So thankful for Bee For The Day and everything those ladies did for us before and during our wedding! Everything was perfect and went so smoothly thanks to Brooke and Angela, we literally could not have done it without them. We were fully able to enjoy our day stress free because the Bees took care of EVERYTHING. The Bees are a must hire for your wedding!!!

I simply can not put into words how wonderful these ladies are. From our initial meeting months before our big day to the last song at my reception, Erin, Leah, and Meghan were there to make sure all of my wedding dreams came true. They truly went above and beyond all of my expectations on wedding day. Erin stayed with me the entire day making sure that all of my needs were met in that exact moment. She is truly an angel, if you can request a Bee for your big I would 1,000,000/10 reccomend Erin! She put so much intentional thought and time into curating my timeline and reaching out to vendors. When I say this was the best investment we made in our wedding day I wholeheartedly mean it and I would do it 1,000 times over if I could! Thank you Bees, you were phenomenal and I'm not sure what we would have done without you!

We truly could not have made it through the day without the BEES! They were organized, professional and helped out with everything and anything we needed. They organized our timeline perfectly and made our day go just as planned. They take the stress off of you, your family and bridal party. I HIGHLY recommend having them as your wedding coordinators!

Brooke has an amazing team and a set of tools for couples to plan their wedding. We used a few vendors from her recommendation list and couldn’t be happier. Her “Bees” which are their coordinators, are detailed oriented, professional, and work hard to make your event perfect. We got married at the end of May at a venue new to them and they made sure to talk to the venue owner to work out the kinks to make our day flow properly. Dani was our lead “bee” and was instrumental to the wedding planning process. Dani and Erica ensured everything ran smoothly, and we did not hear about a single issue during our entire wedding because they excel at problem solving. We cannot thank Dani and Erica enough for not only being fun to work with but making the day stress free for our entire family.

The bees are worth every penny! My day was perfect because of them. They made myself, my fiancé, our families, and bridal party have the best day ever! Brides, your search ends here. Seriously, hiring Bee For the Day was one of the best decisions we could have ever made in our wedding planning journey! Brooke and her Bee's are absolutely wonderful and we would give them a 10/5 if we could! Brooke knows her stuff, and could do this job in her sleep. She hears concerns, gives great advice, always has your back, and manages to make you feel like you are her #1 priority (even though she probably has a million other things going on). I cannot say enough good things about the ladies who helped us on our big day: Michelle and Maria. These women were rock stars and we are so appreciative for all they did to make our day go smoothly.

Anyone who says their wedding was a blur clearly did not have the Bees. We had them as a day-of coordinator, and everything went so smoothly. Brooke and I created the perfect timeline for the day, and everything was set with enough buffer room to not ever feel rushed. I could not recommend them enough!

The depth of knowledge Brooke has for the wedding industry is evident and SO helpful to ensuring you have the best day on your wedding day! Through each step of the process, Brooke and the Bees went above and beyond to make sure all of your questions were answered and everything was taken care of. The two Bees present for my wedding, Shelly and Debbie, were absolutely incredible. They had fun with me, reassured me when I became nervous I'd forgotten things, and took care of absolutely everything throughout the entire day. If there is one thing you need for your wedding, it is Bee for the Day. I was so against hiring a wedding planner because I am rather frugal and I assumed it was an unnecessary expense. Thankfully, my now-husband convinced me otherwise. We initially planned to hire them just for day-of coordination. Throughout the wedding planning process we had some major unexpected life events and the Bees stepped in when we just couldn’t make our wedding a priority. There were times when we ran into major road blocks – at one point the event planner at our ceremony site didn’t answer my phone calls or e-mails for 4 months. Luckily the Bees have a back line to everyone involved in the wedding industry and were able to make sure everything moved forward without a problem. They repeatedly identified potential problems before they even occurred and helped us decide where we could cut costs and where it was worth it to spend money. I was never too worried about having the “perfect wedding” but I must say having the Bees in charge was a huge part of making my wedding day the best day of my life. I had fun the whole day and worried about nothing. When I saw the final bill the cost didn’t come close to the value we received. You can cut costs just about anywhere else, but you NEED the Bees.

