how good it was for the last two weeks! We will think about the apps at our cocktail hour for a long time. Our day of wedding and rehearsal dinner coordinators were amazing and made sure we stayed fed and helped with anything we needed all day. I want to relive this day over and over again. It was perfect and a huge reason was because of the BVI. Thank you!!!!!!

We had the absolute best time working with Olivia as our wedding planner and Brittany as our coordinator at BVI, and I cannot express enough how incredible they both were. From start to finish, they were attentive to every detail, ensuring our day was nothing short of perfect. They truly made the experience the best that we could have asked for. As a Type A person, it can be hard to let go of control, but Olivia and Brittany made it so easy to trust them completely. They remembered even the smallest details, things I didn’t even realize I had mentioned, and made sure everything was executed flawlessly. One of the biggest challenges we faced was the weather. They allowed us to hold off on the decision to move the ceremony inside due to rain until the last possible moment, which was a huge relief. Their calm and professional demeanor throughout the entire process was exactly what I needed to enjoy my day without a single worry. And the rainy day didn't even matter, it was still the best day. If you want a team that will go above and beyond, keep you at ease, and a beautiful venue rain or shine, go with BVI. I couldn't have asked for anything more, and I’m so grateful to them for making our wedding day truly magical.

I genuinely cannot say enough good things about BVI. From the email communication, to the hotel accommodations, to the rehearsal dinner, to the actual wedding. Everything was executed perfectly as planned and the staff was nothing short of 5 star service. The food and drinks were delicious and our guests had the most wonderful time. The venue itself is just stunning. Paired with the staff and reasonable pricing, having your wedding here is a no brainer. Our venue coordinator, Madison, was the most wonderful person to work with. She answered all of my questions via email so quickly and made sure that everything for our wedding and rehearsal dinner was accounted for. She accommodated every request and made our weekend all the more special. Allyson, who worked with the hotel booking team, was also extraordinarily helpful and kind with not only us, but our family and friends. Everyone at this venue was such a pleasure to work with. I would not change a single thing about our weekend and would work with BVI again in a heartbeat!!!!!

I could not recommend Bedford Village Inn enough. Melissa the Sales & Marketing director is amazing and was very responsive to our many questions and helped make sure our day was stress free and organized. The booking department was helpful in making sure we were all set with our booking code and kept us informed about those that booked at the BVI! Day of, the staff was so attentive and helpful. I DIYed my own flowers and they helped display them in a way I would never had been able to do myself. Gillian our bridal attendant was so sweet and made sure we ate and always had our drinks refilled. People say you don’t eat on your wedding day but I ate so much because she was there to always make sure we had something! Overall, BVI is pricey but it’s really a 1 stop shop for a venue with rooms being right in the reception space, rehearsal dinner & breakfast at the tavern and ceremony right in the courtyard. If you’re questioning to book at BVI, do it!

My son and new daughter-in-law's wedding was at the Inn and it was the perfect day. From the first tour to the wedding day everything was so great. The staff was so amazing and wonderful. Brittany/Madison was so helpful and fun to work with. Everything and everyone (all of the staff) at the Inn was so delightful to work with from the beginning of the day to the end. Thanks again for making the day so amazing and memorable.

Our wedding at BVI in the Great Hall yesterday was a dream come true!! Our coordinator, Olivia, is a superstar! She is a true professional and she did an unbelievable job at every stage from our initial tour to our wedding day. She is also possibly the kindest person on the planet and the best hype girl. From the very first interaction with BVI it was clear that the time and attention they put into their weddings is unmatched. One example of this is available dates being provided on a professional document organized by day of the week (I can’t tell you how many other venues provided me with a list of dates where I had to then look at the calendar to figure out which day they fell on.) Throughout the planning process, Olivia was available, responsive, helpful, kind, and an absolute expert. She always responded to my questions (and I had a lot!) right away. The tasting event is really special - BVI sets up the reception room like an actual wedding with full appetizer and food service so that you can really get a feel for what your wedding day will feel like. The venue itself is gorgeous and has a lot of character. I loved having the two hotel options on site. We had our rehearsal dinner in the Overlook room (this was fantastic!), so it was great to be able to have the guests spend their entire weekend on site. There are multiple bar and restaurant options as well as a pool to keep your guests entertained throughout the weekend. Now to the actual wedding day: the execution by Olivia and the BVI staff was unbelievable. There are so many details that go into making a wedding run flawlessly, details that I never considered, and Olivia was on top of every single one. The staff was so sweet and attentive to us. Having never been through this process before, my mind was continuously blown at how expertly managed the entire day was. Not only was everyone amazing at their job, they all genuinely cared about our experience. Another reason to have your wedding at BVI is that the rain plan is actually really nice. We planned to have both our ceremony and cocktail hour outside. I was that bride that felt all along that I would be disappointed if it rained on my wedding day, but when it actually happened I was completely ok with it because of how great the backup plan was. The room turnover was seamless and there was plenty of space for the cocktail hour. All in all, the entire wedding weekend was beyond my wildest expectations. I’ll leave you with this - there are a ton of details that you likely are not thinking about at this stage in the planning process, but just know that BVI will 100% be on top of all of them.

