Just hire them! When we started the wedding planning process we weren't initially going to hire help, we had just planned on coordinating everything ourselves, but when we spoke with other people about the fact that our venue was a blank slate,... they recommended that we hire Bee for the Day, and we couldn't be happier that we did. Prior to our wedding we met with Brooke, and our lead Bee Jessica, and they helped us put together a whole timeline from the rehearsal to the time we left our reception. They also complied a list of all of our vendors, and told them when they needed to be where, and fielded any other questions they had. We also had 2 other bees the day of Leah, and Maria, and they were amazing! Jessica was my point-person the whole day, and even came to our rehearsal to coordinate. From there she took all of our decorations, and things that needed to get to the venue the next day and got them there for us. I'm a little indecisive, and she helped make so many decisions easier. The Bees got into our venue at 10:30 am the day of our ceremony, and mostly had everything set up by 12:00. They even went so far as to count every single one of our cupcakes when we weren't sure we had the right number. They were so much fun to work with, and made sure that we enjoyed our day, uninterrupted. Hire Bee for the day, they are well worth it, and you won't regret it.