5 stars really isn't enough. Brooke and her team are the best in the business with no doubt. I used their services for "day of" coordinating, but that certainly did not limit their assistance, expertise, and care to just our wedding day. Two months before the wedding, Brooke walked us through the entire weekend start to finish and it gave myself and my fiance so much piece of mind. I am very much a control freak, but I felt 100% confident handing off the reins to Brooke and Erin, and it made the whole experience infinitely more enjoyable. Brooke even took the left over stuff from the bridal suite home and let us pick it up at her home the next morning (a Sunday!). Can not recommend Bee For The Day more!

If I could put 10 stars I would! Bee For the Day is an absolute must for your wedding! My husband and I could not stop talking about Jessica and Erin a week after we got married. They made everything about our day so wonderful and easy and they were a dream to work with! Brooke absolutely knows her stuff! I planned our wedding from states away and they took my vision and turned it into reality. We really wanted our mothers to enjoy the day and not have to worry about a thing, and boy did they deliver!! The Bees handled every aspect from the timeline and vendor coordination to the decoration, tear down, and all the in-between. My sister-in law even went into labor during the reception and they were so kind to make sure she and my brother made it to the hospital and checked in days later to see how they were doing :) We are so grateful for everything they did to make our wedding day perfection. 10/10 would recommend!!

Not sure where to start with this review😊 From the beginning stages of planning with Brooke, to the wedding rehearsal and wedding day, Brooke proved her value, from her wealth of experience, to her ability to maintain a calm demeanor in our moments of panic. When asked her opinion, she did not hesitate to provide. She was quick to keep us up to date on COVID changes and offer thoughts/alternatives. We relied heavily on her attention to detail and the timeline built for us. All the vendors were familiar with Bee for a Day/Brooke and had nothing but great things to say. It was so nice to hand off all the incredibly important items we needed for both the church and the reception at rehearsal, knowing she would ensure everything would be where it was supposed to be, so we did not have the worry about forgetting something. She was quick to handle any roadblock/issues with Ashley’s assist and was really behind the scenes managing our celebration. We truly enjoyed our day and our guests without the added distractions that normally come with hosting. A heartfelt THANK YOU to Bee for the Day!

There are many “nice to haves” as you plan and execute your wedding, but Bee for the Day is a MUST HAVE! As an out-of-town bride planning her Toledo wedding from Florida, I felt peace of mind knowing I had Brooke there locally to help us achieve our perfect day, especially during the pandemic with ever-evolving rules and regulations. I felt “on it” in terms of planning, but nothing could have prepared me for the fast pace of our wedding day! There were so many little details that I hadn’t thought of, but Brooke and Ashley were always two steps ahead, addressing unexpected questions and situations before they ever had a chance to become problems. Many members of our wedding party told us how much they enjoyed working with Brooke and how she made things so easy for them. I am most grateful to Brooke and Ashley for handling all day-of details and timelines so we AND our families could truly relax, sit back, and enjoy our beautiful day. This alone makes Bee for the Day a no-brainer!!

Bee for the Day is an absolute MUST HAVE!! I would give them 10 stars if I could!! They helped my husband and I plan the perfect wedding, and executed so seamlessly on the big day. Where do I start?! We got married in October 2020 and in true COVID fashion, our plans changed multiple times. Brooke and the bees were there every step of the way through each change we made. We went from cancelling our 250-person wedding to do a destination wedding with immediate family, to bringing it back to Toledo and including our extended family in my family’s backyard. Brooke helped and guided us through each changed plan and was there to help bring our plan C dreams alive. Our day was an intimate fairytale, and we couldn’t have done it without Brooke and the bees. If you are not using Brooke and Bee For The Day, I highly suggest you change your mind, they are the best!

Hiring Bee for the Day was one of the best decisions we could have made for our wedding day. They were helpful in too many ways to count!! My lead bee, Jessica, was absolutely wonderful. She was there for us from start to finish. She helped pin my veil, she helped fix my makeup after I was crying, she kept watch over our gift table, and she even brought all of our gifts/cards and personal items to our hotel room for us while we were dancing and enjoying the party. The Bees also made the day so much more enjoyable for my parents, too!! My parents didn’t have to worry about a thing because the Bees were able to take care of it all. I am forever grateful for Bee for the Day (shoutout to Brooke, Jessica, and Maria for being the best!!!) for ensuring our day went so smoothly.!