Everyone we came into contact with at BVI— from touring the venue to our post-wedding breakfast — was friendly, knowledgeable, and contributed to the wedding of our dreams. There aren't enough words to thank this team for their attention to detail and genuine care in making our wedding weekend the best that it could be. I cannot express how wonderful everyone was at the Grand this past weekend for my wedding. Madison and all of the staff were amazing and I simply could not have gone through the day without them. My wedding went off without any flaws and I could not be happier/recommend them enough!

There aren't enough words to describe how truly amazing our wedding was at BVI. Every single thing they did was perfect. Madison went above and beyond and was the best coordinator we could have asked for. She was organized, decisive, communicative and so so helpful. The day-of coordinators and staff were fantastic. The venue is stunning, the food is delicious and the staff is the most helpful, attentive, and friendly staff we've ever seen at a wedding. Throughout the entire process BVI, Madison and the rest of the staff made everything so easy and seamless. They took so much of the wedding stress off of us. We could not be more grateful for all they did to make our wedding perfect. Would highly recommend this venue & staff to everyone!

My winter wedding was perfection thanks to BVI. Everything about this venue was absolutely amazing. Madison is exceptional. She was on top of it and made sure that everything was perfect. The food was a delicious, the staff were attentive and helpful, and not to mention the aesthetic and atmosphere itself. My husband and I will be back for our anniversary!

My husband and I just got married on New Years Eve (12/31/23) at the Bedford Village Inn. I truthfully have nothing but positive things to say about the entire experience. When we were initially looking for venues I was searching for places with raving reviews on the food - because that was something I realllllly cared about. I mean what is worse than paying all this money and then having shit food am I right? Bedford Village Inn was the only place that I could find with consistent glowing reviews not only about the food but the entire experience in general. So, when we booked our tour back in 2022 we knew immediately from the stunning views of the venue to our incredible experience with our wedding coordinator, Olivia, that this was where we had to get married. Olivia was a huge selling point for us as well. She was so kind, warm, and professional throughout our entire experience together. Anytime I emailed her with questions she always answered in a timely manner and never made me feel like my questions were silly or I was emailing her too much. She genuinely went above and beyond me and my husbands expectations throughout the entire wedding planning experience, but the icing on the cake for us was when she came in on her day off for our wedding which was something she 1000% did not have to do but we were eternally grateful for. I also had two of my bridesmaids contract COVID two days (yeah you read that right) before my wedding so they were unable to attend. While I was relatively calm about the situation, Olivia made me feel so much better. I know it is her "job" but she really just made me and my husband feel so heard, understood, and valued throughout every single step of the wedding planning process. She ensured that our day was perfect and I can honestly say it wouldn't have been the same without her! On to the food! We live pretty close to BVI so we have had the opportunity to come and dine at some of their restaurants before. However, when we had our wedding tasting back in February of 2023 the food blew everything we had ever eaten there out of the water. Everything we tried - from the appetizers to the main meals - were simply outstanding. At the wedding I can't tell you how many people came up to my husband and I raving about how delicious the food was. We additionally had the mini pizzas and cannolis as a late night snack and again, everyone was raving about them. The waitstaff was also so sweet and packaged up some of the pizza and cannolis and took it to me and my husbands suite for us to enjoy after the wedding had finished which I thought was a very kind gesture! I couldn't have asked for anything better! The staff at our wedding was also wonderful. My husband and I had one person in particular, Heather, who was catering to us all night. She was so kind and patient with us and was continuously checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. We did unfortunately have one issue with a member of the waitstaff towards the end of the evening, but the manager that night, Paige, handled everything with grace and professionalism! Overall, if you want an incredible wedding from start to finish, my husband and I HIGHLY recommend Bedford Village Inn.

The BVI was everything I could have dreamed of. Our wedding seemed like a winder fairy tale! Our wedding coordinator, Madison, was amazing. She was easy to reach and always went above and beyond to be helpful.