The entire Bee for the Day team continually went above and beyond expectations and worked so hard to make our wedding day perfect! Through multiple date changes (we finally tied the knot on date #4) as well as Covid restrictions and venue changes, all of the Bees did such a phenomenal job. They will handle anything and everything you could possibly need with such ease. No details were left forgotten or unattended to and if anything went wrong on our day you couldn’t tell and you would never have known. Investing in such an incredible coordinator meant we had nothing to worry about on the day and was one of the best choices and investments we made for our wedding. Brooke and her bees are truly experts at what they do and there’s no one else I would have trusted more to help us celebrate our marriage! We will always be so thankful for Bee for the Day!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Brooke and all the ladies at bee for the day are amazing!!! Our day was perfect because of them. Leading up to the wedding, we would meet with Brooke and she would give us our to do list and who she recommended so that we could stay on top of planning. We also got some discounts from vendors through working with her. The wedding weekend the bees were just incredible! They ran the rehearsal on friday and told everyone what we needed to know. They had a full timeline ready for the weekend and coordinated set up and arrival times with the vendors and was the contact person so we didn't have to do any coordination day of. Not only did she keep everyone on track all day, but she would spray deodorant when we needed it, fix makeup stains on the dress, fix loose hairs coming out of updos, cut loose threads on bridesmaids dresses, etc. They are all amazing!!!

Bee For the Day is amazing! They made our daughters wedding and reception day flawless. They are friendly and professional and know their business. I don’t want to think what their day would have been like without their help. I would recommend them to everyone who is planning a wedding .

Bee for the Day is simply the best! I can not imagine going about our wedding day without them. However, as time passes I can’t help but think what our day would have been like without them. The only words that come to mind are “jumbled mess”. Brooke and Jessica were the conductors for the entire day. We did not have to worry about a thing. They knew what came next and how to direct people! Once you have a wedding you realize how little you know about the behind the scenes action and that you really need someone who knows exactly how it moves along. This makes everything less stressful for not only the bride and groom, but their families and guests. We were most impressed by Brooke and her photographic memory when it came to family pictures. She was calling off our family members by name to jump into pictures left and right without a list in front of her. This flew by & thank goodness for her because we have some grumpy “I don’t need pictures” guys in our family. Brooke's team is simply amazing. I will recommend them to everyone!

Bee For The Day is AMAZING! I could not have made it through without them! They have the answer to EVERYTHING and make it so so easy. They are there whenever you need them to be and are one step ahead of you on the day of the wedding. The timeline they create for your day is so helpful and easy to stay on track. They confirm all vendors for you to make sure everything is correct and being delivered at the right time/to the right place. Mary and Jenna were by day-of coordinators and they both were so sweet and helpful. They do it ALL. They put my veil in for me at the church, bustled my dress at the reception, check on us all night, and the best part...cleaned up EVERYTHING and took allll of our stuff from the reception to our room so after it ended, we didn't have to do a thing. It was so so nice to not have to worry about anything. Highly recommend.

Just hire them! When we started the wedding planning process we weren't initially going to hire help, we had just planned on coordinating everything ourselves, but when we spoke with other people about the fact that our venue was a blank slate, they recommended that we hire Bee for the Day, and we couldn't be happier that we did. Prior to our wedding we met with Brooke, and our lead Bee Jessica, and they helped us put together a whole timeline from the rehearsal to the time we left our reception. They also complied a list of all of our vendors, and told them when they needed to be where, and fielded any other questions they had. We also had 2 other bees the day of Leah, and Maria, and they were amazing! Jessica was my point-person the whole day, and even came to our rehearsal to coordinate. From there she took all of our decorations, and things that needed to get to the venue the next day and got them there for us. I'm a little indecisive, and she helped make so many decisions easier. The Bees got into our venue at 10:30 am the day of our ceremony, and mostly had everything set up by 12:00. They even went so far as to count every single one of our cupcakes when we weren't sure we had the right number. They were so much fun to work with, and made sure that we enjoyed our day, uninterrupted. Hire Bee for the day, they are well worth it, and you won't regret it.

I cant write this review without first stating, you NEED to use Bee For The Day!!!! I will not lie, it was a huge "maybe" for my husband and I when planning our wedding and we were actually convinced by another bride who had used the bees. It turned out to be the BEST and absolutely necessary wedding day expense! The Bees are absolutely amazing - from the decor to the details of each hour of your day, the Bees were on top of it and have the day running seamless. There were "bumps" on our wedding day that I, my groom and all family members and guests, had ZERO idea about because Brooke and her team took care of it behind the scenes without allowing anyone to know. The Bees also spent the early morning setting up our entire reception and ceremony space with all the decor I brought in.. I didn't have to set up a thing! I want to give a huge shout out to Brooke, Allison and Mary for being the reason behind our more than perfect day. They say perfect doesn't exist but I can tell you that you guys created that for us! We are so thankful for you guys and all the hard work you do!

It took some time before I committed to hiring the bees. I was back and forth on if I truly wanted to pay someone to help around the day because I believed no matter what the day would run smoothly (well isn’t that every bride’s hopes and dreams?) I didn’t realize how much I would need them until I started to finish hiring my vendors and working on my timeline. It was in that moment I knew I needed more help (and my mom’s help wasn’t going to cut it). As Brooke and I went over the timeline the day of, I was amazed by the many, small details that went into making the day run smoothly. Mind you, the venue I chose did not include much. I had to hire many vendors and bring in almost everything. On the day of, I had Jessica, Jenna, and Debbie. They ran their butts off all day trying to make sure the day went smoothly. They comforted me, they laughed with me, they did everything they could to make my day beautiful and exactly how I wanted it. At the reception the girls were able to manage all of the vendors that had to come in to the venue and made it seem like a walk in the park. They knew the inside and out of my venue. At the end of the day I thought to myself, wow.. I don’t know how I would’ve done it without the bees. If something went wrong I had no idea. They were able to solve the most minor to the most major problems that occurred and did it with a smile on their face. I highly recommend the Bees and I am so glad I chose them!

Without Brooke and Jessica, our wedding would not have turned out the way that it did. Brooke is the best at planning from the large items to the small details many would forget. On the day of the wedding, they went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. One small example of many is our ceremony site had some weeds growing in the walkway bricks which some of the bridal party found displeasing at the rehearsal the day before. Well, Brooke and Jessica heard this, and they pulled them out on the day of without anyone even asking! At first I was hesitant about a wedding coordinator, but they ended up being our most valuable expense. I highly recommend Bee For the Day!!!

My husband got me Bee for The Day as my wedding present. I was hesitant at first to spend money on something like that, I wasn’t sure if I needed a planner. That could not have been further from the truth. Getting the Bees was the smartest thing he could have done. We had a 20 person bridal party and 300 people at our wedding. The Bees made sure that even with all those people everything ran smoothly and went off without a hitch. The things that my mom or I would have been running around trying to handle Brooke and her team got done before I even knew it was happening. The cake table was the wrong size-Bees handled it, the bus company got lost- the bees handled it, the lights weren’t the right setting- the bees handled it, I need some food before I walked down the aisle- the bees handled it, the party bus needed cleaned- the bees handled it, the room needed to be empty at midnight- the bees handled it. The list goes on and on and on. Thank you for making my day so easy. Please get yourself a bee for the day!

We cannot say enough good things about Brooke and Bee For the Day. Brooke's knowledge of the process and execution were worth every penny. Brooke provided recommendations and helped coordinate with some vendors and our venue to help alleviate some of our planning stress. During the wedding weekend Shell and Tiffany were prepared and helpful with everything we needed. They were there when we needed them but never in the way and ensured the day went smoothly. We would absolutely recommend them.

I cannot say enough about how amazing Brooke, Dani, and Tonya are. I truly don’t know what I would’ve done without them on my big day. They were especially attentive to me and my husband, and hand a huge hand in making our day exactly as we had hoped and dreamed whether that meant disaster control, decorating, or keeping us calm. Brooke and her Bees are the absolute best!! I don't even know where to begin...let's start from the moment you decide to book them as your wedding experts. When I say experts, it's true! Brooke knows EVERYTHING about weddings and is great at giving advice / answering every question you will have, without being pushy or overbearing. Other than downloading some Apps on my phone...I knew nothing about how to plan a wedding or how to make those big decisions like vendors / colors / etc. Brooke helps with ALL of those details!! She touches base throughout your journey and if you are out of towners (like my new husband and I!), she will meet with yoour via Skype or FaceTime to best fit in your schedule. It was such an easy process chatting with her and going over everything. You also get access to her carefully selected list of suggested vendors! Then comes your big weekend...you've probably heard this a million times because it's simply true. Our wedding was absolutely perfect thanks to the Bees and our other awesome vendors, who Brooke helped us choose given her years and years of experience with them. She stayed with us all weekend starting at the rehearsal which was very nice; it gave her a chance to start meeting our friends and family...it didn't take long before she felt like a friend/family member herself! She helped me get dressed, get to the church, and throughout the rest of our perfect wedding day. She is very calming and checks in to make sure everything is good. She also makes sure everyone else is where they need to be. I could really go on forever about how wonderful Brooke and her Bees are! If you would like to not worry about stressing over final plans, day of details, or even who's in charge of the gifts at the end of the night (this list could go on and on)...hire the Bees! They'll take care of it ALL! Thank you so much Brooke and the Bees, you'll be in our hearts forever!!