We had our wedding at BVI in October and couldn’t have asked for a better day thanks to the BVI team. Madison was awesome to work with and went above and beyond throughout the planning process. She was always super responsive to any questions and helped with many recommendations and random requests we had. Having everything in one place was incredibly convenient and we are so happy with how everything came together. Definitely an evening with a lot of clean plates and full drinks, which speaks to the kitchen and bar as well :) thank you BVI & Madison!

My husband and I were married in the Charolais room at the Grand Hotel (Bedford Village Inn) in October 2023. EVERYTHING was taken care of and the venue was beautiful. The staff was amazing from the beginning and were willing to work with us on every aspect to make our day amazing. We had our own attendant to guide us through the day and serve us personally (and they made sure we ate and drank!), and other staff members stood by to make sure everything went smoothly with our guests and outside vendors. The food was incredible, the hotel itself was amazing and beautiful. We are planning all of our future anniversaries there, and I personally cannot wait to go back and plan another event.

I don't think I could accurately put how much I loved working with BVI into words. The entire team was just incredible, always on top of everything, and made sure the day was absolutely perfect. Madison was our coordinator and she is easily one of the best in the business. She was so responsive whenever I had a question during the planning stages and wasn't afraid to be honest, which I highly appreciated. I also worked with Allyson on the lodging side for booking the rooms and anything hotel related. Again, incredibly responsive and helpful during the planning stages. Her and her team were there whenever someone needed help for their reservation and it made the entire process so easy. Every single team member at BVi made the wedding the best wedding it could possible be. The food is absolutely delicious. The venue is beautiful. You can rent decor. And the day of the wedding there were so many little touches that BVI did to make it feel as special and personalized as possible. I cannot recommend BVI more and this place will always hold such an incredible spot in my heart. Thank you thank you thank you

Olivia Schadlick was our coordinator at the last minute and she was beyond incredible. Her professionalism and personality made our event as perfect as it was. She was right by our side and made sure our day went smoothly. We love her!

From the rehearsal dinner to the wedding itself, our experience at the Bedford Village Inn was wonderful. It's a first-class venue with an amazing staff. The venue was absolutely gorgeous, the food was great, and all of the little details were taken care of to our satisfaction. We could not have been happier to have had our wedding at the Bedford Village Inn!

Working with Molly was absolutely perfect. We live in Colorado and planned our wedding long distance without the opportunity to see the venue but after hearing so many good things about the venue we decided to book it, and Molly and her staff went above and beyond to make the planning process easy. We initially planned to get married outside however the weather had different plans... it poured rain all day and the staff was so awesome, they moved us inside and made the room look absolutely beautiful! they really made us feel special and executed my vision for our wedding perfectly! thank you so much!

June 2023 — Bedford Village Inn and it’s classic New England charm sold us in an instant. With beautifully manicured grounds, onsite lodging, and award-winning cuisine, we knew this venue would provide us with an unmatched experience. Our wedding coordinator, Madison, provided us with professional, timely, and detailed answers and explanations to any and all of our questions during the planning process. She was incredible to work with and made us feel as if we were the only couple she was focused on. We hosted an intimate rehearsal dinner on the eve of our wedding in the Overlook Room which was such a classy vibe. Furthermore, the North End buffet was outstanding. On the wedding morning, Madison and the BVI team ensured things were relaxed, comfortable and carefree. A delicious breakfast was delivered to the bridal suite which we savored as we watched the décor being set up in the Great Hall below — so much fun to see everything come together! Both the ceremony and reception went off seamlessly, and our guests raved about the hors d’oeuvres! We also had a lovely attendant who provided us with champagne, our signature drink, and plenty of hors d’oeuvres immediately following the ceremony while we took portraits. For dinner, the chef was incredibly accommodating and let us pick something special off the menu just for us! We ended the night around 3 AM after our guests opened their Inn rooms for the “after party.” We can’t recommend the ever-so charming Bedford Village Inn enough. We would pick this venue all over again. Thank you BVI for one of the happiest days of our lives.

I can not say more great things about BVI! We just got married in September and they were an absolute dream. They were so helpful and so friendly. The venue was stunning and having the hotel on the property is such a bonus for the guests. The food was amazing and all of our guests raved about how amazing everything was. Olivia is an absolute god sent. She is so beyond helpful and goes above and beyond to make sure your day and planning go as smoothly as possible. She is the sweetest human and I could not have gotten thru planning without her. All the staff made it so easy so we could enjoy our day. I would recommend BVI and their amazing staff for anyone getting married. They helped make our day so special and we couldn’t thank them enough! 🤍