Brooke and her Bee's were wonderful to have the day of the wedding. I wanted to hire planners because I did not want to have to worry about any problems or details on the wedding day. With the Bee's on site I was able to relax and enjoy the wedding day knowing that they had all the details worked out and if any problems were to arise they would be on top of it. They worked great along side my other vendors and proved to be invaluable! I would definitely hire these ladies again in a heartbeat!!!

Brooke and the bees were absolutely wonderful to work with! Brooke helped to put the agenda for the day of the wedding into a format that all of the vendors were used to seeing which was really helpful. She helped us with making last minute changes to our agenda a few days before the wedding and was immensely helpful. She made sure that everything ran smoothly. Brooke and her Bees are amazing. My daughter and I are fairly well organized souls, but Brooke is the pro! The day of the wedding we did not have to think of one detail. She took care of everything and we enjoyed the day! After the fact, we found out about a few 'snafus' that she dealt with and we never knew they had happened. Now that is a true professional. I first decided to look into a day-of coordinator because my husband and I were planning our wedding from Chicago. As the big day got closer, I started to wonder if it was really necessary because I felt like I had a lot of things under control. Then it came to 2 weeks before and I had my "details" conversation with Dani on the phone and realized how many things I hadn't been thinking about! Dani was always one step ahead and I cannot imagine my day without her...my dad, mom, husband, bridal party and other vendors all commented on how amazing she was at making sure every single person was enjoying the day. She was by far the best decision I made in planning the wedding and I highly suggest that anyone on the fence about hiring a day-of coordinator book "Bee for the Day" right now. The day goes by so fast that you don't want to think about little things like tipping/paying vendors/loading up the car with gifts (and you don't want your parents' to be stuck with that either!). Not only was she an amazing coordinator, I could tell how much she loves her job and she was fun to have around. Thanks so much for making our day soooo amazing :)

EVERYONE NEEDS TO HAVE A BEE AT THEIR WEDDING!! I honestly don't know how I would have gotten through my wedding day without bee for the day. Brooke was so incredibly helpful recommending vendors and come up with extremely unique ideas when I was overwhelmed with Pinterest or stumped on and issue. She and Tiffany did not stop running around our ENTIRE wedding day. From sewing and steaming bridesmaid dresses, to creating an extremely detailed agenda and making sure all our vendors were on the same page, to running our rehearsal at the church, and spending hours with me on the phone to make sure she knew and had everything EXACTLY how I imagined. The reception looked like something out of a magazine thanks to Brooke and Tiffany. They are incredible and are in very high demand, so make sure you hire them early!

We had Bee for The Day booked for our day of coordinating. The two Bee's we had were fantastic to work with. They were professional & accommodating. We met prior & went over details of the ceremony/reception. I had pictures of how I wanted the tables/decorations to be set up. They followed my directions perfectly & definitely made the day flow smoothly. They were great at greeting guests & showing them to their seats after the ceremony. My only concern was there was a lot to do, and it would have been helpful if there was another "bee" to be involved and get the ceremony/reception set up quicker. I would absolutely recommend them to help plan any wedding. You will be happy you spent the money!

We just got married in April 2015 in Columbus, Ohio. We had no intentions of hiring a wedding coordinator but have several friends who used Bee for a Day as a day of coordinator and they raved about Brooke and her team. We decided to hire them for Friday and Saturday of our wedding weekend and I'm SO happy we did. Brooke and Dani were an amazing duo and helped to make our wedding weekend organized and problem free. If you're looking to have a stress free big day, without your friends and relatives running around for you, the Bees are the answer. Highly recommend!
